한국 정치학에 ‘정보정치’(information politics)라는 새로운 연구 분야가 등장한지도 10여년이 경과되었다. 정보정치는 다분히 현대 과학기술의 파급으로 인한 역동적인 사회 변화상을 반영하고 있는 학문 조류이다. 본 연구는 정보정치 관련 논문들을 분석함으로써, 이 분야의 연구 현황과 진척도를 살펴보는데 그 목적이 있다. 즉 양적으로나 질적으로 어떠한 연구 성과들을 배출해왔는지, 세부 영역별로 어떠한 주제들이 다루어져왔는지, 그리고 이에 따른 정보정치 연구의 전망과 과제는 어떻게 제시할 수 있는지에 대하여 고찰하고자 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 실증적이고 경험적인 분석 논문이기보다는 기존 연구들을 종합적으로 분석하고 평가하는 비평 논문의 성격을 띤다고 할 수 있다.<BR> 이를 위하여 본 연구는 그동안 축적되어온 관련 논문들에 대한 문헌 분석을 시도한다. 분석 대상으로는 정치학의 핵심 학술지인 한국정치학회의 『한국정치학회보』와 한국국제정치학회 『국제정치논총』, 세종연구소 『국가전략』, 극동문제연구소 『한국과 국제정치』에 2005년까지 게재된 논문 63편을 선정, 분석하였다. The new research field of information politics was created ten years ago in Korean politics. It is the science trend reflects the active social change. This research aims to investigate its situation and the degree of progress by analyzing the information politics papers. We consider quantitative or qualitative research result was achieved, what kind of topic was argued and how its vision and subject present. Therefore, this research is a critical thesis that analyzes and assesses the existing research comprehensively rather than positive and experiential one. The object of research is to select from The Korean Political Science Review, The Korean Journal of International Relations, National Strategy, and The Korea and World Politics, and analyze 63 papers publicized from 1994 to 2005.

In Korea, Pbichim refers to a psychological state caused by emotional damages that can occur within close relationships. In this state, one might feel reluctant to express one’s feelings directly to the other party. It is also possible that Pbichim transforms into anger. This study is aimed to define the term Pbichim as an indigenous psychological concept. In Korea, it is common to express one’s feelings indirectly and read the other party’s inward thoughts. Pbichim reflects those cultural aspects. In order to examine the representation of Pbichim in Korea, we developed a questionnaire consisting of 15 open-ended questions. The participants were 119 undergraduate and graduate students at Korea University, and the data was analyzed qualitatively. As a result, four different aspects of Pbichim (unsatisfied expectation, being ignored, being alienated, and power struggle) could be differentiated by the situation in which people are likely to present Pbichim. The personality traits of Pbichim, the way of relieving it, as well as positive and negative functions of Pbichim were also elicited. In addition, it was found that Pbichim (the concept that has been negatively perceived) has an important function in maintaining and improving an interpersonal relationship in Korea. Lastly, the importance of mind reading within a certain cultural context is discussed. 본 연구는 한국 문화 속 일상생활에서 빈번하게 발생하는 ‘삐침’의 심리적 구조 및 특성에 관해 알아보고 심리학적 개념으로 재구성하기 위한 연구이다. 삐침은 가까운 대인관계 내의 특정 상황에 의해 마음이 손상되었으나, 상대에게 이를 직접적으로 표현하기에는 당사자의 판단에 의해 꺼려지는 마음이 표현된 행동이다. 15문항의 개방형 설문을 통해 삐침에 대한 일상 언어를 통한 일반인들의 표상을 알아보았다. 응답을 범주화 하여 삐침의 외적 현상(유발대상, 표현 양식, 판단 단서), 심리적 현상(정서, 삐친 사람에 대한 생각), 사회적 현상(관계에 미치는 영향), 원인 및 해소 방법, 기능을 도출하였다. 삐침은 친구, 가족, 애인과 같은 가까운 대상과의 관계에서 발생한다. 대체로 사람들은 말을 하지 않음, 비꼬거나 툴툴거림. 시무룩하거나 냉담한 표정과 같이 간접적인 방식으로 삐쳤음을 표현한다. 마찬가지로 사람들은 표정 말투, 행동 및 태도, 말 안함 등으로 삐침을 알아채는 것으로 나타났다. 사람들은 삐쳤을 때 정서가 서운하고 섭섭하다, 화난다, 불쾌하다, 속상하다고 하였고, 삐친 사람을 보면 대체로 이유가 궁금하다, 풀어 줘야겠다, 소심하다는 생각이 든다고 응답하였다. 삐침이 관계에 주는 영향은 관계악화, 상호 이해의 계기, 상황에 따라 관계가 돈독해 질 수도 악화될 수도 있음 등으로 조사되었다. 특히, 삐침은 발생하는 상황으로 기대 좌절, 무시당함, 힘겨루기, 소외당함의 네 가지 유형으로 분류할 수 있었다. 아울러 삐침의 해소 방법은 내 마음 알아주기, 사과 및 잘못 인정, 직접적 행동 개선, 내버려두기, 물질적 보상 등으로 나타났다. 끝으로 삐침이 관심유도, 심정 공감받기, 간접 및 직접적 심정 표출, 관계개선 등의 기능을 하지만 심리적 에너지를 소모하거나 이미지 손상 또는 관계를 악화시킬 수도 있음이 밝혀졌다. 본 연구는 삐침이 관계 중심적 고 맥락 사회에서 마음을 주고받는 과정 속에 발생하는 문화 심리 기제임을 조명했다. 또한, 삐침은 한국적인 의사소통 방식을 보여주며, 관계의 손상을 방지하고 정서적 유대를 강화하는 기능을 담당하고 있음을 밝힌데 의의가 있다.

