VPN을 적용한 인터넷 전화 단말기의 성능평가에 관한 연구

To measure the performance of call quality, we have built the experiment environment and observed that the delay caused by encapsulation between internet and VoIP telephones is under 5ms at most. The major delay is assumed to be the time required to capsulate the packet for tunnelling of VPN. Because the difference of average delay time is under $4ms{\sim}5ms$, the difference of call quality between VoIP and VoIP telephone adopting VPN is negligible. We have concluded that the capsulation process between PAC and PNS is the major factor influencing the network load by changing the number of fames in a packet during communication Also, we have concluded that the most suitable frame numbers is tow or three by adding the frame numbers in a packet to obtain the suitable frames in a packet and setting up end-to-end delay under 150ms. 암호화된 인터넷 전화 단말기의 통화품질 측정을 하기위해 실험환경을 구성하여 캡슐화에 따른 지연을 실험한 결과 구현 인터넷 전화기와 일반 VoIP 전화기와의 지연시간의 차이는 최대 5ms 이하였다. 이러한 지연시간의 대부분은 VPN의 터널링을 위한 패킷 캡슐화에 소요되는 지연시간으로 예상할 수 있다. 따라서 일반 VoIP 전화기와 본 연구에서 제시한 VPN을 적용한 VoIP 전화기와의 통화품질의 차이는 무시할 만하였다. 또한 하나의 패킷당 프레임 개수를 다르게 하여 통신하는 동안 네트워크 전체 패킷의 크기를 구하여, PAC과 PNS사이의 캡슐화 과정이 네트워크 부하에 가장 많은 영향을 주는 요소로 작용한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 최적의 패킷 당 프레임 수를 산출하기 위해 패킷에 할당 하는 프레임 개수를 증가시켜 통화 품질에 문제가 없는 종 단간 지연을 150ms 이내로 할 때, 패킷 당 프레임 개수는 $2{\sim}3$개가 적합하다는 결론을 얻었다.

