          이 연구는 한국도로공사 Ex-BIM 설계 적용사례와 적용효과의 분석결과에 의한 Ex-BIM 가이드라인과 표준도를 작성하여 서울-세종 고속도로에 적용하였다. 또한 적용성과품에 대한 검증절차와 시공시 활용방안에 대해 연구하여 시공과 유지관리 Ex-BIM을 개발하는데 그 목적을 두었다. This study was performed to apply Ex-BIM guidelines and standards based on the results of the design application and construction case of Korea Expressway Corporation Ex-BIM. It was applied to Seoul-Sejong Expressway. Also it was looked at construction and maintenance Ex-BIM by reviewing the verification procedures for the application development and application plan of construction.

          Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a digital facility representation of the physical and functional characteristics, and is the process of creating, using, and maintaining shared knowledge resources as a tool for making decisions throughout the facility s life cycle. The expected benefits from the early introduction of BIM were ideal, but large construction companies, which initially invested a lot of money, are also cutting costs and are looking for alternatives with Small-BIM. In order to introduce BIM without failure, medium-sized construction companies(MSCC) lacking expertise, financial strength, and organizational capacity compared to large corporations, this study examines the introduction cases of MSCC and suggests obstacles and solutions to those problems. 1. Current market situation of BIM - The stage of re-examination of the BIM field, 2. Application of BIM to MSCC - Minimizing the risk. 3. Barriers to introducing BIM - Initial investment cost, additional work, professional manpower, lack of information, etc. 4. Solutions to the obstacles to introducing BIM - Selection of programs and systems, how to establish relations with the field management, how to secure BIM personnel, etc. 5. BIM Utilization of MSCC - Daehan Steel, Digital Design Lab, etc. 6. IS-Dongseo BIM - Pilot Project, Tool Selection, TFT Operation, Future Plans, etc. 빌딩정보모델링(BIM)은 시설물의 물리적, 기능적 특성을 디지털로 표현한 것이며, 시설의 생애주기 전반에 건친 의사 결정을 위한 도구로써 공유 지식 리소스를 생성, 사용 및 유지하는 프로세스이다. 초기의 BIM의 도입으로 인한 예상된 이익은 매우 이상적이었으나 초기에 많은 비용을 투자했던 대형건설업체들도 비용을 축소하고 있으며 스몰빔으로 대안을 찾고 있다. 대기업에 비해 전문가, 자금력, 조직 여력이 부족한 중소건설업체가 실패 없이 BIM을 도입하기 위해서 본연구에서는 중견업체 도입 사례들 검토하고 도출되었던 장애요인과 해소방안을 제시하고자 한다.           중국 BIM 표준의 현황과 특성에 관한 사례 분석

          The Standard for BIM in Construction of China was released in 2017. The Unified Standard for BIM of China also took effects on 2017. The BIM standards of China needs to be compared with those related guidelines of Korea to find the status and characteristics for future development of BIM application in both countries' construction industries. The research methodology is a case study of comparing various standards of both countries. The case study results reveals many interesting issues for future BIM application and guidelines for practice of design and construction process. The research foundings include followings : LOD (Level of development) are well defined including LOD 350 in Chinese Standard. P-BIM(Practice based BIM) concepts and series of standards are set for the welldefined design and construction process by work stage in China. Korean standards shows more processes of design and documentation in detail. Major three aspects, particularity in BIM standard by work trade, practicality in BIM work process of design and construction, and professionality in subjects of BIM application, are analyzed and compared with various Guidelines of BIM in both countries.

          Currently, various studies and applications related BIM based quantity take-off have been attempted, because of the accuracy of cost estimating and reliability by using the BIM model information in automatical calculation. Finishing works that have a large number of various types and materials need the higher accuracy and reliability on the BIM-based quantity take-off. Therefore, this study compared and analyzed 2D and 3D based quantity through Test-bed and determine the cause of the quantity difference. This verified the accuracy and efficiency in the BIM-based quantity take-off for finishing works. Also this study has been proposed opinions for calculating the exact BIM-based quantity take-off.

