        EHPLD를 이용한 모바일 메인메모리 데이터베이스 회복 시스템 개선

        In a recent mobile environment, the research for a transaction model has been actively carried out, to deal with real-time transaction processing. However, the research for recovery model is relatively insufficient. Therefore, it would be very important for mobile recovery methods for database stability, just in case of data loss due to hand-off in mobile database environment. The system performance could be degraded, because of a frequent input and output, accompanying logging and checkpoint in the mobile recovery techniques. So, further efficient research should be keenly done to reduce overhead input and output in mobile database systems. In this paper, we propose on the efficient mobile technique in database system. First, WAL(Write Ahead Log) has been proposed, in order to reduce useless input and output, and Extendible Hashing Page Log Directory(EHPLD) has been suggested to shorten the recovery time for entire main system as well. In conclusion, it has been clearly demonstrated for system efficiency, conducting the performance assessment that currently proposed recovery system.

        Streptomyces sp. AMLK -135가 생산하는 항 메치실린 내성균성 항생물질의 분리,정제 및 이화학적 성질 조사

        This study was carried out to isolate and purify anti-MRSA (methicillin-resistant Staphνlococcus aureus) TK784 antibiotics produced by Streptomνces sp. AMLK-135 which isolated from soil. Consequently, characteristics of purified antibiotics were investigated. The results obtained were summarized as follows 1. The culture broth of Streptomνces sp. AMLK-135 possessed anti-MRSA activity against Staphνlococcus aureus TK-784, and it showed anti-microbial activity against Bacillus subtilis IAM 1069, Staphνlococcus aureus FDA 2089, Escherichia coli AB 1157, Pseudomonas jluorescence IAM 1201, Chlorella regularis and Chlorella sp. A2dl 2. By the separation and purification of anti-MRSA antibiotic from Streptomνces sp. AMLK-135 using amberlite lRA-400 ion exchange column chromatography, butanol extraction, cellulose column chromatography, sephadex LH-20 gel permeation column chromatography and HPLC (mobile phase: 35% methanol), the antibiotic AM-1 was obtained as a single peak with excellent resolution. 3. The anti-MRSA antibiotic AM-1 possessed a oily property, soluble in MeOH and water and had a maximum UV absorption of 230 nm 4. The infrared spectrum of the antibiotic AM-1 showed absorption bands at 3500-3000 cm-1 (hydroxyl, -OH), 2520 cm-1 (amine, N-H) and 1451 cm-1 (ß-lactone, C=O, C-O)

        17GHz 대역의 저출력 Electronic Scanner 개발

        오늘날 해양 업계에서 활용되는 대부분의 탐지 시스템은 고출력의 X-Band 대역을 활용한 장비들이 대다수이다. 이러한 X-Band 대역의 주파수를 활용하는 대부분의 탐지 시스템들은 광범위한 탐지 성능 이득을 기대할 수 있지만, 장비의 특성상 크고 무거우며 정밀한 탐지를 요하는 분야에서는 적합하지 않다는 한계점을 지닌다. 본 논문에서는 Ku-Band 대역 중 17GHz 주파수 대역에서 2W 미만의 저출력으로 주변의 물표뿐만 아니라 바다의 파랑까지 탐지가 가능한 Electronic Scanner를 설계 및 제작하고, 시험을 진행하였다. 저전력에서도 충분한 탐지성능을 확보하기 위하여 고성능의 패치 어레이 안테나 및 도플러 효과를 활용하여 충분한 탐지 성능을 확보하였으며, 이에 대한 시험 결과 충분한 가능성을 확인할 수 있었다. Today, most detection systems used in the marine industry are the majority of devices operating in the high-power X-band bands. While most detection systems using these frequencies in the X-Band band can expect a wide range of detection performance, they are not suitable for precision detection and have the limitation that they are large and heavy. In this paper, we designed, fabricated and tested an electronic scanner capable of detecting not only the surrounding objects but also the ocean waves at a low power of less than 2W in the 17GHz frequency band of the Ku-Band. A high-performance patch array antenna and Doppler effect were utilized to obtain sufficient detection performance even at low power. As a result of the test, it was confirmed that the performance was sufficiently valuable.

      • 건강진단 수검자의 B형 간염 표면항원 및 항체 양성률에 관한 연구

        Positive rates for hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) and hepatitis B surface antibody (anti-HBs) reflect not only the disease status of hepatitis but also general level of hygiene. And Korea has long been the endemic area of the disease. Since the introduction of vaccination for hepatitis B in 1980``s, the positive rates for HBsAg and anti-HBs changed significant1y. To analyze the current status of these paramneters, authors investigated the positive rates for HBsAg and anti-HBs in the subjects on health screening tests in Kangbuk Samsung Hospital from January,1999 to October, 1999. Study subjects were 74,580 (male; 47,470, female; 27,110) for HBsAg and 69,197 (male; 43,624, female; 25,573) foranti-HBs. Serum specimen from the subjects were analyzed with enzyme immunoassay (EIA) using OMNI insσument (Bio-TEK Ins. Inc., Vermont,USA) and Bi∞lisa reagents (Biokit, Barcelona, Spain). The positive rate for HBsAg was 3.85% (2,87이74,580) and that of anti-HBs was 74.70% (51 ,690/69,197). There were significant differences between sex in positive rates for HBsAg and anti-HBs; male population showed higher positive rate (4.41 %) for HBsAg than female (2.87%) (p<0.001); female showed higher positive rate (80.29%) for anti-HBs than in male (7 1.42%) (p<0.001). our results showed lower positive rate for HBsAg and higher positive rate for anti-HBs compared with pre、rious reports. In conclusion, the positive rate for HBsAg declined and that of anti-HBs increased and there were significant difference in positivity of HBsAg and anti-HBs between male and female.

