        통계적 방법을 이용한 이질재가 혼합된 목구조의 상당열관류율 예측

        The purpose of this study is to develope the prediction equation of Equivalent U-value(Ueq) that include thermal bridge in composite timber-framed structure using statistical method. Specifically, in order to draw regression equation, total 226 cases of heat transfer simulation were performed controlling influence of independent variables from Ueq and Linear Thermal transmission(Ψ) in timber frame, then the high influence independent variables were selected through Hierarchical regression analysis. The selected independent variables for regression equation are the timber frame ratio, the timber frame thermal conductivity, and the insulation thermal conductivity. The prediction equation was observed sufficiently accurate as R-squared(0.9 and more) and ANOVA of significance level(P<0.0001) based on analyzed results of R-squared and Analysis of Variance(ANOVA). The comparison between results of the prediction value and the heat transfer simulation, Ueq was calculated an average errors(1.7%) and maximum errors(4.6%) that presented high reliability result. According to this prediction equation, timber frame of energy performance evaluation will be accurate and expeditious, and we will enhance type of specification and shape in order to draw more accurate prediction equation.

        복지권 관점에서 본 한국 장애인 거주시설의 개선방안 -자립과 돌봄 사이-

        본 연구는 장애인 거주시설의 성격을 규명하고 거주시설을 이용하는 장애인의 사회접 배제를 방지하기 위해 복지권과 돌봄의 윤리 관점에서 거주시설 개선 방안을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 우리나라 장애인 거주시설의 주요한 특성으로는 집단성, 격리성, 권력불평등성, 비선택성을 지적하였으며, 이를 위해서는 돌봄의 윤리와 복지권의 관점에서 보충성의 원칙, 정상화의 원칙, 신뢰의 원칙, 개별성의 원칙에 따라 거주시설이 운영되어야 함을 제시하였다. 또한 이를 실현하기 위한 정부의 과제로는 서비스신청권을 통한 일괄 조사, 시설의 소규모화와 지역사회 배치, 사례관리(개별지원)의 체계화, 서비스 제공과정의 구조화 등을 제시하였고, 시설운영자의 과제로서는 시설사회화의 노력 강화, 이용자 참여의 활성화를 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine the residential institutions for the disabled in Korea on the base of welfare rights, and to propose some actual ways for improvement. For this, we analyzed the attributes of the residential institutions for the disabled in Korea. The results shows that the residential institutions for the disabled in Korea are characterized by massiveness, isolation, inequality in power, and no choice. For improvement we suggested that the residential institutions for the disabled should be run by the principles of supplement, normalization, inter-reliance, and individualization. In order to achieve these goals, the government has to invest the needs for de-institutionalization of the users, run the institutions on the smaller scale and replace them in communities, and systemize the person-centered support and service provision processes. In addition to them, the managers of the institutions should try to socialize the institutions, and to increase the participation of the users in management.

        In this study, the systemic algorithm and methodology in developing risk index are described. Our research team had been proposed to devise the environmental risk map based on GIS which allows to predict and correspond to the chemical accidents. The increasing risks and complexity of chemicals being produced and transported have resulted in more rigorous demands on both people as well as chemical-handling industries to manage the risks and unpredicted accidents. The research construction of designing the map puts foundation on the systemic linkage between the risk index and behavior analysis/damage prediction model in GIS. Risk Index Framework was developed to define, verify and categorize the risk index in order to elicit the indicators. The study aims to develop the risk index through methodological analysis in order to prevent and correspond to various accidents and apply in safety control.

        해석 방법에 따른 창호-벽체 접합부의 결로 방지 성능 비교

        The purpose of this paper is to compare calculation results of performances of condensation resistance of joints of windows and walls according to analysis standards, simulation programs, and modeling methods and also analyze the causes. Domestic and relevant foreign criteria were reviewed, and Heat transfer simulation was conducted targeting double and triple glass windows. Also, an improved modeling plan was proposed comparing performance of condensation Resistance depending on the modeling approach. The analysis results, from different calculation methods of effective thermal conductivity of cavity spaces showed significant differences in accordance with the analysis standards. It appeared that automatic calculation of effective thermal conductivity by ISO 15099 was impossible using Physibel Bisco. Therefore, an improved and simplified modeling method using respective heat transmission coefficients for window panes and frames was proposed. It was confirmed that compared to the simple modeling, the improved modeling method decreased errors of surface temperature on joints of windows and walls by up to 10% and compared to the detail modeling, all modeling cases were within 10% or less.

