사물인터넷을 이화학, 약학, 생물학 및 의학 등 다양한 연구실험분야에 적용한 경우 다양한 센서와 기기를 부착하여 지능적으로 연구장비 및 환경을 모니터링하고 제어함으로써 연구실험자의 안전성과 편의성을 증대시킬 수 있다. 시약의 정확하고 편리한 기록관리 및 실험과정의 연구이력과 근거, 역추적성 등을 위해서는 실시간 시약 계량 및 등록의 연구지원 자동화 서비스를 제공해야 한다. 현재 기존 시약관리방법은 전산 관리방법을 이용하지만 시약등록과 관리가 일체화된 자동화가 많이 이루어져 있지 않다. 또한 수기에 의한 기록 관리가 대부분으로 실험에 대한 기록오류 및 많은 시약에 대한 계량 및 등록에 대한 소요시간이 큰 점 등 번거로움과 문제점들이 많다. 이에 본 논문에서는 영상인식 및 NFC(Near Field Communication) 방식에 의한 시약 등록과 동시에 전자저울로 계량 측정된 시약정보를 자동으로 관리할 수 있는 IoT 기반 실시간 시약 계량 및 등록 방법을 연구하였다. When IoT is applied to various research experiment fields such as physics, pharmacy, biology and medicine, it can increase the safety and convenience of researchers by intelligently monitoring and controlling research equipment and environment with various sensors and devices. For accurate and convenient record management and the research history and the basis but also for the reverse tracking, real-time reagent measurement and registration should be provided as a research support automation services. Currently, existing methods of reagent management are operated by computerized method, but reagent registration and management are not automated. And also record is managed manually, there are many hassles and problems such as a record error and too much time required for quantification and registration for many reagents. In this paper, we study a real time reagent measuring and registration method based on IoT to resolve the problems aforementioned, by the information of the reagent acquired by image recognition and NFC method.
사료내 카드뮴 첨가가 체조직과 피모의 카드뮴, 아연, 철 및 구리함량에 미치는 영향

This thesis was designed to find out whether the cadmium content of hair in living animals reflects the status of cadmium accumulation in internal organs or muscles so that this status can be used as a diagnostic method. Forty-five rats were divided into 4 experimental groups and one control group. The control group received a basal diet which contained zinc $100{\mu}g/g$, iron $80{\mu}g/g$ and copper $135{\mu}g/g$. The experimental group received experimental diets sllpplemented with 1, 10, 100 or $1,000{\mu}g/g$ cadmium as cadmium sulfate. Rats were dissected on the 28th or 56th day of experimental periods and tissues, blood and hair samples were taken, dried and burned to ash and analysed. The cadmium, iron zinc and copper concentrations were measured with an atomic absorption spectrophotometer. In addition feed efficiency and hematological changes were observed. The results obtained can be summerized as follows: A marked decrease in feed intake, weight gain and feed efficiency were observed from 1 or 2 weeks of experimental periods, which was in accordance with the dosage and periods. The cadmium contents of kidney, liver, spleen and muscle were significantly increased in all experimental rats; the accumulation was marked in kidney and liver tissues. It was shown that the cadmium contents of hair reflects the cadmium accumulation in internal organs and muscle; the higher the cadmium levels of diet and of rat tissues, the higher the cadmium content of hair. In the $100{\mu}g/g$ group of rats erythrocyte counts and. hemoglobin concentrations were decreased. A significant(p<0.01, p<0.05) increase in iron contents of kidney, liver and muscle was observed in 10, 100, $1,000{\mu}g/g$ groups of rats on the 28th day of experiment. A significant (p<0.01, p<0.05) increase in zinc contents of kidney, liver and muscle was observed in all experimental rats. On the other hand, serum zinc concentration was decreased. A significant(p<0.01) increase in copper contents in the liver was observed on the 28th day in $100{\mu}g/g$ and $1,000{\mu}g/g$ groups of rats. From these results it may be concluded that the analysis of hair for cadmium is a useful diagnostic approach for the cadmium status of internal organs and muscle in living animals.
Rat에 있어서 ethanol투여가 체조직의 무기질 함량에 미치는 영향

This study was designed in order to clarify the effect of ethanol drinking on the mineral contents on liver, kidney, muscle and hair. Forty-five rats were divided into 2 groups and a control group. The control group received tap water and the other 2 groups were given 8% and 40% ethanol as drinking source. Liver, kindney, muscle and hair samples were taken and analyzed for zinc, calcium and copper contents by atomic absorption spectrophotometric methods. The results obtained are summrized as follows; 1. The zinc content of muscle showed significant (p<0.01) decrease in both groups. 2. The calcium content of hair showed significant (p<0.1) increase in 8% ethanol group. 3. The copper contents of kidney and muscle in 8% ethanol group and liver in 40% ethanol group showed significant (p<0.1) decrease.

The US Army used MARK-1 composed of atropine autoinjector and 2-PAM autoinjector as a medical countermeasure against nerve agent poisoning. Recently, it has been being replaced by the ATNAA(Antidote Treatment Nerve Agent AutoInjector) for improvement the convenience in use and rapid detoxification effect. ATNAA(FDA approval, NDA 21-175, 2002. 1. 17) is a multi-chambered autoinjector that sequentially delivers atropine and 2-PAM through a single needle to allow Warfighters to survive against lethal exposure to nerve agents. In this paper, our group investigated the case of FDA approval of ATNAA in a point of the various data required by FDA guideline, thereby making it easy to meet the KFDA guideline for the approval of the prototype our group has been developed. The purpose of this study is to provide a reference for efficient research activities to minimize time and cost. Additionally, the purpose of this study is to provide a reference for the planning for the development of similar drug.
아트로핀 및 팜 함유 다중챔버 단일주사기 및 KMARK-1: 비글개를 이용한 단회 근육투여 비교 생체이용률 연구

In this study, multi-chambered single autoinjector(2in1) and KMARK-1 containing atropine and 2-PAM(pyridine-2-aldoxime methylchloride) were administered to the beagle's muscle, and blood samples were taken for a certain period of time to compare and evaluate the pharmacokinetic profiles of the two drugs. Male beagles were used and classified into two test groups(G1, G2), and crossover pharmacokinetic studies were performed in two test groups. Blood samples were collected from the jugular vein for analysis after administration. The 90 % confidence interval(CI) for log transformed data indicated that the Cmax for both atropine(log 0.9683 ~ log 1.113) and 2-PAM(log 0.9453 ~ log 1.214) was within the limits of bioequivalence criteria, but the AUC for atropine(log 1.1786 ~ log 1.3238) failed to meet this criteria. This is expected as the amount of atropine dose is 25 % higher for the test as compared to the reference formulation. In summary, in view of the ATNAA(antidote for nerve agent of US) authorization, the Cmax equivalence was more important than AUC equivalence, so in this study, we also focused on verifying the equality of Cmax between the two autoinjectors.

Quantitative Structure-Activity Relationships (QSAR) Study on C-7 Substituted Quinolone

To see the quantitative relationship between the structures of the C-7 substituted quinolones and their antibacterial activities, theoretical parameters such as the molecular van der Waals volume, surface area and some electrostatic parameters based on the molecular electrostatic potential, which represent lipophilicity, and some quantum mechanical parameters are introduced as descriptors. The sixteen substituted quinolone derivatives and twenty bacteria are used for the study. It is found that the QSARs of C-7 substituted quinolones are obtained for eleven bacteria and our descriptors are more useful for Gram positive organisms than negative ones. It is also shown that molecular surface area (or molecular Waals volume) of the C-7 substituent and net charge of C-7 atom of the quinolones are the descriptors of utmost importance.
