        신뢰의 매개효과 검증을 통한 항공사 승무원에 대한 유사 성 인식과 기업 이미지가 충성도에 미치는 영향

        The aim of the study is to analyse the effects of similarity of flight attendants and corporate image on loyalty. Further, the proposed model seeks to test trust as a mediating role. To meet the specific objectives of the study, a survey was carried out by means of an self-administered questionnaire to a sample of 250. The survey was conducted from Nov. 1 to Nov. 30, 2012. The major results of this study are as follows: First, similarity had a positive impact on trust. Second, corporate image had a positive impact on trust. Third, similarity had a positive impact on loyalty. Fourth, corporate image had a positive impact on loyalty. Fifth, similarity had a positive impact on loyalty as the mediating role of trust. Lastly, corporate image had a positive impact on loyalty as the mediating role of trust. The findings of study suggest that airlines enable to reinforce the in-flight service process, which in turn is also expected to forster trust and loyalty.

        비대면 환경의 이러닝 콘텐츠품질, 학습만족도, 학습지속의향 간의 관계연구 -과제가치의 조절효과를 중심으로-

        본 연구에서는 항공서비스전공자들을 대상으로 비대면 환경에서 이러닝 콘텐츠품질, 학습만족도, 학습지속의향간의 영향관계를 규명하고, 또한 과제가치의 조절효과를 파악하고자 경북소재 K대학 항공서비스학과의 기내방송, 항공객실롤플레이 교과목 이러닝 강좌 수강생을 대상으로 자료를 수집했다. 자료의 분석방법은 데이터 코딩과정을 거쳐 IBM SPSS Statistics 27.0을 활용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 탐색적 요인분석과 상관분석을 수행하였고, IBM SPSS AMOS 27.0을 활용하여 확인적 요인분석, 구조방정식 모형분석, 다중집단분석을 수행하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과를 요약하면 첫째, 이러닝 콘텐츠품질은 학습만족도에 유의한 정의 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 이러닝 콘텐츠품질은 학습지속의향에 유의한 정의 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 학습만족도는 학습지속의향에 유의한 정의 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 이러닝 콘텐츠품질과 학습만족도 사이에서 효용적 가치는 조절역할을 하는 것으로 나타났고 마지막으로 이러닝 콘텐츠품질과 학습지속의향 사이에서 효용적 가치는 조절역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. The study aims to analyse the influence relationship between e-learning content quality, learning satisfaction, and learning intention in a non-face-to-face environment. data were collected for aviation service majors in the in-flight announcement and cabin role-play course e-learning classes at K University in Gyeongbuk. As for the data analysis method, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and correlation analysis were performed using IBM SPSS Statistics 27.0 through the data coding process, and confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation model analysis, and multi-group analysis were performed using IBM SPSS AMOS 27.0. Summarizing the analysis results of this study, first, e-learning content quality had a significant positive effect on learning satisfaction. Second, e-learning content quality had a significant positive effect on learning intention. Third, learning satisfaction had a significant positive effect on learning intention. Fourth, The utility value was found to play a moderating role between e-learning content quality and learning satisfaction. Finally, the utility value was found to play a moderating role between e-learning content quality and learning intention.

        2011년 서울국제 모터쇼 방문자의 추구혜택 세분화에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study segments the visitors` market of 2011 Seoul International Motor Show by the benefit sought. Sample data were collected from 166 visitors of the motor show in KINTEX, Illsan. For contributing more accurate data collection, the questionnaires were distributed to the visitors by using a set time frame and different collection points in the show ground. First, demographic characteristics of the visitors were classified for the understanding of the visitors, and then the result of factor analysis indicated that there were five different types of benefit sought attributes: event attraction, escape from the ordinary, socialization, product interest, and family togetherness. From cluster analysis, the visitors were clustered into three groups, which were classified with the attributes of benefits sought. The groups were named as: the event seekers, visitors, and motor mania. Last, the study tries to present each group`s differences by comparing the show visitors` characteristics and demographic data for suggesting new marketing strategy for the next show.

        사회적지원이 자기효능감, 정서적 고갈 및 조직침묵에 미치는 영향 : 항공사 객실승무원을 대상으로

        This study conducted an empirical analysis on flight attendants to understand the relationship between the social support, self confidence, emotional depletion, and organizational silence. Of the 327 copies collected through the survey, 311 copies, excluding unfaithful responses and unwritten questionnaires, were used for the final analysis. The data analysis method used SPSS 27.0 to conduct frequency analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and correlation analysis, and confirmed factor analysis and structural equation model analysis using Amos 27.0. As a result of the empirical study, First, among social support, supervisor support and organizational support have a positive effect on self-efficacy. Second, among social support, supervisor support has a significant negative effect on emotional depletion. Third, among social support, supervisor support and organizational support have a significant negative effect on organizational silence. Fourth, self confidence has not been confirmed to have an influence on organizational silence. Fifth, emotional depletion has a positive effect on organizational silence. The implications and limitations of the study and future research directions were presented.

