        Software vendors take a long time to release security patches and release them to users. This is because the test is performed before distribution to ensure stability in the enterprise system. For PMS administrators who are in charge of enterprise patches, this patch blank period is a very vulnerable period. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a system that PMS administrator can automatically check and collect patch releases to reduce patch period. MS-related patches utilize WSUS database, and MS patches perform automatic patch notification through periodic Web crawling. Through the system proposed in this paper, the PMS administrator directly visited the web page of the software vendor’s web page to automate the process of checking and collecting patches. This can reduce the manpower and time waste of PMS administrator and minimize the patch release period.

      • 정전 구동 용량성 MEMS 스위치의 마이크로파 및 기계적 거동 특성에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 마이크로파 대역에서 사용할 수 있는 미소가공 기법에 의해 제작된 마이크로스트립 SPDT(Single Pole Double Throw) 스위치와 CPW(Coplanar Waveguide) SPST(Single Pole Single Throw) 스위치의 기계적 거동 특성 및 마이크로파 특성에 대한 내용을 나타낸다. 미소가공에 의해 제작된 마이크로파 혹은 RF(Radio Frequency) MEMS 스위치는 기존의 마이크로파 대역에서 사용하는 반도체 스위치에 비해 낮은 삽입 손실과 거의 무시할 정도의 전력 손실등의 장점으로 인해 정보 통신의 소형화 및 경량화를 위한 대안으로 활발히 연구되고 있다. 그러나, 미소가공에 의해 제작된 기존의 마이크로파 MEMS 스위치는 점착 문제와 아울러 높은 Pull-in 전압이 상용화의 한계로 지적되고 있으므로 본 연구에서는 기존의 마이크로파 MEMS 스위치가 갖는 낮은 삽입 손실, 저전력 소모의 장점을 유지함과 동시에 단점으로 지적 되어온 점착 문제를 스위치 아래 부분의 기판 영역을 식각함으로써 감소시키며, 30V 이내의 Pull-in 전압을 구현하도록 하였다 또한, 마이크로파 대역에서 사용할 수 없다고 여겨진 도전성 실리콘 기판을 사용함으로써 기존의 MMIC(Monolithic Microwave Integrate Circuit)에서 사용해 온 화합물 반도체 기판의 대치 가능성을 제시한다. 마이크로파 MEMS 스위치의 기계적 거동 해석 및 ANSYS 시뮬레이션을 통해 최적의 형상을 결정한다. 또한, 기계적으로 추출된 설계 변수에 대해 마이크로파 대역 해석을 통하여 설계 변수에 따른 주파수 특성을 예측하였다. 결과적으로, 2GHz 대역에서의 삽입 손실은 2.ldB였으며 Pull-in 전압은 28.89V가 되었다. This research presents the characteristics of microwave and mechanical behavior for the micromachined microstrip SPDT(Single Pole double Throw) and CPW(Coplanar Waveguide) SPST(Single Pole Single Throw) switch, which is useful in the microwave applications. As the micromachined microwave or RF(Radio frequency) MEMS switch has many advantages, such as low insertion loss and significantly low power consumption, compare to conventional semiconductor switch, so it is actively researched for the purpose of the super-minimization of communication systems. However, the known micromachined MEMS switch has the stiction problem with relatively high "Pull-in" voltage, which is the limitation of commercial applications. In this study, we have aimed to maintain advantages like as low insertion loss and significantly low power consumption like known microwave MEMS switch, minimize stiction problem by etching of substrate beneath the switch and realize the Pull-in voltage of below 30V. In addition, this study proposes the capability of substitution for composite semiconductor substrate, which is used in MMIC(Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit) process. The optimized design parameters of the microwave MEMS switch can be selected by the analysis of the mechanical behavior and the use of ANSYS simulation method. We have estimated frequency dependent microwave characteristics of extracted design parameters. As a result, the insertion loss of -2.1dB at 2GHz range and Pull-in voltage of 28.89V are estimated.

Method of synthesizing amino acid and synthesizing amine using PEG 200 Environmentally friendly polymers using ghosts do not use transition metal catalysts. 알킬아민은 화학분야에서 기초적이며 중요한 역할을 하고 있는 유기물질로 알려있다. 기존의 방법들을 조건이 어렵거나 환경적으로 좋지 않아 여러 단점들을 가지고 있다. 이번 실험에서는 친환경용매인 PEG200을 용매로 사용하여 알코올과 아민을 알킬아민으로합성하였고 잘 알려진 MgI2를 사용하여 방향족 알킬아민 합성법을 개발하였다.. 이 합성법은 친환경적 용매를 사용하며 유독한 전이금속 촉매를 사용하지 않는 친환경적인 합성이라 볼 수 있다.

