In this paper, a novel speed control strategy using an acceleration feedforward compensation by the estimation of the system inertia is proposed. With the proposed method, the enhanced speed control performance can be achieved and the speed response against the disturbance torque can be improved for the vector-controlled induction motor drive systems in which the bandwidth of the speed controller cannot be made large enough. The experimental results confirm the validity of the proposed strategy.
알코올성 간질환 변증 설문, DSOM, SF-36을 이용한 알코올성 간질환 환자의 금주 효과 연구

Objectives : This study was done to evaluate the effect of stopping drinking, using alcoholic liver disease questionnaire, Diagnosis System of Oriental Medicine (DSOM) and Health Related Quality of Life (HRQOL). Methods : 49 men who satisfied the requirement participated in this trial. They stopped drinking for 6 weeks. They were analyzed using DSOM, alcoholic liver disease questionnaire and SF-36. The data were classified by age (<47,$\geq$48) and alcoholic intake per day (<100g,$\geq$100g). For HRQOL, the SF-36v2 Health Survey was used and Quality Metric Health Outcomes Scoring Software 2.0 (QualityMetric, Lincoln, RI, USA) was applied for the analysis. Results : The alcoholic liver disease questionnaire had a partial correlation with DSOM. Generally stopping drinking decreased Heat (熱). Especially in the group drinking over 100g per day, the correlation was high. In the group over 48 years old, spleen (脾) was improved comparatively. In the group with low HRQOL (PCS<31.43, MCS<23.33) deficiency (虛) was improved. Conclusions : We found that stopping drinking can improve pathogenic factors of alcoholic liver disease and the alcoholic liver disease questionnaire be a useful diagnostic method on alcoholic liver disease by comparison with DSOM.

Taylor and Ford in the 1910s led to the "scientific management" for the entire industry from the manufacturing spread of TQM Total Quality Management has been structured as a management efficiency, such as 6-Sigma techniques were developed. SW development also introduces the idea, such as CMMI and SPICE-based process management, management practices have evolved. However, in recent years to increase the knowledge of workers in the manufacturing process oriented management approach is under serious challenge. Business performance or productivity will be varied depending all motivation, human relationship, job involvement rather than simply putting a lot of time. Especially in the SW industry which is depending on human resource, Creativity should be limited in traditional management methods. Recently, Google and Apple, Cisco and global advanced companies adopt a human relationship management. Their productivity and creativity in product development has been successful by giving autonomy and motivation, enthusiasm and vision to tile employees. Human relationship management since the mid-1990s, appears as a new paradigm so called Agile process in the field of SW development. Agile processes emphasis on light, flexible and responding to changes immediately in the business environment step away from traditional management approach which is the heavy and complicated process. In this paper, agile project management concepts and practices which is applied to industry will be examined.
7가지 한약재 처방전에 대한 항산화·항균·항암활성에 대한 연구

본 연구에서, 우리는 동의보감에서 옹저에 대한 한약재 처방전인 길경탕(GGT), 대황목단탕(DHMDT), 사간탕(SGT), 소청룡탕(SCRT), 시호청간탕(SHCGT), 십육미류기음(SYMYKE) 과 황흑산(HHS)에 대한 항산화능과 항암과 항균활성에 대한 생리활성에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 총 페놀 함량은 길경탕 < 십육미류기음 < 소청룡탕 < 시호청간탕 < 대황목단탕 < 사간탕 < 황흑산의 순서대로 함량이 풍부하였다. 이들 중 황흑산은 SOD 유사활성, 환원력과 DPPH 라디칼과 ABTS 라디칼의 소거능이 가장 뛰어났다. 흥미롭게도, 이들 시료의 총페놀 함량과 그들의 항산화능과의 상관도는 높게 나타났다. 모든 시료에서 인간대장세포인 HCT-116에서 항암활성을 나타냈으며, 특히 황흑산은 가장 낮은 활성을 나타낸 길경탕보다도 7배 높은 항암활성을 보였다. 또한, 대장균인 Escherichia coli와 위염을 발생시키는 Helicobacter pylori 균에 대한 항균 활성을 시행한 결과 사간탕, 소청룡탕, 십육미류기음과 황흑산에서 항균활성이 보였다. 결과를 종합하여 볼 때, 한약재 처방전은 항산화와 생리활성물질의 소재로서의 가치가 있음을 알 수 있었다. In this study, we investigated the antioxidant activities and compared other physiological properties including anti-cancer and antimicrobial effects of several traditional Korean herb-combined remedies such as Gilgyung-tang (GGT), Daihwangmokdan-tang (DHMDT), Sagan-tang (SGT), Socheonryongtang (SCRT), Sihocheonggan-tang (SHCGT), Sipyukmiyuki-eum (SYMYKE) and Hwangheuk-san (HHS), which were recorded in “Dong-eui-bo-gam” for “Ongjeo”. Total phenolic contents of the herb medicines were in a rich order of GGT < SYMYKE < SCRT < SHCGT < DHMDT < SGT < HHS. Among them, HHS appeared highest in superoxide dismutase-like activity, ferric reducing antioxidant power, scavenging of 2,2"-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl, and 2,2"-azinobis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonate) cationic radical activity. Interestingly, there was a positive relationship between their total phenolic contents and their antioxidant activities. Although all of them showed anti-proliferative activities in human colon cancer HCT-116 cells, HHS was seven times higher than GGT. Antimicrobial activities against Escherichia coli and Helicobacter pylori were revealed only on SGT, SCRT, SYMYKE and HHS. Taken together, these findings reveal the potential use of traditional Korean herbal formulas as functional ingredients in antioxidant and physiological materials.

