      • Nanostructured carbons as an active cathode material for lithium ion hybrid capacitors and rechargeable lithium batteries

        With the rapid advances in modern society, the demands for cutting-edge technologies have been increasing. Accordingly, studies to develop high-performance energy storage devices (ESDs) are being carried out, while the new types of ESDs have many obstacles to overcome, such as low round-trip energy efficiencies, poor cycling stabilities, and safety issues. In addition, an increase in the lithium supply and the development of infra technology have led to the sustainable expansion of LIB markets, requiring more advanced LIBs with higher energy and power densities as well as longer-term cycling performance. In this study, nanostructured carbon materials were fabricated from the bio-induced source, seaweed fulvescens. The nanocarbons showed high electrochemical performances as an active cathode material for lithium ion storage in a wide operating voltage window. Hence, the nanocarbon-based active cathode materials have a high potential in LIBs and lithium ion hybrid capacitors.

        4차산업혁명 시대 미용산업이 지속가능성과 만족도, 임금수준, 근무환경에 미치는 영향 : 미용종사자의 매개효과

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the beauty industry on sustainability, satisfaction, wage level, working environment, and mediating effect with beauty workers in the era of the 4th industrial revolution. The subject of this study is a person who is working in the beauty industry 700 beauty workers were selected, but a total of 613 people were surveyed after excluding those who responded insincerely. The data analysis used the SPSS 22.0 statistical program to analyze the general characteristics of the survey subjects, and the factor analysis confirmed the Cronbach's α value for exploratory factor analysis and reliability verification. As a research method, Pearson correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted to verify the hypothesis. The results of this study showed that beauty workers had a mediating effect on the relationship between the beauty industry and sustainability, satisfaction, wage level, and working environment, and that the beauty industry and beauty workers in the era of the 4th industrial revolution had a significant positive (+) effect on each factor. And it was confirmed that the most important things for beauty workers were the variables of “wage level” and “working environment.” In addition, this study is significant in deriving the results of the correlation and impact of the beauty industry's sustainability, satisfaction, wage level, and working environment for beauty workers in the metropolitan area in the era of the 4th industrial revolution. If beauty workers are satisfied with the factors analyzed, the turnover rate and departure rate at the beauty field will be reduced and continuous work will be possible, Through this study, it is expected that there will be many follow-up studies on the beauty industry related to the fourth industry in the future.

        계획행동이론에 따른 헤어샵 SNS 정보특성이 고객 행동 의도에 미치는 영향

        This study sought to provide useful data necessary to generate and increase hair shop profits by clearly recognizing the differentiation of customers using hair shop SNS through planning behavior theory and examining customer's behavioral intention leading to actual hair shop visits. To this end, a non-face-to-face online survey was conducted, and a total of 756 copies were used for the final analysis. The collected data were subjected to frequency analysis, factor and reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis for hypothesis verification using SPSS 22.0, and the results are as follows. First, hair shop SNS information characteristics were classified into reliability, interaction, and timeliness, and planned behavior theory was classified into attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control, and customer's behavioral intention was viewed in a single dimension. Second, it was found that the relationship between hair shop SNS information characteristics, planned behavior theory, and customer's behavioral intention had a statistically significant positive (+) effect, and planned behavior theory showed a mediating effect at the same time. Second, it was found that the relationship between hair shop SNS information characteristics, planned behavior theory, and customer's behavioral intention had a statistically significant positive (+) effect, and planned behavior theory showed a mediating effect at the same time.The results of the above study confirmed that the characteristics of hair shop SNS information affect the customer's behavioral intention and at the same time induce positive customer behavior. In other words, it can be a good marketing tool to attract new customers and maintain existing customers. In the future, it is hoped that research on the characteristics of more diverse research subjects and a wide range of regions will continue by substituting planned behavior theory in the beauty field, including hair shops, and by segmenting new variables and factors suitable for it

