        치과교정여부에 따른 치과협조도에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구

        Objectives: This study aims to investigate patient cooperation for dental treatments by dividing patients into two groups with different treatment categories, i.e. orthodontic patients versus non-orthodontic patients. Methods: On December 2016, the study conducted survey targeting 311 orthodontic or non-orthodontic patients who are 20 years old or older living in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. The study subject were informed with the adequate information of the study and signed consent forms. Except for the questionnaire copies from 23 respondents whose answers were insincere those from 288 respondents, equivalent to 92.6% of the data collected, were used in the present analysis. Results: This review intended to clarify any factors affecting patient cooperation for dental treatments shows that the perception of oral condition, the reliability of dentistry, and the patient preventive cooperation had an effect on patient cooperation for dental treatments. Conclusions: The results summarized above suggest orthodontic patients who are familiar with dental treatments by virtue of their regular visits to dental clinics have higher cooperation for dental treatments compared to non-orthodontic patients, and the higher reliability of dentistry leads to higher patient cooperation for dental treatments.

        구강위생용품 관련 교육이 구강위생용품 사용에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 구강위생용품 사용에 미치는 영향을 조사하여 향후 이와 관련된 구강보건교육 방향의 시사점을 제공하고자 2013년 12월부터 2014년 5월까지 약 6개월 동안 서울 및 경기도에 위치한 치과의원에 내원한 환자 320명의 자료를 수집하여, 이 중 응답이 미흡한 21부를 제외한 다음 수집된 자료의 93.4%에 해당되는 299부를 분석하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 조사대상자의 구강위생용품 관련 구강보건교육과 인지, 사용간의 상관관계는 구강위생용품 관련 구강보건교육을 받는 경우 구강위생용품 인지 정도(p<0.001)와 사용 정도(p<0.001)가 증가하는 것으로 나타났고, 구강위생용품 인지정도가 증가할수록 사용 정도도 증가하는 것으로 나타났다(p<0.001). 둘째, 구강위생용품 교육은 종속변수인 구강위생용품 인지에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다(p<0.001). 이상의 결과에서 구강병을 예방하기 위하여 구강상태에 적합한 구강위생용품의 올바른 지식과 사용방법에 대한 교육의 기회를 넓히고, 환자에게 구강위생용품에 대한 사용동기를 부여할 수 있는 체계적이고 대중적인 구강보건교육 프로그램 개발과 시행, 홍보를 통해 구강건강 향상에 기여해야 한다고 사료된다. In this study, to provide the implications of dental health care training direction in the future after researching the effect on the use of dental hygiene devices, data were collected from 320 patients who visited dental clinics located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do for about 6 months between December 2013 and May 2014. Among them, the following results were obtained by analyzing 299 copies accounting for 93.4% of the collected data after excluding 21 copies lacking in answer. It was shown that education about dental hygiene devices had statistically significant effects on the dependent variables, perception of dental hygiene devices (p<0.001). Based upon the results above, it is considered that for the sake of prevention of oral diseases, more opportunities to learn correct knowledge and usage of suitable dental hygiene devices for individual oral conditions should be provided for patients, and active patient education as well as the development, implementation and publicity of systematic and popular oral health education programs will contribute to improved oral health.

        한국 청소년의 주관적인 체형 인식과 건강요인 및 구강건강요인과의 관련성 - 2015년 청소년건강행태온라인조사를 바탕으로 -

        Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between demographic characteristics, health factors, oral health factors and subjective body shape perception of adolescents in order to provide basic data for adolescents health management. Methods: This study was analyzed using Korea Youth Risk Behavior Web-Based Survey in 2015, where 68,043 adolescents in total participated. Data were analyzed by SPSS Ver. 21.0. Multiple regression analysis was used to analyze the relationships among health factors and oral health factors related to subjective body shape perception. Results: The analysis of the factors influencing the body shape perception of male adolescents showed that they tend to be low in school performance, low in family economic level, and high school students. The worse they perceive their subjective health to be, the more they feel stress, and the less frequently they brush their teeth per day. They had bad breath. The analysis of the factors influencing the body shape perception of female adolescents showed that they tend to be low in school performance, low in family economic level, and high school students. The worse they feel their subjective health is, the more they feel unhappy, and stressful, and the less frequently they brush their teeth per day. They feel pain during chewing, and have bad breath. Conclusions: In conclusion, it is necessary to consider educational intervention in adolescent life that will make them have proper perception of their body shape for proper health management of it. To make the intervention effective, we need to consider various factors such as health factors and oral health factors.

