        자체제작 유방팬텀을 이용한 질환의 X선 검출능력에 관한 연구

        In detecting breast micro-lesions, it is very important to obtain X-ray images with high resolution and sharpness, and hence breast compressing is required breast cancer screening. In this study, the relationship between breast compressing and the sharpness of X-ray images was examined with a self-manufactured breast phantom. The self-manufactured breast phantom was made by packing a mixture of meat and fat (30 : 70) into a latex bag. The plastic films (thickness; 1, 1.25, 1.5, 1.75, 2 mm) and aluminum oxide particle (diameter; 0.16 0.2 0.3, 0.4. 0.5 mm) used as an equivalent material of breast mass lesion. The calcification lesion was placed into the middle of a self-manufactured breast phantom. Breast compressing experiments were carried out, increasing the pressure from 1 to 10 kg, and the exposure condition was 24 kVp, 32 mAs. The confirmation of lesions was evaluated and the number of recognizable lesions were examined based on the changes of thickness are dependent on the pressure. As result, 3.7 calcification lesions and 1.9 mass lesions were observed when the pressure was 5 and 6 kg respectively (exposure condition was 24 kVp, 32 mAs). Furthermore, maximum 4.2 calcification lesions and 3 mass lesions were observed when pressure was increased to 10 kg (exposure condition was 22 kVp, 32 mAs). Consequently, breast compressing is helpful to distinguish the lesions and the compressing strength should be raised as much as possible.

        In a few decades, the world has been changed in a way we could not have expected. The rate of change is so fast that we can not even imagine what it could be in ten years. Tremendous things have changed across lots of societies but the most powerful change among them is the publication of information. The great amount of information is being poured into the world and almost anyone can access to it with not much trouble. Finding out certain information for gaining certain knowledge is a matter of time, if we have a computer, lap top, or a smart phone. Thus, it is the matter of using the existing information or knowledge to make new value out of it, not just gaining and remembering human knowledge that devide success and failure and here, creativity and English competency are very important factors. As the new introduced term, `editology`, the idea which is needed to combine concepts that already exist to use them in a new revolutionary way is hard to incorporate without an all-round education which is integrative and is showing consilience. In such a situation, the core value of our foundation, `creative education` is desperately needed. It is not to have to say again that English has its own power that every nation in the world recognize it as a common language of the world. If we want to go beyond our limited boundary to the world, we have to access the countless new data that is generated every day and process it, explaining our own idea against it to the world. The students under our educational system, however, generally lack the qualities required in those process. So the education should be revised and completed in another way. This study is aimed to contemplating a way for the students to live well in a rapidly changing society, as a master, by having them practicing role play, which has six attributes of creativity, in English, guiding them with the five steps of creativity teaching and learning method.

      • 국내 어린이 미술관의 사인시스템에 관한 비교연구

        예술문화교육에 대한 관심 증가와 삶의 질을 중시하는 성향, 감성 교육에 대한 필요성이 늘어나면서 어린이를 대상으로 하는 미술관이 증가하고 있다. 미술관은 이제 단순한 전시와 미술품 보존의 기능 이외에 사회교육기관으로 의미를 가지게 되었고. 어린이 대상 미술관은 수동적인 전시가 아닌 능동적인 참여가 중요하기 때문에 사인시스템의 역할이 중요하다. 본 연구는 현대어린이책미술관, 국립현대 어린이미술관, 헬로우뮤지움의 사인시스템의 기본적 요소를 조사하여 어린이미술관들이 가지는 특성을 토대로 커뮤니케이션 요소, 시각적 디자인 요소, 제작 및 설치방식의 관점에서 비교하여 이를 토대로 어린이미술관 사인시스템의 가이드라인의 기초자료에 도움이 되고자 하였다. 조사 결과로는 첫째, 공통적으로 종합적인 안내사인이나 유도사인보다는 위치사인 위주로 사인을 설치하고 배치하였다. 또한 꼭 필요한 사인과 정보로만 구성하여 불필요한 장식적 요소는 찾아볼 수 없었다. 둘째, 커뮤니케이션 요소에 있어서 공통적으로 한글을 중심으로 제작되었으며, 부분적으로 영문 및 픽토그램을 활용하였다. 셋째, 서체와 색상 부분에 있어서는 공통적으로 고딕 계열이 사용되었으며, 색상에 있어서는 공통적으로 회색과 노란색이 주조색으로 많이 활용되었다. 넷째, 제작 및 설치방식에 있어서는 공통적으로 벽면에 시트지나 스카시 부착을 많이 사용하였다. 부분적으로 바닥이나 유리면에 시트를 부착하기도 하였다. As there were increase in the interest of the education of art and culture, the system of 5 days of work per week, the inclination of the emphasis of the quality of life, and the increase of the need of sensibility system, many art galleries targeted for children were established more. Besides being able to preserve simple exhibits and art works, an art gallery has now became a social education institution, and it is important for children’s art gallery to allow active participation instead of having passive exhibition displays as having a role of sign system. Within the experiential space, a better information provided by an art gallery and an appropriate identity are applied in this study, so this investigation is about associating spatial character and theme and seeking design methods for effective information delivery for the communication. As today’s art gallery is tended to transition into more independent organization from the standardization, the importance of efficient alternative of education is emphasized for the growth of creativity. Therefore, for each art gallery, the offering of sign system that recognizes the information of respective art gallery and induces active view formation is highly crucial for the audience perspective. This research investigates the fundamental elements of sigh system of Hyundai Museum of Kids’ Books and Art, Children’s Museum of the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art (MMCA), and Hello Museum, and based on comparing the characteristics of children’s art gallery, and becomes helpful for basic information for guidelines of sign system. The purpose of the study is to have a design element development with aesthetic point of view that puts the right in the right place so it can reinforce both children's and guardians’ satisfactory experience of art gallery.