        헤어살롱 서비스 스케이프가 재방문의도에 미치는 영향: 전환비용의 조절효과

        This study was conducted to verify the moderating effect of switching costs on the effect on hair salon service scape on revisit intention. The subjects of this study were 1,380 beauty salon customers, and data were collected through self-response questionnaires on service scape, switching costs and revisit intention. The research methods are as follows. First, frequency analysis was performed to examine the general characteristics of the study subjects. Second, reliability was verified by calculating reliability coefficients of service scape, revisit intention and conversion cost. Third, correlation analysis was conducted to examine the relationship between service scape, revisit intention and conversion cost. Fourth, multiple regression analysis was conducted to examine the effect of service scape and conversion costs on revisit intention. Finally, hierarchical regression analysis was conducted to verify the moderating effect of conversion costs in the effect of service scape on revisit intention. The results of this study were as follows. First, a significant positive correlation was found between service scape, switching costs, and revisit intention. Second, service scape and switching costs had a significant positive effect on revisit intention. Third, in the effect of service scape on revisit intention, switching costs showed a moderating effect. Based on the results of this study, ways to increase the revisit intention of hair salon customers were discussed

        계획 행동 이론(TPB)을 적용한 미용실 고객 인게이지먼트가 행동 의도에 미치는 영향

        This study aims to examine the impact of customer engagement based on the theory of planned behavior on behavioral intentions for customers who use beauty salons, and is meaningful in establishing strategies to attract customers, which are the most important in operating beauty salons and increasing sales. To this end, a non-face-to-face self-written questionnaire required for the study was used, and a total of 756 copies were used for the final analysis. Based on the collected data, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and reliability analysis were judged by Cronbach's α coefficient, and regression analysis and identification of mediating effects were analyzed using the SPSS 22.0 program to verify hypotheses. According to the analysis, the relationship between each independent variable, “custom engagement”, the parameter, “planning behavior theory”, and the dependent variable, “action intention”, had a significant positive (+) effect on each other, and all variables of planning behavior theory were found to have partial mediating effects. Therefore, it is necessary to induce members of the salon to visit the salon by grasping and considering the characteristics of each customer. In order to establish and maintain a direct and meaningful relationship with customers in the beauty salon space, a lot of attention should be paid to customer engagement, and it should lead to a planned revisit of customers. In other words, in order to ultimately affect the behavioral intentions of customers in running and operating beauty salons, employees and managers should strive for smooth 1:1 customized communication with customers and establish specialized strategies and membership systems inside beauty salons. Then, it is expected that the customer's behavioral intentions, such as satisfaction, revisit, and continuous use, will increase to new customers through positive word of mouth, recommendations, and introduction. In the follow-up study, we hope that more reliable studies will come out through the segmentation of new and diverse variables that fit the eye level of customers visiting beauty salons by targeting a wide range of regions and age groups to further help the management and operation of beauty salons.

        헤어살롱의 서비스 품질 및 인지적·감정적 반응이 재방문의도에 미치는 영향

        This study was conducted to verify the mediating effect of cognitive and emotional responses in the effect of hair salon service quality on customer's revisit intention. The subjects of this study were 482 hair salon customers, and data were collected through self-response questionnaire on service quality, revisit intention, and cognitive and emotional responses. The results of this study are as follows. First, there was a significant positive correlation between service quality, revisit intention, and cognitive and emotional responses. Second, technical quality and interaction quality of service quality had a significant positive effect on revisit intention. Third, the mediating effect of cognitive response was verified in the relationship between service quality and revisit intention. Fourth, there was a mediating effect of emotional response in the relationship between service quality and revisit intention. Based on the results of this study, a plan to increase the revisit intention of hair salon customers was discussed.

