      • 유리 측두 근막판을 이용한 수배부 및 족배부 연부조직 결손의 재건

        Vascularized tissue coverage is necessary for treatment of soft tissue defect with bone and tendon exposure on hand and foot dorsum, which cannot be successfully covered with simple skin graft or local flap. The temporal fascia is one of the most ideal donor for coverage of soft tissue defect of dorsum of hand or foot in term of ultra-thin, pliable and highly vascular tissue. Also, this flap offers the advantage of a well-concealed donor site in the hair-bearing scalp and smooth tendon gliding. We have experienced 11 cases of reconstruction for soft tissue defect in the hand or foot using temporal fascial flap with skin graft. All cases survived completely and we could gain satisfactory functional results. There were no specific complications except one donor site alopecia We think that the free temporal fascial flap coverage is a highly reliable method for soft tissue defect in hand and foot dorsum. However, the potential pitfalls is secondary alopecia and requirement of skin graft after its transfer.

        학교 재난안전 교육연수과정 실태분석 및 개선방향에 관한 연구 - 학교시설에 대한 재난안전관리 중심으로 -

        이 연구는 학교 재난안전관리 교육연수과정의 운영실태 분석과 교직원의 수요조사를 통해 바람직한 재난안전 교육과정을 제시하는데 있으며, 분석 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 도출할 수 있었다. 첫째, 학교 재난안전 교육연수과정의 문제점으로 법 제도의 미비와 학교 재난안전 직무와 연계되지 못한 교육과정이었으며 둘째, 전문적 지식을 습득할 수 있도록 법 제도의 개선과 교육연수과정이 다양화 되어야 한다. 셋째, 교육행정직은 시설물 안전 및 유지관리와 재난대응 교육과정으로, 교육(지원)청 기술직은 학교시설 사업승인 절차 및 방법과 건물의 내진보강, 구조안전, 석면 해체 제거 등의 교육과정으로, 교육전문직은 학교 재난안전관리 책임자로서 재난대응을 위한 역할, 재난발생시 조치사항 등의 교육과정으로 편성하고, 교사는 학생의 안전지도 중심으로 편성함으로써 교직원의 직렬별 수요에 맞는 교육연수과정으로 개선해야 할 필요성이 있다. 넷째, 바람직한 교수학습 방법으로는 강의 및 체험학습 방식이 가장 바람직한 것으로 확인되었고, 주요 순위는 지진재해, 화재, 가스, 태풍, 통학로, 전기안전으로 나타났다. This study suggests desirable disaster safety education curriculum through analyzing the operational status of the school disaster safety management training course and demand survey of school staff. First, the problem of the disaster safety training course of the school is not connected with the lack of law and system and the school disaster safety job. Second, improvement of law and system and variety of training should be made to acquire professional knowledge. Third, it is necessary to divide curriculum into the following four categories, according to educational needs of public officials ; Educational administration officers course focused on facility safety, maintenance and disaster countermeasure. Educational officials in technical post course addressing approval and permission of school facility projects, seismic reinforcement of school building, etc. Educational supervisors course covering roles and responsibilities of the school safety supervisors in the event of disaster. Teaching staffs course focused on safety instructions for students. Fourth, it is found that lectures and experiential learning methods are the most desirable methods of teaching and learning, and the major ranks are earthquake disaster, fire, gas, typhoon, school road, and electrical safety.

      • Model Predictive Control (MPC)-Based Supervisory Control and Design of Off-Gas Recovery Plant with Periodic Disturbances from Parallel Batch Reactors

        <P>This paper proposes a plantwide control structure and a model predictive control (MPC) scheme for the effective separation of off-gas from a polysilicon plant with periodic disturbances in the feed. The target process studied in this work produces 10 000 MT of polysilicon per year with 28 chemical vapor deposition (CVD) reactors. CVD reaction kinetic models were constructed, and their parameters were identified using a genetic algorithm. Aspen Dynamics was used to model the off-gas recovery process and implement proportional-integral (PI) controllers for regulating the inventory levels. A centralized supervisory layer based on MPC, to minimize the fluctuation of the recovered concentration, was linked with regulatory controllers through a MATLAB/SIMULINK environment. Using a rigorous plantwide dynamic model, four cased were studied with different control schemes with and without buffer tanks. The proposed control strategy showed better performance, compared with fully decentralized classical proportional integral derivative (PID) schemes. It is thus expected that the developed control strategy will be able to achieve the design of batch-continuous processes with periodic disturbances. The benefits of using the multivariable MPC approach as a supervisory layer are shown and analyzed using Aspen Plus, Aspen Dynamics, and MATLAB/SIMULINK.</P>

