        이 연구는 한국도로공사 Ex-BIM 설계 적용사례와 적용효과의 분석결과에 의한 Ex-BIM 가이드라인과 표준도를 작성하여 서울-세종 고속도로에 적용하였다. 또한 적용성과품에 대한 검증절차와 시공시 활용방안에 대해 연구하여 시공과 유지관리 Ex-BIM을 개발하는데 그 목적을 두었다. This study was performed to apply Ex-BIM guidelines and standards based on the results of the design application and construction case of Korea Expressway Corporation Ex-BIM. It was applied to Seoul-Sejong Expressway. Also it was looked at construction and maintenance Ex-BIM by reviewing the verification procedures for the application development and application plan of construction.

        Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a digital facility representation of the physical and functional characteristics, and is the process of creating, using, and maintaining shared knowledge resources as a tool for making decisions throughout the facility s life cycle. The expected benefits from the early introduction of BIM were ideal, but large construction companies, which initially invested a lot of money, are also cutting costs and are looking for alternatives with Small-BIM. In order to introduce BIM without failure, medium-sized construction companies(MSCC) lacking expertise, financial strength, and organizational capacity compared to large corporations, this study examines the introduction cases of MSCC and suggests obstacles and solutions to those problems. 1. Current market situation of BIM - The stage of re-examination of the BIM field, 2. Application of BIM to MSCC - Minimizing the risk. 3. Barriers to introducing BIM - Initial investment cost, additional work, professional manpower, lack of information, etc. 4. Solutions to the obstacles to introducing BIM - Selection of programs and systems, how to establish relations with the field management, how to secure BIM personnel, etc. 5. BIM Utilization of MSCC - Daehan Steel, Digital Design Lab, etc. 6. IS-Dongseo BIM - Pilot Project, Tool Selection, TFT Operation, Future Plans, etc. 빌딩정보모델링(BIM)은 시설물의 물리적, 기능적 특성을 디지털로 표현한 것이며, 시설의 생애주기 전반에 건친 의사 결정을 위한 도구로써 공유 지식 리소스를 생성, 사용 및 유지하는 프로세스이다. 초기의 BIM의 도입으로 인한 예상된 이익은 매우 이상적이었으나 초기에 많은 비용을 투자했던 대형건설업체들도 비용을 축소하고 있으며 스몰빔으로 대안을 찾고 있다. 대기업에 비해 전문가, 자금력, 조직 여력이 부족한 중소건설업체가 실패 없이 BIM을 도입하기 위해서 본연구에서는 중견업체 도입 사례들 검토하고 도출되었던 장애요인과 해소방안을 제시하고자 한다.         공공시설 발주자 관점에서의 BIM 적용 현황 및 개선방안 연구 - 한국전력공사 나주 신사옥 건립공사 사례를 중심으로 -

        The application of the BIM for the KEPCO' new headquarters in Naju involved alternative approaches and accompanied many trials-and-errors as the project adopted new targets and purposes that were not used in Korea before. In particular, for a large BIM-based project, clearly defining the BIM-including the objective, scope and the outcome-is critical for a project owner. For a successful implementation, project owners should improve the utilization of the BIM. Against this background, this research examines the case of the BIM application for the KEPCO' new headquarters in Naju, identifies its effects and problems, and proposes how to improve application of the BIM for public projects. The improvement in the BIM application can be divided into several stages: project order, design development, construction, and post-construction maintenance. In the initial stage, it is important to fully discuss the project planning among participants, and clarify the goal, scope, expected outcomes and role of the BIM. In the design stage, the level of detail (LOD) for the 3D model should be defined in consideration of information use in the stages of estimation and construction. In the construction stage, the scope of project that is managed based on the processing and use of the BIM data should be clearly given and understood. After construction is complete, measures should be sought to use the BIM for maintenance, and corresponding requirements and outcomes should be provided. The analysis is expected to provide basic data for successful implementation of BIM-based public projects, by assisting project owners and involved parties in enhancing work in different stages of a project.

