청소년기 심담허겁(心膽虛怯) 환아의 온담탕(溫膽湯) 치험 1례

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to find out whether Ondam-tang has any effects on adolescence with anxiety disorder Methods : The subject is in regard to 1 case with anxiety disorder who adnutted at ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$ Oriental Medical hospital from 29th of June to 7th of July. The herbal therapy (Acupuncture, Moxa, Aroma therapy) is applied. Results : After treatment, in a week, most of symptoms (insomnia, anxiety, the problem of verbal expression, chest discomfort, palpitation, anorexia, digestion, headache, dizziness, thirst, eye discomfort, etc) were subsided. Conclusion : Anxiety disorder is similar to Simdamhugup in Oriental medicine. Ondam-tang has been used for long time for treatment on Simdamhugup. Ondam-tang is effective medication for adolescence with anxiety disorder, but more studies about adolescence and Oriental approach of psychiatries are needed.

단일광자방출단층촬영 영상에서 산란 및 감쇠 보정에 의한 절대방사능 측정

Purpose: The pvrpose of this study was to evaluate the accuracy of radioactivity quantitation in Tc-99m SPECT by using combined scatter and attenuation correction. Materials and Methods: A cylindrical phantom which simulates tumors (T) and normal tissue (B) was filled with varying activity ratios of Tc-99m. We acquired emission scans of the phantom using a three-headed SPECT system (Trionix, Inc.) witb two energy windows (photopeak window: 126 154 keV and scatter window: 101 123 keV). We performed the scatter correction with dual-energy window subtraction method (k=0.4) and Chang attenuation correction. Three sets of SPECT images were reconstructed using combined scatter and attenuation correction (SC+AC', attenuation correction (AC) and without any correction (NONE). We compared T/B ratio, irnage contrast [(T-B)/(T+B)) and absolute radioactivity with true values. Results: SC+AC images had the highest mean values of T/B ratios. Image contrast was 0.92 in SC+AC, which was close to the true value of 1, and higher than AC (0.77) or NONE (0.80). Errors of true activity by SPECT images ranged from 1 to 11% for SC+AC, 22-47% for AC, and 2 16% for NONE in a phantom which was located 2.4cm from the phantom surface. In a phantom located 10,0cm from the surface, SC+AC underestimated by ?4%, NON.E 40%. However, AC overestimated by 10%. Conclusion: We conclude that accurate SPECT activity quantitation of Tc-99m distribution can be achieved by dual window scatter correc.tion combined with attenuation correction. 특발성(特發性) 간질(癎疾) 환아(患兒) 치험(治驗) 1례(例)

특발성(特發性) 간질(癎疾)을 진단받고 지속적인 경련(痙攣)을 주소(主訴)로 내원한 환아(患兒)의 치료에 소양인(少陽人) 형방도적산(荊防導赤散) 가미방(加味方)과 철치료(鍼治療)를 병행하여 경련과 제반증상을 완화하는데 양호(良好)한 효과를 보았다. 비록 현재 경련이 나타나지 않고 있지만, 아직 증상이 남아 있는 상태이고 치료과정이 길지 않았으므로, 향후 지속적인 경과관찰이 필요하리라 사료된다. Objective : About 5% of children suffer from convulsive disease before they grow up. Among the convulsive disease, epilepsy means the chronic and relapsed nervous disorder. The etiologic factors of epilepsy are very various. But about 75% of cases are idiopathic, in other words, we cannot find the origin of the disease. Method : We report on 8-year-old male patient with idiopathic epilepsy. We treated him with Hyoungbangdojeok-San and acupuncture. Results : After treatments, the symptoms(convulsion, cough, sputum, constipation, and sore throat) are improved. Conclusion : We had good effects in oriental medical treatment on Idiopathic Epilepsy. And the more study about this disease is needed.

한방병원 산후조리센터 내 신생아의 Rota Virus 감염증에 대한 임상적 고찰

Objective : The aim of this study is to investigate rota virus infection of neonates In the Postpartum care center. Methods : This clinical study was carried out with the 205 neonates who admitted to the Postpartum Care Center of ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$ Oriental Medicine Hospital, from July, 2004 to July, 2005. Stools were examined daily with Rotazyme ELISA tests(Bio Line Rota Virus, SD Standard Diagnostics, INC.) for 3 days from the day of admission. Supplementary test was examined when change was found in stools. Results : Among 205 newborn babies, 58 cases turned out to be positive. The positive rate of rota virus was not significantly related to sex, birth weight, gestation age. But, it was significantly related to delivery method and it was higher in caesarean section group. The manifestation rates of symptoms were 51.7% in Rotazyme positive neonates. In the Rotazyme positive 58 cases, 30 cases(51.7%) had diarrhea, 8 cases had fever(13.8%), 1 case(1.7%) had vomiting. The positive rate of rota virus was higher during from october to march. There were 190 cases(92.2%) of mixed feeding and 15 cases(7.8%) of artificial feeding. There was significance between breast feeding and the positive rate of rota virus. There was no significance between hospital of birth and the rate of positive rotazyme test. Conclusions : A further study of neonates in postpartum care center is necessary as preference of postpartum care center was increased. And the oriental medicine treatment of rota virus IS expected to be effective, so a further study is necessary.

