        가상현실을 이용한 가스플랜트의 VR Monitoring System 개발

        VR(Virtual reality) technologies have given engineers the ability to design, test, and evaluate engineering systems in a virtual environment. The virtual plant is the highlight of the application of the VR technology to plant engineering. Plant design, maintenance, control, management, operation are integrated in the virtual plant. The VR monitoring system including the concept of the virtual plant is developed to replace a current control room that has number of gages and warning lamps in two-dimensional panels which shows the operating status of a plant. The operating status of the plant is displayed in the VR monitoring system through the realistic computer graphics. Sophisticated, realistic and prompt control becomes possible. The VR monitoring system consists of advanced visualization, walk-through simulation and navigation. In the virtual environment, a user can navigate and interact with each component of a plant. In addition, the user can access the information by just clicking interesting component. The VR monitoring system is operated with various modules, such as (1) virtual plant constructed with Graphic Management System (GMS), (2) Touch & Tell System, and (3) Equipment DB System of Part. In order to confirm the usefulness of the VR monitoring system, a pilot gas plant which is currently being used for plant operator training is taken as application. The end of the paper gives an outlook on the future work and a brief conclusion.

        수학적 최적화기법을 이용한 결함인식 연구

        It has been established that a crack has an important effect on the dynamic behavior of a structure. This effect depends mainly on the location and depth of the crack. To identify the location and depth of a crack in a structure. Nikolakopoulos et. al. used the intersection point of the superposed contours that correspond to the eigenfrequency caused by the crack presence. However the intersecting point of the superposed contours is not only difficult to find but also incorrect to calculate. A method is presented in this paper which uses optimization technique for the location and depth of the crack. The basic idea is to find parameters which use the structural eigenfrequencies on crack depth and location and optimization algorithm. With finite element model of the structure to calculate eigenfrequencies, it is possible to formulate the inverse problem in optimization format. Method of optimization is augmented lagrange multiplier method and search direction method is BFGS variable metric method and one dimensional search method is polynomial interpolation.

        丹參의 methicillin 내성 황색포도구균에 대한 효과

        Objectives : Gram-positive bacteria have became increasing resistant to antibacterial agents, and hence multi-drug-resistant bacterial pathogens are now a major problem in clinical medicine. There is, therefore, a need for new antibacterial agents. In the course of our screening program for potent antibacterial agent from medicinal plants, the extract of Salvia miltiorrhiza (S. miltiorrhiza) showed antibacterial activity against methcillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) and antibiotic-resistant S. aureus. Methods : S. miltiorrhiza was extracted with 80$\%$ EtOH. The extract was suspended in H2O and fractionated successively with hexane chloroform, ethyl acetate, and n-buthanol. The chloroform fraction, which showed the highest antibacterial activity(MICs, 78㎍/ml) against MRSA, was chromatographed on a silica gel column and recycling prep-LC to give the pure antibacterial component. Results and Conclusions : The second fraction among the chloroform soluble portion of an aqueous EtOH extract of S. miltiorrhiza root showed outstanding antibacterial activity against MRSA and antibiotic-resistant S. aureus compared to the other fraction. An active compound was isolated from the second fraction using silica gel column chromatoraphy and recycling prep-LC. Based on these data together with the IH-, 13C-NMR, mass and mp, the active compounds were identified tanshinone Ⅰ, dehydrotanshinone Ⅰ and cryptotanshinone. Among tanshinones, cryptotanshinone and dihydrotanshinone Ⅰ MICs against MRSA and antibiotics-resistant S. aureus were 12.5, 12.5 and 6.3㎍/ml, respectively.

        가다머와 해석의 불확실성

        이 글의 주된 목적은 ‘신체화된 이해’(embodied understanding)의 본성과 구조에 대한 ‘체험주의’(experientialism)의 해명을 통해서 가다머 해석학의 중심적 논제인 해석의 불확실성이 내세운 이해의 역사성 제약이 이론적으로 요청된 것이며, 실제로 유용하지도 않다는 것을 드러내는 데 있다. 가다머는 이해라는 사건을 통해서 텍스트와 경험적 지식의 한계를 해석하며, 이러한 경험적 해석은 항상 미완결의 해석이다. 그것은 우리로 하여금 예측의 한계를 깨닫게 하며, 모든 경험적 계획은 우리를 불확실성으로 인도한다. 가다머는 해석의 불확실성 논제를 통해 전통적인 해석학이 추구했던 객관적 해석의 틀을 성공적으로 넘어선다. 하지만 해석의 불확실성 논제는 해석의 무제약적 분기라는 우려애 직면한다. 가다머는 이러한 난점을 벗어나기 위해 해석에 있어서 역사성의 제약을 주장한다. 역사성의 제약은 역사적 전통과 마주 대하는 존재의 상황이 결코 완결될 수 없다는 해석학적 상황에 대한 자각 때문에 요청된 개념이다. 하지만 이러한 완결 불가능성 때문에 요청된 역사성의 제약은 이론적으로 재구성된 요청일 뿐이며 무한히 열리는 해석에 대한 실제적인 지반이 될 수 없다. 체험주의의 해명에 따르면 우리의 모든 이해는 생물학적 유기체로서 우리의 신체화에 근거하고 있다. 우리의 이해는 신체적/물리적 층위에서 현저한 공공성을 드러내며, 그것이 우리가 경험적으로 의지할 수 있는 최대의 공공성이다. 이러한 의미에서 경험의 공공성은 우리의 이해와 경험을 제약하는 실제적 근거가 되며, 그것을 종적 공공성이라고 부를 수 있다. 이러한 체험주의적 시각에 따르면 다양한 해석적 변이의 실제적 제약은 이론적 요청에 의해서가 아니라 모든 해석의 지반을 이루고 있는 종적 공공성에 근거해서 이루어진다. The main aim of this paper is to show that Gadamer’s notion of historical constraint of interpretation is an unsuccessful theoretical postulation. Gadamer tries to present the limits of knowledge and interpretation in terms of his notion of uoderstanding as an event. According co Gadamer, interpretation is bound to be incomplete by nature, and this leads to the thesis of “the uncertainty of interpretation”. Although Gadamer seems to make his case successfully against the objective and ahistorical frame of interpretation, his thesis of the uncertainty of interpretation inevitably brings up the fear of nihilistic relativism. To meet this problem, Gadamer offers a constraint of hermeneutic situation, which is derived from the historicity underlying all forms of our existence. Nevertheless, the notion of historicity as the essence of human life does not seem to explain successfully how the actual content of an interpretation is constrained. Drawing on the experientialist notion of ‘the embodied understanding”, I suggest that the working constraint of interpretations can be appropriately found in the commonality of human experience which is conspicuous at the bodily and physical level of experience. In sum, interpretations, as part of mental and abstract level of experience, arise our of the bodily and physical level of experience, and at the same time strongly constrained by it.