          국내에서 BIM의 실무 활용은 건축공사 중심으로 적용되고 있다. 건축공사의 부위별 객체 특성이 정형적, 수직적, 반복적인 형태를 갖는 반면에 토목공사의 객체 특성은 비정형적, 수평적, 비반복적인 형태를 갖으므로 3D객체 구성이 어렵기 때문이다. 본 연구에서는 토목공사의 기획단계부터 설계단계까지의 업무 및 정보관리의 문제점을 파악한 후 BIM기반에서의 적용 프로세스를 제안하며, 제시한 프로세스를 기반으로 BIM시스템을 구축하여 교량공사를 대상으로 실무 적용성을 검토한다. Due to the characteristics of 3D objects of building construction projects which have regular, vertical and repetitive shapes, the most practical utilization of BIM in the country is focused on building projects. The characteristics of 3D objects of civil engineering project have irregular, horizontal and non-repetitive shapes. Therefore, consisting of a practical BIM model is difficult comparing with building project. This study suggests an application process of BIM for the planning and design phases for civil engineering project. A BIM system is developed based on suggested BIM process and it is verified through a bridge construction project.

          항만 BIM 데이터의 상호운용성 확보를 위한 IFC 표준 개발

          Recently, BIM has been extended to infrastructures such as roads and bridges, and the demand for BIM standard development for ports is increasing internationally. Due to the low level of utilization of classification system and drawing standards compared to other infrastructures, and the closed nature of national security facilities, ports have insufficient level of connection and sharing environment among external systems or users. In addition, since the standardization of data for port facilities is not made, it is still necessary to establish an independent DB for each system and to ensure interoperability of data between these systems since it does not have a shared environment among similar data. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop and verify IFC, the international standard for BIM, in order to cope with the BIM environment and to be commonly used in the design, construction, and maintenance of port facilities. To this end, we build a standard schema with port-specific Express Notation according to buildingSMART International's standard development methodology. First, domestic and international reference model standards were analyzed to derive components such as space and facilities of port facilities. Based on this, the components of the port facility were derived through the codification, categorization, and normalization process developed by the research team. This was extended based on the port BIM object classification system developed by the research team. Normalization results were verified by designers and associations. Then, IFC schema construction was based on Express-G data modeling based on IFC 4 * 2 Candidate, which is a bridge candidate standard based on IFC4 (ISO16739), and IFC 4 * 3 Draft, which is developed by buildingSMART International. The final schema was validated using the commercialized validation tool. In addition, in order to verify the structural verification of the port IFC schema, the transformation process was verified by converting the caisson model into a Part21 file. In the future, this result will not only be used as a delivery standard for port BIM products, but will also be applied as a linkage standard between systems and a common data format for port BIM platforms when BIM is used in the maintenance phase. In particular, it is expected to be used as a core standard for data exchange in the port maintenance stage.

          As project opportunities for the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry have grown more complex and larger, the utilization of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies for three-dimensional (3D) design and simulation practices has been increasing significantly; the typical applications of the BIM technologies include clash detection and design alternative based on 3D planning, which have been expanded over to the technology of construction management in the AEC industry for virtual design and construction. As for now, commercial BIM software has been operated under a single-user environment, which is why initial costs for its introduction are very high. Cloud computing, one of the most promising next-generation Internet technologies, enables simple Internet devices to use services and resources provided with BIM software. Recently in Korea, studies to link between BIM and cloud computing technologies have been directed toward saving costs to build BIM-related infrastructure, and providing various BIM services for small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). This study addressed development of the usage metering functions of BIM software under cloud computing architecture in order to archive and use BIM data and create an optimal revenue structure so that the BIM services may grow spontaneously, considering a demand for cloud resources. For the reason, we surveyed relevant cases, and then analyzed needs and requirements from AEC industry. Based on the relevant cases, customizing for cloud BIM and design for the development was performed. We also surveyed any related-law to support cloud computing-based BIM service. Finally, we proposed herein how to optimally design and develop the usage metering functions of cloud BIM software.