저산소성 허혈성 뇌손상을 받은 WPW증후군 환아 증례 1례

Objective: There were few reports on the treatment of Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome with Hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy. We treated a Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome with Hypoxic ischemic encephalopathic patient with Oriental medical approach, and got a significant result. This treatment shows the possibility of healing Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome with Hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy. So we are reporting this case. Method : Acupuncture treatment, herb medication, rehabilitation therapy were applied for treating patient's chief symptom.(involuntary movement, dystonia, aphasia, fever, perspiration) Results : Consciousness loss in acute stage of Hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy can be considered as Mental Confusion due to Phlegm(Dammisimgyu) in veiw point of Oriental medicine. Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome can be considered as Sudden Palpitation(Gyounggye) in veiw point of Oriental medicine. After oriental medical treatment, patient's chief symptoms were improved. Conclusion: More study about oriental medical treatment on Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome with Hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy is needed.

고령자 맞춤 아파트의 옥외 공용공간 및 부대·복리 시설 배치계획 분석 - 강남구 세곡지구 4단지를 중심으로 -

This study has examined layout of communal outdoor space and welfare facilities in the nation's very first senior apartment complex in Segok-dong, Gangnam-gu that has been developed by Seoul City. In order for this space to play a role as a center of communication: 1) A center space of community should be created at the point of intersection of main moving lines of pedestrians. 2) Hierarchical area should be set up between main moving lines of walking and communal outdoor space. 3) It should be designed in a way to reflect demands of seniors and be accommodated their activities and behaviors. 4) It should be functionally connected to local infrastructure facilities so that it can promote social exchanges among seniors. Points to be considered in welfare facilities: 1) They should be placed at the center of the complex to provide convenience to all seniors. 2) Area of senior citizen center should be subject to flexible legal regulation in light of the unique characteristics of the Complex. 3) in case that welfare facilities are installed in the same space, intermediate space is required to alleviate collision between private space and public space. 4) Senior assistance facilities should put more emphasis on running programs that make good use of the space than on securing the space itself.

호텔 진입공간의 구성요소 및 특성에 관한 연구

In this study, an examination and an analysis are carried out on the forms and components of the access spaces of hotel entrances from the front gate of five star hotels in Jejudo, Korea. The results of the study are as follows. In terms of the arrangement of the hotel, city hotels with a relatively narrow site area are influenced by site shape, while resort hotels with a relatively wide site area are affected by the environment. However, the location of the front gate was determined by the access road from the outside. Therefore, forms of access space are related to the front gate, which is governed by the access road, and to the entrance, which is determined by the hotel arrangement. If the front gate is in line with the hotel entrance, a straight line and the hotel are arranged vertically to the front gate(side arrangement) or the hotel is arranged horizontally to the front gate, but if the entrance is not in line with the front gate, it appears as a curved shape. However, those who use their own cars have a variety of choices for access route depending on the location of the parking lot.

호텔 진입공간의 유형별 인지특성 및 이미지형성구조에 관한 연구

This study classified visual perception types of access space at 17 five-star hotels in Jejudo and examined their cognitive characteristics and image formation structures in an effort to provide basic information important for designing the elevation and the access spaces of a hotel. The results of this study are as follows. Access space image of experimental hotels showed more negative evaluations at both city hotels and resort hotels, viewing angle (upward angle) was also positively evaluated between $10^{\circ}{\sim}12^{\circ}$ and $18^{\circ}$ and central type in arrangement type and detour access and straight access types in access circulation type were positively evaluated. When viewed from an upward angle of $10^{\circ}$ to $12^{\circ}$, the most important factors were as plasticity, decorativeness, and creativity; from $18^{\circ}$ it was such factors as harmony and peculiarity; and at $45^{\circ}$ it was factors like decorativeness and stability. In considering the various access types, the most important factors in a straight access type were peculiarity and harmony; for one-time curved access type it was by decorativeness, creativity, Peculiarity, and stability; and for detour access types it was decorativeness, stability, and peculiarity. Influential of factors affecting image formation and plasticity and harmony factors and the form had more influences on image formation.

인숙산(仁熟散)을 이용한 수면장애 소아 환자 치험례(治驗例)

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to find out whether Insook-san has any effects on children with disorder of sleep. Methods : The subject are in regard to 6 children with disorder of sleep who visited Dong-so Oriental Medicine hospital from September 2003 to June 2004. The herbal therapy are applied. Result : After treatment, the symptoms (Insomnia, sleep terror, night-mare, night crying etc.) were improved. Conclusion : More studies about the Oriental medical treatment and conception on disorder of sleep are needed.
