        편상관계수와 회귀계수를 활용한 시티투어버스의 선택속성에 대한 평가: 수정된 중요도-성취도 분석을 중심으로

        The city tour bus is a means of transportation for tourism, and is composed of various selection attributes. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate whether the city tour bus is well managed and operated from perspective of the consumer. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the selection attributes of city tour buse using the Revised Importance Performance Analysis (RIPA). Specifically, the purpose is to compare the analysis result of Deng (2007) using partial correlation coefficients as relative importance and the analysis result of Vavra (1997) using regression coefficients as relative importance. To achieve this purpose, 256 users who experienced city tour buses in Korea participated in this study. The findings indicate that there is no difference in the analysis results between the two methods of RIPA, except for two measurement variables (easy commentary by the commentator, Provision of experience and participation programs). Therefore, it was found that the revised importance performance analysis by the partial correlation coefficient and the standardized regression coefficient has practical utility value. The results of this study suggest that human resources such as commentators and drivers are important selection attribute of city tour bus. In addition, the importance of the tour course and program along with the physical environment of the city tour bus was confirmed. Afterwards, the academic contribution and practical implications of the research results were proposed in the conclusion section. 시티투어버스는 이동하는 관광교통 수단으로, 다양한 선택속성에 의해 구성되어 있다. 따라서시티투어버스가 잘 관리 및 운영되고 있는지 소비자 관점에서 평가할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구는 수정된 중요도 성취도 분석(RIPA)을 사용하여 시티투어버스의 선택속성을 평가하는 것이 목적이다. 구체적으로, 편상관계수를 상대적 중요도로 활용하는 Deng(2007)의 분석결과와 회귀계수를 상대적 중요도로 활용하는 Vavra(1997)의 분석결과를 비교하는 것이 목적이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 국내에서 시티투어버스를 경험해본 256명의 이용자가 연구에 참여하였다. RIPA의 결과 2개의 측정 변수(해설사의 쉬운 해설, 체험 및 참여 프로그램 제공)를 제외하고, 두방법 간 분석결과의 차이는 없는 것을 알 수 있다. 따라서 편상관계수와 표준화 회귀계수에 의한수정된 중요도 성취도 분석은 실무적으로 활용 가치가 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구의 결과들은 해설사, 운전기사와 같은 인적자원은 시티투어버스의 중요한 선택속성임을 제안한다. 또한 시티투어버스의 물리적 환경과 함께 투어 코스와 프로그램의 중요성도 확인할 수 있었다. 이후 연구결과의 학술적 기여와 실무적 함의는 결론 부분에 자세히 제안되었다.

        문화유산관광에 대한 진정성, 만족도, 그리고 다차원적 충성도간 구조적 관계: 인지적-정서적-행동적 충성도를 중심으로

        It is important to promote satisfaction and loyalty of visitors for the successful destination management. Especially, authenticity is an imperative factor for cultural heritage tourism nowadays. Therefore, having authenticity is necessary to manage tourist experience. This study tried to examine the effect relationship among authenticity, satisfaction, and loyalty of tourists in cultural heritage tourism. To this end, an onsite survey was conducted for respondents who visited the cultural heritage tourism sites within 1 year using convenience sampling method from October 26 to 27, 2013. A total of 322 were obtained from the survey and used for analysis(frequency analysis, descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation modeling). After testing and verifying eight hypotheses, the results showed that all research hypotheses were accepted. Concretely, some results deduced from quantitative evaluations are as follows: First, objective authenticity appeared to be positively related on existential authenticity. Second, objective authenticity and existential authenticity had a positive effect on satisfaction which in turn, influenced cognitive loyalty as well as affective loyalty. Third, cognitive loyalty seemed to have statistically significant influence on affective loyalty as well as behavioral loyalty. Finally, affective loyalty appeared to be positively related to behavioral loyalty. Taken together, The results indicate that objective and existential authenticity is necessary factor when explaining satisfaction and multi-dimensional loyalty directly and indirectly. Therefore, it is very important to preserve heritage and expand traditional tourism experience for strengthening satisfaction and loyalty of visitors. Managerial implications for cultural heritage tourism were presented in the conclusion section.

