신경종으로 오인된 후종격동 혈관종: 증례 보고

Mediastinal hemangioma is a benign vascular tumor and is located most frequently in the anterior mediastinum. Computed tomography showed a well-marginated central enhancing mass with extension into the adjacent foramen. The mass was relatively hyperintense to the skeletal muscle on T2-weighted image and on fat-saturated T1-weighted image with gadolinium enhancement. The tumor was confirmed to be a cavernous hemangioma by pathologic examination after surgery. The authors recently experienced a cavernous hemangioma in the posterior mediastinum. Thus, we report a case of a posterior mediastinal mass which was difficult to differentiate from a neurogenic tumor. 종격동 혈관종은 양성혈관종으로 드물지만, 주로 전종격동에 발생하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 저자들이 경험한 증례에서 종괴는 전산화단층촬영에서 경계가 분명하며 중심부 조영증강을 보였고, 인접한 척추간 구멍으로 연장되어 있었다. T2 강조영상과 가돌리늄 조영증강 영상, 지방억제 T1 강조영상에서 고신호 강도를 보였으며, 수술 후 해면상 혈관종으로 진단되었다. 저자들은 CT와 MRI에서 신경종과 구별이 어려운 비특이적 영상소견을 보이는 후종격동 종괴를 경험하였기에 이를보고하는 바이다.

This study was intended to analyze the employment status of those who completed the new education for general security guards among the senior citizens aged 60 or older in Jecheon City and to suggest future employment expansion and employment directions for senior citizens. According to the study, the overall satisfaction level (average) of education was 4.45, which was higher than other prior studies. In addition, while overall, the current education schedule and method of progress were preferred in relation to the improvement of education, it was found that they felt burdened by the fact that the education was conducted for three consecutive days. In addition, the analysis of correlation between major variables showed significant results in education hours and education satisfaction, indicating that the longer the education hours, the higher the average satisfaction level. In other words, it is understood that the necessary training hours for security services must be secured in order to deliver the necessary education contents and apply them to the field. However, for the elderly, such education hours seem to need to be divided rather than concentrated at once. Based on these results, it is necessary to create high-quality jobs through employment links between the Jecheon City Job Support Center and education recipients, Jecheon and nearby businesses in order to promote employment of new education recipients in Jecheon City. Second, it is necessary to strengthen on-site practical education contents, operate differentiated new education programs for the elderly, and operate flexible new education courses for the elderly in order to actualize the contents of new education for the elderly. Finally, based on the demand survey, there is a need for customized job policies for the elderly that can meet the diverse needs of the elderly.

Ultrasound and MRI Findings of Intraneural Capillary Hemangioma of the Median Nerve Mimicking Traumatic Neuroma: A Case Report

Intraneural hemangioma of the median nerve is extremely rare. Only a few cases have been reported in literature. The researchers present ultrasound (US) and MRI findings of a case of 38-year-old-man with intraneural capillary hemangioma of the median nerve. The patient had a small, palpable mass in the volar aspect of the wrist and symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome. US showed an infiltrative intraneural mass, without significant blood flow despite a compression test. The researchers initially misdiagnosed this mass as an in-continuity neuroma. The mass showed heterogeneous, but predominantly high signal intensity on T2-weighted image, as well as heterogeneous enhancement. The MRI findings were helpful for correct diagnosis on the retrospective review.