      • VERO system을 이용한 정위적 체부 방사선치료(SBRT)의 정확성 평가

        목 적: 본 연구는 정위적체부방사선치료(Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy, SBRT)용으로 개발된 선형가속기 VERO치료 시, 동중심점(Isocenter) 일치성과 점선량(Point dose)의 정확성을 평가하고자 한다. 대상 및 방법: 2018년 6월부터 12월까지 본원에서 시행한 SBRT 중 무작위로 선정한 10건의 치료계획으로 분석하였다. 선형가속기의 출력 안정성을 평가하기 위해 출력검출기 PTW-LinaCheck로 출력균일성(Output constancy)을 측정하였다. Laser와 kV imaging, MV beam의 기하학적 Isocenter의 정확성을 Isocenter Phantom(Tofu Phantom, Brain Lab)을 이용해 측정하고 평가하였다. 계획선량과 치료선량의 정확성 평가는 아크릴 팬텀($30{\times}30{\times}20cm$), 이온챔버 CC-01(IBA Dosimetry)와 Electrometer(IBA Dosimetry)를 이용해 선량을 측정하여 비교 및 분석하였다. 결 과: VERO의 출력균일성을 측정한 결과 0.66 %로 계산되었다. 기하학적 Isocenter 정확성은 Phantom 내부 Ball Isocenter의 오차 값을 분석한 결과 X축 방향에서는 최대 0.4 mm, 최소 0.0 mm로 평균값 0.28 mm였고, Y축 방향에서는 최대 -0.4 mm, 최소 0.0 mm로 평균값 -0.24 mm의 결과값을 얻었다. 치료계획선량과 실제측정선량을 비교 및 분석한 결과 치료계획선량과 실제측정선량의 오차는 최대 0.97 %, 최소 0.08%로 측정되었다. 결 론: 장비의 출력선량 평균은 0.66 %로 권고기준 ${\pm}3%$에 충족하고 매우 균일하게 출력되었다. 기하학적 Isocenter 정확성 평가에서 권고기준 ${\pm}1mm$ 이내로 환자 자세의 재현성이 매우 우수하다고 생각된다. 치료계획선량과 실제측정선량의 차이는 평균 0.52 %로 권고기준 3 % 이내로 충족하여 예측한 선량을 얻을 수 있음을 확인하였다. 이 실험들을 통해 VERO장비가 SBRT에 적합하고 우수한 치료 효과를 얻을 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. Purpose: The present study aims to assess the level of coherency and the accuracy of Point dose of the Isocenter of VERO, a linear accelerator developed for the purpose of the Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy(SBRT). Materials and Method: The study was conducted randomly with 10 treatment plans among SBRT patients in Kyungpook National University Chilgok Hospital, using VERO, a linear accelerator between June and December, 2018. In order to assess the equipment's power stability level, we measured the output constancy by using PTW-LinaCheck, an output detector. We also attempted to measure the level of accuracy of the equipment's Laser, kV(Kilo Voltage) imaging System, and MV(Mega Voltage) Beam by using Tofu Phantom(BrainLab, Germany) to assess the accuracy level of geometrical Isocenter. We conducted a comparative analysis to assess the accuracy level of the dose by using an acrylic Phantom($30{\times}30{\times}20cm$), a calibrated ion chamber CC-01(IBA Dosimetry), and an Electrometer(IBA, Dosimetry). Results: The output uniformity of VERO was calculated to be 0.66 %. As for geometrical Isocenter accuracy, we analyzed the error values of ball Isocenter of inner Phantom, and the results showed a maximum of 0.4 mm, a minimum of 0.0 mm, and an average of 0.28 mm on X-axis, and a maximum of -0.4 mm, a minimum of 0.0 mm, and an average of -0.24 mm on Y-axis. A comparison and evaluation of the treatment plan dose with the actual measured dose resulted in a maximum of 0.97 % and a minimum of 0.08 %. Conclusion: The equipment's average output dose was calculated to be 0.66 %, meeting the ${\pm}3%$ tolerance, which was considered as a much uniform fashion. As for the accuracy assessment of the geometric Isocenter, the results met the recommended criteria of ${\pm}1mm$ tolerance, affirming a high level of reproducibility of the patient's posture. The difference between the treatment plan dose and the actual measurement dose was calculated to be 0.52 % on average, significantly less than the 3 % tolerance, confirming that it obtained predicted does. The current study suggested that VERO equipment is suitable for SBRT, and would result in notable therapeutic effect.