        중국 BIM 표준의 현황과 특성에 관한 사례 분석

        The Standard for BIM in Construction of China was released in 2017. The Unified Standard for BIM of China also took effects on 2017. The BIM standards of China needs to be compared with those related guidelines of Korea to find the status and characteristics for future development of BIM application in both countries’ construction industries. The research methodology is a case study of comparing various standards of both countries. The case study results reveals many interesting issues for future BIM application and guidelines for practice of design and construction process. The research foundings include followings : LOD (Level of development) are well defined including LOD 350 in Chinese Standard. P-BIM(Practice based BIM) concepts and series of standards are set for the welldefined design and construction process by work stage in China. Korean standards shows more processes of design and documentation in detail. Major three aspects, particularity in BIM standard by work trade, practicality in BIM work process of design and construction, and professionality in subjects of BIM application, are analyzed and compared with various Guidelines of BIM in both countries.

LH is promoting new delivery method of Pre-con service in LH apartment projects to enhance the competitiveness of construction business. This presentation offers the brief explanation for BIM application plan of design phase in Pre-con service delivery method and LH road map to invigorate 3D-based design(BIM).

        이 연구는 최근 활발하게 연구되고 있는 드론 등의 무인체 장비가 수집하는 실시간 정보를 활용하는 방향에 대한 것으로 수집된 정보 중 시설물의 유지관리에 필요한 정보를 선택하여 효율적으로 유지관리업무를 실행하는 것에 목적을 둔다. 본 발표에서는 정보 관리방법으로 설비 시설물 관리에 적용되고 있는 개방형 BIM의 FM 시스템을 선택, 이를 활용하기 위한 유지관리정보 체계를 제안하고자 한다. This paper shows the way about how to use the real-time data from unmanned inspection equipments and aims to perform the maintenance effetely by selecting the data from unmanned inspection equipments, too. For this, we choose open BIM as the information system and propose the frame of information system for maintenance.

        Surface 및 Solid 방식의 비교를 통한 Parametric 기법의 토공물량산출 방법

        There exists no precedented case of quantity take-off, using parametric modeling, from BIM-based irregular structures. Civil 3D provides earthwork quantity take-off based on surface modeling. Generally, designers should enter data into the specification additionally after extracting quantity estimation from earthwork modeling design. The objective of this report is to suggest the method from quantity take-off to specification of BIM-based earthwork quantities. We intend to investigate earthwork take-off method by Civil3D and explain why parametric information extraction is required for quantity estimation and specification and how information of earthwork quantity based on solid and surface modeling is connected to open quantity take-off module. It is highly expected that this suggestion would be the practical methodology of earthwork quantity take-off and specification in the field of civil engineering.

        BIM정보를 활용한 강구조물의 공정 물량 통합관리

        BIM technologies store, share and integrate the information produced in each sector of the construction industry. From this point on, it increases the efficiency of the work. Currently, quantity take-off and process schedule are derived separately based on BIM technology. When calculating the quantity by process, relevant information shall be collected, reinterpreted, and reevaluated as required by the practice. The purpose of this study is to develop an integrated process and quantity management system through BIM collaboration and to build prototypes for steel structures. The main research is to build a construction BIM model for steel structures and a process BIM model through BIM collaboration. Furthermore, necessary information was selected and processed according to the user s needs for integrated management. Relevant integration outcomes are visualized graphically to maximize utilization. Through these studies, a system for integrated control of processes and supplies is provided, and the results are expected to contribute to the improvement of working efficiency and are easily and quickly reflected in design change and process change. In this study, we intended to enhance the usability of information by linking process schedules with quantity calculations based on BIM. Thus, the process for integrated control of the quantity of structural components by process unit and the BIM based schedule information was established. In addition, the efficiency of the information link of the integrated management system was considered for design changes and process schedule changes.