        Immobilized Candida antarctica lipase B as an sn-1,3 regiospecific biocatalyst for the interesterification of triacylglycerols with fatty acid ethyl esters

        Candida antarctica lipase B (CALB) is regarded as non-regiospecific. This study aimed to investigate the regiospecificity of CALB in the solvent-free interesterification of high-oleic sunflower oil with stearic acid ethyl ester for 1,3-distearoyl-2-oleoylglycerol (SOS)-rich fat preparation using a packed bed reactor. The content ratio of 1,2-distearoyl-3-oleoylglycerol (SSO) to SOS (denoted by SSO/SOS content) obtained using Lipozyme 435 (a commercially immobilized CALB; 0–4.1%), at residence times (1–32 min) was similar to that obtained using Lipozyme RM IM (0–3.0%), but lower than that obtained using Lipozyme TL IM (6.0–39.4%). When immobilized on Lewatit VP OC 1600, Lipozyme CALB had an SSO/SOS content of 0–10.4%, which was greater than that of Palatase 20,000 L (0–1.1%) but was lower than that of Lipozyme TL 100 L (8.8–97.7%). Our findings suggest that immobilized CALB shows distinct sn-1,3 regiospecificity in the interesterification of triacylglycerol with fatty acid ethyl esters.

      • 국내 다소비 베이커리 빵류의 지방, 당, 나트륨의 함량 비교

        본 연구에서는 국내 다소비 베이커리 빵류 13종의 지방, 당, 나트륨 함량 수준을 제품 100 g과 1회 제공량 기준으로 분석한 후, 만성질환위험감소섭취량과 비교하였다. 제7기 국민건강영양조사(2016-2018)의 식품섭취조사 자료를 바탕으로 대한민국 국민의 주요 식품으로 선정된 베이커리 빵류 중 9종과 최근 국내 포털사이트와 모바일 애플리케이션에서 검색 빈도가 높은 빵류 4종을 분석대상 식품으로 선정하여 2020년 4-7월에 서울에서 수거하였다. 앙버터와 크루아상은 다른 제품에 비해 높은 포화지방산과 트랜스지방산 함량을 나타내었다. 카스텔라는 포화지방산, 트랜스지방산 함량뿐만 아니라 나트륨 함량도 가장 낮은 반면 당 함량은 가장 높은 특징을 보였다. 통밀식빵, 식빵 등의 식빵류는 다른 제품에 비해 나트륨 함량은 상대적으로 높고 당 함량은 상대적으로 낮은 경향을 나타내었다. 포화지방산, 트랜스지방산, 당, 나트륨 함량은 빵의 종류에 따라 큰 차이를 나타내었으나 각 제품의 1회 제공량 기준으로 평가했을 때 각각 4.7-74.4%, 0.5-20.8%, 3.1-28.3%, 1.9-20.3%로 13종의 제품 모두 해당 영양성분의 1일 만성질환위험감소섭취량에 비해 낮은 수준을 보였다. 본 연구의 결과는 국가 식품 영양성분 데이터베이스 구축에 활용될 수 있으며 국내 베이커리 빵 제품에 대한 소비자의 올바른 선택과 소비에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