최근 로봇에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되면서 로봇이 움직이면서 필요한 거리정보를 얻기 위한 여러 가지 3D Sensing 알고리즘이 제시되었다. 그 중 하나인 HOC(hierarchical orthogonal code) 알고리즘 이용하면서 실시간성 및 모듈화를 위해 CIS(CMOS Image Sensor), FPGA 를 이용하여 구현 하였다.

Postmodern Origin of Narrative Therapy and Biblical Evaluation

For the past few decades, there has been a remarkable postmodern trend of narrative studies among academics. Originating from this trend, narrative therapy emphasizes the importance of narrative and language as main tools to organize human perception of oneself and the world. However some Christian counselors tend to be reluctant to utilize narrative therapy because of its rejection of God’s absolute truth. Nevertheless, a true Bible-focused counselor ought not overlook the significance of narrative therapy to Christianity, because the Bible is full of narratives that convey truth. Christianity is a religion of “narrative realism” that believes true narratives can communicate literal truth. This paper argues that narrative therapy, reinterpreted biblically, ought to be an important part of Christian soul care. Thus, this paper will examine first the concept, philosophical assumptions, modality, and goal of secular narrative therapy; second, how important narratives are in the Bible; and finally, how narrative therapy might be made compatible with Christianity despite Christian critiques concerning its secular versions.

한국에서 포털뉴스는 전통언론인 레거시 미디어(legacy media)와는 다른, 디지털기술을 기반으로 하는 새로운 뉴스플랫폼으로 주목받고 있다. 최근 포털뉴스 영향력이 강화함에 따라 포털뉴스가 민주주의에 미치는 영향력에 대한 논의도 확장되고 있다. 분석 결과, 현 단계 포털뉴스는 민주주의 공고화에 긍정적인 순기능도 있지만, 역기능도 동시에 나타나고 있다. 포털뉴스의 민주주의 순기능은 시민들의 커뮤니케이션 접근 기회 확대와 다원적인 시각의 공론장 형성, 사회적 약자를 대변하는 의제 부각 등이 있지만, 역기능으로 이념적 분극화와 지나친 포털뉴스 집중화로 인한 권력화, 알고리즘 추천의 문제점도 등장하고 있다. 이에 민주주의 공고화 차원에서 포털뉴스가 지닌 언론으로서의 역할과 표현의 자유를 보장하고, 부정적 역기능을 줄일 수 있는 사회적 합의와 제도적 대안을 모색할 필요가 있다.
