미국 원자력발전소 방호도장 기술기준 및 KINS의 규제지침 개정으로 국내 원자력 도장전문가의 중요성이 커지고 있다. 또한 장기적으로 국내 원자력발전소들의 계속 운전 허가를 위해 도장의 열화에 대한 검사와 모니터링 절차를 강화하고 연구할 필요가 있다. 이에 개정된 기준 및 규제지침을 확인하고 내부 도장 검사자와 전문가 양성을 위한 교육훈련 프로그램 개선방향을 고찰해보고자 한다.

전기적 심율동전환술 후 심방세동의 재발에서 혈장 BNP의 역할

Background/Aims: No studies have conclusively determined whether the B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP) level measured before electrical cardioversion for atrial fibrillation (AF) is associated with the maintenance of sinus rhythm after the procedure. Therefore, we investigated whether the plasma BNP can predict AF recurrence in the short-term. Methods: We prospectively recruited 20 consecutive patients with persistent AF, without symptomatic congestive heart failure. The plasma BNP was measured before and after electrical cardioversion. Results: In all patients, AF was converted to normal sinus rhythm (NSR) after the procedure. NSR was maintained in 70.0% of the patients at 1 week and in 52.6% of the patients at 4 weeks. Of the patients with NSR at 1 week, five patients had relapsed by 4 weeks (4-week relapse group, 4WRG). The log BNP levels after cardioversion decreased significantly in all patients, except for the failed group at 1 week and the 4WRG. Multivariate analysis revealed that the maintenance of sinus rhythm was associated with body mass index at 1 week, and left atrial diameter (LAD) and left ventricular mass index (LVMI) at 4 weeks. 4WRG had a significantly higher baseline BNP. The baseline BNP was associated with the LVMI (R2=0.241, p=0.028) and tissue Doppler imaging (TDI) E` (R2=0.432, p=0.002). Conclusion: A higher plasma BNP at baseline in AF patients may help to predict the failure to maintain sinus rhythm 4 weeks after electrical cardioversion, but not the early recurrence at 1 week. 천연염료 밤 외피의 처리조건에 따른 모발의 색상변화

This study tries to diversify the color of natural hairdyes for the wide selection and examine the degree of hair dyeing using the extract of discarded chestnut shells in order to discover new substances. As a result of an experiment, which used white hair to observe the degree of dyeing and dynamical variations under different conditions of the time, temperature, concentration and fixative, the following outcomes are observed.When the white hair was dyed by the extract of chestnut shells, it was confirmed to be dyed by tannin element which is a sort of acid. Figures K/S and ΔE decreased, so the degree of dyeing declined as well. The order of the figures of K/S and ΔE of fixative was Fe > Al > no mordant > Cu respectively. Therefore, Fe is considered to be the most effective fixative.

Those who major in skin and hair care have been enhancing their ability through the classes customized for industries including theories and practices. It is required to reflect the requirements from industries for improving the field adaptability in hair salons and to develop more effective learning approach for strengthening the adaptability after being employed. If teaching and learning approach of a number of students and teachers and descriptive methodology are not consistent and the approach to teach and learn is diversified, learners may be confused and so their learning ability may be deteriorated. The approach which may help to solve such problems has to enhance the effects by improving the understanding through the most effective learning during a learning time. Thus, it is necessary to induce interest and team spirit and improve the involvement in classes by the program focusing on the team work and self-directed learning, not the learning by rote, and accordingly to strengthen the field adaptability in industries and field-tailored interactive learning effects. Furthermore, it is required to strengthen new teaching and learning ability and learners' ability, develop unified teaching and learning by instructors for subjects in the same major, learning approach in 132 styles for 15-week course, and improvement learning which help to enhance understanding based on basic knowledge and techniques. As a result, this paper aimed to strengthen the practical ability on sites, cultivate the beauty specialists and enhance creativity and confidence by developing the learners' trouble shooting ability.

미용학과 캡스톤디자인 교과목 적용 실태조사

In non-engineering departments such as cosmetology as well, capstone design has been operated as an educational program and evaluation method, generating some positive educational effects. To examine the adoption of capstone design among domestic cosmetology-related college curriculums, this study investigated the total number of credits granted, distribution of academic departments by school, supporting units within academic departments and schools and receipt of government subsidy from the Ministry of Education, and the results found the followings: In 2018, a total of 3,590 students from 31 departments under school of natural sciences and 22 departments under school of art and physical education completed cosmetology-related capstone design courses. In average, each student was assisted by KRW 90,532. The supporting units were operated in cooperation with office of academic affairs (23 colleges), academia-industry cooperation foundation (21 colleges) and strategic support center for government-funded projects (8 colleges). The course titles differed by college. In fact, new and unique capstone design course titles have been used by academic major. It is anticipated that the study results would be available as basic data needed to enhance educational effects for applying capstone design courses and planning government-funded projects, search new items and improve their utilization.

Although Korean first ladies are not very big in changes in their hair style, American first ladies have greatly influenced clothing as well as hair style, exercising their influence over the apparel industry and fashion. Historically, American first ladies` fashion tastes have been on the center of attention and taken the lead in fashion. Although Korea first ladies` hair style are not very new or sensible enough to lead the fashion among the public, they have a sense of fashion and some influence on women of the upper classes. Beauty artists creating first lady hair style are representative of the times and have great value to the research. However, this study will not concentrate on their research. This study will analyze Korea first ladies` hair style, examine hair design and hair technique in fashion in those days. This study intends to provide important materials for Korean beauty history that has not been established by systematically arranging fashion style in the times analyzed through first ladies` hair style. Also, this study aims at researching in the aspect of beauty aesthetic concept through analyzing Korea first ladies` hair style.

