접합요소에 의한 Vertical Drain Well 지반의 변형해석 - 모델지반과 실제 Sand Drain Well 지반을 중심으로 -

본 연구는 vertical drain well 설치지반의 보다 더 실제적이고 합리적인 변형해석을 목적으로 drain well 타설로 인하여 발생하는 well 주변 점토층의 교란(smear)영향, well과 인접점토층의 강성차이에서 오는 접합면 변형의 불연속거동 표현이 가능한 유한요소해석 방법을 제시하고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 유한요소해석의 구성은 변형의 지배방정식으로서 Biot의 압밀이론을 근간으로 여기에 흙의 구성식과 접합요소이론을 결합하여 이루어진다. 본 논문에서 제시한 해석법의 정도는 Siriwardane과 Ghaboussi 등이 사용한 지반에 적용하여 검증한 바 있다. 여기에서는 이를 다시 모델지반과 실제지반에 대해서 유한요소해석법을 적용하여 강성이 다른 이질재료간 경계에서의 불연속변형의 영향에 따른 지반내 거동특성을 살펴보고 이것을 함께 고려한 해석법의 정도를 알아보고자 한 것이다. 그 결과는 침하에 있어서 매우 만족스럽다고 보아지지만 간극수압등에는 잘 일치하지 않는 점이 있어 앞으로의 더 많은 연구가 필요하다고 판단된다. This paper dealt with numerical analysis of sand drain considering the smear effect around drain wells and discontinuous deformation behavior due to difference in rigidity between drain materials and adjacent clayey soils. Biot's equation was selected as governing equation coupled with MODCAM (Modified Cam-clay) model or EVP(Elasto-Viscoplastic) model as constitutive equation. The validity as well as the accuracy of the method developed by author was checked by comparing the proposed method with those by Siriwardane and Ghaboussi using joint element. The FEM analysis developed in this study was applied to both 2-dimensional model foundation and actual foundation. the result of which proved to be satisfactory.

This report documents a case in which the administration of an herbal product, an extract of the lacquer tree, Rhus verniciflua Stokes, as sequential and concurrent treatment with chemotherapy was associated with a long term survival and good quality of life in a patient with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). A 51-year-old Korean female was referred to the $M{\cdot}{\mu}$ Integrative Cancer Center, East-West Neo Medical centrer, Kyung Hee University for stage IV, metastatic NSCLC. She was treated with aRVS alone for 19 months and then received 1st line paclitaxel/carboplatin combined with aRVS, 2nd line gefitinib, and 3rd line pemetrexed. The number of cycles of pemetrexed administered was seventeen. aRVS was restarted as the 13th pemetrexed was administered. Pemetrexed with aRVS is currently ongoing. This patient has been alive for 41 months, and has been keeping a good performance status so far. We suggest aRVS as sequential and concurrent treatment with chemotherapy is an effective alternative treatment strategy.

