몇 가지 천연식물 발효액의 제조 및 생리기능성

Three kinds of plant fermentation broths and one liquor were prepared using persimmon, Ulmus davidiana var. japonica and barley, and investigated its physiological functionality. Anti-aging antioxidants activity was the highest of 99% in Ulmus dacidiana bar. japonica liquor and also was high in the persimmon vinegar(68.3 %). SOD-like activity show also 80.6% in the Ulmus davidiana var japonica liquor however the other fermentation broths were less 25%. Antihypertensive angiotensin I-converting enzyme inhibitory activity and fibrinolytic activity were weak or not detected in all the fermentation broths. Anti-dementia acetylcholinesterase inhibitory activity were showed 54.7% in the Ulmus davidiana var. japonica liquor. Our results showed that the Ulmus davidana var. japonica liquor has the potential to become a new functional liquor because of high antioxidant activity and anti-dementia activity. 고부가가치를 가진 천연식물 발효음료를 개발하기 위하여 감과 보리, 백야초와 느릅나무 등을 이용하여 3종류의 발효액과 1종류의 침출주를 제조한 후 이들의 생리기능성을 조사하였다. 노화관련 생리기능성으로 항산화활성은 느릅나무 침출주에서 99%로 제일 높았고 감으로 제조한 감식초에서도 68.3%를 보였다. 또한 SOD 유사활성은 느릅나무 침출주에서 80.6%로 제일 높았으나 여타의 발효액에서는 25% 미만의 낮은 활성을 보였다. 심혈관질환관련 생리기능성으로 항고혈압성 안지오텐신 전환효소(ACE) 저해활성과 혈전용해활성은 모두 11% 이하의 낮은 활성을 나타내었고 항치매성 아세틸콜린 에스터레이즈(AChE) 저해활성은 느릅나무 침출주에서 54.7% 높았으나 여타의 시료에서는 10% 미만의 낮은 활성을 보였다. 이상의 결과들을 종합하여 볼 때 대체로 느릅나무 침출주가 강력한 항산화활성을 갖고 있고 SOD 유사활성과 AChE 저해활성도 우수하였으므로 고부가가치의 건강 주류로 산업화가 가능한 것으로 사료된다.

전통적인 코드 재사용과 비교해 볼 때 객체지향 모델은 풍부한 추상성으로 인해 다양한 단계의 재사용을 지원해 줄 있다. 이러한 잠재적인 이점을 살리기 위해 재사용 모델은 재사용의 주요 특성 중 하나인 각 추상 계층의 독립적인 이해가 가능하도록 하는 수단을 제공해야 한다. 본 논문은 각 추상 계층 간에 놓여 있는 개념적인 차이를 좁힐 수 있는 수단으로 구문 및 시멘틱 규칙, 제약 조건들을 정의하여 모델 구성에 적용한다. Comparing with traditional code reuse object-oriented models can provide various levels of reuse due to their richness of abstraction. To utilize its potential benefits the reusable model should provide a means of understanding at each level of abstraction which is believed to be one important feature for reuse. To bridge the conceptual gap between the levels of abstraction, this paper has imposed constraints and a set of syntactic and semantic rules on modeling processes.

북한 과학환상문학에 나타난 가족서사와 미국이라는 ‘무서운 아비’

본 논문의 목적은 북한 과학환상문학을 가족서사의 관점에서 북한과 미국의 의미를 정신분석학적으로 고찰하는 데 있다. 북한 과학환상문학은 북한과 미국을 각각 이상적인 아비와 무서운 아비라는 독립된 존재로 분리시키고 있다. 하지만 미국의 표상인 무서운 아비란 사실은 이상적 아비의 다른 얼굴이다. 이상적 아비란 위대한 아비이지만 실은 법을 제정하고 명령하는 폭군의 아비이기도 한 것이다. 하지만 작품 속 인물들은 무서운 아비의 살해를 통해 어미(조국)과의 주이상스가 가능하리라는 환상에 빠진다. 이를 위해 과학환상문학은 어미(조국)와 아들의 공모를 등장시켜 허구의 아비를 살해한다. 하지만 과학환상문학은 어미와의 즉각적인 주이상스를 허락하지 않는다. 대신 그것이 곧 도래할 것이라는 가능성과 기대를 증폭시킴으로써 유토피아를 향한 여정을 지속시킨다. 하지만 미국은 아버지의 법으로 상징화되지 않은 잔여처럼 출몰하여 세계의 질서에 균열을 내는 존재이기도 하다. 환상을 가리기 위한 기표가 도리어 환상을 드러내고 있는 것이다. The purpose of this paper is to study family romance in North Korea science fiction and psychoanalysis of the meaning of North Korea and the United States. North Korea’s science fiction books separate North Korea and the United States from ideal fathers and tyrant fathers respectively. But the tyrant father, a symbol of the United States, is actually an ideal father. The ideal father is a great man, but he is also the father of violence that establishes and directs the law. However, the characters in the work are fantasized that they will be able to enjoy their mother’s pleasure through the killing of their mother. To this end, a science fiction novel is about the murder of a fictional father by featuring a love affair between his mother and son. However, science fiction doesn’t allow for immediate pleasure with the mother. Instead, it continues its journey toward Utopia by amplifying the possibility and expectations that it will soon arrive. However, the U.S. appears to be an unrepresentative entity of its father’s law, creating a rift in society. A sign to mask the fantasy shows an ironic situation in which the illusion is exposed.