대장 내시경의 질 관리 지표로 용종 발견율의 유용성

Background/Aims: The adenoma detection rate (ADR) has been proposed as a quality indicator of colonoscopy;however, ADR cannot be measured easily with commonly used endoscopy reporting systems because substantial time and effort is required to acquire data from histologic assessments. The purpose of this study was to determine if polyp detection rate (PDR) could be used as a valid proxy for ADR. Methods: A total of 1,156 consecutive,asymptomatic, individuals of average risk between 50 and 75 years-of-age who underwent screening colonoscopies at four tertiary medical centers by 27 gastroenterologists were included in this study. Each individual endoscopist performed at least 10 colonoscopies during the study period. The ADR and PDR were calculated as the proportion of an endoscopist`s cases with an adenoma or polyp divided by the total number of colonoscopies. Pearson`s correlation coefficient and the intraclass correlation coefficient were used to determine the level of agreement between ADR and PDR. Results: The mean PDR and ADR for endoscopists was 47.4% (range, 21.7-75.0) and 36.5% (range,13.0-66.7), respectively. There was a strong correlation between PDR and ADR (Pearson`s correlation coefficient 0.94, P<0.001) and there was also good agreement between performance quintiles defined by ADR and PDR (intraclass correlation coefficient 0.94, P<0.001). Conclusions: PDR is a valid proxy for ADR and may be useful for quality assurance at centers where ADR cannot be easily measured. (Intest Res 2011;9:105-111)

한국 화장품 브랜드 광고모델인 한류 스타 특성이 한류 스타 애착 및 브랜드 진정성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 -중국소비자를 대상으로-

본 연구는 중국 화장품 시장에서 한국 화장품 기업의 광고모델인 한류 스타를 휴먼브랜드로 간주하고, 광고모델로써 휴먼브랜드의 특성인 신뢰성, 전문성, 매력성, 친밀성, 유사성, 호감성이 중국소비자들의 한류 스타에 대한 애착에 영향을 미치고, 애착을 가진 중국소비자들이 한류 스타가 광고한 한국 화장품 브랜드에 대해 한국 화장품 기업의 제품, 판매인, 기업 자체등을 포함하고 있는 진정성을 인식하는지를 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 총 1개월 간 중국소비자들을 대상으로 화장품과 관련된 정보를 활발하게 공유하는 대표적 설문 조사사이트(http://www.sojump.com)를 이용하여 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 총 394부가 실증분석에 이용되었다. 실증분석 결과 한국 화장품 기업의 광고모델인 한류 스타의 특성 중 신뢰성, 매력성, 유사성은 한류 스타에 대한 중국소비자들의 애착에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤지만, 전문성, 친밀성, 호감성은 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 한류 스타에 대한 애착은 한류 스타가 광고한 브랜드 진정성 즉, 제품, 판매인, 기업 진정성 모두에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 중국 화장품 시장에서 한국 화장품 기업들이 취할 수 있는 광고 모델 전략 및 자사 브랜드 진정성 구축을 위한 다양한 전략적 시사점을 제공하였다는데 그 의의가 있다. The aim of this study was to view Korean Hallyu stars, the advertisement models of Korean cosmetics brands, as human brands in the Chinese cosmetics market. Furthermore, this study attempted to verify whether the attributes of human brands, such as reliability, professionalism, attraction, intimacy, similarity and favorable impression, affect Chinese consumers’ affection toward Korean celebrities, and whether such Chinese consumers recognize the authenticity of the products, sellers, and companies of Korean cosmetics brands advertised by Korean stars. The results of empirical analysis indicated that among the attributes of Korean stars, the advertisement models of Korean cosmetics companies, Chinese consumers’ affection toward Korean stars was positively affected by reliability, attraction and similarity, but not by professionalism, intimacy and favorable impression. Furthermore, results showed that the consumers’ affection toward Korean stars positively affected the authenticity of the brands advertised by the celebrities.

한련화 추출물 함유 화장품이 분장용 화장품의 피부자극 개선에 미치는 효과

This study attempted to analyze the effects of cosmetics containing the edible flower ‘Tropaeolum majus L.’ extract on skin irritation caused by greasepaint. For this, a total of 16 testees were divided into two groups: a group without Tropaeolum majus L. extract (Group C) and a group containing Tropaeolum majus L. extract (Group TM) (8 testees each). After applying cosmetics containing Tropaeolum majus L. extract and greasepaint foundation, they double washed their face in 3 hours. Thirty minutes later, their skin conditions were measured. The results found the following: In terms of changes in facial sebum levels, Group C revealed a 0.60% increase while Group TM showed a significant decrease (by 26.98%) (p<.01). In porphyrin ratio, Group C increased by 0.49% while a significant decline (by 9.92%) was observed in Group TM (p<.01). In melanin and erythema indexes, Group TM decreased. In terms of moisture index, pH, pore index and skin color (lightness, redness, yellowness), Group TM revealed a significant decrease/increase towards healthy skin conditions unlike Group C. Therefore, Group TM showed a significant decrease in sebum index only. The above results confirm that cosmetics containing Tropaeolum majus L. extract have a positive effect on facial skin irritation caused by greasepaint foundation.