The estimation of pile bearing capacity is important since the design details are determined from the result. There are numerous ways of determining the pile design load, but only few of them are chosen it the actual design. According to the recent investigation in Korea, the formulas proposed by Meyerhof based on the SPT N values are most frequently chosen in the design stage. In the study, various static and dynamic formulas have been used in predicting the allowable bearing capacity of a pile. Further, the reliability of these formulas has been verified by comparing the perdicted values with the static and dynamic load test measurements. Also, in most cases, these methods of pile bearing capacity determination do not take the time effect consideration, the actual allowable load as determined from pile load test indicates severe deviation from the design value. The principle results of this study are summarized as follows : As a result of estimate the reliability in criterion of the Davisson method, it was showed that Terzaghi & Peck > Chin > Meyerhof > Modified Meyerhof method was the most reliable method for the prediction of bearing capacity. Comparisons of the various pile-driving formulas showed that Modified Engineering News was the most reliable method. However, a significant error happened between dynamic bearing capacity equation was judged that uncertainty of hammer efficiency, characteristics of capacity. It was found out that it would be possilbe to increase the skin friction capacity 1.99 times higher than a driving. As a result of considering 7 day’s time effect, it was obtained that Engineering News, Modified Engineering News, Hiley, Danish, Gates, CAPWAP(CAse Pile Wave Analysis Program) analysis for relation, respectively Q <sub>u(Restrike)</sub> / Q<sub>u(EOID)</sub>= 0.98 t<sup>0.1</sup>, 0.98 t<sup>0.1</sup>, 1.17 t<sup>0.1</sup>, 0.88 t<sup>0.1</sup>, 0.89 t<sup>0.1</sup>, 0.97 t<sup>0.1</sup> 말뚝에 대한 지지력 평가는 재하시험에 의한 결과를 이용하는 것으로부터 정ㆍ동력학적 공식등 다양한 방법들이 사용되고 있다. 최근의 국내 조사에 의하면 표준관입시험의 N치에 기초한 Meyerhof 공식이 설계단계에서 빈번하게 사용되는 것으로 보인다. 본 연구에서는 국내에서 실시된 다수의 정ㆍ동재하시험자료를 가지고 말뚝기초 설계에 사용되는 이론식을 실측값과의 비교를 통해 각종 이론식에 의한 말뚝의 허용지지력 추정의 신뢰성을 알아 보고자 하였다. 또한, 경시효과를 고려한 경우 말뚝의 지지력에 미치는 영향에 대해서도 연구가 이루어졌다. 본 연구를 통해 얻은 주요 결과로는 Davisson 방법을 기준으로 정도를 평가한 결과, Terzaghi & Peck > Chin > Meyerhof > 수정 Meyerhof 방법순으로 기준값에 근접하였으며 동재하시험결과는 항타공식 중 수정 Engineering News 공식이 가장 실측치에 근접한 결과를 주었으나 이는 해머 효율의 불확실성이라든가 변수의 자체특성, 경시효과등이 고려된 경우에는 다른 결과를 줄 수도 있을 것으로 판단되며, 경시효과를 고려한 시험 결과 선단지지력에 비해 주면마찰력이 뚜렷하게 증가하였는데 항타시 대비 주면마찰력은 평균 약 2배정도 증가하였고 Engineering News,수정 Engineering News, Hiley, Danish, Gates, CAPWAP 해석시에 대한 7일의 경시효과를 고려한 관계식은 각각 Q<sub>u(Restrike)</sub> / Q<sub>u(EOID)</sub>= 0.98 t<sup>0.1</sup>, 0.98 t<sup>0.1</sup>, 1.17 t<sup>0.1</sup>, 0.88 t<sup>0.1</sup>, 0.89 t<sup>0.1</sup>, 0.97 t<sup>0.1</sup> 과 같은 결과를 주었다.
개량연약지반(改良軟弱地盤)의 모형실험(模型實驗)과 변형해석(變形解析) (II)

This paper was aimed to investigate the effect of reinforcement for the deformation characteristics of clayey foundation. Among numerous improvement method of foundation, only geotextile-reinforced foundation and foundation with both geotextile and sand mat which were 2-dimensional model clayey foundations were selected for load test in order to obtain fundamental results in analizing the behavior of the foundation with geotextile. To scrutinize the behavior characteristics and effect of reinforcement, the model foundations were constructed with various conditions on the location of layout of geotextile, the number of layouts and the depth of sand mat As for the technique of the numerical analysis elasto-plastic constitutive model for clayey soil, beam element for geotextile and elastic model for sand were respectively employed. Interface element was introduced for the block between materials with different rigidity. Observed values and numerical results were compared with satisfactory correspondence, which proved that the numercial technique developed in this paper was available.

This study aims at investigating reinforcement effect and deformation behavior relevent to the soft foundation reinforced with geotextile subjected to undrained loading. It also deals with developing the numerical technique for the behavior analysis of the foundation. In a quick loading such as undrained condition, instability may occur in the foundation with geotextile, and the effect of reinforcement may be different depending on the working method as well as the properties of geotextile employed. To scrutinize this problem, 2 dimensional model load tests(7 cases) were performed with the variation of the number of layers covered by geotextile and its spacing. Numerical deformation analysis using elasto-plastic constitutive model was carried out, coupled with the beam element and truss element respectively. The validation was satisfactorily established by the comparison of observational values with numerical results.