제천시 고령인구의 민간보안산업분야 취업분석과 방향 - 일반경비원 신임교육 이수자 중심으로

이 연구는 제천시 60세 이상의 노인인력 중 일반경비원 신임교육을 이수한 이수자에 대한 취업현황을 분석하고 향후 이들에 대한 취업확대 및 노인일자리 방향에 대하여 제언하고자 하였다. 연구결과 일반경비원 신임교육 내용분석결과 전체 교육만족도(평균)는 4.45로 나타나 다른 선행연구조사들에 비해 높게 나타났다. 교육개선과 관련해서는 전반적으로 현재의 교육일정 및 진행방식을 선호하였으나 교육이 3일 연속으로 이뤄진다는 것에 부담을 느끼는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 주요 변인들간의 상관관계 분석결과 교육시간과 교육만족이 유의미한 결과를 보여 교육시간이 길수록 평균만족이 올라가는 면이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 경비업무에 필요한 교육시간이 어느 정도 확보되어야 필요한 교육내용전달과 현장에서의 실무적용이 가능한 것으로 이해된다. 다만 고령자에게 있어서는 이러한 교육시간이 한번에 집중되는 것보다는 분할적으로 이뤄질 필요성은 있는 것 같다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 제천시 노인인력 일반경비원 신임교육이수자의 취업 활성화를 위하여 첫째, 지역 민간보안산업체(기업)와의 연계화를 위하여 제천시 일자리종합지원센터와 교육이수자 취업연계, 제천 및 인근지역 기업연계를 통한 양질의 일자리 창출이 필요하다. 둘째, 고령자 신임교육내용의 실질화를 위하여 현장실무적 교육내용 강화, 고령자를 위한 차별화된 신임교육 프로그램 운영, 탄력적 신임교육과정 운용이 필요하다. 마지막으로 요구조사에 기초하여 노인들의 다양한 요구를 충족시킬 수 있는 노인 맞춤형 일자리 정책이 필요하다. 토지가격비준율 조정을 통한 공시지가 현실화 방안 -도로 조건을 중심으로 -

This study proposed a method for realizing the officially assessed land price by adjusting the standard modification rate for the officially assessed land price greatly different from the actual transaction price according to road characteristics. The first proposed method to realize the officially assessed land price was to adjust the difference in the standard modification rate according to the position of the adjacent road in the existing standard land price index table. This study analyzed the case area to find that difference between the actual transaction price and the officially assessed land price was affected by road conditions. Therefore, it is necessary to drastically revise the standard modification rate of the officially assessed land price according to the position of the adjacent road. The proposed second method was to apply the standard modification rate differently by classifying the road characteristic into three cases: "there is a road, which is currently used but not registered as a road on the land registration map", "there are a road, which is registered as a road on the land registration map, and a road, which is currently used but not registered as a road on the land registration map", and "there is a road registered as a road on the land registration map." Although the officially assessed land price is determined based on the current road, whether it is registered as a road or not. However, whether it is registered as a road on the land registration map can affect land use. The third method was to apply a different standard modification rate according to the pavement of the road. A paved road can save the cost of paving the road and vehicles can travel easier. Therefore, it affects the actual transaction price. The road greatly affects land use. Therefore, it would be possible to estimate the actual transaction price accurately when calculating it by reflecting the various characteristics of the road. Moreover, through these methods, it would be possible to more actively respond to the realization plan that aimed to raise the officially assessed land price to 90% of the actual transaction price by 2028 while reflecting the difference in the actual transaction price. 이 연구에서는 도로특성에 따라 실거래가의 차이가 큰 토지의 비준율 조정을 통한 공시지가 현실화 방안을 제안하였다. 연구결과, 공시지가 현실화 방안으로 첫째, 기존 토지가격비준표 상 도로접면에 따른 비준율의 차이를 조정하는방안을 제시하였다. 사례지역의 분석결과, 실거래가는 도로조건에 따라 가격차이가 크다는 점에서 공시지가의 도로접면 비준율을 과감하게 조정하여야 한다. 둘째, 도로의 특성에 대해 현황도로만 있는 경우, 현황도로와 도상도로가 모두 있는 경우, 도상도로만 있는 경우로 나누어 비준율을 차등하여 적용하는 방법을 제시하였다. 공시지가 산정 시 현황도로를 기준으로 산정하지만, 도면상에도 도로로 분할되어 있는지 여부도 토지이용에 영향을 줄 수 있기 때문이다. 셋째, 도로의 포장여부에 따라 비준율을 차등 적용하는 방법을 제시하였다. 도로가 포장도로인 경우, 포장공사의 비용을줄일 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 토지개발 등을 위한 차량이 통행하기 유리함으로 실거래가에도 영향을 줄 수 있다. 도로는 토지의 이용에 큰 영향을 미치는 요인이다. 따라서 도로의 다양한 특성을 지가에 반영하여 산정하게 된다면, 실거래가에 근접하게 공시지가를 산출할 수 있게 될 것이다. 또한, 이러한 방식을 통해 실거래가의 차이를 반영하며공시지가를 끌어올리면서 2028년까지 지가를 실거래가의 90%로 끌어올리는 현실화 계획에 적극적으로 대처할 수있을 것이다.

