        경영컨설턴트의 역량이 자기효능감과 직무만족에 미치는 영향

        The main purpose of this study is to examine the impact of management consultants' competencies on the relationship between self-efficacy and job satisfaction, and to analyze the mediating effect of self-efficacy in this relationship. In particular, the purpose of the study is to determine how a management consultant's abilities, knowledge, and attitude affect the formation of self-efficacy, and what mediating effect this self-efficacy has on job satisfaction. Through this study, the following results were obtained. First, a management consultant's competencies(ability, knowledge, and attitude) have a positive (+) effect on self-efficacy. Second, the results showed that among the capabilities of management consultants, ability and attitude have a positive (+) influence on job satisfaction, and among the capabilities of management consultants, knowledge has a negative (-) influence. Third, management consultants' self-efficacy has a positive (+) influence on job satisfaction. Lastly, research results showed that self-efficacy partially mediates the relationship between ability, attitude, and job satisfaction among management consultants' competencies, however, knowledge fully mediates among management consultants' competencies. Through this study, the impact of management consultants' competencies on self-efficacy and job satisfaction was confirmed, and in particular, the mediating effect of self-efficacy between competencies and job satisfaction was demonstrated. These results provide practical implications that strengthening the competencies of management consultants can simultaneously improve individual self-efficacy and job satisfaction. In addition, there is a need to consider these aspects in organizational leadership and personnel policies and seek ways to improve the work environment of management consultants.

        재생 불량성 빈혈 및 골수 이형성군 환자의 요중 Erythropoietin 활성도의 Bioassay

        Erythropoietin, a glycoprotein hormone, has an important and well-established role in regulating the developement of RBCs from committed erythropoietic precussor. Its activity can be measured by bioassay or RIA. Recently, we investigated urinary erythropoietin activity in A. A. patients and MDS patients by bioassay and RIA. In bioassay, we used as 3H-thymidine incorperation method to BACB-C mouse spleen cell. Thereafter we compared urinary Epo. acitivity in each disease group and like to find out prognostic significance to be influenced. The results were summarized as follows; 1. The urinary Epo. activities of the A.A. and MDS groups were higher than those of the normal control gorup. and the urinary Epo. activities of the A.A. group showed a marked increase over those of the MDS group (105.5±81.6 vs 1.7±1.5). But the after immune modulation therapyu, urinary Epo. acitivities of the A.A. group markedly decreased to the normal value (105.5±81.6 vs 1.8±1.7, p<0.001). 2. Age and sex differences were not related with urinary Epo. activities in each goup. 3. The hematocrits of the A.A. group did not correlate with any the urinary Epo. acitivities, but an inverse correlation was found in the MDS group. 4. The urinary Epo. activities measured by RIA were higher than those measured by bioassay, but there was a close corrlation between the two methods(R=0. 8, p< 0.001).

