        An integral domain in which every non-zero finitely generated ideal is invertible is called a Pru¨fer domai`n. The aim of this paper is to find out a sufficient condition for an integral domain to be Pru¨fer. At first, this paper deals with invertible ideals, characterizes a Pru¨fer domain, and exhibits some properties of Pru¨fer domains. Finally, when R is an integral domain with quotient field K, if every ring between R and K is a localization of R, then we prove that R is a Pru¨fer domain.

        모델링 및 시뮬레이션 기법을 이용한 적외선 영상 생성 연구

        본 논문은 모델링 및 시뮬레이션(Modeling & Simulation, M&S) 기법을 이용하여 생성한 적외선 영상과 실제 적외선 카메라를 이용하여 측정한 영상 비교 분석 및 상용 소프트웨어(software, SW)와 비교를 통해 연구 결과를 검증하는데목적이 있다. 실제 적외선 영상과 비교는 FLIR사의 적외선 카메라를 이용하여 흑체(black body)를 촬영한 결과와 본 연구 결과를 비교하였다. 또한, 상용 SW와 비교는 흑체와 방사율을 알고 있는 알루미늄과 자갈에 대해 자체방사 에너지를비교하였다. M&S 기법을 이용하여 측정한 결과, 적외선 카메라를 이용하여 측정한 결과와 유사한 값을 나타내었으며, 상용 SW 비교시에도 동일한 결과를 나타내는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. The purpose of this study is to verify the viability of the modeling and simulation (M & S) technique for generating infrared images. An infrared image generated using the M & S technique was compared to one generated using an actual infrared camera and a commercial software. The actual infrared image was also, compared with the that obtained from black body imaging using forward-looking infrared camera. In addition, the commercial software was used to compare the self-radiation energy for the black body as well as aluminum and gravel with known emissivity values. The image generated using the M & S method, was sufficiently similar to those obtained using the infrared camera and the commercial software.

        Study on the autonomous surface ship platform of existing ships using image processing

        Recently, interest in autonomous ships has increased significantly in the maritime industry owing to its safety and efficiency. Autonomous operation at sea requires an autonomous navigation system, autonomous engine and monitoring control system, and shore control center. However, autonomous engine monitoring and control systems are difficult to apply in existing ships because this is a more complex task consisting of engine information from the system. In this study, we developed a design method to extract digital data from the displayed monitor and to verify the possibility of extracting data from actual vessels using image processing techniques to build an autonomous ship platform on a non-autonomous ship platform. The data were extracted by connecting the camera to a single-board computer to obtain images and processing by mounting on an actual vessel. In addition, the images obtained using the camera and monitoring system screen were compared with the captured images.

        With an increase in the size and power rate of ship, the stern tube bearing has become subject to severer operation conditions. Particularly it is expected to be exposed to extremely so severe lubrication conditions during low rotational operation that there is strong demand for clarifying the oil film characteristics of the stern tube bearing at the design stage with accuracy. So in this study, we conducted an analysis of the stern tube bearing characteristics taking arbitrary three-dimensional deflection of the shaft into consideration.

        공군 전투기 시뮬레이터와 워게임 모델의 V-C 연동에 대한 연구

        전장상황의 변화와 첨단정보통신기술의 발전에 따라 과학화된 훈련체계인 LVC 훈련체계가 주목을 받고 있다. 대한민국 공군은 전투기 시뮬레이터를 중심으로 공중전투기동장비(ACMI), 워게임모델을 가상의 합성전장환경에 구현하여 실전적이고 과학적인 훈련이 가능한 LVC 훈련체계를 구축하고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 공군의 Virtual 체계인 전투기 시뮬레이터와 Constructive 체계인 전구급 연습용 모델의 V-C 연동시험 수행결과에 대해 다루고자 한다. 기종별로 각각 상이한 연동방식을 갖춘 F-15K, KF-16, FA-50 전투기 시뮬레이터를 표준 연동방식으로 변환하였으며, 합성 전장환경 모의 도구를 활용하여 3개 기종의 전투기 시뮬레이터가 상호 연동이 가능한 환경을 구축하였다. 그리고 공군의 연습용 모델인 창공모델도 표준 연동방식으로 변환하였으며, 연동 최적화를 위해 SW 일부를 수정하였다. 이를 통해 공군의 전투기 시뮬레이터와 워게임 모델이 연동이 가능함을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구결과는 향후 공군 LVC 훈련체계 개념연구 및 체계개발 간에 유의미하게 참조할 만한 근거가 될 것임을 기대한다. LVC(Live-Virtual-Constructive) training system is drawing attention due to changes in battlefield situation and the development of advanced information and communication technologies. The ROKAF(Republic of Korea Air Force) plans to construct LVC training system capable of scientific training. This paper analyzes the results of V-C interoperability test with three fighter simulators as virtual systems and a theater-level wargame model as a constructive system. The F-15K, KF-16, and FA-50 fighter simulators, which have different interoperable methods, were converted into a standard for simulation interoperability. Using the integrated field environment simulator, the fighter simulators established a mutually interoperable environment. In addition, the Changgong model, which is the representative training model of the Air Force, was converted to the standard for simulation interoperability, and the integrated model was implemented with optimized interoperability performance. Throughput experiments, It was confirmed that the fighter simulators and the war game model of the ROKAF could be interoperable with each other. The results of this study are expected to be a good reference for the future study of the ROKAF LVC training system.

        ZrO<sub>2</sub>와 SiO<sub>2</sub> 절연막에 따른 Ru-Zr 금속 게이트 전극의 특성 비교

        In this dissertation, Ru-Zr metal gate electrode deposited on two kinds of dielectric were formed for MOS capacitor. Sample co-sputtering method was used as a alloy deposition method. Various atomic composition was achieved when metal film was deposited by controlling sputtering power. To study the characteristics of metal gate electrode, C-V(capacitance-voltage) and I-V(current-voltage) measurements were performed. Work function and equivalent oxide thickness were extracted from C-V curves by using NCSU(North Carolina State University) quantum model. After the annealing at various temperature, thermal/chemical stability was verified by measuring the variation of effective oxide thickness and work function. This dissertation verified that Ru-Zr gate electrodes deposited on $SiO_{2}\;and\;ZrO_{2}$ have compatible work functions for NMOS at the specified atomic composition and this metal alloys are thermally stable. Ru-Zr metal gate electrode deposited on $SiO_{2}\;and\;ZrO_{2}$ exhibit low sheet resistance and this values were varied with temperature. Metal alloy deposited on two kinds of dielectric proposed in this dissertation will be used in company with high-k dielectric replacing polysilicon and will lead improvement of CMOS properties.