        Today,various activities to save energy are being conducted around the world. Even in our country, carbon reduction policy is being conducted for low carbon green growth and with this movement, effort to replace energy sources by recognizing the problems on environment pollution and resource exhaustion due to the indiscrete usage of fossil fuel is being made. Therefore, active study on renewable energy is inprogress as part of effort to replace the energy supply through fossil fuel and solar ray industry has rapidly developed receiving big strength of renewable energy policies. The conclusion of this study measuring the surface temperature change of single crystal and polycrystalline PV module in green roof system and non-green roof system aspect are as follows. There was approximately 4℃ difference in PV module temperature in green roof system and non-green roof system aspect and this has the characteristic to decrease0.5% when the temperature rises by 1℃ when the front side of the module is 20℃ higher than the surrounding air temperature following the characteristic of solar cells. It can be concluded that PV efficiency will be come better when it is 4℃ lower. Also, in result of temperature measurement of themodule back side, there was 5℃ difference of PV module installed on the PV module back side and green roof system side on the 5th,3℃ onthe 4th, 2℃ on the 5th to show decreasing temperature difference as the air temperature dropped, but is judged that there will be higher temperature difference due to the evapotranspiration latent heat effect of green roof system floor side as the temperatu rerises. Based on this data, it is intended to be used as basic reference to maximize efficiency by applying green roof system and PV system when building non-green roof system flat roof.

        As the instability of oil prices rose because of the situation in Libya, oil prices worldwide recorded the highest level due to the interference in supply, And so, in the 21st century, increasing efforts are being made to use clean new renewable energy centered on solar energy in accommodation of the cycle of nature instead of being reliant on the oil exporting nations. In order to reduce city energy internationally, the implementation of a low carbon city under the combined cooperation of industrial. construction, new renewable energy and transportation sectors with continuous development centered on low carbon green urban planning is now becoming established as the paradigm of the times. Recently, the government has begun carrying out the One Million Green Home Project, which is a project where the government with the goal of providing one million renewable energy homes by 2020 gives renewable energy subsidization for a partial amount of the standard unit price of installation when solar ray, solar heat, geothermal heat, small wind power or fuel cell energy is used. Thus, through this thesis which studies the state of and surveys the green village at Shingok-ri Songhak-rnyun Jaecheon-shi, it is the desire that the One Million Green Homes Project will be more efficiently developed and plans for improvement formed so that a high level of satisfaction in the product will be provided.

        시뮬레이션 평가 기준 및 방법에 따른 창세트 열관류율 비교

        The purpose of this study was to verify the suitability of the simulation test for domestic and international window-set U-values by discussing the input conditions and calculation methods for the same simulation test and comparing the calculated results for various window-sets. To this end, a total of 18 cases were selected, where glass, cavities, frames, spacers, windows sizes, etc, for double glazing fixed-windows and triple glazing fixed-windows have been changed. Then, domestic and international U-values by criteria were compared by performing a simulation using WINDOW&THERM, a certified program. The analytic results of domestic and international standards revealed that domestic standards and NFRC used the calculation method through the Edge area and that CEN used linear thermal transmittance(ψ) as a calculation method. In the Indoor and outdoor temperature conditions, domestic standards and CEN were similar but NFRC was somewhat different. The results of comparing U–value errors based on the Korea test found NFRC -6.22% ~+9.50%, CEN -4.98% ~ -1.23%. The U-value of the case calculated based on CEN standards tended to be mostly higher than that in domestic conditions. This tendency may have been caused by the difference between convective heat transfer coefficient and frame effective thermal conductivity in air space. The results of the domestic standards-applied simulation of window-set thermal transmittance showed an error rate within 10%, compared to NFRC and CEN. The above study confirmed the suitability of the simulation test for domestic window-set U-values.

        ISO 10211 전열해석을 통한 경량목구조의 주요 구조부 단열성능 데이터베이스 구축

        This study aimed to establish a thermal performance database for various lightweight wood-frame house envelopes in order to increase the accuracy of insulation assessment and energy performance analysis for lightweight wood-frame buildings. The differences in energy and insulation performances were analyzed based on the thermal transmittance calculation method for composite walls. The linear thermal transmittance (Ψ), equivalent thermal transmittance (Ueq), and thermal conductivity of various composite walls for lightweight wood-frame houses were calculated. PHYSIBEL Trisco V.12 was used for the heat transfer analysis, and DesignBuilder V.3.4 was used for the energy performance analysis. The thermal transmittance in the case studies was compared with the heat transfer analysis, and the results confirmed a difference of 3.8%?22.7% for the thermal transmittance and a difference of 3.2%?12.1% for the heating energy. When heat transfer analysis was conducted for various configurations of the lightweight wood-frame house such as the stud spacing, stud thickness, stud placement, and presence of an airtight layer, the results showed a linear thermal transmittance (ψ) difference that was approximately 4.8 times depending on the wall configuration. The thermal conductivity (λ) of the inversion stud and insulation layer was 0.0433?0.0492 W/m·K, indicating a maximum of 11.9% on the stud interval of 406 mm (16 in) and 0.0404?0.0452 W/m·K indicating a maximum of 10.6% on the interval of 610 mm(24 in). With the database established in this study, the thermal performance of the composite walls in lightweight wood-frame houses can be calculated without a complex heat transfer analysis and can be used as basic data for the construction of eco-friendly low-energy wooden structures.

