        네 교사의 융복합교육 실행 경험의 이해

        본 연구에서는 융복합교육을 실행한 교사들을 대상으로 하여 심층면담을 통해 융복합교육 실천 과정에서 가졌던 경험은 무엇이며 그러한 실천 경험이 교사의 전문성 변화에 어떤 의미가 있는지를 교사들의 융복합교육 실천 과정에 대한 교사 면담 을 분석함으로써 탐구하였다. 분석 결과, 교사는 융복합교육을 실천하는 경험을 통해 융복합교육에 대한 관점이 확장되고 타 교과의 지식 영역에도 관심을 갖게 되었을 뿐 아니라 전체적인 안목을 기를 수 있었다. 또한 융복합교육 경험은 교사에게 자신의 수업에 대한 반성의 기회를 제공한 것으로 나타났으며, 교사 전문성에 있어서 교사 공동체 형성의 중요성을 깨닫게 하였다. 본 연구는 융복합교육을 담당하는 교사의 전문성 변화의 여건 마련을 위해 아래와 같은 제언을 남긴다. 첫째, 교사 전 문성 개발이 다양한 실행 공동체 속에서 융복합교육의 실행과 성찰을 통해 이루어질 수 있도록 지원하는 체계적인 시스템이 필요하다. 둘째, 교사의 실행 공동체를 가능케 하는 협력적인 학교 환경이 필요하다. 셋째, 대학 기반 교사 교육은 분과적 교사교육에서 융복합 기반의 교사교육으로 전환해야 하며 융복합교육 실천을 위한 교사의 적응적 전문성을 기를 수 있는 방향으로 재편성해야 한다. As an effort to understand teachers’ experiences of integrating an integrative and holistic (or yungbokhap) model of education into their classroom teaching, the present study qualitatively analyzed illustrative cases of four middle school teachers.1) Our analysis of rich qualitative data gathered through a series of observations and interviews revealed that the teachers’ experience of implementing a yungbokhap model of education provided them with a useful chance to broaden their pedagogical purview to find new connections between curricular topics and themes across different subject areas. Further, the teachers engaged in collaborative interactions with other colleague teachers, which helped them critically reflect on their instructional practices, thereby contributing to building and sustaining a school-based inquiry community of teachers. Implications for policy and practice were discussed regarding how to identify and provide the kinds of systemic support to effectively foster the development of both preand in-service teachers’ professional expertise in yungbokhap contexts of school reform.

        수소화물 발생-유도결합 플라즈마 원자 방출 분광법을 이용한 죽염중의 비소 종분리 분석

        이 연구에서는 비소의 종분리 분석을 위하여 수소화물발생-ICP-AES를 이용하여 무기비소의 As(Ⅲ)와 As(Ⅴ)의 신호세기에 대한 citric acid와 HCl 농도의 영향을 조사하였다. 1.5% NaBH₄의 농도에서 HCl 농도 1.0 ㏖/L, citric acid의 농도 2.0%를 사용하였을 때 As(Ⅲ)만을 선택 분리할 수 있었고, 정도관리 절차에 따라 분석방법을 수행했을 때 방법 검출한계는 0.003 ㎎/㎏, 정량한계는 0.01 ㎎/㎏으로 산출되었으며, 시료의 매질간섭을 확인하기 위한 매질첨가시료분석과 정도관리시료 분석의 회수율은 80%∼110%, 표준편차는 6.2%로 정밀도와 정확도에서도 만족할 만한 수준을 나타내었다. 이에 따라 정도관리시료로 분석한 결과값과 반복성에 의한 측정불확도를 산출하여 인증표준물질의 인증값과 불확도를 비교 통계 처리함으로써 분석방법에 대한 유의성이 없음을 확인하였다. 또한 이 연구에서 제안된 분석방법에 따라 죽염 중에 존재하는 총 무기비소 분석과 비소 종분리분석을 실시한 결과 총 무기비소의 함량은 0.05 ㎎/㎏에서 0.21 ㎎/㎏ 정도로 나타났으며, 분석방법에 따른 여러 불확도 요인들의 표준불확도를 산출하여 죽염 중에 존재하는 As의 불확도를 구한 결과, As의 함량이 0.14 ㎎/㎏에 대하여 확장불확도가 0.03 ㎎/㎏(95% 신뢰수준, k=1.96)으로 최종 결과값의 21%를 나타내었다. 위의 결과로 보아 대부분 As(Ⅴ)의 형태로 존재하며 일부 시료에 대해 As(Ⅲ)의 함량이 각각 0.02 ㎎/㎏으로 총 무기비소함량의 14.3%와 9.5%를 차지하는 것으로 나타났다. As(Ⅲ) and As(Ⅴ) were analyzed in bamboo salts by hydride generation ICP-AES. In order to quantify the total amount of As in bamboo salts, AsH₃ was producted by reacting with 6 ㏖/L hydrochloric acid and NaBH₄, which was then analyzed by hydride generation ICP-AES. As(Ⅴ) was quantified simultaneously after selectively quantifying As(Ⅲ). As(Ⅲ) was quantified by determining the total amount of As and then correcting for the amount of As(Ⅲ). To improve the reliability of the analysis we repeated the experiment several times to check the detection limit, quantification limit, and measurements of our testing methods. According to the result of our quantification analysis of As existing in bamboo salt, the range of total As content was 0.05 ㎎/㎏~0.2 ㎎/㎏ and As(Ⅴ) was over 90% of the total As.