        경영컨설턴트의 셀프리더십이 자기효능감을 매개로 직무만족에 미치는 영향

        An empirical analysis was conducted on ‘the effect of self-leadership of management consultant to job satisfac- tion mediated by self-efficacy’. Results of empirical analysis are as followings; First, the self-leadership (behavior-focused strategies, natural reward strategies, constructive thought pattern strategies) of management consultants has a positive (+) effect on self-efficacy. Second, the self-leadership of management consultants has a positive (+) effect on job satis- faction. Third, it was revealed that the self-efficacy of management consultants had a positive (+) effect on job satisfaction. In particular, in examining the mediating effect on the constituent factors of self-leadership shown in this study, it was revealed in detail that self-efficacy had a fully mediating effect in the relationship between behavior-focused strategy & constructive thought pattern strategies and job satisfaction. It can be meaningful in that it demonstrated in detail that self-efficacy has a fully mediated effect in relationships. 본 연구는 경영컨설팅 서비스를 전문으로 제공하고 있는 국가자격사 경영지도사·기술지도사와 글로벌 자격사인 국제공인경영컨설턴트(ICMCI CMC), 글로벌비즈니스컨설턴트(GBC) 및 경영컨설팅전문가(MCP) 경영컨설턴트들을 대상으로 ‘경영컨설턴트의 셀프리더십이 자기효능감을 매개로 직무만족에 미치는 영향’에 대하여 실증분석 하였다. 실증분석 결과 첫째, 경영컨설턴트의 셀프리더십(행동지향적전략, 자연보상적전략, 건설적사고전략)은 자기효능감에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있다. 둘째, 경영컨설턴트의 셀프리더십은 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향을미치고 있다. 세째, 경영컨설턴트의 자기효능감은 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있음을 밝혔다. 특히 본 연구에서 나타낸 셀프리더십의 구성 요인에 대한 매개효과 검증에서 행동지향적전략과 건설적사고전략은 직무만족간의 관계에서 자기효능감이 완전매개효과가 있음을 검증한 한편, 자연보상적전략은 직무만족 간의 관계에서 자기효능감이 부분매개효과가 있음을 세부적으로 실증하였다는 점에 의의를 둘 수 있다.

        본 연구의 목적은 경영컨설턴트의 역량과 긍정심리자본이 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 대하여 실증적으로 분석하고자 한다. 이를 통해 경영컨설턴트역량의 하위요인인 능력, 지식, 자세와 긍정심리자본의 하위요인인 자기효능감, 낙관주의, 희망, 복원력이 직무만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 가를 파악하고자 한다. 본 연구를 분석하기 위해 연구대상자는 전국의 국내 국가자격사인 경영지도사와 글로벌자격사인 ICMCI CMC(국제공인경영컨설턴트) 경영컨설턴트들을 대상으로 2019년 9월 26일부터 2019년 10월 24일까지 구글인터넷 설문조사를 실시하여 259명의 응답자 중 중복 응답한 10명을 제외하고 249명이 응답한 자료를 분석하였다. 분석을 위해 수집한 자료로 아래와 같이 가설을 설정하고 가설을 검증하기 위해 통계프로그램인 SPSS 23.0를 이용하여, 요인분석, 차이분석, 상관분석을 실시하였다. 경영컨설턴트의 역량과 긍정심리자본이 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구로 아래와 같은 가설을 설정하였다. H1 : 경영컨설턴트역량(능력)이 긍정심리자본에 유의미(+)한 영향을 미칠 것이다. H2 : 경영컨설턴트역량(지식)이 긍정심리자본에 유의미(+)한 영향을 미칠 것이다. H3 : 경영컨설턴트역량(자세)이 긍정심리자본에 유의미(+)한 영향을 미칠 것이다. H4 : 긍정심리자본이 직무만족에 유의미(+)한 영향을 미칠 것이다. 이 연구는 기존에 컨설턴트의 역량, 자기효능감에 대한 연구가 많이 이루어져 왔으나, 역량과 긍정심리자본의 4개 하위요인인 자기효능감, 낙관주의, 희망, 복원력과의 연구는 거의 이루어지지 않았기에 역량과 자기효능감이 직무만족에 미치는 영향 연구에 큰 의미가 있다고 하겠다. 이 연구결과를 통해 경영컨설턴트의 긍정심리자본을 함양할 수 있는 프로그램을 제공한다면, 경영컨설턴트들이 직무에 만족하게 되고 직무에 만족하게 되면, 컨설팅 자격증을 가지고 컨설팅산업에 종사하는 컨설턴트들이 실무에 적극적으로 참여하여 한국 중소기업 발전을 위해서 활동할 수 있는 계기를 마련하고자 한다. The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the effects of management consultants capabilities and positive psychological capital on job satisfaction. Through this, we will examine how management consultant ability, knowledge, attitude, which are sub-factors of management consultant competence; self-efficacy, optimism, hope, and resilience, sub-factors of positive psychological capital, affect job satisfaction. In order to analyze this study, the study subjects were selected and executed by Google Survey from September 26, 2019 to October 24, 2019, targeting Citified Management Consultants who are nationally qualified nationally and internationally qualified ICMCI CMC consultants. A survey was conducted to analyze data from 249 respondents except 10 respondents who duplicated from total 259. The data collected for analysis were set up as follows and factor analysis, and correlation analysis were performed using SPSS 23.0, a statistical program. The following hypotheses were set as a study on the effect of management consultant s competence and positive psychological capital on job satisfaction. H1: Management consultant capacity(ability) will have a positive (+) effect on positive psychological capital. H2: Management consultant capacity (knowledge) will have a positive (+) effect on positive psychological capital. H3: Management consultant capacity (attitude) will have a positive (+) effect on positive psychological capital. H4: Positive psychological capital will have a positive (+) effect on job satisfaction. Although this research has been conducted on the consultant s competence and self-efficacy, there have been few studies on the four sub-factors of competency and positive psychological capital, self-efficacy, optimism, hope and resilience. The effect of efficacy on job satisfaction is great significance. If the results of this study provide a program to cultivate positive psychological capital of management consultants, management consultants will be satisfied with their job and, if they are satisfied with their job, consultants working in the consulting industry with consulting certification will be more active in their works. for contribution to the development of Korean SMEs.

