      • 할인점 시장에서 디자인 중심의 경영 혁신을 내세운 타겟의 성공 사례 연구

        소비자의 소득수준, 개성과 생활양식, 가치관, 경제 환경, 즐거움 등 소비자의 라이프 스타일을 파악할 수 있는 대표적인 공간이기도 한 할인점 업계는 로열티가 높은 소비자을 확보하기 위해 치열한 아이디어 경쟁이 일어나는 곳이기도 하다. 할인점 타겟은 이러한 대내외 환경 가운데 디자인 중심의 경영이라는 차별화된 전략으로 부동의 1위 월마트를 위협하고 있다. 그 중심에는 디자이너들과 타겟만의 디자인 중심의 조직과 문화가 있었다. 따라서 유통시장에서 혁신적인 디자인 리더십을 보여주고 있는 타겟의 사례연구를 통해 디자인 중심의 경영이 어떠한 형태로 이뤄지고 있는지 그 방향성을 살펴보았다. 주로 타겟사의 정기간행물, 논문, 국내외 서적, 매체 등의 자료조사와 현장방문을 통해 이루어졌다. 먼저 이론적 배경으로 국내외 할인점의 유형과 발전 사항을 살펴보았다. 그리고 타겟이 취급하는 제품, 매장, 디스플레이, 제휴카드 그리고 광고를 통해 디자인 중심의 비니지스 철학을 보여주는 여러 사례와 요소들을 살펴보았다. 그 결과 나타난 타겟의 디자인 중심의 경영혁신성공요인을 구체적으로 살펴보았고 이러한 타겟에 대해 연구된 사례를 통해 통합이미지경영(TIM) 모델에 비추어 그 장단점을 분석해봤다. 결론으로 본 논문에서 제시된 타겟의 경영사례 분석을 통해 CEO의 확고한 디자인 마인드, 디자인을 제품전략의 출발점으로 인식, 소비자를 선도하는 디자인제품이나 문화제공, 독립적인 디자인팀 운영 등 디자인 중심의 경영을 위한 몇 가지 시사점을 제공하였다. In discount store business, which is a space representing consumers` lifestyle in terms of their income level, personality, mode of living, value system, economic environment and pleasure, intensive competition is taking place for attracting consumers with high loyalty through new ideas and changes. In the middle of such internal and external environment, however, discount store Target is adopting a differentiate strategy, which is design-centered management. Thus, the present study purposed to make a case study of Target displaying innovating design leadership in the distribution market and to examine the pattern and direction of design-centered management. Target is a foreign enterprise that is not running business in Korea, this study was conducted surveys using annual reports, foreign books and theses, periodicals, magazines and media related to business administration and economy. Types and development of discount stores, Although it is a distributor, Target reveals its design-centered business philosophy through its items, counter display, affiliated credit card companies, and advertisements. Thus, We examined the strong and weak points of Target`s design-centered management by reviewingand interpreting previous case studies through the TIM business process of enterprise image management. Through the case study of Target`s design-centered management. Based on the case study of Target`s design-centered management and the change of external environment, we suggest a number of implications for design-centered management as follows.

        마우스에서의 DW-166HC (Holmium-165-chitosan) 에 대한 급성독성

        DW-166HC (^(166)Holmium-chitosan) is a complex of ^(166)Ho, (β- and γ- ray emitter, and chitosan, a polymer of glucosamine, with radiotherapeutic potential. The current study was performed to determine the acute toxicities of ^(165)Ho-chitosan in mice by two different routes of administration. The both sex mice were given a single intravenous bolus injection of ^(165)Ho-chitosan complex at doses of 12, 10, 6, 5 and 4 mg/kg or subcutaneous administration at doses of 600, 500, 400 and 300 mg/kg. Chitosan was dosed to control animals as 16 and 800 mg/kg, intravenously and subcutaneously, respectively. The doses of ^(165)Ho-chitosan complex were expressed as ^(165)holmium nitrate pentahydrate and the ratio of ^(165)Ho(NO₃)₃, ·5H₂0 to chitosan was 3/4. Severe convulsion and respiratory failure were followed by death within 10 min after intravenous dosing. Transient unilateral hindlimb hypokinesias were found in two mice of 5 mg/kg dosing group during the study period. No abnormalities were observed during the necropsy of survived animals in intravenous dosing group. Only one male animal was found dead in 500 mg/kg subcutaneously dosed group. Alopecia with or without cutaneous ulcer were found in most mice including control animals. During necropsy, omental adhesion was observed in all dose ranges and enlarged spleen was found in several animals including control group. It is suggested that the acute intravenous LD_(50)s for male and female mice were 4.90 and 6.03 mg/kg, respectively. The lowest lethal dose in male was 500 mg/kg by subcutaneous administration.

