        침투력을 고려한 터널의 지반반응곡선

        When a tunnel is excavated below groundwater table, the groundwater flows into the excavated wall of tunnel and seepage forces are acting on the tunnel wall. Such seepage forces significantly affect the ground reaction curve which is defined as the relationship between internal pressure and radial displacement of tunnel wall. In this paper, seepage forces arising from the ground water flow into a tunnel were estimated quantitatively. Magnitude of seepage forces was decided based on hydraulic gradient distribution around tunnel. Using these results, the theoretical solutions of ground reaction curve with consideration of seepage forces under steady-state flow were derived. A no-support condition and a supported condition with grouted bolts and shotcrete lining were considered, respectively. The theoretical solution derived in this study was validated by numerical analysis. The changes in the ground reaction curve according to various cover depths and groundwater table conditions were investigated. Based on the results, the application limit of theoretical solutions was suggested. 지하수위 아래에 터널이 굴착되면,지하수가 터널내로 유입되면서 터널 단면에 침투력이 작용하게 된다. 이 침투력은 내압과 터널 내공단면의 변위 관계로 정의되는 지반반응곡선에 큰 영향을 미치게 된다. 본 연구에서는 터널내로의 지하수 흐름으로 발생하는 침투력을 정량적으로 평가하였다. 침투력은 터널 주위의 동수경사의 분포를 바탕으로 계산되었으며, 이 결과를 바탕으로, 정상류 흐름일 때 침투력을 고려한 지반반응곡선의 이론해를 유도하였다.보강이 없는 경우와 전면 접착형 록볼트와 숏크리트 라이닝으로 보강된 경우의 변화가 고려되었다. 본 연구에서 유도된 이론해는 수치해석을 통해 검증되었으며, 다양한 토피고와 지하수위 조건에 따른 지반반응곡선의 변화가 연구되었다. 이를 바탕으로 이론해의 적용한계가 제시되었다.

        발효마황이 고지방식이로 유발된 비만 흰쥐에 미치는 효과

        Objectives: This study was performed to investigate the effects of fermented Ephedra sinica (FMH) nano-extract compared Ephedra sinica (MH) on 3T3 L1 cell viability, lipid and glycometabolism, Obes rats` behavior and state-trait anxiety. Methods and materials: Each of 6 rats was divided into a normal diet, HFD, MH, and FMH. We fed a HFD group of rats a high fat diet and administered normal saline for 8 weeks. And we fed an experimental group of rats a high fat diet and administered an extract of Ephedra sinica and fermentated Ephedra sinica for 8 weeks. At the end of the experiment, the rats were sacrificed to determine their chemical composition. Ephedra sinica and fermentated Ephedra sinica was examined in effects of 3T3 L1 cell viability, lipid and glycometabolism, rats` behavior and state-trait anxiety. Results: 1. Ephedra sinica and fermentated Ephedra sinica didn`t induce cytotoxicity at 3L3 L1 cell. 2. Fermentated Ephedra sinicaby Lactococcus confusus inhibit PPAR-γ activation and promote TNF-α activation. 3. In MH and FMH group, the body weight and FER decrease occured significantly than in HFD group. 4. No side effect of Ephedra sinica appeared in FMH group, so fermentated Ephedra sinica have a capacity of anti-anxiety. 5. Serum total cholesterol, triglyceride, HDL-cholesterol and creatine of HFD+Ephedra sinica, HFD+LO group were decreased compared with that of HFD group. Decreasing rates of sample group was significant(p<0.05). 6. In both MH and FMH group serum HDL was increased(P>0.05). 7. In MH group only TG was decreased, but in FMH group total cholesterol, TG, and glucose were decreased(P>0.05). Conclusions: Fermentated Ephedra sinica by Lactococcus confusus was superior to Ephedra sinica in capacity of anti-obesity. Further fermentated Ephedra sinica have no Ephedra sinica`s side effect.

        기관지 확장증과 흉추후만을 동반한 복합성 환기장애 치험1례

        Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate manual therapy on the Complex restrictive ventilatory defect with neck pain. Methods : We used to take acupuncture, Gumsuyukun-geon(Jinshuiliujunjian) and Chuna manipulation Results & Conclusions : After treatment, he felt his symptoms cough, sputum, dyspnea, dizziness, general weakness, flushing sign improved. No changes were noted in VC, FVC but significant increase was noted in FEV1.0. Increased FEV1.0 and realigned posture show that respiratory muscle was recoverd. We may consider manual therapy to treat complex pulmonary disease on decreased expiratory function.