        라이프스타일에 따른 아웃바운드 관광객의 시장세분화: 2단계 방식의 군집분석을 중심으로

        In modern society, it is important to look at the characteristics of tourists more accurately. it is necessary to understand lifestyle which means psychological characteristics of tourists. Therefore, the purpose of this study were to segment oversea traveler, based on lifestyle and then to identify the response differences about demographic and oversea travel-related characteristics among lifestyle groups. The main results according to empirical analysis were as follows. First, departmentalizing results of groups, based on the lifestyle, showed that group pursuing medium lifestyle could be named on cluster 1, and group pursuing active lifestyle on cluster 2. Second, the results of chi-square test showed that cluster 1(group pursuing medium lifestyle) seemed to have more response distribution about women in sex, 20s and over 50s in age, single in marital status, college in education level, services, students, housewives in occupation, the level of one million won in the average monthly income, whereas cluster 2(group pursuing active lifestyle) seemed to have more response distribution about men in sex, 30s in age, married in marital status, graduate school in education level, specialized/office job, public official/faculty in occupation, over the level of three million won in the average monthly income. Third, Cluster 2 seemed to have more a high standard about travelling expenses, a plan for travel, the number of visit than cluster 1.

        한국 방문에 영향을 미치는 관광동기와 관광목적지 매력에 관한 연구: 아시아 관광객을 대상으로

        The purpose of this study was to examine tourist motivation and destination attractiveness of Asian tourists, had effects on visiting to Korea, and then to strengthen the competitiveness of Korea as a destination. For this end, on-site surveys were conducted for 240 respondents based on convenience sampling method from Oct. 8th to 14th, 2007. The main results were as follows. First, the analysis result about tourist motivation, had influence on visit experience(0=first-time visit, 1=repeat visit), 「experience」 factor showed its positive(+) effect on visit experience. On the contrary, 「entertainment pursuit」 seemed to have negative(-) influence on visit experience. Second, the influence analysis about destination attractiveness and overall satisfaction showed that 「space/location attribute」 and 「hedonic activity」 factors had positive(+) effects on overall satisfaction.

        전세계의 지진 연구의 추세 분석

        In this study, temporal trend of researches in earthquake with groundwater level, water quality, radon, remote sensing, electrical resistivity, gravity, and geomagnetism was searched from 2001 to 2020, using the journals indexed in Web of Science, and the number of articles published in international journals was counted in relation to the occurrences of earthquakes (≥Mw 5.0, ≥Mw 6.0, ≥Mw 7.0, ≥Mw 8.0, and ≥Mw 9.0). The number of articles shows an increasing trend over the studied period. This is explained by that studies on earthquake precursor and seismic monitoring becomes active in various fields with integrated data analysis through the development of remote sensing technology, progress of measurement equipment, and big data. According to Mann-Kendall and Sen’s tests, gravity-related articles exhibit an increasing trend of 1.30 articles/yr, radon-related articles (0.60 articles/yr), groundwater-related articles (0.70 articles/yr), electrical resistivity-related articles (0.25 articles/yr), and remote-sensing-related articles (0.67 articles/yr). By crosscorrelation analysis of the number of articles in each field with removing trend effect and the number of earthquakes of ≥Mw 5.0, ≥Mw 6.0, ≥Mw 7.0, ≥Mw 8.0, and ≥Mw 9.0, radon and remote sensing fields exhibit a high cross-correlation with a delay time of one year. In addition, large-scale earthquakes such as the 2004 and 2005 Sumatra earthquake, the 2008 Sichuan earthquake, the 2010 Haiti earthquake, and the 2010 Chile earthquake are estimated to be related with the increase in the number of articles in the corresponding periods. 본 연구에서는 2001년부터 2020년까지 지진과 관련된 지하수위, 수질, 라돈, 원격탐사, 전기비저항, 중력, 지자기 분야의 세계적으로 학술지에 게재된 논문 편수를 Web of Science에서 검색하여 그 경향성을 분석하였다. 그리고 논문 편수와 Mw 5.0 이상, Mw 6.0 이상, Mw 7.0 이상, Mw 8.0 이상, Mw 9.0 이상 지진 발생 건수를 비교 분석하였다. 지진과 관련한 중력, 라돈, 지하수(지하수위, 수질), 전기비저항, 지자기분야 논문 편수는 장기적으로 증가하는 추세를보인다. 이는 원격탐사 기술의 발달, 측정 장비의 고도화, 빅데이터 분석 등을 통한 종합적인 자료 해석이 가능해지면서 여러 분야에서 지진 전조 및 지진 현상 연구가 활발해지고 있기 때문이다. Mann-Kendall과 Sen 추세 검정에 의하면, 중력 관련 논문의 경우 1.30편/년의 증가추세를 보이고, 라돈 0.60편/년, 지하수 0.70편/년, 전기비저항 0.25편/년, 원격탐사 0.67편/년의 증가추세를 보인다. Mw 5.0 이상, Mw 6.0 이상, Mw 7.0 이상, Mw 8.0 이상, Mw 9.0 이상의 지진발생 건수와 경향성을 제거한 분야별 논문 편수 간의 교차상관분석에 의하면, 라돈과 원격탐사 분야의 교차상관성이 높으며, 지연시간은 1년이다. 또한 2004년과 2005년 수마트라 지진, 2008년 쓰촨성 지진, 2010년 아이티 지진, 2010 칠레 지진 등의 큰 규모의 지진 발생이 논문 편수 증가와 관련되는 것으로 추정된다.