        야국의 형태 및 자유라디칼 소거 물질에 관한 연구

        N/A Objectives : The purpose of the study is to enhance the objectivity and availability of the oriental herb medicine by formulating the morphological standard and isolation and structure elucidation of radical scavengers from Chrysanthemum indicum L. These intents are expected to be useful in the examination of several physiochemical and biological reactions, determination of indicator material, and identification of gene with basic sources in the future. Methods : In order to develop the standard formulas and isolation and structure elucidation of radical scavengers from Chrysanthemum indicum L., the experimental examinations of the original herbs have been carried out. The morphological standard was divided into 4 parts as plant · external · internal · powder shape. Three antioxidative compouds were isolated by a bioassay using a 1, 1-diphenyl-2-picrydrazyl(DPPH) free radical. They were identified as luteolin, apigenin and linarin (acacetin-7-O-rutinoside) on the basis of 1H and 13C-NMR and MS data. Results and Conclusions : 1. The plant shape : The color of the slender-hair in its stem is purple-black. The leaf is oval-orbicular shape and has the slender-hair in both sides and its petiole has pseudo-stipule. The entire diameter of flower is 2~2.5cm. The lingulate flower is yellow and the siphonoic flower is deep-yellow color. 2. The external shape of herb: It is a globular-like type, 2~3cm in diameter and brown-yellow to yellow color. The lingulate flower is yellow-white color haved one layer and the siphonoic flower is deep-yellow color. The external layer is oval-velvet and the internal layer is long-oval shape in the bracteole. 3. The internal shape of herb: The change of the petal is relatively large, the upper epidermal cell is irregular oval or sphere shape and the lower epidermal cell is regular sphere shape. The lower epidermal cell has occasionally trichomes or a few air pores. the mesophyll tissue has small thin-walled cells which are relatively dense, and the secretory tissue and reserve substances of the pipe type. The vascular bundle which has reticulate vessel is distributed near to lower epidermis cells. 4. The powder shape of herb: The color of the powder sample is yellow-brown. The fragments of parenchyma, vessel and the calcium oxalate crystal are observed. In the sample of maceration, the epidermal cell of petal is various, the epidermal cell of filament is many side shape. The parenchyma is mostly oval shape which occasionally concludes the calcium oxalate crystal. The vessel has uniforation plate at each edge, which is a spiral vessel, and the type of the pit of lateral wall is alternate shape 5. Isolation and Structure Elucidation of Radical Scavengers: The DPPH radical scavenging activity (RC_50: 13.3㎍) of apigenin was similar to that of α-tocopherol (12.1㎍) and L-ascobic acid (9.8㎍).

        대도시 스포츠 센터의 문화적 특성과 조직 효율성의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to verify the relationship between cultural characteristics and organizational effectiveness of the commercial sport organizations. More specially, this study aimed: (1) to analyze the effects of the socio-demographic variables on the cultural characteristics of the sport organizations, (2) to analyze the relative effects of the cultural characteristics on the organizational effectiveness. In order to achieve the purposes, the data were collected from 362 male/female employees who worked at the commercial sport organizations which were located in Seoul City. The statistical methods used for the analysis of this study were multiple classification analysis, n-way analysis of variance, and multiple regression analysis. The conclusions of this study were as follows: First, there were statistically significant differences between socio-demographic variables of the employees and cultural characteristics of the sport organization. That is, female, senior high school graduates, twenty years to twenty-five years old, one to three year job career, and fifteen million won to twenty million won salary variables were the effective variables on the cultural characteristics of the sport organization. Second, the scholastic career and the job career were the influential variables on the job satisfaction of the employees. Third, the employee-centered leadership behavior was the effective variable on the cultural characteristics of the sport organization. Fourth, the role culture, the human culture, and the power culture were the influential variables on the job satisfaction of the employees.