        경영컨설턴트의 역량과 긍정심리자본이 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 경영컨설팅 관련 국가자격사인 경영지도사와 글로벌 자격사인 국제공인경영컨설턴트(ICMCI CMC) 경영컨설턴트들을 대상으로 ‘경영컨설턴트의 역량과 긍정심리자본이 직무만족에 미치는 영향’에 대하여 실증분석 하였다. 분석을 위해 국가자격사인 경영지도사와 글로벌 자격사인 국제공인경영컨설턴트(ICMCI CMC)들을 대상으로 2019년 9월 26일에서 2019년 10월 24일까지 구글인터넷에서 설문조사하여 259명의 응답자 중에서 38개의 결측치를 제외하고, 221명의 응답 자료를 분석하였다. 실증분석 결과 첫째, 경영컨설턴트의 능력이 긍정심리자본의 영향관계에서 희망과 자기효능감은 유의미(+)하나, 복원력과 낙관주의에서는 영향을 미치지(-) 않았다. 둘째, 경영컨설턴트의 역량 중 지식과 자세는 긍정심리자본에 유의미(+)한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 긍정심리자본의 자기효능감과 낙관주의, 희망, 복원력 모두가 직무만족에 유의미(+)한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 긍정심리자본과 경영컨설턴트의 역량이 직무만족 사이에서 유의미(+)한 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다.         담즙산으로 유도된 백서의 췌장손상에 대한 Prostaglandin E1의 효과

        To elucidate the cytoprotective effect of prostaglandin on pancreatic injury, we measured the mortality rate, the degree of pancreatic necrosis, and serum amylase level after prostaglandin E₂ administration in acute experimental pancreatitis which was induced by the retrograde injection of 5% sodium taurocholate into the biliopancreatic duct of rat. Prostaglandin E₁ (100 ㎍/㎏ Body Weight) were injected subcutaneously after 1 and 6 hour later after taurocholate injection, and normal saline solution (1 ㎖) to the control group by same method. The obstained results were as follows: 1) The mortality rate upto 72 hour was not different (11%: VS 29 %) in both group, but mortality rate upto 96 hour was significantly reduced in prostaglandin group compared with that of control group (11% vs 58% p$lt;0.05). 2) The mean serum level of anylase of control group was 773±55.2U and that of prostaglanin group was 772±61.1 U, which were not significantly different each other. 3) The degree of pancreatic necrosis was also reduced in prostaglandin group compared with control group. In conclusion, the present study suggest that prostaglandin E₂ will have a benefical effect on the course of acute pancreatic injury induced by sodium taurocholate.