        북극해 항로시대와 강원권 항만의 복합운송 물류네트워크 구축전략에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 최근까지 이루어진 북극해 항로 관련 선행연구에 대한 고찰을 바탕으로 강원권 항만의 이니셔티브에 대한 분석을 통해 북극해 항로시대에 유라시아에서 한반도 전체의 물류효율화를 위한 강원권 항만의 복합운송 물류네트워크 구축 전략을 제시하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구의 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 강원권 지역의 철도 중심의 교통인프라 확충 노력을 지속적으로 시도해야 할 것이다. 둘째, 강원도 항만들의 기능을 1항 1특화 기능으로 분담하고 철도중심의 배후 교통망을 이용하여 항만들 간의 연계성을 강화시킬 필요성이 있다. 셋째, 강원도 동해안에 지정된 EFEZ의 산업개발과 북한 · 극동러시아, 북극해의 자원을 연결하는 전략을 지속적으로 추진해야 할 것이다. 넷째, 국내 극지 탐사선인‘아라온 호’의 출항 기지를 유치하여 강원도 항만들이 북극해 항로에 대한 선제적 역할을 수행할 수 있는 기회를 만들어야 할 것이다. 다섯째, 현재 건설 중인 삼척 LNG 기지의 역할을 지속적으로 강화시켜 나가야 할 것이다. 여섯째, 탄소배출을 최소화 할 수 있는 친환경 수송기술 도입에 대해서도 적극적인 검토가 요구되어 진다.마지막으로, 이상의 연구 결과를 바탕으로 수도권(광역 경제권) ↔ 강원권 도로, 철도 ↔ 강원권 항만 ↔ TSR, 북극해 항로 ↔ 유럽을 연결하는 최적의 북방 물류 루트를 개척하는 것이 가까운 장래 국가 무역경쟁력을 강화 시키는 지름길이라 생각되어진다. This study investigates the initiatives of Gangwon sea routes based on precedent studies on the North Pole route to suggest a multi-modal buildup of transport logistics network of Gangwon harbors for the strengthening of logistics efficiency in the Korean Peninsula. The findings were: First, the government should expand railway infrastructure in Gangwon. Second, harbors in Gangwon should each have one speciality to strengthen connection with other harbors by using railway oriented background transportation network. Third, the government should develop industries of EFEZ(East coast Free Economic Zone) in the East Sea Coast in Gangwon to connect resources from the North Pole Sea. Fourth, the government should invite the base of Araon Ho’s polar research vessel to play the role of the North Pole Sea route in the near future. Fifth, the government should strengthen the role of the Samcheock LNG base under construction. SIxth, environment-friendly transportation technology should be introduced to reduce carbon emission as much as possible. Lastly, an optimum North Pole logistics route should be developed to connect the Metropolitan area(Metropolitan Economic Zone), Gangwon roads and railway, Gangwon habor, Trans-Siberian Railway and thw North Pole route, and Europe, to strengthen national foreign trade power in the near future.

        A Study on the Recognition of Face Based on CNN Algorithms

        Recently, technologies are being developed to recognize and authenticate users using bioinformatics to solve information security issues. Biometric information includes face, fingerprint, iris, voice, and vein. Among them, face recognition technology occupies a large part. Face recognition technology is applied in various fields. For example, it can be used for identity verification, such as a personal identification card, passport, credit card, security system, and personnel data. In addition, it can be used for security, including crime suspect search, unsafe zone monitoring, vehicle tracking crime.In this thesis, we conducted a study to recognize faces by detecting the areas of the face through a computer webcam. The purpose of this study was to contribute to the improvement in the accuracy of Recognition of Face Based on CNN Algorithms. For this purpose, We used data files provided by github to build a face recognition model. We also created data using CNN algorithms, which are widely used for image recognition. Various photos were learned by CNN algorithm. The study found that the accuracy of face recognition based on CNN algorithms was 77%. Based on the results of the study, We carried out recognition of the face according to the distance. Research findings may be useful if face recognition is required in a variety of situations. Research based on this study is also expected to improve the accuracy of face recognition.