        Hydrochemical Characteristics and Nitrate-Nitrogen Contamination in Shallow Groundwater in Two Agricultural areas in Korea

        Shallow groundwater in rural areas is primarily polluted by agricultural activities. Nitrate-nitrogen is an indicatorof artificial pollution. In this study, the hydrochemical characteristics and nitrate-nitrogen pollution of shallow groundwaterwere examined in two agricultural villages (Hyogyo-ri and Sinan-ri) in Chungcheongnam-do Province, Korea. Physicochemical quality analysis of shallow groundwater and stream water in the field, and chemical analysis in thelaboratory were conducted from July 2020 to October 2021. In Hygyo-ri and Sinan-ri villages, shallow groundwatermainly belonged to the Ca-Cl, Ca-H CO3, Na-HCO3, and Na-Cl types, whereas stream water predominantly belonged tothe Ca-HCO3 type. The nitrate-nitrogen concentration in shallow groundwater varied depending on the season, displayingan increased concentration of nitrate-nitrogen in the dry season compared to the rainy season. Stream water may beinfluenced by runoff into villages from the surrounding area, although both shallow groundwater and stream water areaffected by artificial pollution. In addition, the nitrate-nitrogen concentration in stream water was lower than that inshallow groundwater.

        지역축제 방문객의 지각된 가치, 만족도, 태도, 그리고 행동의도 간 영향관계 분석: 안동탈춤페스티벌 방문객 사례

        This study was conducted to examine the effect relationship among perceived value, satisfaction, attitude, and behavioral intention of festival. To this end, an on-site survey was conducted to tourists who had visited Andong Mask Dance Festival 2010. The results of structural equation modeling about the effect relationship among constructs showed that all research hypotheses(H1~H4) are statistically significant. Concretely, all factors(emotional value, monetary value, functional value) of perceived value had statistically significant effect on satisfaction. According to importance among variables explaining satisfaction, emotional value was first, followed by functional value, and monetary value. Satisfaction had a positive effect on attitude which in turn, influenced behavioral intention, and satisfaction also had an effect on behavioral intention. The impact of satisfaction and attitude on behavioral intention was larger for satisfaction than attitude. Meanwhile, after examining indirect effect by factors, emotional and psychological dimensions like satisfaction and attitude are important to form indirect relation between factors of perceived value and behavioral intention.

        지역주민 관점의 도시 브랜드 개성에 대한 평가 연구: 대전광역시를 중심으로

        본 연구의 목적은 Deng(2007)에 의해 제안된 수정된 IPA 방법을 적용하여 지역주민 관점에서 도시 브랜드 개성을 평가하는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 대전에 거주 중인 20대 이상의 남녀에 의해 평가되었다. 구체적으로 비례할당추출법에 의한 현장 설문조사는 2019년 1월부터 2월까지 진행되었다. 총 322부의 사용 가능하고 신뢰할 수 있는 데이터를 실증분석에 사용하였다. 수정된 IPA와 다중 회귀분석에 대한 분석결과는 다음과 같이 요약되었다. 첫째, 도시 브랜드 개성에 대한 측정 항목 중 창의적 도시, 자신감이 있는 도시, 성공지향적 도시, 매력적 도시, 정직한 도시, 그리고 젊은 도시는 IP 매트릭스의 Ⅰ사분면(유지강화 영역)에 위치하여 지속적인 유지가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 아울러 도시 브랜드 개성에 대한 요인 중 요인1(유능함/세련성) 또한 IP 매트릭스의 Ⅰ사분면에 위치한 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 도시 브랜드 개성에 대한 측정 항목 중 고급스러운 도시와 터프한 도시는 IP 매트릭스의 Ⅱ사분면(중점투자 영역)에 위치하여 즉각적 개선이 요구되는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 회귀분석결과 도시 브랜드 개성 요인들 중 요인1(유능함/세련성)만이 대전의 도시 브랜드에 대한 전반적 만족도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 요인1(유능함/세련성)에 포함된 측정 항목을 토대로 대전만의 도시 브랜드 개성을 지켜나갈 필요가 있다. 아울러 고급화 전략을 통해 도시 브랜드 개성을 강화하는 노력도 필요할 것이다. 이러한 결과에 따른 다양한 시사점들은 결론 영역에 자세히 제안되었다.

