기후변화 적응 취약성 및 지역 특성을 고려한 지방자치단체 유형화

본 연구의 목적은 기후변화 취약성 및 기후변화 관련 지역 특성을 분석하여 충청북도 12개 시/군을 유형화하는데 있다. 연구를 위해 기상 자료 및 지자체별 사회경제 현황자료를 사용하여 A1B시나리오에 근거한 기후변화 적응 6개 부문에 대한 취약성 평가를 실시하였고, 충북 지자체별 통계연보에 근거하여 기후변화 관련 현황을 검토하였으며, 2011년도 충북 시군별 업무추진계획을 검토하여 기후변화와 관련된 기 추진정책을 검토하였다. 이들을 종합적으로 분석하여 취약성 평가결과를 중심으로 기후변화 관련 지역 특성을 검토하여 충청북도 적응대책 비전을 도출하고, 12개 시/군을 유형화하였다. 연구의 결과, 충청북도 12개 지자체들은 건강 및 재난재해 부문의 기후변화 적응을 위한 ‘Safe Region’, 물 관리 부문에서의 적응을 위한 ‘Aqua Region’ 농업·산림·생태계 부문에서의 적응을 위한 ‘Vital Region’, 그리고 전 부문에서의 총체적인 기후변화 적응을 위한 ‘Extreme Region’ 등 4개 지역으로 유형화 되었다.

This study has intended to analyze the factors that affect the satisfaction level of visitors participating in the 2011 Sapporo Snow Festival, and to verify the hypotheses regarding the relationship between satisfaction level and the determinants. To reach this goal, this study has employed a survey method to ask visitors to answer the questions regarding their travel behaviors and their satisfaction level of Sapporo snow festival. To find the factors that affect the satisfaction level, this study has performed statistical analysis methods such as frequency analysis, factor analysis, and stepwise regression analysis. As a result, this study has found the following results. 1) Four factors that affect the satisfaction level of the visitors were deducted as Convenient use, Educational·Social effect, Purchasing activities, and Amusement of Festival. 2) From among these, the factors that have most strong impacts in relation with the satisfaction level of visitors was ‘Educational·Social effect’. 3) Thus, in the festival planning, we can preferentially reflet the aspects that include children education, local cultural·historical informations, event opportunities of meeting with various people, and service training for local residents.
청주시 시가화 지역 내ㆍ외 도시녹지 간 생태적 상호연계성 분석

The study has intended to select urban green areas in Cheongju city, to calculate ecological interrelationship index with gravity model, and to analyze ecological interrelationship between urban green areas within and outside Cheongju City. To reach this goal, this study employed a gravity model to calculate the ecological interrelationship index (Index of Biodiversity-based Interrelations between Urban Green Areas : IBIG) within each individual green area unit. Based on the calculated IBIG, this study analyzed the ecological interrelationship within and outside Cheongju city. Then, this study identified the landscape ecological elements affecting IBIG using Pearson correlation analysis and stepwise regression analysis. The results of the stepwise regression analysis were as follows: 1) the bigger and higher the areas and altitude, the higher ecological interrelationship in the aspect of quantity and natural condition; and 2) related to indicators such as area, distance between urban green areas, and shape, the interaction between urban green areas within urbanized district was lower than that outside the urbanized district as the area of green area decreased and the shape of it also decreased and became monotonous respectively because of various kinds of human activities.
홍수 발생 전 후 피해원인 및 결과에 영향을 미치는 도시 사회 경제적 인자 분석

This Study has intended to analyze the urban socio-economic factors that affect the damage causes and the consequences before and after the flood at 25 autonomous districts in Seoul city, and to draw policy implications for reducing the urban flood damage. To reach this goal, this study has employed the literature review to select the socio-economic factors, and constructed the analysis data base by 2011 Seoul statistics and CCGIS data base. Based on the selected data, this study has performed the correlation analysis to minimize the multicollinearity and performed the stepwise regression analysis to analyze the effect relationship before and after the flood. The result of the stepwise regression analysis were as follows : 1) ‘the average gradient of region, the permeability area ratio to total ratio, and the drainage capacity of drainage of inner basin’ were deducted as common factors that affect the damage causes and the consequences before and after the flood. 2) ‘the improvement rate of embankment’ was deducted as discriminative causes factor before the flood. and 3) ‘the ratio of embankment area, the number of disabled people, the area of retarding reservoir, and the ratio of hospitals bed’ were deducted as discriminative consequences factors after the flood.