        어트랙터 해석을 이용한 레일 용접부의 결함 평가

        This study proposes the analysis and evaluation method of time series ultrasonic signal using the attractor analysis. Features extracted from time series signal analyze quantitatively characteristics of weld defects. For this purpose, analysis objective in this study is fractal dimension and attractor quadrant feature. Trajectory changes in the attractor indicated a substantial difference in fractal characteristics resulting from distance shifts such as parts of head and flange even though the types of defects are identified. These differences in characteristics of weld defects enables the evaluation of unique characteristics of defects in the weld zone. In quantitative fractal feature extraction, feature values of 3.848 in the case of part of head(crack) and 4.102 in the case of part of web(side hole) and 3.711 in the case of part of flange(crack) were proposed on the basis of fractal dimensions. Proposed attractor feature extraction in this study can enhance the precision rate of ultrasonic evaluation for defect signals of rail weld zone such as side hole and crack.

        6dB Drop법에 의한 용접 결함 초음파 신호의 카오스성 평가

        This study proposes the analysis and evaluation method of time series ultrasonic signal using the chaotic feature extraction for ultrasonic pattern recognition. Features extracted from time series data using the chaotic time series signal analysis quantitatively welding defects. For this purpose analysis objective in this study is fractal dimension and Lyapunov exponent. Trajectory changes in the strange attractor indicated that even same type of defects carried substantial difference in chaoticity resulting from distance shills such as 0.5 and 1.0 skip distance. Such differences in chaoticity enables the evaluation of unique features of defects in the weld zone. In experiment fractal(correlation) dimension and Lyapunov exponent extracted from 6dB ultrasonic defect signals of weld zone showed chaoticity. In quantitative chaotic feature extraction, feature values(mean values) of 4.2690 and 0.0907 in the case of porosity and 4.2432 and 0.0888 in the case of incomplete penetration were proposed on the basis of fractal dimension and Lyapunov exponent. Proposed chaotic feature extraction in this study enhances ultrasonic pattern recognition results from defect signals of weld zone such as vertical hole.

      • 해충 카운팅을 위한 멀티스케일 어텐션 CenterNet

        시기별 해충의 발생량을 파악하는 것은 유연한 방제 계획 수립을 가능케 한다. 기존에는 해충의 발생량을 파악하기 위해 사람이 페로몬 트랩에 잡힌 해충의 마릿수를 직접세는 방식으로 수행되어왔다. 따라서 주광성 기반의 디지털 트랩에서 촬영된 해충 영상을 기반으로 해충의 마릿수를 자동으로 파악하는 해충 카운팅 딥러닝 모델을 소개하고자 한다. 디지털 트랩 안의 해충의 마릿수가 많아질수록 폐색 문제가 발생한다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 이전 연구에서 멀티스케일 CenterNet을 제안하였다. 하지만 여전히 해충 카운팅 성능 개선에 대한 문제가 남아있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 해충 카운팅 성능 개선을 위한 멀티스케일 어텐션 CenterNet을 제안하고자 한다. 연구 결과를 통해 해충 카운팅의 성능을 개선할 수 있음을 보이고자 한다. Identifying the amount of occurrence of pests by season makes it possible to establish a flexible control plan. Conventionally, in order to determine the amount of pests generated, a person has been performing a method of directly counting the number of pests caught in a pheromone trap. Therefore, we would like to introduce a deep learning model for counting pests that automatically counts the number of pests based on images of pests taken from phototight-based digital traps. The blockage problem occurs as the number of pests in the digital trap increases. To solve this problem, a multiscale CenterNet was proposed in previous studies. However, there is still a problem to improve pest counting performance. Therefore, in this study, we propose a multiscale attention CenterNet to improve pest counting performance. The results of this study are intended to show that the performance of pest counting can be improved.

        초음파와 신경망을 이용한 오스테나이트계 스테인리스강 304 용접부의 결함 검출 및 평가

        This paper is concerned with defects detection and evaluation of heat affected zone (HAZ) in austenitic stainless steel type 304 by ultrasonic wave and neural network. In experiment, the reflected ultrasonic defect signals from artificial defects (side hole, vertical hole, notch) of HAZ appears as beam distance of prove-defect, distance of probe-surface, depth of defect-surface on CRT. For defect classification simulation, neural network system was organized using total results of ultrasonic experiment. The organized neural network system was learned with the accuracy of 99%. Also it could be classified with the accuracy of 80% in side hole, and 100% in vertical hole, 90% in notch about ultrasonic pattern recognition. Simulation results of neural network agree fairly well with results of ultrasonic experiment. Thus were think that the constructed system (ultrasonic wave - neural network) in this work is useful for defects dection and classification such as holes and notches in HAZ of austenitic stainless steel 304.

        오스테나이트계 스테인리스강 304 용접부의 초음파 형상 인식 평가를 위한 카오스 시뮬레이터의 구축

Proposed chaos feature extraction in this study can enhances ultrasonic pattern recognition results from defect signals of weld zone such as side hole and vertical hole.
