연구논문 : 표백방법에 따른 Slavich PFG-01 홀로그래피 회절격자의 회절효율 특성

본 연구에서는 은염 물질인 Slavich PFG-01을 사용하여 투과형 홀로그래피 회절격자를 제작하고, 고효율의 회절격자 제작을 위한 현상액의 조성 등과 같은 화학적 처리 과정의 조건들을 파악하고, 반전표백과 무정착 은염 재생성 표백에 의한 회절격자의 회절효율 특성에 대해 알아보았다. 현상액 AAC를 사용하여 반전표백에서 89.0%과 무정착 은염 재생성 표백에서 82.1%의 최대회절효율을 얻었으며, 무정착 은염 재생성 표백의 경우는 반전표백에 비해 높은 노출에너지가 필요함을 알 수 있었다. 기존의 홀로그래피 기록물질인 Agfa 8E75HD나 BB-640로 보고된 회절효율에 비해 더 높은 회절효율 얻을 수 있었으며, 기록물질 특성 차이로 인해 더 높은 노출에너지가 필요함을 알 수 있었다. 한 가지 현상 주약으로 이루어진 현상액에 비해 두가지 현상 주약을 혼합한 경우 더 높은 회절효율을 얻을 수 있었으며, 대체로 반전표백에 비해 무정착 은염 재생성 표백에서 높은 회절효율을 나타내었다. The characteristics of diffraction gratings, fabricated using Slavich PFG-01 plates as a holographic recording material, were investigated using various bleach techniques. The changes in diffraction efficiencies, under given development conditions, resulting from the use of a new reversal bleach and a new fixation free rehalogenating bleach are investigated. From the experimental results, it was found that the diffraction efficiencies are influenced by the composition of the developer, the reversal bleach and the fixation free rehalogenating bleach. In this study, the highest values of the maximum diffraction efficiency was obtained when PFG-01 plates were developed in AAC developers contained with 1-ascorbic acid 20 g/L and sodium carbonate 60 g/L, processed by a reversal bleach, as high as 89.0%. Moreover, the maximum diffraction efficiency of 82.1% was obtained when PFG-01 plates were processed by a fixation free rehalogenating bleach. In addition, higher diffraction efficiencies are yielded in the case of the revesal bleach than in the case of the fixation free rehalogenating bleach.

Experiments were performed to understand the performance of 200 kW Micro Channel Heat Exchanger (MCHE) manufactured by VPE (Vacuum Process Engineering. LTD, USA). Liquid nitrogen from a 50 ton tank was supplied to hot and cold sides of MCHE for the experiment. The liquid nitrogen was vaporized at an evaporator and going through water bath heater to increase the temperature to about 80 C for hot side. In the other hand, the liquid nitrogen was going through a pump to increase the pressure and maintain sub-cooled liquid state before being supplied to cold side of the MCHE. The flow rates were varied from 591 kg/h to 2195 kg/h and from 293 kg/h to 1625 kg/h for hot and cold side, respectively. In the experiment, heat transfer coefficients of phase changed nitrogen in cold side, and the pressure drops of the flow in hot and cold side in the MCHE.
덕트타입 히트펌프 시스템에 적용된 습식 전기집진기 개발

The present study has been conducted for the characteristics of wet electrostatic precipitator applied to duct type heat pump system. The wet electrostatic precipitator has been developed and tested under various conditions. The strength of wet electrostatic precipitator is its low pressure drop and particle absorption capability compared to mesh type mechanical filter system. The two characteristics – dust collecton efficiency and pressure drop - of wet electrostatic precipitator which is applied to duct type heat pump system was analyzed. Pressure drop in this system was very low compared with conventional mesh type system. Its dust collection efficiency was proportional to applied voltage to the ionizers and collection plates. It is expected that this wet electrostatic precipitator can be used to improve indoor air quality for high cleanliness.

본 연구에서는 고등학교 학생들의 변위전류에 대한 궁금증에서 출발하여 직류전압이 걸린 평행판 축전기에서 자기장과 축전기에 삽입한 토로이드 코일에 유도되는 유도전압에 관한 몇 가지 공식을 얻었다. 이 공식을 바탕으로 통상적인 실험조건에 맞는 컴퓨터 계산 결과, 자기장은 MBL 장치의 자기장센서로는 측정이 불가능한 매우 작은 값으로 나왔으나, 유도전압은 저항 R값에 크게 의존하지만 전압센서로 측정이 가능한 범위의 값으로 나타났다. 따라서 직류전원을 사용하여 평행판 축전기에서 변위전류를 확인하기 위해서는 적당한 토로이드 코일을 축전기에 삽입하여 이것에 유도되는 유도전압을 측정하는 방법이 유용하다. 덧붙여서, 직류전압을 평행판축전기에 인가하여 변위전류를 확인하고자 하는 실험에서는 저항 R값의 선택이 매우 중요한 실험변수가 된다. In this study, we derived several formulas for magnetic fields and induced voltages in a parallel plate capacitor biased by DC voltages. The computer simulation based on the derived formulas reveals that the magnetic fields due to the displacement current fall within the range of 10<sup>- 10</sup>T to 10<sup>- 9</sup>T and thence the experiment for the displacement current is not possible because the magnetic field sensor used in Data Logger could measure the magnetic fields of above 10<sup>- 5</sup>T range. Contrary to this, the computer simulation confirms that the induced voltages in a toroidal coil due to the displacement current range measurable values of 0.002∼0.021V. The results imply that the displacement current can be confirmed by measuring the induced voltages in a toroidal coil inserted into a parallel plate capacitor under DC biasing.
多層薄膜型 ZnS : Mn電場發光素子에 관한 硏究 Mn Thin Film Electroluminescence and it's Characteristics

The devices have an ITO-Y_2O_3-ZnS : Mn-Y_2O_3-Al structure with Y_2O_3 double insulating layers. The dependence of the emission characteristics and crystallinity of ZnS : Mn upon the fabrication parameters such as the Mn concentrations and substrate temperatures during the evaporation has been investigated. The highest brightness with 30fL at frequency of 1KHz and a pulse height of 200V was obtained. And then the peak of spectrun of PL and EL are 5850Å.
ZnS : DyF₃ 교류 박막 EL소자의 제작과 특성조사

EL device of which rare-earth floride DyF_3 doped in ZnS host is fabricated and measured its electric and optical characterics in our experiment. Its optical spectrum is depend on active layer and host, and the changes of the substrate te,perature during fulfilled deposition process is partcipated improving of crystallity of the active active layer. Annealing processes help removing the film distortion of active layer and improve the crystallity of internal of the grain. However, it may not affect the changes of the grain size. The enhamcement of crystallity resulted from the changes of the substrate temperature and the re-crystallization of luminance center be caused by annealing improved brightness and efficiency of EL device. Brightness of which device constructed in our experiment is 128cd/㎡ in 1KHz sinusoidal wave. And it emited whitish-yellow light which wavelength is 570㎚.

An Ac-type Plasma Display Panel (PDP) operating with Ne-Ar(0.1%) Penning mixture gas is fabicated. The characterics of the panel with electrodes covered with thin and thick dielectric layers are studied. The brightness of the Neon-orange light emitted by the panel measured as function of applied voltage and frequency. As an application, a graphic display system equipped with PDP showing still and moving pictures is made.