        부정교합이 취업에 미치는 영향에 관한 인식

        Objectives: This study investigated the perception on the effects of malocclusion on employment, and aimed to provide information to those who are seeking employment. Methods: The study examined 306 subjects aged 19 to 39 in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do during the month of December, 2016. The data obtained were analyzed using frequency analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, chi-square test and multiple regression analysis among others. Results: The most important factors in job success were education (35.9%), followed by appearance (23.8%), and major (22.1%). On whether there is a correlation between social life and malocclusion, 49.0% and 51.0% of the subjects answered 'Yes' and 'No', respectively. When the factors influencing the perception of the effects of malocclusion on employment were reviewed, it was found that for female(p<0.01) subjects, the perceived effect of malocclusion on life and on employment (p<.001), and the perceived effect of malocclusion on employment were lower in 20-24 year olds and 25-29 year - olds (p<0.01). Conclusions: Many people believe that malocclusion affects employment and that it is necessary to provide information on orthodontic treatment to those who are preparing for employment and ordinary. However, it is important to provide correct information about orthodontic treatments, including functional improvement, rather than simply focusing too much on aesthetic effects alone.

        성인의 치과 방사선 촬영에 대한 불안감에 관한 연구

        Objectives: This study was conducted to help reduce the anxiety about dental radiation exposures of people and to provide a way to instill proper awareness of dental radiation. Methods: To fulfill the research aim, this study conducted a survey to 330 subjects who are 20 years old or over living in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do during the month of December 2016. The collected data were analyzed using frequency analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis among others. Results: As a result of examining the correlation between the anxiety of dental radiography and the correlations between the variables showed that the knowledge of radiation knowledge and the need for radiography (r=0.186, p<0.01), thinking about shooting (r=0.137, p<0.05), and the effectiveness of wearing protective equipment (r=0.120, p<0.01), showing statistically significant differences. As a result of examining the factors influencing anxiety of dental radiography among adults, high awareness of the need for dental radiography (p<0.01), the more the idea of dental anxiety in dental radiography is radiography showed higher (p<0.01). Conclusions: It seems proper that adequate dental radiography requires adequate explanation about it to patients, wearing of protective equipment, and appropriate dental radiation safety education.

        한ㆍ중 團茶의 문화산업적 활용양상 비교연구

        An examination of the cultural history of tea in Korea and China, Ddeog-cha and Puer tea had medicinal and spiritual value were used a symbol in rituals and acted as a medium of exchange relationships during the traditiona age. Therefore Ddeog-cha and Puer tea had similar social and cultural meanings and values. On the other hand, there was one difference. Puer tea obtained economic value through the Tea - horse trade. As a result, Puer tea had high economic value, whereas Ddeog-cha had cultural value. Consequently, Korea took a passive stance to obtain tea-industrial economic value, and focused more attention on the cultural value than economic profit. This kind of point is emphasized in the storytelling process.