감성요소에 기반한 추상 CGI의 분류

CGI(Computer-generated Image) 기술은 이미지 생성을 자동화한다는 측면에서 디자이너에게 도움을 줄 수 있다. CGI를 활용하는 과정에서 두 가지 중요한 활동은 이미지의 제작과 관리이다. 다양성을 추구하는 디자이너에게 추상이미지의 자동 생성과 같은 기법은 자유로운 형태의 이미지 획득에 많은 도움을 줄 수 있다. 이와 더불어 중요한 이슈는 방대한 분량의 이미지를 적절한 메커니즘을 통해 관리하는 것이다. 추상이미지는 특성상 이미지에 대응하는 검색어 설정이 어려우며, 분류 역시 까다로운 문제로 남아있다. 본 논문은 디자이너에게 친숙한 조형 요소와 감성 요소를 분류와 표현의 정보로 이용함으로써 자동 생산된 추상 이미지를 효과적으로 분류하고 표현하는 방법을 제안한다. 추상이미지에 대한 적절한 분류와 표현은 이미지 데이타베이스 구축 및 검색에 있어 간결하고 효과적인 기술로 활용할 수 있으며 대규모 컨텐츠 관리에 도움을 줄 수 있다. The CGI(Computer-generated Image) techniques provide designers with an effective means of creating design artifacts in an automatic way. It has been pointed that two important activities while applying the CGI techniques are both image generation and managemental issues for the generated images. By applying automatic generation techniques for creation of images, designers can acquire benefits in that they can produce free style results in a simple way. Along with such benefits, it is also important for designer to identify and to establish well defined mechanisms for storing vast quantity of auto-generated CGIs. However, it is problematic to assign key-words and to classify abstract images mainly because they lack an analogy of the real world entities. This paper presents classification scheme for the abstract CGIs by applying classification and description criteria from the viewpoint of both design elements and emotional elements. Effective classification and specification can help designers build and retrieve desired images in an easy way, and make management process more simple and effective.

숭고의 수사학과 환멸의 기억

During the Korean War, in order to spread out anti-communism, firstly it was necessary to collect-superficiallysuppressive communist languages. To infuse strong anticommunism, communist languages that opposed anti-communist were required. The record of servicing in war, the record of refuge, the record of suffering, and the record of experiences, were produced in wartime, and composed of anti-communist text, were not different from ‘evidence’ at all. Therefore, there is a denominator between confession and evidence, and that is ‘to confess’. In anti-communist text, ‘making them a monster’ is a typical method to define North Korea as communist. Replacing communist with a monster fixes places for South and North Korea as a confrontational composition, such as a person vs a monster, normalcy and abnormality, reason and madness. That justifies themselves in murdering the same tribe. In addition, that is applied for a function to empathize and expand the superiority of South Korea.

본고의 목적은 김정은 시대 북한 과학환상문학에 나타난 전복적 상상력의 가능성을 고찰하는 데 있다. 북한의 문학은 체제의 의지를 재현하는 강력한 장치라는 이유로 변화를 기대하기 어려웠다. 하지만 북한의 과학환상문학은 변화의 기대를 가능케 했는데, 현실의 요구로부터 일정한 거리를 가질 수 있는 장르이기 때문이다. 연구대상인 『싸우는 지혜동산』는 이질적인 두 개의 서사가 공존하고 있는 텍스트이다. 기존의 루틴에 충실하는 서사와 루틴에 저항하는 서사가 충동하고 있기 때문이다. 이 작품은 하나의 강력한 권력에 의해 유지되는 세계를 다자의 공동체가 붕괴시키는 과정을 담고 있다. 특히 적대적 타자인 승냥이떼는 마치 거울효과처럼 오늘의 북한 체제(팔루스)를 떠올리게 한다. 반면 나머지 동물공동체는 일자에 의해 작동하는 체제를 거부하고 대신 그들 스스로 팔루스가 되는, 이른바 다자의 공동체를 상상한다. 따라서 마지막에 벌이는 승냥이떼와의 전쟁은 아버지의 법과 그를 거부하는 자식 간의 전쟁이다. 여기서 승냥이떼를 파멸시키는 사태는 제국주의에 대한 심판이 아니라 오히려 현 북한 체제를 향한 저항의 상상력으로 보인다. 결국 이 작품은 과학환상문학이라는 대타자의 환상을 이용해 저항의 상상을 꿈꾸고 있는 것이다. The purpose of this paper is to study the imagination of resistance in North Korean science fiction in the Kim Jong-un era. North Korean literature is a powerful device to reproduce the will of the system. So it is difficult to expect change. However, science fiction in North Korea gave hope for change. This is because writers have a certain distance from realistic demands. The subject of study, “The Fighting Wisdom Garden,” has two disparate narratives. This is because there is a conflict between a narrative faithful to the routine and a narrative resistant to the routine. This work is a story that several communities collapse a powerful power. In particular, the hostile group of wolves reminds us of the North Korean regime(Phallus) like a mirror effect. Other animal communities, on the other hand, reject the system operated by the one. Instead, they imagine the community of themselves becoming Phallus. Therefore, the final war with the wolf herd is the war between the father’s law and the child who rejects it. The scene of ruining the wolves is not a punishment for imperialism, but rather an imagination of resistance toward the current North Korean regime. After all, this work uses the illusion of science fiction to dream of imagination of resistance.