        태양광 모듈의 구조디자인과 설치각도에 따른 출력예측

        A new model about output power prediction of PV module with various tilted angles and cell to cell distances has been proposed in this paper. Light intensity arrived on a solar cell could be changed by characteristics of PV module materials. Refractive indices, thickness and absorption coefficients of glass, EVA, solar cell and Backsheet are used to predict output. Also, the incident angle of light is changed 0 to 90[°] and cell to cell distances are 5, 10 15[㎜]. Two types of light incident on a solar cell are considered which are direct to a solar cell and reflected from Backsheet. The intensity of the incident light directly into the solar cell is reduced through glass and EVA about 17.5[%] in theoretical way. It has an error of 2.26[%] compared with experimental result. The results for compare theoretical with experimental data is validated within the error of 6.3[%]. This paper would be a research material to predict output power when the PV module is installed outdoor or a building.

        부분 음영에 따른 a-Si Thin Film Photovoltaic(PV) Module의 직렬저항변화

        PV module has many power loss factors, and series resistance is the most important elements of them. It is therefore easy to expect the partial shading decrease the lifetime of the semiconductor depletion layer in thin film PV module. Different shading losses could be related with the hot spot which is critical in expecting the reliability issue. In this paper we have modelled the series resistance of the PV module with both different direction of the cell line and shading area of the panel. From the results, thin film a-Si PV module has shown different properties by shading direction.

        Adult-onset Still`s disease (AOSD)에서 신경학적 이상이 동반되는 경우는 전세계적으로 드문 경우로 최근 저자들은 고열과 관절통, 피부 발진을 주소로 내원하여 AOSD로 진단된 환자에서 입원 치료도중 경련을 동반한 뇌수막염이 발생하여 AOSD의 신경학적 합병증으로 생각되는 환자 1예를 경험하였다. 환자는 보존적인 치료로 호전되었으며 별다른 후유증없이 회복하였다. 이는 국내에서 AOSD의 신경학적 이상으로 인한 뇌수막염에 대한 최초의 보고이다. Adult-onset Still`s disease (AOSD) is a rare systemic inflammatory disorder of unknown etiology, affecting mainly young adults, characterized by a high spiking quotidian fever, arthralgia or arthritis, evanescent salmon-colored maculopapular rash. It affects almost all organs, but neurological manifestations of AOSD are rare and could be responsible for a delay in diagnosis. We describe a case of AOSD who developed aseptic meningoencephalitis without any infectious cause. A 23-year-old woman was admitted because of high quotidian fever, arthralgia, maculopalpular rashes, leukocytosis with increased ferritin. During treatment by prednisolone, she suddenly developed status epilepticus. The brain image, electroencephalogram, and cerebrospinal fluid analysis did not show any abnormality including evidence of infection. After methyprednisolne pulse therapy, her clinical symptoms and laboratory tests including ferritin dramatically improved, and she could be discharged. To our knowledge, this is the first reported case of aseptic meningoencephalitis in a patient with AOSD in Korea. (Korean J Med 74:220-224, 2008)