        충남지역 유치원의 영양사 배치 유무에 따른 급식실태와 학부모의 급식 만족도 비교

        본 연구에서는 유치원과 학부모를 대상으로 영양사 배치유무에 따른 유치원 급식 실태와 급식 만족도를 평가하여 유치원에 영양사 배치의 필요성과 보다 체계적인 유치원 급식운영을 위한 기초자료를 제시하고자 하였다. 유치원의 급식을 위한 취사 시설은 영양사 배치 유치원의 경우 조리실과 급식실이 100%인 반면 미배치 유치원은 조리실이 100%이었다(p<0.001). 급식을 위한 식단 작성자는 영양사 배치 유치원이 영양사가 100%인 반면, 미배치 유치원은 원장(52.2%), 선생님(47.8%)의 순이었다(p<0.001). 유치원에서 제공하는 급식의 분량은 원아의 나이와 체격에 따라 다르게 준다(47.9%)가 가장 높았고, 유치원 급식운영에 있어서 가장 어려운 점은 운반 및 배식시의 유아의 안전(31.3%), 인력 부족(18.8%)의 순이었으며, 유치원 급식의 개선 및 발전 방향은 영양이 고른 다양한 식단(39.6%), 더욱 적극적인 식습관 지도(33.3%), 급식시설의 개선 및 인력 확충(27.1%)의 순이었고, 이들은 모두 영양사 유무에 따라서 유의한 차이가 없었다. 학부모의 실제 급식현장 방문이나 급식운영 참여 경험은 영양사 배치 유치원 학부모가 급식 현장을 직접 방문해 본 경험이 더 많은 것으로 나타나 유의한 차이를 보였다. 급식 운영에 참여한 분야는 전체적으로 급식행사 참여(52.9%), 식재료 검수(41.2%), 배식도우미(5.9%)의 순으로 급식행사 참관에서 가장 높은 응답률을 보였다. 급식운영에 참여하고 싶은 의지도 영양사 배치 유치원 학부모의 53.8%가 있다고 답해 미배치 학부모의 37.1%보다 유의하게 높았다(p<0.01). 급식에 참여하고 싶은 분야는 영양사 배치 유치원 학부모의 경우 배식도우미에서 가장 높은 응답률을 보인 반면, 미배치는 식재료 검수에서 높아 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<0.01). 유치원 선택 시 급식을 고려하는지에 대해 영양사 배치 유치원 학부모의 경우 61.0%가 그렇다고 답해 미배치의 18.5%보다 유의하게 높았다(p<0.001). 유치원 급식운영 개선 및 발전방안은 친환경, 유기농 제품을 이용한 급식운영(41.9%), 영양이 고른 다양한 식단(30.9%), 더욱 적극적인 식습관 지도(24.0%) 순이었다. 급식만족도, 급식의 맛, 메뉴의 다양성, 메뉴의 균형, 자녀의 급식만족도, 급식시설, 급식 위생의 모든 7가지 항목에서 영양사 배치 유치원 학부모의 점수가 유의하게 높았으며, 급식만족도의 평균 점수도 영양사 배치유치원 학부모가 4.1점으로 미배치의 3.7점보다 유의하게 높았다(p<0.001). 이상의 결과를 종합할 때 영양사 배치 유치원의 급식상태 및 학부모의 급식 만족도가 미배치 유치원보다 우수한 것으로 나타났다. We investigated foodservices and levels of their satisfaction from parents of children in kindergartens with and without dietitians. Foodservice facilities consisted of kitchens and cafeterias for all kindergartens with a dietitian (KWD) and only kitchens for all kindergartens without a dietitian (KWOD) (p<0.001). Children consumed lunch in a lunchroom for all KWD and in a classroom for all KWOD (p<0.001). The person in charge of the diet menu was a dietitian for all KWD and a director for 52.2% of KWOD (p<0.001). About 48% of total kindergartens were served different amounts according to the child"s age and body size. About 30% of parents from total kindergartens responded that a difficulty of foodservice management was children"s safety while distributing the lunch. The majority of respondents claimed that foodservices need a more balanced menu and active instructions on proper dietary habits. Parents who visited and participated in foodservice were significantly higher from KWD than KWOD. Also, the desire to participate in foodservices was significantly higher in the parents from KWD (p<0.01). Sixty one percent of parents from KWD and 19% of parents from KWOD considered foodservices when choosing a kindergarten (p<0.001). The satisfaction in foodservices of parents from KWD was significantly higher from all points of view in terms of the quality of foodservice, nutrition, and hygiene. In conclusion, we found that foodservices and their levels of satisfaction from parents of kindergartens with dietitians were better and higher than those without dietitians. Therefore, all kindergartens should consider having a dietitian exclusively in charge of foodservices.