어르신 문화학교 건강체조교실 참여와 삶의 질 인식변화에 대한 질적 연구

본 연구의 배경 및 목적은 다음과 같다. 노인의 어르신 문화학교 지원사업의 수혜자인 참여자들을 대상으로 하는 연구가 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 어르신문화학교 건강체조교실에 참여하고 있는 집단을 통해 삶의 질 변화에 대한 연구를 하므로서 사업성과에 대한 실증적인 자료가 되고자하는 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 연구방법 및 내용 결과는 다음과 같다. 본 연구는 질적 분석 연구로 연구대상자들에게 심층면접의 실시이전에 연구의 목적과 연구참여에 대한 동의서가 주어져 자발적 참여를 원하는 경우에 면담을 진행하였다. 면담은 개방형 질문을 사용하였다. 또한 연구자는 참여자들과 1-2회에 걸친 만남을 통해 개방적이고 반 구조화된 면담을 실시하였다. 연구 대상자들에게 행한 심층면담의 구성 내용은 크게 다음과 같이 분류하여 구성하였다. 첫째, 문화학교 건강체조교실에 대한 연구대상자의 참여동기와 만족도 둘쩨, 건강체조교실 참여 후의 삶의 질에 대한 변화 셋째, 공동체의식 함양과 공연 참여를 통한 자아실현 등의 구조화된 질문사항을 가지고 문답이 이루어졌으며, 수집된 심층면담 자료는 Colaizzi(1978)가 제시한 분석 방법을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구대상자들은 찾아가는 어르신문화학교에 참여한 동기로 주로 ‘건강을 찾기 위해서’가 가장 많았으며, 지역의 환경적 특성상 따로 나가지 않고 가까운 마을회관에서 무언가를 배울 수 있어서라는 답변도 많았으며, 대체로 재미가 있을 것 같아서, 원래 요가나 댄스스포츠를 예전에 했었기 때문에 다시 배우고 싶었다고 답하는 참여자도 있었다. 주관적으로 느끼는 삶의 질의 변화에서는 첫째, 프로그램에 대한 만족정도에서 신체적 효과에 대한 만족감이 매우 높은 편이었다. 둘째, 프로그램의 참여 후 삶의 질에 대한 변화를 얘기할 때 정서적으로 많이 바뀌었음을 꼽고 있다. 자신의 상태에 대한 긍정적 표현과 행복감에 대한 만족을 나타내고 있었다. 셋째, 공동체에 대한 관심, 소속감, 자긍심, 참여의지 등이 높아졌고, 발표회와 칭찬 등을 통해 용기와 자신감을 얻으며 또한 자기의 꿈을 실현해 볼 수 있는 자아실현의 기회가 되었다. 향후 지원사업 기간의 탄력적 운영을 통한 프로그램 간 연계가능성을 열어 놓고 이제는 취미와 여가생활에서 좀 더 수준 높은 전문가 양성으로 이어나가는 사업이 되기를 바란다. The purpose of this study is to navigate through a subjective quality of life change due to health gymnastics school classroom participation. Accordingly, research methods and procedures are as follows. 8주간 수중훈련 프로그램이 고교 축구선수 등속성 근력 및 인스텝 킥의 수행력에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to show the effects of aquatic training with high school soccer player on in-step shooting speed and accuracy of kick, muscle strength of lower extremities and balance. The subjects of this study were 9 high school-soccer players with a career more than 6 years and they participated in aquatic training for 8 weeks before and after, that the study consist of in-step shooting speed, accuracy of in-step kick, isokinetic strength of ankle and knee joint and balance. We used SPSS 12.0 in order to analyze the results through the research, and compared the measurement subject by using the standard deviation of the mean. In addition, we did paired 2-sample non-parametic test for comparison of variables before and after the experiment and Spearman`s Bivariate Correlation Analysis for relationship of respective variables. The level of significance is set up to 0.05 The results of the study were as follows; 1. In the shooting speed was significantly differentiated pre and post-test(p<.05). 2. In the accuracy of in-step kick was significantly differentiated pre and post-test(p<.05). 3. In the muscle strength of knee flexor and extensor were improvement pre and post but not significantly differentiated. In the muscle strength of ankle dorsiflexor and plantarflexor were significantly differentiated(p<.05). 4. In the one leg standing, muscle strength of the left leg was improvement but not significantly differentiated and the right leg was significantly differentiated(p<.05). 5. Right ankle plantarflexor was significantly differentiated with exercise performance of in-step kick pre and post(p<.05), balance was significantly differentiated with high and mean speed pre and post(p<.05). Therefore, based on the result, it is indicated that the aquatic training had a positive effect on the shooting speed, accuracy of kick, muscle strength of lower extremities and balance. It is considered that give helps to improve ball speed and accuracy.

The success of 2002 KoreaㆍJapan Worldcup became a good opportunity to give the message of revival to the people of Korea. With the effect of it, the national brand image has risen. Nevertheless, in order to maximize the chance of time, the most necessary thing that need to be done is to find the strategic counterproposal of the Post Worldcup. Especially, to find the more active plan in the respect of economy. In this research, we have studied the IT industry(especially SI industry) of the economy in order to look into the strategic counterproposal to get the development effect after the Worldcup. We mainly analyzed the SI industry in the respect of economy, because it is not only a high-value added industry of the integration of knowledge and technology but also a high-tech industry which has a spreading effect on the related industries. To implement the analysis of SI industry, derive and verify the strategy, and get the activating plan, we studied with 4 stages. Firstly, analyze the exterior environment and the interior strength with the Competitive Strategy Model(Specially, 7 Force Model & Value Chain Model). Secondly, get the strategy with SWOT analysis. Thirdly, verify the Strategy with interview and survey. Fourthly, classify the SI industry activation plan into 5 kinds after Worldcup through panel discussion and seminar with the data which we got through interview and survey.

ESG is one of the most remarkable management trend which evaluates the sustainability using environmental, social and governance factors. In this study, we introduce the strategy and activities of KOTRA after defining major factors in terms of Governance area of ESG in public organization. KOTRA arranges the acting organization and operation system under the board of directors, utilizes external experts to enhance the independency and expertise of audits, and adhere to the announcement guidelines of the government. It also makes an effort to settle down the culture of ethical management with integrity and transparency while keeping up with the standards of the citizen. In addition, KOTRA is building up and intensifying the supporting actions for small and medium sized enterprises to cope with global ESG trend and the related supply chain management of global companies.
