긍정적 행동지원이 성인 발달장애인의 공격행동과 방해행동에 미치는 효과

본 연구는 긍정적 행동지원이 사회복지 이용시설을 이용하고 있는 성인 발달장애인들의 공격행동과 방해행동의 감소와 중재 후 변화가 유지되는지 살펴보았다. 연구대상은 긍정적 행동지원 전문가 교수 2인에 의해 선정된 발달장애인들로 20세 이상의 성인 발달장애인 2명을 대상으로 하였다. 실험설계는 행동변화의 효과 검증위해 ABC 설계를 적용하였다. 기능평가를 기초로 행동의 원인을 평가하고, 선행사건 중재, 대체행동 중재, 후속결과 중재가 포함된 개별적 차원의 다요소로 구성하여 긍정적 행동지원을 수립하고 적용하였다. 자료 분석은 성인 발달장애인 행동 특성에 따라 행동의 빈도(사건기록, 부분간격기록)와 지속시간 기록을 활용하였으며 측정된 자료는 시각적 그래프로 나타내었다. 연구 결과 긍정적 행동지원은 성인 발달장애인의 공격행동과 방해행동을 감소시키고, 중재가 종료된 후에도 행동 변화가 유지하는데 효과적인 전략임을 알 수 있었다. This study examines the impact of positive behavior support on aggressive, obstructive and alternative behaviors of adults with developmental disability in social welfare facilities. The subjects of the study were two adults aged 20 or older who were selected by two experts of developmental disabilities. The ABC design was applied in this study. Based on the functional assessment, the cause of the behavior was assessed, and positive behavior support arbitration was planned and applied by organizing it into individual multi-elements, including antecedent arbitration, alternative behavior arbitration, and subsequent outcome arbitration. Data analysis utilized frequency (frequency records, partial interval records) and duration records for each adult developmentally disabled behavior characteristic, and the measured data were presented as visual graphs. This result was a study that verifies the possibility of changes in the quality of life needed for adult developmental disabled people to integrate into society and live as a human being.

컨버터블 리조트 웨어 개발

여가시간이 증가하고 경제적인 여유가 생기게 됨에 따라 삶의 만족도를 높이기 위하여 국내외 여가활동이 확대되었다. 이에 자연과 함께 휴양, 힐링, 웰빙으로의 여가시간 활용을 추구하는 가치관이 변화함에 따라 여가활동에 맞게 자신의 개성을 살리면서 실용적인 패션상품을 구매하고자 하는 소비자들의 구매욕구가 상승되었다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 여가 생활에 대한 욕구가 커지면서 리조트 방문으로 이어지고 있는 젊은 수요자 층이 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 리조트용뿐만 아니라 일상생활에서도 활용 가능한, 기능적이고 미적인 요소를 갖춘 컨버터블 의상 디자인을 설계·제작하여 제시하는데 그 목적을 두었다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 설문지를 통하여 실제 휴대한 아이템과 활용도 높은 아이템의 1순위로 나타난 원피스를 기본으로 디자인 및 패턴을 설계하였다. 컨버터블 의복 설계를 위하여 사용된 장식적 요소는 유행에 뒤지지 않으면서도 기능적으로 편안한 요소를 갖춘 개더를 사용하였다. 소재는 부피가 작아 휴대가 편리하고, 생활 방수 기능 및 형상 기억 소재로써 다림질이 필요 없는 요소를 갖춘 메모리 소재를 사용하였다. 색상은 가공되지 않은 친환경 색채로써 여성스럽고, 고급스러우면서도 현대적 이미지를 나타낼 수 있는 베이지를 선택하였다. 이를 바탕으로 컨버터블 리조트 웨어 디자인 3점을 개발하였다. Leisure activities pursued at home and abroad have grown in line with increased spare time and financial affordability, as well as a desire to improve one`s quality of life. Against this background, the changes in values with regard to spending leisure time to pursue rest, healing and well-being in nature, have left consumers eager to purchase practical fashion items which fit their leisure interests and highlight their personality. The various needs for leisure activities are leading to a growing number of young consumers visiting resorts. This study aimed to design and produce aesthetic convertible wear which can be used not only at resorts but also in everyday life. The research findings are below. Designs and patterns were created for a one-piece dress which was selected as the number one clothing item which the subjects would carry and find useful. we designed convertible wear using trendy and functional gathers as decorative items. In terms of materials, an iron-free, small-volume memory fabric was used to facilitate easy packing, water-resistance and shape memory. As for color, beige was selected as a raw, eco-friendly color to express a feminine, high-end and modern image. So three designs for convertible resort wear were produced.