      • 竹여의 化學的 特性과 抗微生物 活性

        대나무 자원의 다양한 활용 방안을 모색하기 위하여 죽여의 화학 조성을 분석하고 항미생물 활성을 측정하였다. 죽여의 일반 성분은 수분 22.45%, 조단백 3.24%, 조지방 4.25%, 회분 5.32%, 탄수화물 64.74%로 나타났으며, 총 vitamin C 함량은 27.97 mg/100g, tannin함량은 87.50 mg/100g, chlorophyll 함량은 136.45 mg/100g으로 나타났다. 유리 아미노산은 총 15종이 검출되었으며, 주요 유리 아미노산은 proline, arginine, aspartic acid 등으로 나타났다. 유리당은 glucose, fructose, xylose, rhamnose, turanose, maltoso 등이었으며 지방산 조성은 포화 지방산이 48.86%, 불포화 지방산이 51.15%로 나타났다. 무기성분은 K, P, Fe, Ca, Mg, Na, Mn, Cu 등이 검출되었으며 K 함량이 가장 높았다. 죽여를 methanol로 추출, 용매분획하여 항미생물 활성을 검색한 결과, acidic fraction과 phenolic fraction에서 항미생물 활성을 보였는데 acidic fraction보다는 phenolic fraction에서 높은 활성을 보였다. 활성 fraction에 대하여 MIC를 측정한 결과 acidic fraction의 경우, 젖산균에 대해서 시료 0.150∼0.275g/㎖ 상당량에서 활성을 보였으며 phenolic fraction에서는 젖산균에 대해서 시료 0.025∼0.175 g/㎖ 상당량의 범위에서 그리고 그밖의 세균과 효모에 대해서는 시료 0.375∼0.600 g/㎖ 상당량으로 젖산균에 비해 비교적 높은 MIC값을 보였다. 활성 fraction에 대해 MLC를 측정한 결과 acidic fraction의 경우 젖산균에 대해서 시료 1.0∼1.4 g/㎖ 상당량이었으며 phenolic fraction은 젖산균에 대해서 시료 0.5∼0.8 g/㎖ 상당량, 세균과 효모에 대해서는 시료 1.1∼1.2 g/㎖ 상당량의 MLC값을 보였다. Chemical properties and antimicrobial activities of bamboo skin were determined in order to investigate the possibility to use as a source for developing the natural food preservatives. Bamboo skin contained moisture 22.45%, crude protein 3.24%, crude lipid 4.25%, crude ash 5.32%, carbohydrate 64.74%, total vitamin C 27.07 mg/100g, tannin 87.50 mg/100g, chlorophyll 136.45 mg/100g. Free amino acids contained were detected 15 kinds and major free amino acids were proline, arginine, aspartic acid. Free sugers contained were glucose, fructose, xylose, rhamnose, turanose, maltose. Saturated fatty acid was 48.86%, unsaturated fatty acid was 51.15% in fatty acid composition. Mineral components of bamboo skin were K, P, Fe, Ca, Mg, Na, Zn, Mn, Cu and among them K content was the highest.