        항공승무원에 대한 유사성 지각이 충성도에 미치는 영향

        The aim of the study is to analyse the effects of characteristic similarity on service quality, trust and loyalty. Additionally, the study is designed to test the similarity attraction paradigm in the airline industry. To meet the specific objectives of the research, a survey was carried out by means of an self-administered questionnaire to a sample of 281 individuals. To test the hypothesis, it was used descriptive, reliability and validity tests, correlation, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling. The major results of this study are as follows: First, both personal-related and performance-related flight attendants characteristics have a positive impact on in-flight service quality. Second, personal-related characteristics had a positive effect but not performance-related characteristics on customer`s trust. Third, service quality had a positive effect on trust. The findings of study suggest that interpersonal and social bonding between a customer and flight attendants, which in turn was expected to forster trust and loyalty.

        Chylous mesenteric cyst is a rare variant of mesenteric cystic lesions. Pathologically there is lack of communication of the main lymphatic vessels, resulting in cystic mass formation. Clinical presentation is diverse and can range from an incidentally apparent abdominal mass to symptoms of an acute abdomen. A 5-year-old girl presented with abdominal distension without pain. CT scan showed a huge and thin-walled cystic mass without solid portion. Laparotomy showed a $20{\times}18cm$ sized huge mesenteric cyst containing chylous fluid. Pathological diagnosis was cystic lymphangioma.

        비인격적 감독과 사회적 지원이 반생산적 업무행동과 과업성과에 미치는 영향 : 항공사 객실승무원을 대상으로

        본 연구는 항공사 객실승무원을 대상으로 상사의 비인격적 행동과 사회적 지원 및 반생산적 업무행동과 과업성과 간의 관계를 파악해 보고자 국내 2개 대형 항공사 승무원을 대상으로 실증분석을 수행하였다. 객실브리핑을 준비 중인 승무원을 대상으로 각 비행의 매니저를 통해 설문지를 배포하고 수거하였다. 대상 승무원은 편의표본추출방법으로 자기기입법 조사를 통해 설문조사를 실시했고 226부를 수거하여 이 중 부적합한 자료 10부를 제외하고 총 216부의 자료를 분석에 활용하였다. 연구모형 분석을 위하여 SPSS 통계패키지를 이용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 요인분석, 다중회귀분석, 단순회귀분석을 실시하였다. 실증연구결과로는 첫째, 항공 객실승무원 조직에서 상사의 비인격적 감독은 구성원의 반생산적 업무행동에 정의 영향을 준다. 둘째, 비인격적 감독과 조직의 사회적 지원은 구성원의 과업성과에 정의 영향을 준다. 셋째, 조직에 대한 일탈적 과업행동인 반생산적 업무행동이 구성원의 과업성과에 정의 영향을 규명하였고, 이에 대한 연구의 시사점과 한계점 및 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다. In this study, it was intended to identify the effects of abusive supervision and social support on counterproductive work behavior and task performance of cabin crews working in the two Full Service Carriers(FSC). To meet the specific objectives of the study, a survey was carried out by the means of self-administered questionnaire to a sample of 226 cabin crews before cain briefings. Out of 226 returns, a purposive sample of 216 valid questionnaires formed the basis of this study. The data was analysing SPSS to provide descriptive, reliability and validity tests, multiple regression and simple regression. First, the analysis results showed that abusive supervision has a significant impact on counterproductive work behavior. Second, it has been found that abusive supervision and social support have a significant impact on task performance of cabin crews. Third, counterproductive work behavior like a deviant task showed a significant impact on task performance of cabin crews. Through this result, it provides further suggestions for clarifying counterproductive work behavior that can lead to the task performance in airline service, and improving social support of airline crews and use as basic data for effecive task performance in FSC.

        코로나팬데믹 이후 대학 이러닝 품질이 학습효과와 학습전이에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 일반대학 비대면 온라인수업에서 이러닝 품질(시스템품질, 정보품질, 서비스품질)이 학습효과와 학습전이에 미치는 영향관계를 규명하고자 경북소재의 K대학교 항공서비스학과 실습형 과목 이러닝 강좌 수강생을 대상으로 실증분석을 수행하였다. 조사를 통해 수집된 220개 설문지를 배포하여 모두 수거하였으나 그 중 무응답과 불성실한 설문지를 제외한 191개의 설문지를 최종 분석에 활용하였다. 자료의 분석방법은 데이터 코딩과정을 거친 후 IBM SPSS Statistics 27.0을 활용하여 빈도분석과 신뢰도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 실증연구 결과로는 첫째, 이러닝 품질 중 정보품질과 서비스 품질이 학습효과에 유의한 정의 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 이러닝 품질 중 정보 품질만이 학습전이에 정의 영향을 준다. 셋째, 이러닝에서의 학습효과는 학습전이에 정의 영향을 규명하였고, 이에 대한 연구의 시사점과 한계점 및 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다. This study conducted an empirical analysis on the effect of e-learning quality (system quality, information quality, and service quality) on learning effect and learning transfer in non-face-to-face online classes at K University in Gyeongbuk. All 220 questionnaires were distributed and collected, but 191 of them were used for the final analysis, excluding non-response and insincere questionnaires. After going through the data coding process, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, simple regression, and multiple regression analysis were performed using IBM SPSS Statistics 27.0. As a result of empirical research, first, among e-learning quality, information quality and service quality had a significant positive effect on learning effect. Second, only information quality among e-learning quality has a positive effect on learning transfer. Third, the learning effect in e-learning was identified as a positive effect on learning transfer, and the implications and limitations of the study and future research directions were presented.