장애인 신체활동 실무경험의 적응과정에 따른 예비지도자의 인식 변화

본 연구는 장애인 신체활동 실무경험의 적응과정에 따른 예비지도자의 인식 변화 과정을 알아 보기 위해 수행되었다. 본 연구의 참여자는 경상북도 소재의 G대학교 특수체육교육학과 3학년에 재학 중인 10명의 학생으로 장애인 신체활동을 경험한 학생이다. 본 연구의 연구방법은 심층면접 방식을 통한 질적 연구방법으로 실시되었다. 면접과 관찰 등에서 수집한 자료를 분석하여 다음과 같은 주제를 도출하였다. 첫째, 특수체육 예비지도자들 장애인과의 다양한 신체활동 실무 경험은 매우 중요하며 전문가로서의 자질을 갖추게 하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 특수체육예비지도자들은 장애인 신체활동 실무경험을 통하여 장애인에 대한 인식, 장애인과의 상호작용, 특수체육에 대한이해와 개념을 재확립 되어지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 이러한 인식의 변화에는 잦은 만남과 상호작용의 방법, 자기반성과 자기 반영 등을 통해 변화되어지는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to identify perceptual change on adaptation process of reserve adapted physical activity leaders through practical experience. To satisfy the purpose, qualitative research methods were implemented such as in-depth interviews, participated observations, and professional advices to ten junior students who were enrolling in the department of adapted physical education at G-university at Gyeongsangbuk-do. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participated observations, and professional advices based on actual adapted physical activities which the junior students experienced. The process of the raw data were synthesizing and analyzing through repeated and thorough reading by researchers. Results were as follow. First, various adapted physical activity experiences were very important and it guided the leaders to be endowed with professional quality. Second, the adapted physical activity leaders re-established perception of person with disability, mutual relationship with person with disability, understanding and conception of adapted physical activities through practical adapted physical activity experiences with person with disability. Third, these perceptual change were influenced by frequent meeting, methods of mutual relationship, introspection, and self-reflection.

국내,외 실행기능의 향상을 위한 프로그램(중재) 동향 분석

본 연구는 국내·외의 실행기능 향상에 관련된 중재와 프로그램을 적용한 연구들을 중심으로 동향을 살펴보고, 이효신(2003)이 제시한 교육적 중재의 4가지 질적 지표를 근거로 실행기능의 프로그램을 비교, 분석하였다. 대상논문은 1998년 1월에서부터 2010년 1월까지 약 12년 동안 발표된 연구 논문 중 국내 9편, 국외 10편 등 총 19편의 논문을 대상으로 하였다. 분석대상 논문은 전문 학술지DB를 통하여 학회지 및 학술논문으로 연구자, 연도, 연구방법, 적용 프로그램의 내용 및 절차별로 요약하였고, 실행기능 보상을 위한 중재의 4가지 근거에 따라 비교, 분류하였다. 분석결과, 대부분이 신경심리학 저널, 정신병리학 관련 저널이었으며, 일부 연구가 자폐 및 발달장애 저널, 노인학, 의사소통 그리고 재활과 관련된 저널 등으로 다양하게 나타났다. 연구대상은 ADHD, 고기능 자폐, 자폐성장애, 일반유아, 노인, 후천성뇌손상(TBI) 등으로 다양하게 나타났다. 프로그램의 내용 및 절차에서는 집단 활동 프로그램이 많았으며, 그림책이나 활동지, 컴퓨터 등을 적용한 것으로 나타났다. 특히 인지-행동 접근과 반복적인 훈련을 통하여 인지를 유연하게 하는 프로그램 순으로 나타났다. 실행기능 보상을 위한 중재의 4가지를 근거에 따른 분류결과에서는 ADHD, 고기능자폐, 일반유아, 노인질환 등은 인지-행동접근의 프로그램이 적용되었으며, 후천성뇌손상(TBI)의 경우, 유연성 훈련 접근 프로그램이 적용된 것으로 나타났다. This study looks into local and international studies applying interventions and programs on improvement of body function, as well as compares and analyzes four interventions for functional compensation according to basis quality indicators. This study examines total 19 journals including nine local ones and 10 international ones, published during 12 years between January of 1998 to January of 2010. The examined papers, which are reports of academy and scientific journals in DB of professional journals, were summarized according to researcher, published year, study method, and contents and procedure of applied programs as well as they were compared and analyzed based on four bases of interventions. According to analysis, some journals are devoted to various fields such as autism and developmental disability, gereology, communication and rehabilitation, while most of the papers are about neuropsychology and psychopathology. They variously examine patients suffering from ADHD, high functioning autism, autistic disorder and TBI, normal infant and the senile. There are lots of group activity program in the contents and procedure of the programs which applied picture books, papers of activity, computers and so on. In particular, the most frequently used program is cognition-behavior approach followed by a program making cognition flexible through continuous training. According to the result of four bases of intervention for functional compensation, ADHD, high functioning autism, normal infant and morbus senilis utilized cognition-behavior approach while for TBI flexibility training approach programs was capitalized on.