        요부안정화 운동이 추간판성 요통환자의 요부 심부근육 단면적, 통증 및 기능개선에 미치는 효과

        This study was conducted to compare the effectiveness between lumbar stabilization exercise and lumbar strengthening exercise programs in increasing the cross-sectional areas of multifidus and psoas major muscles; and between the pain intensity and lumbar function of patients with lumbar discogenic pain. 46 patients diagnosed with lumbar L3-L4 level discogenic pain participated in an 8-week exercise program and were randomly divided into a lumbar stabilization exercise group and a lumbar strengthening exercise group. To measure the cross-sectional areas of both left and right multifidus and psoas major muscles, computed tomography at the upper endplate of L4 was used. Pain intensity and lumbar disability were measured before and after each exercise using, respectively a visual analogue scale and Oswestry disability index. After 8 weeks of each exercise program, a comparison of value was made between the lumbar stabilization and lumbar strengthening groups. The results of the study are as follows; 1) After 8 weeks, of each exercise intervention, it was shown that the VAS and ODI were significantly decreased in both groups(p<0.05). In comparing the VAS and ODI between the 2 groups, it was shown that there was a more significant decrease in the lumbar stabilization exercise group than the lumbar strengthening exercise group(p<0.05). 2) After 8 weeks, of each excercise intervention, it was shown that the cross-sectional areas of multifidus and psoas major muscles significantly increased in both groups(p<0.05). In comparing the cross-sectional areas of multifidus and psoas major muscles between the 2 groups, it was shown that there was a more significant increase in the lumbar stabilization exercise group than the lumbar strengthening excercise group(p<0.05). 3) After 8 weeks, of each exercise intervention, there was significant positive correlation between reduce of VAS, ODI and increase of left and right multifidus cross-sectional areas in lumbar stabilization exercise group(p<0.05). In recommendation, the data from this research can help make a more effective rehabilitation program for lumbar discogenic pain patients. Futhermore more studies can be done in the rehabilitation of lumbar degenerative disc disease patients.

        Recently, many nation have released standard such as IEC 61000-3-2 and IEEE 59, which impose a limit on the harmonic current drawn by equipment connected to AC line in order to prevent the distortion of an AC Line. Therefore, Plasma Display Panel (PDP) which is highlightened in digital display device also has the Power Factor Correction (PFC) circuit to meet the harmonic requirements. In PDP power module, the conventional boost converter is usually used for the PFC circuit. However, it comes serious thermal problem on it's bridge diode due to heat of PDP, and therefore the system stability is not guaranteed. In this paper, the bridgeless boost converter, which is used for PFC circuit of the PDP power module, is designed and verified the possibility of the application in a practical product in a view of efficiency, component count, temperature and etc.