        사회복지시설 평가체계에 대한 사회복지사들의 인식

        1998년 사회복지사업법이 개정되면서 사회복지시설평가를 시행할 수 있는 발판이 마련되었다. 그 후 사회복지시설평가는 개별시설들의 서비스 전달과정을 표준화하여 서비스의 질을 일정 수준으로 끌어올린 성과를 이루었다. 그러나 현장 사회복지사들은 국가나 지방자치단체에서 인센티브를 담보로 실시하는 순위 매김식의 평가에 대한 근본적 변화를 요구하며, 평가를 통해 복지시설이 공생할 수 있는 환경이 되도록, SNS로 통칭되는 Face-book에 ‘평가를 혁신하자’는 그룹을 만들어 활동하고 있다. 이를 통해 자신들의 과중한 업무와 더불어 평가준비를 위해 많은 시간을 따로 내야하는 현실을 지적하며, 현장업무 자체를 그대로 평가받게 해달라는 요구를 하고 있다. 피평가자 입장에서 사회복지사들이 받는 평가(evaluation)는 평가를 위한 평가, 수치화된 평가, 양적 평가, 보여주기 위한 평가로 느끼는 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 SNS상에 나타난 사회복지사들의 평가에 대한 느낌과 생각들 그리고 혁신적 대안까지 정리하고자 그들의 글을 질적 분석방법을 통해 개념화ㆍ범주화하였다. 분석결과 이들의 견해는 66가지 개념, 18개의 하위범주, 2개의 범주로 나타났다. 2개의 범주는 평가시스템의 문제와 피평가자의 수용성 문제로 구분되었으며, 평가시스템의 문제는 탁상행정, 과중한 평가, 수량화의 한계, 경쟁으로 몰아감, 평가단의 주관성, 서류중심의 평가, 의도가진 통제, 기관의 서열화, 개별성·자율성 침해 및 획일화의 9개 하위범주로 나타났고, 피평가자의 수용성 문제는 평가기간의 문제, 강제성과, 중복 일로 인한 인적·물적 낭비, 공문서 위조 및 조작, 이직유발요인, 사회복지사의 이해를 반영, 자기성찰, 가치의 정립, 평가개선 방향의 9개 하위범주로 나타났다. 1998, as the social welfare service law was revised, it got a foothold that can evaluate social welfare facilities. After then, the social welfare facility evaluation showed a result that standardize the procession of delivery of each facilities" services and develope the quality of services. But the social workers in the field demanded the fundamental change about the evaluation of rank-set that is with incentive in national of local governments and for making environment that welfare facilities can mutuality through the evaluation, they made a group named "innovate the evaluation" in facebook that was known to SNS. Through this group, they are pointing the reality that have to time off to prepare evaluation with their heavy works, demanding that can be evaluated for field business itself. The social workers feel that the evaluations as the ratees are like that; the evaluation for evaluation, digitized evaluation, quantitative evaluation, the evaluation for show. So that, this study conceptualized and categorized the wiring through the way of quality analysis for arranging the feelings, thoughts and innovative alternatives about the evaluation of social welfares on SNS. As a result of the analysis, the opinions of them was shown as 66 concepts, 18 subcategories and 2 categories. These 2 categories were divided as the problem of evaluation system and the problem of accommodation of ratees. The problem of judging system appeared as 9 subcategories; the paper administration, the heavy estimation, the limit of quantification, driving to competition, the subjectivity of evaluation group, the assessment with the documents as a center, the control with intention, the ranking of institution, infringing and unifying the individuation and autonomy. And the problem of evaluation system appeared as 9 subcategories; the problem of evaluation term, compulsion, the personal and material waste by overlap, the fabrication of the official documents, the main factor of causing changing jobs, the reflecting the understand of social workers, self-examination, the establishment of value and the improvement direction of assessment.
