虛血性心臟病에서 心機能을 反影하는 非觀血的인 指標의 比較檢討

허혈성심장병 13예에서 동시에 기록한 M형 심초음파도, 심전도, 심음도, 경동맥파 및 심첨박동도에서 구한 심기능을 반영하는 여러 지표들의 성적을 건강인 22예에서의 그것과 비교관찰하고 또한 허혈성심장병에서 이들 지표의 예민도, 특이도 및 추정정확도를 검토하였다. 심초음파도에서 계측한 좌심실내경이나 좌심실의 두께는 환자군에서 대조군보다 유의하게 커져 있었으나 이들로부터 유도된 FS, EF 및 Vcf는 양군 사이에 차이가 없었다. 그러나 IVI, EPSS, PEP/LVET 및 A/E-O비는 환자군에서 유의한 증가를 보였다. 그리고 허혈성심장병에서 심기능의 이상을 시사하는 이들 지표 가운데 예민도, 특이도 및 추정정확도가 높았던 것은 IVI, EPSS 및 PEP/LVET의 증가였고 그 가운데서도 IVI과 EPSS의 하나 또는 양자가 이상치를 나타내는 경우가 가장 예민한 지표임을 알 수 있었다. Comparison of various cardiographic paramenters reflecting left ventricular (LV) function was made in 13 cases of ischemic heart disease and 22 normals. The parameters studied were derived from simultaneously recorded M-mode echocardiograms, electrocardiograms, phonocardiograms and apexcardiograms or carotid arterial pulse tracings; and their sensitivity, specificity and predictive accuracy for the presense of the disease and associated LV dysfunction were also analyzed. The mean values of LV internal dimensions and wall thickness, isovolumic index(IVI), E point-septal separation (EPSS) and ratios of preejection period to left ventricular ejection time (PEP/LVET)and A/E-O were significantly increased in patinents with ischemic heart disease compared with those in the control. However, there were no significant differences in fractional shortening, ejection fraction and mean velocity of circumferential fiber shortening between two groups. The increase in IVI, EPSS and PEP/LVET were found to be high in sensitivity, specificity and predictive accurracy for the presense of the disease with LV dysfunction, and the sensitivity was even higher when either IVI or EPSS, or both were abnormal.

The zinc(II) complex, Zn(NCS)2(C3H4N2S)2, I, has been synthesized and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction, thermal analysis and infrared spectroscopy. The complex I crystallizes in the triclinic system, P1 space group with a = 7.587(1), b = 8.815(1), c = 12.432(2) Å, α = 75.584(8), β = 83.533(9), γ =68.686(8)o, V = 750.0(2) Å3, Z = 2, R1 = 0.036 and ωR2 = 0.101. The central Zn(II) atom has a tetrahedral coordination geometry, with the heterocyclic nitrogen atoms of 2-aminothiazole ligands and the nitrogen atoms of isothiocyanate ligands. The crystal structure is stabilized by one-dimensional networks of the intermolecular N-H…S hydrogen bonds between the amino group of 2-aminothiazole ligands and the sulfur atom of isothiocyanate ligands. Based on the results of thermal analysis, the thermal decomposition reaction of complex I was analyzed to have three distinctive stages such as the loss of 2-aminothiazole, the decomposition of isothiocyanate and the formation of metal oxide.

Ferrimagnetic Copper-Iron-Chromium Oxide CuFe<SUB>0.9</SUB>Cr<SUB>1.1</SUB>O₄ has been investigated over a temperature range from liquid nitrogen temperature upto Neel temperature using the Mossbauer technique. Its Neel temperature is found to be 355 K. Above the Neel temperature the quadrupole splitting is found to be 0.50 ㎜/s. On the other hand, all the electric quadrupole shift values are zero below the Neel temperature within experimental error. These seemingly contradictory phenomena have been explained by the model that the magnetic hyperfine field is randomly oriented with respect to the principal axes of the electric-field-gradient tensor.