      • 3세대 효소면역측정법에 의한 건강진단수검자의 C형 간염 항체 양성율에 대한 연구

        The detection of an antibody to the hepatitis C virus (anti-HCV) by a third-generation enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) posed a problem of false positive results since the inception of the assay. As the generation of the assay proceeded, the false positive rate decreased. We investigated the positive rate by third generation ELISA tests among visitors for health screening and the concordance rate with the western blot method. Positive rates for anti-HCV were investigated with subjects of health screening tests in Kangbuk Samsung Hospital from November, 2α)() to October, 2001. πle study included 10,191 subjects (male; 7,039, female; 3,152). A Serum specimen from the subjects was analyzed using a DONG-A HCV 3.0 kit (Dong-a Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Korea). For a confmnatory test, HCV BLOT 3.0 (Genelabs Diagnostics Pte Ltd., Singapore) was used for Western blot in 22 anti-HCV positive samples. πle positive rate for anti-HCV was 0.22% (22/10,191). There were no significant sex. iifferences in the positive rate for anti-HCV; the male population showed a lower positive rate, 0.18% (13/7,039), for anti-HCV than females, 0.29% (9/3, 152) (p=O.3 ll). In the 22 anti-HCV positive samples. 9 showed positive, 7 indeterminate, and 6 negative resu1ts by the HCV BLOT 3.0 kit. πle concordance rate between DONG-A HCV 3.0 and HCV BLOT 3.0 was 72.7%. The third-generation ELISA test by DONG-A HCV 3.0 showed relatively good resu1ts in concordance rate with a confmnatory test by HCV BLOT 3.0. As the discordance sti11 exists between methods, we recommends confmnatoη tests for samples with positive resu1ts on third generation ELISA tests.

        건강진단결과 혈청 AFP와 CEA치 이상자들의 간기능검사 결과 벼교

        Background : Authors investigated the abnonnal rates for serum AFP and CEA amongthe subjects on health screening tests in Kangbuk Samsung Hospital from March, 2000 to October, 2000. And the liver function test resu1ts were analyzed in patients with abnormalserum AFP and CEA. Primary study subjects were 47,042 (male; 28,633, female; 18,409) for serum AFP and 37,847 (male; 23,052, female; 14,795) for serum CEA. Methods Serum specimen from the subjects were analyzed with two-site sandwich immunoassay using ADVIA Centaur instrument (Bayer Corporation, USA). Results : The abnonnal rate for serum AFP was 0.60% (280/47,042) and that of serum CEA was 0.41 % (1 55/37,847). There were no significant six-differences in abnormal rates for serum AFP and serum CEA; male population showed higher abnormal rate (0.65%) for AFP than female (0.51 %) (p=0.056); male also showed higher abnormal rate (0.47%) for CEA than in female (0.31 %) (p=0.016). Among patients with abnonnal test results, the serum AFP level was 77.8 ::t 66O.8 ng/mL and their level of GOT level were 44.5 ::t 77.6 IU/L, GPT 55.0 ::t 134.9 IU/L, ALP 175.1 ::t 61.2 IU/L, Y -GTP 42.6 ::t 113.8 IU/L respectively. The serum CEA level was 6.3 ::t 4.6 ng/mL and their level of GOT 26.0 ::t 14.9 IU/L, GPT 31.2 ::t 27.5 IU/L, ALP 172.6 ::t 45.4 IU/L, y -GTP 31.3::t 36.2 IU/L respectively. Conclusions There were no significant positive or negative relationship among chemical tests for liver function and tumor markers of AFP and CEA, and therefore the prudence should be applied when interpreting these test results.

        국제합작기업 파트너 특성, 제휴몰입도, 그리고 합작기업성과의 관계에 대한 연구: 중국 소재 국제합작기업을 중심으로

        문헌에 의하면 국제합작기업 파트너 특성이 합작기업성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구가 주로 부분적인 파트너 특성에 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 또한 파트너 특성과 합작기업성과의 관계에 대한 제휴몰입도의 매개효과 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국제합작기업 파트너 간의 특성을 포괄적인 관점에서 CEO 리더십행동 유사성, 전략적 유사성, 자원적 유사성, 조직적 유사성 등으로 파악하고, 이들 특성이 제휴몰입도 및 합작기업성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석한다. 연구결과에 따르면 CEO 리더십행동 유사성과 조직적 유사성은 제휴몰입도 및 합작기업성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 반면, 전략적 유사성과 자원적 유사성은 제휴몰입도 및 합작기업성과에 부정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 제휴몰입도는 합작기업성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치고, 파트너 특성과 합작기업성과의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 중요한 결론 및 시사점을 제시한다. According to the literature, the studies on the effects of the characteristics of the international joint venture partners on joint venture performance are mainly focused on partial aspects of partners characteristics, and the studies that investigate a mediating effect of alliance commitment on the relationship between partners characteristics and joint venture performance are scarce. Hence, this research intends to identify comprehensive partners characteristics, including CEO leadership behaviors similarity, strategic similarity, resources similarity, and organizational similarity and examines their effects on alliance commitment and joint venture performance. The results reveal that CEO leadership behaviors similarity and organizational similarity have a positive influence on alliance commitment and joint venture performance, whereas strategic similarity and resources similarity have a negative influence on alliance commitment and joint venture performance. It is also found that alliance commitment affects joint venture performance positively and mediates the relationship between partners characteristics and joint venture performance. Based on these results, key conclusions and implications are discussed.