        A Study on the Nature of medicinals in Rhymes of Medical books in Chosun dynasty Abstract The following paper deals with the development Chosun(朝鮮) herbal medicine, referring on the nature of medicinals in Rhymes(藥性歌) of medical books in Chosun dynasty. Sakae Miki(三木榮) pointed out the scientific research of herbal medicine based on the nature of medicinals in Rhymes(藥性歌本草學) is the distinctive characteristics of late-Chosun. In addition, he interpreted late-Chosun medicine as incapable of accomplishing its independence as a individual science, following the same steps of the weakening national power, and will only rely and assist medicine with simple and convenient herbal medicine. This paper is an attempt to overcome the earlier study of Sakae Miki and establish a new tradition of Chosun herbal medicine by diachronic study to analyze the origin of the nature of medicinals in Rhymes and various nature of medicinals in Rhymes which is included in Chinese and Korean medical books. The nature of medicinals in Rhymes is a literary style which uses four or six words, rhythm, antithesis, etc. It is similar to one of the old literary styles, Byun-moon(變文) or Byoungreyo-moon(騈驢文). The nature of medicinals in Rhymes, it was taken by doctors and ordinary people in Chosun dynasty, because it was so simple and convenient to use practically, in addition Byoungreyo-moon was used almost official document style in Chosun dynasty. The nature of medicinals in Rhymes within Chosun medical books was originally adopted from books like Recovery from All Ailments(󰡔萬病回春󰡕), Longevity and Life Preservation(󰡔壽世保元󰡕), Synopsis of Materia Medica(󰡔本草徵要󰡕), Trap for beginner of Materia Medica(󰡔本草蒙筌󰡕), Introduction of Medicine(󰡔醫學入門󰡕) and as more detailed research can be seen on the latter three books, it is difficult to see it as an independent, unique development of Korean peninsula. The Korean medical book New Edition on Universal Relife(󰡔濟衆新編󰡕), published by Chosun government, recorded the nature of medicinals in Rhymes Recovery from All Ailments mostly untouched. It can be evaluated the early model of Chosun's nature of medicinals in Rhymes. But the difference of Korean herbal medicine is reflected in several aspects. New Edition on Universal Relife, Gains and Losses of Medical Orthodoxy(󰡔醫宗損益󰡕) added new rhymes using familiar herbs and vegetables got easily, most new rhymes founded medicinal part of Treasured Mirror of Eastern Medicine (󰡔東醫寶鑑󰡕「湯液編」). Another books like Gains and Losses of Medical Orthodoxy, Compilation of Formulas and Medicinals(󰡔方藥合編󰡕), Double Grinded Medical Mirror(󰡔醫鑑重磨󰡕), through inscribing '唐/鄕' or depressed engraving/embossed carving, clearly divides imported and domestic herbs in the part of the nature of medicinals in Rhymes. And the additional notes on Rhymes are reflected in accumulation, notification and accession of the research using the materia medica from countryside(鄕藥). All of them follow the materia medica from countryside tradition from the Goryeo(高麗) period. Moreover, the nature of medicinals in Rhymes in Korean medical books distinguish from Chinese medicine by reflecting individual medical practitioners opinions. For example, the nature of medicinals in Rhymes of Lee Je-ma's posthumous works(󰡔東武遺稿󰡕) that connotes the character of Sasang Constitution medicine(四象醫學), the nature of medicinals in Rhymes of Double Grinded Medical Mirror that reflects Lee Gyoo-joon's encouraging Yang theory(扶陽論) and contains new view on individual herb's nature, taste and efficacy. The nature of medicinals in Rhymes is an approach to simplify and improve access on herbal medicine, and is quoted in various forms throughout medical books of Chosun. The entitling it as 'scientific research of herbal medicine based on the nature of medicinals in Rhymes' can clearly be seen as description about superficial result, to persist the decadence of Chosun medicine. Although the form of the nature of medicinals in Rhymes came from Chinese literary style or medical books, we can consider the nature of medicinals in Rhymes within Chosun medical books as a succession of materia medica from countryside tradition that contains the individual authors opinion on medical herbs.

      • 만성적인 구속 스트레스에 의한 흰쥐 뇌 고삐핵 유전자 발현 변화 연구

        The habenula, a relaying hub between corticolmbic and midbrain networks in the central nervous system, is involved in the modulation of mental and behavioral functions via regulation of dopaminergic and serotonergic systems. Recent studies suggest that the habenula encodes negative value in response to the actual or threatened aversive stimuli and it is involved in debilitating mental disorders related with fear, anxiety and depression. However, little information is available at the molecular levels about the transcriptional alterations and dynamic changes of molecular machineries that aversive stimuli cause in the habenula. In this study, I identified differentially expressed genes in rat habenula exposed to chronic restraint stress, including genes involved in cholinergic signaling (Slc5a7, Chat, Slc18a3, Chrnb3 and Chrnb4) and substance P-ergic signaling (Tac1, Tac2 and Tacr1), interneuron-specific (Pvalb and Elfn1), anti-apoptotic (Bcl6, Gadd45g, Nfkbia and Cdkn1a) as well as genes of hitherto unknown function using genome-wide microarray, and validated the results of microarray using real time PCR and in situ hybridization histochemistry. This informative and useful list of genes that are differentially expressed in the habenula of rats subjected to aversive stimuli can be utilized for genetic manipulation to investigate molecular effects of specific genes in the habenula and to explore its therapeutic potential. This study opens up a new avenue for the molecular investigation of functions and etiological roles of the habenula.