        12 주간의 수영훈련이 혈중 지질대사에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was examine to the effects of a long term swimming training on blood lipid metabolism. The subjects for this study were twenty-one healthy male university students who participated in this experiment voluntarily and didn`t have any disease. The subjects were divided into three groups: swim training group(N=10), control group(N=1-). Both the experimental groups were trained for 12 weeks. The subjects in the swim training performed 120 min in about, four times a week at the intensity of 60~80% HRmax. Blood samples were collected at pre-exercise and post-12 weeks. The control subjects donated their blood at pre and post. The collected blood were analyzed for the TG, TC, HDL-C and LDL-C. The result through the statistical analysis of this data were summarized as follows: In the swim training group, TC were decreased significantly after 12 weeks training while in control group were not changed. There were no significant differences between groups. In the swim training group. HDL-C were increased significantly after 12 weeks training while in control group were to changed. There were significant differences between groups. In the swim training group, LDL-C were decreased significantly after 12 weeks training while in control group all items were not changed. There were no significant differences between groups. In swim training group, TG were decreased significantly after 12 weeks training while in control group all items were not changed. There were no significant differences between groups. We conclude that swimming exercise group have a lipid profile that may be protective against the development of atherosclerosis and hyperlipidemia.

        중학생의 프로젝트 기반 융복합교육 학습 경험 이해

        본 연구에서는 약용식물 아트 북 만들기를 주제로 한 프로젝트 기반 STEAM 교육 참여 학생들을 대상으로 면담을 실시하여, 이로부터 학생들이 경험한 성취와 어려움을 융복합교육의 관점에서 재해석하고자 하였다. 학생들이 융복합교육에서 성 취한 경험은 식물에 대한 이해, 테크놀로지(사진기, 컴퓨터 등) 활용 기능, 발표하고 글로 표현하는 상호작용적인 도구 활용 역량, 모둠에서 협력하며 갈등을 해결해 나가는 이질적 집단에서의 상호작용 역량, 탐구 주제와 활동, 아트 북을 계획하고 실천하는 과정에서의 행동과 인성의 변화를 통한 자율적 실천 역량의 측면에서 분석되었다. 동시에 프로젝트를 완성하는 과정에서 성취가 상황에 따라 어려움이 될 수도있음을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 분석 결과를 토대로 융복합교육의 실행에 있어서 학생 의 기대와 역량에 대한 이해, 다양한 학습자의 특성에 기반한 프로그램의 개발, 가정과 사회에서의 지원을 제안하였다. In this research, we interviewed 14 first-year middle school students participating in a project-based STEAM program and qualitatively interpreted students’ achievements and difficulties from the yungbokhap education perspective. The results include the following: In addition to acquiring knowledge on medicinal plants and how to use technical devices and the Internet, first, the students were quite sure that their skills in communication and collaboration, their levels of endurance and responsibility improved significantly, experiencing happiness and senses of success. At the same time, in the process of completing their projects, autonomy and collaboration could be experienced as the difficulties to the students depending on the situation. Based on this analysis, the study suggested that students’ expectations and competences, program development driven by students’ interests, and family and societal support are necessary for yungbokhap programs to be more successful.

        견관절 충돌증후군의 치료 : Treatment of The Shoulder Impingement Syndrome

        견관절 충돌증후군의 원인은 다양하다. 대결절과 견봉과 같은 뼈의 변성으로 견봉 밑의 공간이 좁아진 경우나 회전근개가 약해지거나 관절주머니가 딱딱해지거나(capsular tightness) 상완관절의 불안정성으로 인해서 상완골두가 비정상적으로 이동하여 견봉밑의 공간이 좁아진 경우에 충돌증후군이 걸리게 된다. 충돌증후군의 치료는 상완관절과 견흉관절의 운동을 회복시키고 회전근개와 견갑근육의 기능을 회복시키는데 초점을 맞춰야 한다. 또한 동적인 안정성(dynamic stabiliaztion)을 향상시키는 운동들도 포함시켜서 치료한다. Impingement syndrome is mechanical impingement between the greater tubercle of the humerus and the under surface of the coracoacromial arch, is a common source of shoulder pain in the athletes as well as non-athletes. Several factors contribute to shoulder impingement syndrome, including rotator cuff weakness, capsular tightness, poor scapulohumeral rhythm, and muscle imbalance of the scapular upward rotation force couple. The purpose of this article is to review current concepts of anatomy and biomechanics and the underlying pathomechanics as it relates to evaluation and treatment of shoulder impingement syndrome.