성인 발달장애인의 도전적 행동지원을 위한 긍정적 행동지원 컨설팅 경험 분석

본 연구의 목적은 긍정적 행동지원 컨설팅에 참여한 장애인 주간보호 센터 사회복지사의 PBS 컨설팅 참여 경험과 그 의미가 무엇인지 탐색하고자 하는 것이다. 연구 대상은 PBS 컨설팅에 참여한 장애인 주간보호센터에 근무하는 사회복지사 3명이다. 컨설팅 과정은 PBS의 절차에 따라 기관모집 및 대상자 선정, PBS 팀 구성, 종사자 교육, 기능평가, PBS 계획 수립, 기초선 측정, 중재 실행, 유지 측정 등의 단계로 진행되었다. 본 연구에서는 PBS 컨설팅에 참여한 사회복지사의 경험을 알아보기 위하여 면담지침서를 구성하고, 이를 바탕으로 총 3회의 심층면담을 진행하였다. 최종 수집된 자료는 신층 면담 자료와 PBS 지원계획서, 연구자 노트이었으며, 수집된 자료는 Strauss와 Corbin(1990/1996)의 연속적 비교법에 따라 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 총 50개의 개념, 17개의 하위범주, 6개의 상위범주가 도출되었다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. PBS 컨설팅에 참여한 사회복지사의 경험은 ‘컨설팅 이전의 도전적 행동 사례와 행동지원 방법에 대한 경험’, ‘긍정적 행동지원 실행 과정에 따른 참여 경험’, ‘컨설팅 실행의 결과 및 다면적 변화’, ‘컨설팅 실행에 영향을 끼치는 중재적 조건’, ‘성인 발달장애인 대상 긍정적 행동지원 실행을 위한 지원 요구’, ‘도전적 행동과 긍정적 행동지원의 의미 숙고하기’의 내용으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 성인 발달장애인을 지원하고 있는 사회복지사들의 PBS 컨설팅 경험을 심층적으로 이해하고, 이를 바탕으로 성인 발달장애인 위한 기관 내 현장 실무자의 역량을 지원하기 위한 방안을 마련하는데 기초 자료로 활용 될 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study is to explore the experience and meaning of participating in PBS consulting by social workers at the Day Care Center for the Disabled who participated in positive behavior support consulting. The subjects of the study were three social welfare workers working at the Day Care Center for the Disabled. The consulting process was conducted in the stages of institutional recruitment, target selection, PBS team formation, employee training, function evaluation, PBS planning, basic line measurement, arbitration execution, and maintenance measurement according to the PBS procedure. The research method consisted of interview guidelines, and based on this, a total of three in-depth interviews were conducted. The collected data are in-depth interview data, PBS support plan, and researcher’s note. Data analysis was analyzed according to the continuous comparison method of Strauss and Corbin (1990/1996). As a result of the analysis, 50 concepts, 17 subcategories, and 6 upper categories were derived. As a result of the study, social workers’ experiences in PBS consulting were ‘Experience of challenging behavior cases and behavior support methods prior to consulting’, ‘Participation experience following the implementation process of positive behavior support’, ‘Results and multifaceted changes in consulting practice’, ‘interventional conditions affecting consulting practice’, ‘Demanding support for the implementation of positive behavioral support for adults with developmental disabilities’, and ‘Contemplating the meaning of challenging behavior and positive behavioral support’ This study can be used as basic data to understand in-depth the PBS consulting experiences of social workers supporting adults with developmental disabilities and to prepare measures to support the capabilities of field practitioners in institutions for adults with developmental disabilities.
