This study aims to figure out the lifestyle of female university student majoring in beauty , and grasp how they do their beauty treatment. In this study, a total of 100 questionnaires sent out to female university student majoring in beauty residing in Seoul and Kyeonggi was used as a reference of final analysis, and the statistical program, SPSS v.21.0, was implemented. Life style of female university student majoring in beauty were categorized as 4 types such as 'Unative tendency' group, 'Pursue to planned economy' group, 'Strong leadership'group and 'Ative tendency'group. As a result of the effect of life style on on bauty treatment behavior, 'Unative tendency' group and 'Pursue to planned economy' show generally defensive behavior for beauty treatment. But 'Strong leadership'group and 'Ative tendency'group show generally offensive behavior for beauty treatment. This study is expective to effective beauty treatment of female university students. But, next study will be progressed by extensive age and gender.

사회복지시설 종사자의 감정노동이 서비스 질에 미치는 영향에 대한 직무만족의 조절효과

본 연구는 사회복지시설에 근무하는 종사자들의 감정노동에 대한 부담을 경감시켜줄 근거를 마련하고 직무만족을 높여 서비스 질을 향상 시킬 수 있는 기초 자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 부산광역시와 김해시의 사회복지시설 종사자를 대상으로 2017년 4월 10일부터 4월 30일까지 설문조사하였다. 회수된 301부의 설문지 중 답변이 불성실하거나 기타 부적합한 설문지 6부를 제외한 최종 295부의 자료를 분석하였으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회복지시설 종사자의 감정노동이 높을수록 서비스 질이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회복지시설 종사자의 감정노동이 서비스 질에 미치는 영향에서 직무만족의 조절효과는 없었지만, 직무만족이 높을수록 서비스 질이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 제언을 하면 첫째, 감정노동 능력을 향상하기 위해 다차원적 접근이 필요하다. 둘째, 종사자의 직무만족을 높이기 위해 근무환경 개선 등의 노력을 해야 한다. 셋째, 감정노동과 직무만족을 고려하였을 때 소진과 관련된 프로그램이 필요하다. This study aims to find grounds to lighten the burden of emotional labor among workers in social welfare facilities and improve their job satisfaction and provide the basic data to improve the quality of service. For this purpose, the survey was conducted from April 10, 2017 to April 30, 2017 in the social welfare facilities of Busan Metropolitan City and Kimhae City. Excepting six responses with improper or insincere answers out of total collection, the study conducted analysis on 295 respondent`s data and found results as below. First, the higher emotional labor of social welfare facility workers was, the higher service quality was. Second, while there was no moderating effect of job satisfaction in connection with influence of emotional labor of social welfare facility workers on service quality, it turned out the higher job satisfaction, the better service quality. Therefore, a few of suggestions can be made, based on the findings from this study. First, it is necessary to make a multidimensional approach to improve the ability in emotional labor. Second, in order to increase job satisfaction among workers, some efforts including improvement of working environment should be made. Third, it is necessary to develop exhaust-related programs considering emotional labor and job satisfaction.

애엽(艾葉) 추출물이 알코올성 위염에 미치는 효과

Objective: Alcohol is known to cause inflammation in the stomach by decreasing the protective substances of the gastric mucosa and increasing oxidative stress. The purpose of this study was to investigate the anti-inflammatory effect of Artemisiae Argyi Folium extract (AF) on alcohol-induced gastritis. Methods: The total polyphenol and flavonoid contents of AF were confirmed through an in vitro experiment. Radical scavenging activities were confirmed using DPPH and ABTS assays. In vivo experiments were conducted on mice divided into 5 groups (n=8): a normal group (Nor), an alcohol-induced gastritis group (Con), an alcohol-induced gastritis group administered 10 mg/kg sucralfate (SC), an alcohol-induced gastritis group administered 100 mg/kg AF (AFL), and an alcohol-induced gastritis group administered 200 mg/kg AF(AFH). The serum levels of reactive oxygen species (ROS) were determined, and protein expressions were confirmed in gastric tissues. Results: In alcohol-induced gastritis, AF alleviated damage to the gastric mucosa caused by alcohol. AF also decreased the serum ROS levels. Western blots showed that AF decreased the expression of NADPH oxidase and decreased the expression of the NF-κB pathway associated with inflammation. AF also decreased the expression of adhesion molecules and chemokine proteins, and increased the expression of anti-inflammatory proteins. Conclusions: AF not only reduced oxidative stress in alcohol-induced gastritis, but it also relieved gastric mucosal inflammation by regulating the expression of the NF-κB pathway.