        국가정보화의 균형발전에 관한 연구

        In the information and knowledge society, information and knowledge have become important media to improve national competitiveness. Improving the information and communication technology has brought out the various information invasions as well as information usages through broad information and knowledge. So a plan for national informatization should be involved in the ways to overcome local and national digital divides as well as information problems. The national informatization should develop through balanced international cooperation for IT utility based on information security. This study is for evaluating information security policies with information society adaptability model(ISAM) in 47 countries. An indicator of information security policy has three consistent categories: legal and institutional, physical and technical, and administrative information securities. Each indicator has increased by the values of experts in 47 countries. An indicator of national IT utility has three consistent categories: IT utilities by government, business, and the public. So two comparison factors have main-and sub-indicators. After it analyzed information society adaptability, the USA, Singapore, Canada were evaluated as high adaptable countries for informatization of 47 countries. Indonesia, Venezuela, Russia were evaluated as worst countries of them. As a case of South Korea was evaluated at 18th rank in 47 countries, so South Korea should rebuild a national policy for information security with participation of government, business, and the public for national balanced development of informatization.

        안전한 사물인터넷 서비스 확산을 위한 개인정보보호정책평가지표 개발에 관한 연구

        제4차 산업혁명의 핵심기술인 사물인터넷기술의 발달로 인하여 다양한 서비스가 가능하게 되고, 그 과정에서 개인정보가 자유롭게 처리되게 되었다. 그러나 스마트기기를 비롯한 정보기기가 네트워크로 연결되면서 편리한 서비스가 제공될수록 개인 정보 침해위협도 증가하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서, 본 연구는 다양한 사물인터넷서비스를 구현함에 있어서 안전한 환경을 구 축하고, 그 가운데 유통되는 개인정보를 보호하기 위해 필요한 정책선정을 위한 중요도에 따른 우선순위를 분석하여 주요정책과제로 제언하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 문헌조사를 바탕으로 개인정보보호정책지표들을 전문가대상의 델파이분석을 통해 3개 분야 9개 영역 25개 지표로 구성하였다. 이러한 개인정보보호정책지표들은 AHP기법의 설문조사로 66명 전문가들이 응답한 결과를 활용하여, 정책지표의 상대적 중요도 및 우선순위를 도출하였다. 그 결과, 개인정보보호정책분야에서는 정책적 분야, 기술적 분야, 관리적 분야 순으로 상대적 중요도 및 우선순위가 도출되었다. 또한, 정책적 분야를 구성하는 3개 영역 중에서는 IoT관련 개인정보보호법제도의 강화가 가장 중요하며, 정책지 표 중에서는 IoT에서의 개인정보보호법률의 제·개정을 추진하는 것이 가장 중요하다고 응답하였다. 또한, 조사된 IoT개인정보보호정책의 분야·영역·지표에 대해 쌍대비교한 결과값은 일관성을 갖고 있었다. 이렇게 도출된 개인정보보호정책지표들은 앞으로 안전한 사물인터넷 정책을 추진하여 국가경쟁력을 이끄는데 기여하리라 본다. As the core technology of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the Internet of Things has been developed and has enabled various services, and personal information has been handled freely in the process. However, the infringement threat of personal information is increasing as more convenient services are provided and more information devices including smart devices are connected to the network. Therefore, this study is to analyze prioritizing personal information protection policy indicators in order to provide IoT services by constructing secure environment for implementing the Internet of things as the core technology of the 4th Industrial Revolution. This study reviewed personal information protection policy indicators based on the literature survey, and identified 3 fields, 9 areas, and 25 indicators through Delphi analysis for experts. The weights were calculated based on the AHP survey for 66 experts and the results were used to present the relative importance and priority of the policy indexes. The results of this study found the policy field was the most important, followed by the technical field, and the administrative field. Of the three areas of the policy field, strengthening the personal information protection laws related to IoT is the most important, while among the indicators, promoting and revising the personal information protection law related to IoT is the most important. Comparisons of the fields, areas, and indicators of IoT-related personal information protection policies found consistent values. The personal information protection policy indicators derived this way will contribute to the nation’s competitiveness by expanding secure IoT policies in the future.
