        추간판탈출증 환자의 불면증상에 대한 우황청심원 투여로 호전된 증례 3례

        Objective: This study examined a case in which insomnia and pain due to herniated intervertebral disks were improved by treatment with an oriental herbal and the administration of Uhwangchungsim-won. Case Summary: Three patients with insomnia diagnosed with herniated intervertebral disks were treated with a series of Korean medical therapies, including the herbal medication Uhwangchungsim-won, acupuncture, herbal acupuncture, and physical therapy. We used the Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) to measure subjective sleep states and the European Quality of Life Five Dimensions (EQ-5d) Scale to evaluate the therapeutic effect. Following treatment, subjective sleep states and the overall scores for pain had improved. Conclusion: The results indicate that Korean medical therapies with Uhwangchungsim-won have beneficial effects on insomnia for patients with herniated intervertebral disks.

        지적장애 학생의 창의․인성교육에 대한 특수교사의 관심 및 운영 실태

        The purpose of this study is to grasp special education teachers’ concern and operation condition on creativity․personality education for students with intellectual disability. According to this, a questionnaire survey was conducted by selecting research subjects as 191 special education teachers who are instructing students with intellectual disability while working in Gwangju Metropolitan City. The results of this study were as follows. First, as a result of looking into perception, degree of concern and execution level of the creativity․personality education in special education teachers who instruct creativity․personality education for students with intellectual disability, the perception level tended to be relatively positive. Second, special education teachers were indicated to be executing with having a bigger concern in personal education out of the creativity․personality education. Finally, as for a difficulty in implementing the creativity․personality education for students with intellectual disability, the special education teachers were indicated to think that the biggest difficulty is thought to be mainly the lack of information such as the lack of supporting materials related to a teaching method or textbook development, the lack of information on a teaching method of creativity․personality education, the lack of establishing a concept and a value on creativity․personality education, and the lack of a opportunity for training related to creativity․personality education enough to be applied to students with intellectual disability. The findings, which were shown in this study, are aimed to offer basic data to a research of creativity․personality education for students with intellectual disability, which will be performed henceforth, and to contribute to vitalizing creativity․personality education for students with intellectual disability and developing relevant education materials and training. 본 연구는 지적장애 학생의 창의․인성교육에 대한 특수교사의 관심 및 운영 실태를 알아보고자광주광역시 특수교사 191명을 대상으로 한 조사연구이다. 연구 결과 첫째, 특수교사들의 창의․인성교육에 대한 인식의 정도는 비교적 긍정적인 편이었으나, 관심 정도와 실행 수준은 매우 낮은 초기의 단계에머물러 있었다. 둘째, 특수교사들은 인성교육에 더 큰 관심을 가지고 실행하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 특수교사들은 지적장애 학생의 창의․인성교육 실행에 있어서 교수 방법이나 교재 관련한 자료, 정보 및 연수 기회 부족 등을 가장 큰 어려움으로 생각하고 있었다. 따라서 각 관심 정도와 실행 수준을끌어올릴 수 있도록 현재 단계에 적합한 연수 기회 제공 등 다양한 지원 체계가 필요하다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 이루어질 지적장애 학생의 창의․인성교육 연구를 위한 기초 자료로서의 의의가 있을 것으로본다.

      • λ-Carrageenan의 전분입자 내 침투에 대한 침투조건의 영향 탐색

        주요 전분질 식품인 떡류, 빵류, 면류들 내의 호화된 전분들은 시간이 경과하면서 전분분자들 사이의 회합으로 수분이 손실되면서 노화가 진행된다. 따라서 본 연구는 전분의 노화를 지연 및 억제시킬 수 있는 전분-λ-carrageenan 혼합 소재를 개발하기 위해 전분입자 내의 λ-carrageenan의 침투률에 대한 전분입자의 개방 유무, 전분입자의 종류, λ-carrangeenan (λC)의 점도 및 농도, 온도, 시간 등의 영향을 조사하였다. λC 은 증류수와 희석된 HCl (2.5, 100, 500 mM)에 용해하였으며, 전분입자들(일반옥수수, 찰옥수수, 밀, 멥쌀, 찹쌀)은 pronase를 처리하였다. Pronase 처리 전분입자들과 λC 용액을 혼합하여 미리 결정된 온도와 시간 동안 진탕한 후 원심분리하여 상등액의 λC 의 농도를 methylene blue-λC complex 법에 따라 정량하였다. λC의 전분입자 내의 침투율은 초기 λC 용액 내 λC의 절대량과 원심분리 후 회수된 λC 용액 내 λC의 절대량의 차에 대한 초기 전분입자의 건조중량의 백분비율로 나타내었다. λC 의 가수분해 정도의 효과에 관하여, 500 mM HCl 에 용해시킨 λC 은 모든 전분입자들 내로 침투되었으며, 다른 농도의 HCl 용액에서 용해시킨 λC 은 찹쌀전분을 제외한 전분입자들 내부로 침투되지 않았다. λC 의 전분입자 내로 침투에 대한 온도의 영향은 25°C에서의 λC 의 침투률을 기준으로 35-55°C의 온도에서 조사하였을 때, λC 의 전분입자 내로의 침투는 온도가 증가하면서 감소하는 경향을 보였다. λC 의 용액 내에서 전분입자의 진탕을 30 및 60분 동안 하였을 때, λC 의 침투율은 유의적인 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 한편 100 mM HCl에서 용해된 λC 을 0.02, 0.05, 0.1, 0.2 및 0.4% (w/v)로 조절한 후 전분입자에 처리하였을 때, 0.05-0.4%의 범위에서 농도의존성이 관찰되지 않았다. 그러나 0.02% 농도의 용액을 사용하였을 때보다 더욱 높은 수준을 나타내었다. 모든 결과를 고려할 때, λC 의 전분입자 내의 침투는 전분입자의 미세구조의 개방 정도에 따라, λC 의 분자량이 작을수록, 진탕 온도가 상온과 유사할 때 용이해졌으며, 진탕 시간과 λC 용액의 농도는 침투률에 큰 영향을 미치지 않았다.