주간 절단시기 및 생장조절제를 이용한 ‘후지’/M9 사과나무 수관 상단부 생장조절

BACKGROUND: The vigorous shoot growth in upper part of apple tree canopy leads to poor fruit quality and flower bud formation in lower part of canopy. So, this study was conducted to develop the proper control method about the shoot growth in upper part of apple tree canopy. METHODS AND RESULTS: Trunks of 'Fuji'/M9 apple trees were cut (back pruned) to 2.5 m in tree height on 11 February (dormant) or 12 April (full bloom). Naphthalene acetic acid (NAA) was applied at 2.0% to cut surface when trunk was pruned. Prohexadione-calcium (Pro-Ca) was sprayed at 250 mg/L above 2.0 m in tree height at 23 April (petal fall). The NAA or Pro-Ca application after trunk was pruned at dormant (TR-2 and TR-3) significantly reduced shoot growth in upper part of canopy compared with the control (tree was only pruned at dormant, TR-1), but the percent of shoots showing the secondary growth of TR-3 was higher over 2 times than that of TR-2. The reduction of shoot growth in upper part of canopy by TR-2 and TR-3 increased the fruit red color from the lower part in the treating year and blooming of the lower part in the following year. CONCLUSION: Applying 2.0% NAA to cut surface of pruned apple trunk at dormant was the most effective way for stabilization of the tree vigor in upper part of the canopy in a high density apple orchard.
드론 기반 열영상 처리를 위한 재질에 따른 화소값 및 온도 분석

과거 단순 촬영만을 하던 드론 사진측량에서 최근에는 여러 가지 센서를 활용한 연구가 진행 중이다. 그 중, 열화상 센서 부착 드론은 구조물의 표면 온도를 실시간 모니터링하는 것에서 더 나아가 구체적인 구조물의 열 데이터 분석을 위하여 가상으로 열 기반 구조물의 구현이 가능하다. 이에 대하여 열 열상 처리 과정에서 DN값(화소값)을 구조물의 실제 표면 온도로 바꾸는 것이 필수적이지만 구조물을 형성하는 재질에 따라 실제 표면 온도와 DN값이 많은 차이를 보인다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 드론으로 촬영한 열 기반 영상에서 재질에 따라 달라지는 DN값의 변화와 표시된 DN값에 대하여 실제 표면 온도와의 비교 분석을 진행하였다. 열 영상과 가시 영상을 모두 취득하기 위하여 두 가지 센서가 모두 있는 Zenmuse XT2를 MATRICE 200 V2에 장착하여 사용하였다. 두 영상을 취득하여 가시 영상을 이용한 고밀도 3차원 열 영상 포인트 클라우드를 형성하고, 열 영상 처리 과정에서 DN값을 얻는다. 취득한 DN값을 실제 표면 온도와 비교하기 위하여 비접촉 적외선 열화상 온도계와 접촉 온도계를 사용하여 차이를 분석한다. 실험결과, 몇몇의 연구에서 DN값을 실제 표면 온도로 변환하는 것에 여러 가지 식을 사용하지만 본 연구에서는 1차식을 이용하여 상관도를 표현해 보았다. 그러나 재질에 따른 명도 및 채도, 영상촬영 날씨 등 여러 가지 변수로 인해 큰 오차를 보였다. 특히 방사율에 있어서 재질에 따라 열화성 온도 값과 실제 접촉 온도와 큰 차이를 보여 후에 이러한 점들을 보정한다면 이후 DN값을 실제 표면 온도로 변환하는 것에 대하여 높은 정확도를 얻을 것으로 기대한다.