        In this paper, a new performance equation of bath tubs has been derived, which is very characteristically illuminating and in good agreement with experiments : $$T=T_{\infty}+(T_0-T_{\infty})e-\frac{k(A'_f+A_0)}{Mc_{P{\Delta}x}t$$, where $T_{\infty}$ is the temperature of the bathroom, $T_0$ that of the bathwater at t=0, k the overall heat conductivity of the tub- wall, $A'_f$ the equivalent surface area to the wall, $A_0$ the submerged area of the tub-wall, M mass of the bath-water, $C_p$ the specific heat of the bathwater and ${\Delta}x$ the thickness of the tub-wall. Here the equivalent-free surface area is written as $$A'_f=mA_f,\;m=const.(1-{\phi})^{0.88}$$ : where m is a numerical factor which is determined by a simple experiment and some calculation, {\phi}$ the relative humidity and $A_f$ the real free-surface area. From this study, it has been clarified that cooling of bath-water is mainly due to mass-transfer through evaporation from the free surface and conductive heat loss through the tub-wall is minor, which rather gaily mock at common sense. The effect of keeping bathwater warn by increase of the tub-wall thickness is also analyzed by a new idea of the thickness gain factor.

      • LSI의 Layout CAD에 관한 연구 -자동 배치 프로그램 개발-

        본 논문에서는 LSI layout의 배치 프로그램을 개발하고 그 실험 결과에 관해 논하였다. 100% 결선율 달성을 위해 가상 기선 경로법으로는 실제의 배선에 가까운 알고리즘을 도입하여 채널 밀도 계산에 반영하였다. 목적함수로는 총배선장의 최소화, 통과선수의 최소화, 최대 채널 밀도의 최소화를 동시에 산출 가능한 함수를 도입하였다. 제안된 가상배선경로 계산 알고리즘은 O(n2)으로 계산시간이 매우 바르고 최소배선장에 근사한 배선상태를 나타내므로 배치 문제에 적용하기에 매우 적합하다. 이 알고리즘을 사용하여 자동 배치 프로그램을 개발하고 작성된 프로그램의 실험결과를 통하여 제안된 알고리즘의 유용성을 보였다. A placement program in LSI layout is developed and the results of test are discussed in this paper. In order to achieve 100% wiring, this paper introduces, as a virtual routing method, an algorithm which is close to the real routing. This algorithm is reflected to calculate the channel density. An object function is introduced to achieve minimization of total wire length, number of cuts, and maximum channel density simultaneously. The time complexity for the proposed virtual routing algorithm is O(n2). The time required for the algorithm is very short. This algorithm represents the routing state which is close to minimum wire length. So this algorithm is very proper to the application of placement problem. An auto-placement program is developed by the use of this algorithm. The efficiency of the proposed algorithm is shown in the test of the developed program.

      • 역행성 표재 비복동맥 피판을 이용한 족부 및 족관절부, 하지 원위부의 재건

        Reconstruction of soft tissue defect of the foot, ankle and distal tibial area has been and remains a challenging problem for reconstructive surgeons. We treated 19 patients who showed soft tissue defect in these area with distally based superficial sural artery flaps, including four adipofascial flaps, two sensate flaps. The size of the soft tissue defect was from $4{\times}5cm\;to\;8{\times}10cm$. In nine cases, we preserved sural nerve. Seventeen flaps survived completely, but one flap failed and another flap showed partial skin necrosis at the distal half. In failed cases, lesser saphenous vein was ruptured at initial injury. The advantage of this flap is a constant and reliable blood supply without sacrifice of major artery or sensory nerve. Elevation of the flap is technically easy and quick. The pedicle is long and the island flap can be transffered as far as to the instep area. It also has the potential for sensate flap, innervated by the lateral sural cutaneous nerve. But for appropriate venous drainage small saphenous vein must be preserved.

        An acoustical rating for the occupied hall of our National Theatre is presented for symphony orchestra and opera by theoretical estimation of various acoustical qualities from the basis of measured reverberation times in its vacant stste. The result is that by serious poverty of liveness a romantic music, typical symphony orchestra and even classical music are very difficult to be performed and only a baroque music is scarcely allowable to be performed in this hall. As for opera, wagnerians are difficult and italians are performable to some extent. Some discussions are given for which defects are more serious in this hall and some possible accustical corrections are also suggested for its better performance.