      • 2021년도 식품영양성분 국가관리망 사업 분석 자료: 다빈도 식품의 수분 및 조지방 함량

        본 연구에서는 식품의약품안전처에서 운영하고 있는 식품영양성분 국가관리망사업 중 2021년도 분석자료 생산의 일환으로 외식 73품목의 수분과 조지방 함량을 분석하였다. 국민건강영양조사 제 7기(2016-2018) 식품섭취조사 원시자료를 바탕으로 우리나라 국민의 섭취 빈도가 높은 식품 중 외식 73품목을 분석대상 식품으로 선정하였다. 분석대상 식품은 서울시 구별 외식업 분포 상위 7개구(강남, 마포, 송파, 영등포, 서초, 종로, 중구)를 3개 지역(도심권, 서남서북권, 동남권)으로 구분하여 각 지역에서 품목당 2점씩 총 6점을 수거하여 복합시료를 제조하였다. 시료의 수분과 조지방 함량은 식품 공전의 일반성분시험법 중 상압가열건조법과 속슬렛추출법에 따라 5회 반복하여 분석한 후 시료 100 g 당 각 성분의 함량으로 나타내었다. 수분의 평균함량은 국·탕류(93.17 g)>김치류(87.05 g)>찌개·전골류(86.55 g)의 순으로 높았고, 곡·서류(44.62 g)<튀김류(49.87 g)<빵·과자류(52.94 g)의 순으로 낮았다. 조지방의 평균함량은 튀김류(16.39 g)>구이류(15.67 g)>빵·과자류(14.43 g)의 순으로 높았고, 국·탕류(0.81 g)<곡·서류(1.23 g)<장아찌·절임류(1.38 g)의 순으로 낮았다. 본 연구의 수분 및 조지방 함량분석 결과는 한국인 섭취다빈도 식품의 영양성분 DB를 구축하는데 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

        국내 다소비 베이커리 빵류의 지방, 당, 나트륨의 함량 비교

        포화지방산, 트랜스지방산, 당, 나트륨의 과잉 섭취는 만성질환 발생의 주요 원인이며, 이에 따라 2020년에 개정된 한국인 영양소 섭취기준에서 만성질환 위험감소를 목적으로 이들 영양성분의 새로운 섭취기준인 만성질환위험감소 섭취량을 제정하였다. 본 연구에서는 대한민국 소비자의 관심도가 높고 많이 섭취하는 베이커리 빵 제품의 이들 영양성분 함량 수준을 제품 100 g 기준과 1회 제공량 기준으로 분석한 후, 만성질환위험감소섭취량과 비교하여 평가하였다. 각 영양성분의 함량은 빵의 종류에 따라 큰 차이를 나타내었으나 각 제품의 1회 제공량 기준으로 평가하였을 때 13종의 제품 모두 해당 영양성분의 1일 만성질환위험감소섭취량에 비해 낮은 수준을 보였다. 다만 앙버터와 크루아상은 다른 제품에 비해 높은 포화지방산과 트랜스지방산 함량을 나타내었다. 카스텔라는 포화지방산, 트랜스지방산 함량뿐만 아니라 나트륨 함량도 가장 낮은 반면 당 함량은 가장 높은 특징을 보였다. 통밀식빵, 식빵 등의 식빵류는 다른 제품에 비해 나트륨 함량은 상대적으로 높고 당 함량은 상대적으로 낮은 경향을 나타내었다. 본 연구에서 보고하는 분석 결과 및 비교 결과들은 국가식품영양성분 데이터베이스 구축에 활용될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 국내 베이커리 빵 제품에 대한 소비자의 올바른 선택과 소비에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다. This study sought to compare the fat, sugar, and sodium content in commonly consumed bakery bread distributed in Korea and compare these to their chronic disease risk reduction intake (CDRR) values. Samples of 13 different types of bakery bread were analyzed in this study. These comprised nine types of bread considered as key foods which provide 85% of the diet intake of 17 specific nutrients (including fat, sugar, and sodium) and four types of bread that are frequently searched by consumers through internet portal sites and mobile applications. All samples were collected in Seoul during 2020. Sweet red bean butter and croissants showed relatively greater total saturated and trans fatty acid content than the others. Castella had the lowest total saturated and trans fatty acid content and sodium content per 100 g or per serving, while having the greatest total sugar content per 100 g. Whole wheat bread and plain bread tend to have a greater sodium content, but lower total sugar content as compared to the others. The total saturated and total trans fatty acids, total sugar content, and sodium content per serving in all bread were at low levels (i.e., 4.7∼74.4%, 0.5∼20.8%, 3.1∼28.3%, 1.9∼20.3%, respectively) compared to their CDRR values. The reported results can be used to update the Korean food composition database and help consumers make healthy choices in their consumption of bakery foods.
