Korea's tourism policies will greatly be changed due to crisis of foreign exchange control and influence of IMF. Tourism industry is shrinking related with espenses of foreign currency, that is, that‘s because of foreign countries travel, linguistic research study of people for reducing the balance of payment deficit. So many travel agencies which are not good in business, need a structural reform in order to get out of these crisis. And people who work at travel agency will have to recognize for having a good chance to enhance the market governing power in the future. The purpose of this study will seek the plans of enforcement of international competition power of age of globalization and plans of role increase in travel business which is contribute to the Korea's tourism industry development. Also, I am going to analyze the present condition of travel business causing lots of problems. This paper consists of five chapters. Florid Cystic Endosalpingiosis of the Uterus - A Case Report -

A 54-year-old woman presented with vaginal bleeding. On gynecologic and radiologic examinations, bilateral cystic ovarian tumors were suspected. A laparoscopic examination revealed multiple cysts involving both the uterine horns and the posterior surface of the uterus. These were removed by total abdominal hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy. Microscopically, multiple cysts were identified in the subserosal layer of the uterus, and they were lined with benign tubal type epithelium surrounded by a smooth muscle wall. These features were consistent with ‘‘florid cystic endosalpingiosis’’. Considering the location of the lesion, the lesion has to be distinguished from other benign cystic lesions of the uterus and adnexa, including multicystic mesothelioma, serous cystadenoma and mucinous cystadenoma. Now current business environment requires firms to gets ready for the new way of management culture. This new trend is management innovation. From the beginning of 1990's management innovation efforts, which have come to popular even among business-blind people, started to vitalize in domestic markets. However, we have seen many cases that domestic firms try to merely duplicate certain management methods which are used by their competitors, rather than to make every effort to employ adequate ones after identifying the utility values and side effects of the alternatives. Accordingly, it is important for domestic firms to build up future-oriented competitive viability and understand how these innovation technique can be applied in the real world. Under tense competitive environment, the most critical point would be of the firms to continuously explore new, innovative way of management in order to remain in the markets.

Synchronous Development of Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumor and Arteriovenous Malformation in the Jejunum - A Case Report -

Vascular malformations associated with neoplasms are extremely rare. Herein we report an extraordinary coincidence of arteriovenous malformation (AVM) and gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) in the jejunum. A 44-year-old woman presented with melena and anemia. Abdominal computed tomography revealed a highly vascularized, strong early arterial enhancing soft tissue mass in the jejunum, which was confirmed by angiography to be an AVM supplied by the distal jejunal branch of the superior mesenteric artery. An emergency operation was performed due to active gastrointestinal (GI) bleeding. The resected jejunum showed a protruding, mostly solid subserosal mass. The mass was confirmed to be a spindle cell type GIST and was intermingled with the AVM located in the overlying submucosa and muscularis propria. To our knowledge, this is the first reported case of an AVM associated with a GIST. This case masqueraded radiologically as an AVM alone and presented clinically with GI bleeding. This dissertation is to analyze the values which the participating students as volunteers expected and the degree of their satisfaction in the 99 Kangwon International Tourist Expo. In order to analyze the degree of satisfaction, the main factors was derived from the analysis of factors. According to the sexual difference of participants, the difference among the main factors was testified. The main purposes of this research is to supply the basic data for the similar events as this fare in the future, simultaneously, to forecast what kind of effects this fare will influence on the Kangwon province, and finally to find the way of activating the tourism of Kangwon province.

관광의 영향력을 파급시키는 주체인 관광객이 어떤 요인들로부터 영향을 받아 어떻게 관광 목적지를 선택하게 되는지의 문제는 가장 기본적이면서도 중요한 것이라 하겠다. 이들 관광객의 행동에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 개인적, 사회 환경적, 판매 촉진적 영향 요인이 있으며, 이 가운데 개인적 영향요인(지각, 학습, 성격, 동기, 태도)에 대하여는 최근 들어 국내에서도 활발히 연구가 이루어지고 있는바, 사회환경적 요인(가족, 사회계층, 준거집단) 가운데 가장 기본적이고 중요한 요인인 "가족"을 중심으로 가족의 동적인 영향력이 가장 잘 설명해 줄 수 있는 하나의 강력한 인구 통계적 집단 변수로서 가족생활주기(Family Life Cycle)에 따른 관광객의 관광지 선택행동을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 가족생활주기와 국민 국내관광자의 목적지 선택 특성과의 관계를 파악하여 마케팅 측면에서 관광시장 세분화 기준으로서의 가족생활주기의 타당성을 검증하고 각 단계별로 유의한 영향변수를 파악하여 최근 관광시장의 양적 대량화 및 질적 다양화라는 이중 구조적 환경에 효과적으로 대응하기 위한 전략 수립에 일조하는데 있다. The most important thing in the Tourist Market Segmentation is to find descriptive variables which can describe the changes of tourist demand properly. There are many descriptive variables. Among them, vital statistical variables were proved to be effective. The strongest variable but which was studied much less is the Family Life Cycle. This study will focus on the relation between Family Life Cycle and Travel Behavior of Destination Choice. In this study, I will verify the validity of Family Life Cycle as a descriptive variable of Tourist Market Segmentation, and try to find the meaningful variable at each steps. Therefore, The purpose of this study is to explain the relation between Family Life Cycle and Travel Behavior of Destination Choice, to verify the validity of Family Life Cycle as descriptive variable and to find the strategy to respond to the increase in quantity and diversity of quality of Tourist Market. The studies on the Family Life Cycle should be updated continuously according to the change of family structure and it should be understood as standard for Tourist Market Segmentation in the public and private sphere.