효율적인 연안공간관리를 위한 개별공시지가 산정방안에 관한 연구- 포락지를 중심으로 -

Systematic management of coastal regions related to the sea is required to efficiently govern the country and protect people's land ownership. This research suggests a methodology for determining the individual official land price for submerged sites. Although submerged lands are subject to cancellation of the land register under current legislation, obtaining the approval of the proprietor is difficult, and there is a danger of civil complaints in the case of authority cancellation, thus it typically remains unremoved. However, there was no standard for the submerged lands when computing the individual official land price, thus a computation method was created. To summarize the contents, first, the scope of the cancellation of registration application under Article 82 of the Act on the Construction and Management of Spatial Information should be amended.  Second, on the land characteristics survey table, the features of submerged lands are added to the characteristics of public land. Because pursuing private interests is nearly impossible, submerged lands are recognized as land with a strong public character, with submerged lands characteristics added to public land characteristics and 980 computer codes assigned. Third, the border of submerged lands is defined by borrowing the law's criteria for defining the ground boundary, which is the maximum high tide or maximum water level (Act on the Construction and Management of Spatial Information). Furthermore, the ratification rate is 0.33 when applied to normal land, such as public property, but it varies based on the amount of submerged areas. Fourth, it may be upgraded so that the area and ratio of submerged lands are put into the real estate comprehensive information system, and the submerged lands layer is added to the C-MAP, allowing the land with submerged lands characteristics to be examined. 국토의 효율적인 관리와 국민의 토지소유권 보호 차원에서라도 바다와 연접해 있는 연안공간에 대한 체계적인 관리가 필수적이다. 본 연구에서는 포락지에 대한 개별공시지가의 산정방안을 제안하였다. 포락지는 현행법상 토지대장 말소대상임에도 불구하고 토지소유자의 동의를 받기 어렵고, 직권말소 시 민원 발생 우려가 있어 말소되지 않고 남아있는 경우가 많다. 그러나 개별공시지가 산정 시 포락지에 대한 지침이 없어 이에 대한 산정방안을 제시하였다. 이를 요약하면, 첫째, 「공간정보의 구축 및 관리 등에 관한 법률」 제82조의 등록말소 신청대상의 범위를 개정해야 한다. 둘째, 토지특성 조사표상 공공용지 특성에 포락지의 특성을 추가한다. 포락지는 사실상 사익을 추구하기가 어렵기 때문에 공공성격이 강한 토지로 간주하여 공공용지 특성에 포락지 특성을 추가하고 980번의 전산코드를 부여한다. 셋째, 「공간정보의 구축 및 관리 등에 관한 법률」의 지상경계의 결정기준을 차용하여 포락지의 경계를 최대만조위 또는 최대만수위가 되는 선으로 정한다. 또한 비준율은 공공용지와 같이 표준지에 0.33을 적용하되 포락지의 면적에 따라 비준율을 달리한다. 넷째, 부동산종합공부시스템 상 포락지의 면적 및 비율을 입력할 수 있도록 개선하고 C-MAP상 포락지 레이어를 추가하여 포락지 특성이 입력된 토지를 확인할 수 있도록 한다.

In this paper, we implement an impulse noise removal scheme for OFDM PLC using discrete wavelet transforms (DWT). We use the Bernoulli Gaussian (BG) model for impulse noise generation and employ the Galli model for the statistical PLC multipath channel that is a modified version of Zimmermann model. In this paper, we assume that channel parameters estimation is perfect.