        승마체험 동기를 이용한 시장세분화 연구: 세분시장별 참여자의 특성 비교를 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to segment participants of horseback riding using two-step cluster analysis(Step 1: hierarchical clustering method, Step 2: K-means clustering method of non-hierarchical method) based on delineated motivation factors of horseback riding experience. This study also examines differences in demographic characteristics, overall satisfaction, and re-experience intention among segmented groups of motivation of horseback riding experience. To this end an onsite survey was conducted for participants in horseback riding. The results of factor analysis delineated six motivation factors(escape and health seeking, horseback riding experience and communion, ostentation, novelty, friendship, and adventurousness). The results of cluster analysis revealed two clusters(cluster 1: multipurpose motivation seekers, cluster 2: moderate motivation seekers) based on their motives. The two segments were significantly different with respect to demographic profile in terms of age, education, and job. The two segments were also significantly different in the overall satisfaction and re-experience intention. Especially, the results indicate that the respondents of the high motivation group(cluster 1: multipurpose motivation seekers) had relatively higher mean value on overall satisfaction and re-experience intention than the middle motivation group(cluster 2: moderate motivation seekers). Practical implications based on major findings were presented in the conclusion section.

        연구논문 : Z-검증을 이용한 축제의 환경단서, 만족도, 행동의도 간 영향관계 : 춘천마임축제와 보령머드축제 간 비교를 중심으로

        본 연구는 축제에서의 환경단서, 만족도, 행동의도(재방문, 추천, 구전) 간 영향관계를 살펴보고자 실시되었다. 구체적으로 춘천마임축제와 보령머드축제 간 영향관계를 비교해보고자 실시되었다. 이후 실증분석을 통해 몇 가지 시사점을 도출하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 춘천마임축제의 경우 환경단서 중 "프로그램" 요인만이 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 그 방향은 정(+)의 영향관계를 보이고 있다. 또한 영향관계의 설명력을 살펴보면, "프로그램" 요인이 만족도를 24.9% 정도 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 보령머드축제의 경우 환경단서 중 "음식/기념품", "환경적절성", "프로그램" 요인이 만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것(설명력=45.5%)으로 나타났고, "프로그램" 요인(β=.352)이 만족도를 설명하는데 가장 중요한 변수로 나타났다. 셋째, 두 축제(춘천마임축제, 보령머드축제)의 영향관계 검증결과, 공통적으로 만족도와 행동의도 간 정(+)의 영향관계가 나타났다. 더욱이 Z-검증결과 만족도와 구전의도의 회귀계수가 축제별 응답자 사이에 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었다. This study tried to examine effect relationship among environmental cue, satisfaction and behavioral intention(revisit, recommendation, word-of mouth) in festival. Concretely, the aim of this study is to compare effect relationship between Chuncheon International Mime Festival and Boryeong Mud Festival. The results of this study elicited some implications as follows. First, in case of Chuncheon International Mime Festival, "program" factor of environmental cues had influence on satisfaction and positively related. Also, explanation power of relationship showed that "program" factor explained 24.9% of satisfaction. Second, in case of Boryeong Mud Festival, "food/souvenir", "environmental appropriacy", "program" factor of environmental cues had a positive(+) influence on satisfaction(explanatory power=45.5%), and "program" factor(β=.352) is the most important variable to explain satisfaction. Third, according to verification result of effect relationship among two festivals, it showed that satisfaction had a positive(+) influence on behavioral intention in common. Furthermore, Z-test showed that the regression coefficients of satisfaction and word-of-mouth intention were statistically significant different among the festival respondents.