CEO의 비전설정 행위와 조직성과 간 조직시민행동의 매개효과 분석

본 연구는 CEO의 비전설정 행위와 성과 간에 있어서 조직시민행동의 매개효과를 분석하기 위해 구조방정식의 구조모형을 설정하였다. 그리고 O"Connell et al.(2011)이 제시한 비전 설정의 유형을 토대로 다섯 가지 유형을 검토하였으며, 분산분석과 Duncan 다중비교분석을 통하여 세 가지 유형으로 재분류하고, 재분류된 유형에 따라 비전공유 정도 차이와, 비전설정-조직시민행동-성과의 구조모형에 대한 조절효과를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 비전설정과 성과 간에 조직시민행동의 매개효과를 확인하였다. 그리고 비전설정 수준에 따라 세 가지 유형으로 분류된 비전설정 유형의 분산분석과 Duncan 다중비교분석을 통하여 비전공유 차이를 확인하였으며, 비전설정-조직시민행동-성과의 구조모형에 있어서 비전설정 유형의 조절효과도 확인하였다. 비전설정 초기부터 조직구성원들과의 참여를 통하여 비전을 공유함으로써 단기적인 재무성과 이상의 역할 외 행동인 조직시민행동을 통해 조직의 순응적 태도는 말할 것도 없고, 개인적인 이타적 행동을 강화하고, 조직을 위한 혁신적 행동까지 이끌어 낼 수 있다는 점에서 매우 시사점이 크다고 판단된다. The purposes of this study is to analyze the effect of the vision creation on the OCB(Organizational Citizenship Behavior) and the performance, and to review the mediating effect of the OCB on the vision creation and the performance, and also to analyze the moderating effect of the three visioning type on the relation among the vision creation, OCB and the performance. We formulate the structural equation model(SEM) for analyzing the relations among the three construct or latent variables(the vision creation, OCB, performance). And we analysis the mediating effect of the OCB, and the moderating effect of the three visioning type re-classified by the ANOVA analysis. The empirical results are as follows. First, the vision creation has the statistically significant positive relation about the employee performance/finance performance through the mediating effect of the OCB. Second, we recognized the moderating effect of the three visioning type among the vision creation, OCB, and performance.

사물 인터넷 환경에서의 그룹 사용자를 위한 그룹 구성 정보 기반 서비스 추천 방법

여러 사물 인터넷 기기들을 조합, 활용하여 다양한 서비스를 제공할 수 있게 된 환경에서 추천시스템은 사용자가 원하는 서비스를 선택하는 데 있어 도움을 줄 수 있다. 기존의 추천 시스템에 대한 많은 연구는 주로 개인 사용자 대상의 추천에 집중되어 있으나 사물 인터넷 환경에서는 개인과 그룹 모두 사용자가 될 수 있으므로 그룹에 대한 추천 방법이 필요로 하다. 본 연구는 사물 인터넷 환경에서 그룹사용자들의 서비스 선호도를 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 특정 장소에서 서비스를 이용한 적이 없는 새로운 그룹 사용자에게 서비스를 추천할 수 있는 방법을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서는 그룹의 구성 정보를 기반으로 그룹들 간의 유사도를 측정하여 사용자 기반 협업 필터링을 적용하였다. 실험에서는 실제 사물 인터넷 테스트 베드 환경에서 수집된 데이터를 사용하였으며 실험 결과를 통해 제안한 서비스 추천 방법이 효과적임을 확인할 수 있었다. Recommender systems can be used to assist users in selecting required services for their tasks in Internet of Things (IoT) environments in which diverse services can be provided by utilizing IoT devices. Traditional research on recommendation mainly focuses on predicting preferences of individual users. However, in IoT environments, not only individual users but also groups of users can access services in the environments. In this study, we analyzed user groups" preferences on services and developed service recommendation approach for new groups that do not have a history of accessing IoT-services in a certain place. Our approach extends the traditional user-based collaborative filtering by considering the similarity between user groups based on their member organization. We conducted experiments with a real-world dataset collected from IoT testbed environments. The results demonstrate that the proposed approach is effective to recommend services to new user groups in IoT environments.

기능적 움직임 검사의 방법과 적용에 관한 연구

Purpose: To determine the effect of Functional movement screen(FMS) of Healthy subjects. Method: 18 subjects were randomly assigned toFunctional movement screen test. To measure functional movement screen(deep squat, hurdle step, in line lunge, shoulder mobility reaching, active straight leg raise, trunk stability push up, rotary stability). Result: FMS scores were deep squat 2.61score, right hurdle step 2.67 score, lift hurdle step 2.83 score, in line lunge 2.83 score, right shoulder mobility 2.67 score, left shoulder mobility 2.61 score, right active straight-leg raise 3.00 score, left active straight-leg raise 3.00 score, trunk stability push up 2.33 score, rotary stability 1.94 score. Conclusion: FMS can improve functional movement in healthy adults.

미세먼지 차단을 위한 IoT 자동 환기 시스템

미세먼지가 인체에 유해한 영향을 끼칠 수 있다는 연구 결과가 꾸준히 발표되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 사물인터넷(IoT) 서비스를 활용하여 자동으로 창문을 개폐할 수 있는 시스템을 소개하고자 한다. 이 시스템에서는 측정한 실내 공기질과 오픈 API에서 받아온 실외 미세먼지 데이터를 비교하여 창문을 개폐하고, 사용자가 등록한 패턴에 따라 환기를 자동화하는 시스템이다.