It is necessary for the Multi-Regional Urban Neighborhood Park to be equipped with multiple functions toward quantitative and qualitative improvement of quality of citizen's life. This study has intended to analyze the user's behavior and the satisfaction level of Multi-Regional Urban Neighborhood Park, Gooryong Park in Cheongju City. To reach this goal, this study has analyzed the behavior status and the satisfaction level of the park users through such statistical methods as frequency analysis, factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis. As a result, major users of the park include family group, teenagers and old people. The user have often visited the park for the purpose of rest and exercise for health improvement. This study has found such core factors affecting user's satisfaction level as 'Rest function of park by both the shade of trees and lawn grass', and 'Health improvement through exercise'. These results may help to find the strateges to satisfy the needs of the park users.
가법형 통합지수 산정모형을 이용한 농촌지역의 객관적 경관 평가 - 전북 고창선동권역을 대상으로 -

This study was intended to evaluate the objective landscape of rural region using an additive integration index method in the Seondong region of Gochang-gun, Jeollabuk-do, Korea. This study consisted of the following three steps. First, this study developed an additive integration index calculation model for landscape assessment based on indicators and weight to each space type in accordance with three landscape fields which were developed by the expert Delphi method. Second, this study used NDVI (Normalized Difference Vegetation Index) and permeable area rate, which were available from high resolution satellite image, to calculate the green naturality degree, area rate, and building coverage respectively. Third, this study has calculated the landscape assessment index of rural regions using an additive integration index method made of assessment data and weight for each indicator. This study has found the following results: 1) landscape level was very poor in all 6 types of space, marking grade five; 2) while the highest level of natural landscape and mixed landscape was grade two, that of artificial landscape was grade five; 3) based on objective landscape, grade five showed the highest frequency, and grade one, two, three, and four followed in that order. 본 연구의 목적은 전라북도 고창군의 선동권역을 대상으로 가법형 통합 지수를 사용하여 농촌지역의 객관적 경관을 평가하는 것이다. 연구는 다음의 세 단계로 구성된다. 1) 농촌경관의 개념 및 평가방법을 살펴보고, 경관 평가지표와 가중치를 바탕으로 객관적 경관 평가를 위한 가법형 통합지수 산정모형을 개발하였다. 2) 경관 평가지표 즉, 녹지자연도, 면적률, 건폐율에 대한 주제도 구축을 위해 고해상도 인공위성 영상을 이용한 식생지수 및 투수면적률을 산정하여 GIS DB를 구축하였다. 3) 평가데이터 및 각 지표에 의한 가중치를 통해 작성된 가법형 통합지수 산정모형을 사용하여 공간유형별, 경관영역별, 객관적 경관 평가를 실시하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 공간유형별 양호한 경관으로 판단되는 2등급 이상의 비율은 경작지, 수공간, 산림, 시가화 지역, 주거지, 건물 순으로 나타났으며, 개발지가 포함된 시가화 지역, 주거지, 건물 등에서 객관적 경관은 열악하게 평가되었다. 2) 경관영역별 2등급 이상의 비율은 혼합경관, 자연경관, 인공경관 순으로 나타났으며, 개발지로 이루어진 인공경관의 객관적 경관은 열악한 상태를 보였다. 3) 객관적 통합 농촌 경관 지수의 범위는 4등급이 가장 높게 나타났고, 1등급, 2등급, 3등급, 5등급 순으로 나타났으며, 객관적 경관이 보통 이하인 3등급 이하가 약 56.5%로 통합 농촌경관은 열악하게 평가되었다.