        특발성 혈소판 감소성 자반증의 중의치료에 대한 임상연구 동향- CNKI검색을 중심으로

        Objectives: The aim of this study was to analyze the latest clinical studies on Korean medicine treatment of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) in the Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) database. Methods: We searched the last 6 years of clinical studies discussing Oriental medicine-based treatments for ITP in the CNKI database. A meta-analysis of 13 RCTs was performed by synthesizing the outcomes, including the measured platelet count and total effective rate. The quality of the studies was assessed using Cochrane’s risk of bias (RoB) tool. RevMan 5.4.1 software was used for data analysis. Results: Of the 15 selected studies, 1 was a non-randomized controlled trial (nRCT), 2 were case series, and 12 were randomized controlled trials (RCTs). Treatments in all studies included oral herbal medicine. The most frequently used herbal decoction was the Liangxue Jiedu prescription (凉血解毒方), and the most commonly used herb was Agrimonia pilosa (仙鶴草), Astragali Radix (黃芪), Fossilia Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (甘草), and Rehmannia glutinosa Liboschitz ex Steudel (地黃). The meta-analysis showed significantly better improvement in platelet counts and total effective rate for ITP in the treatment group than in the control group. Conclusion: Treatment with herbal medicine was effective in treating ITP. However, the significance of this conclusion is somewhat limited due to the low quality of the available studies. Multifaceted and scientifically designed clinical studies are required to develop treatments for ITP based on Korean medicine. The results of this study could be used as basic data for further ITP studies.

        Evanescent-field Q-switched Yb:YAG Channel Waveguide Lasers with Single- and Double-pass Pumping

        A femtosecond-laser inscribed Yb:YAG surface channel waveguide (WG) laser with single-walled carbon nanotubes deposited on the top surface of the WG was passively Q-switched by evanescent field interaction. Q-switched operation of the 14-mm-long compact Yb:YAG WG laser was achieved near 1031 nm with two different pumping schemes (single- and double-pass pumping) with an output coupling transmission of 91%. The Q-switched pulse characteristics depending on the absorbed pump power were investigated for both pumping geometries and analyzed in detail based on theoretical modeling. The best performances (energy/pulse duration) for each configuration were 204.4 nJ/75 ns at a repetition rate of 1.87 MHz, and 201.1 nJ/81 ns at 1.75 MHz for single- and double-pass pumping, respectively.

Various forms of entrepreneurship education have been established centering on universities, and the scale of the entrepreneurship support programs of the government and the private sector has been increasing. Entrepreneurial education can enhance entrepreneurship and promote entrepreneurial intention. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of experience of entrepreneuship education and social awareness of entrepreneurship on entrepreneurial intention through entrepreneurship, focusing on women who were relatively alienated from entrepreneurial activities. This study will provide suggestions for women 's entrepreneurship in the future. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of entrepreneurship on entrepreneuship education and the social perception of entrepreneurship. As a result, we found that social awareness, entrepreneurship education, and entrepreneurship all had a significant influence on the intention of entrepreneurship. Positive social atmosphere for entrepreneurship induces interest in entrepreneurship education and forms a virtuous cycle structure that fosters entrepreneurship through entrepreneuship education. In addition, the introduction of diverse programs that encourage entrepreneurship should enhance the attractiveness of promising talent to enter the entrepreneurial market.

        동화책을 활용한 암시적·명시적 어휘 지도 방법이 초등학생의 어휘력 향상에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of implicit and explicit vocabulary teaching methods using English story books on EFL learners’ vocabulary enhancement. A total of 76 elementary students divided into two groups, each an implicit and explicit group, participated in this study for a period of 14 weeks. In the implicit group, either the teacher read or the students took turns reading English story books aloud, inferring unfamiliar vocabulary. After repeated readings and learning vocabulary through illustrations and context, students solved implicit vocabulary worksheets. The explicit group learned vocabulary extracted from English story books using flashcards, engaging in card-flipping activities with partners, and then solved explicit vocabulary worksheets. Post-vocabulary assessments and delayed vocabulary assessments were conducted after the experimental sessions, and the results were compared and analyzed. According to the results of the study, explicit vocabulary instruction had a greater impact on students’vocabulary enhancement than implicit instruction, indicating that explicit instruction was more effective in enhancing vocabulary than implicit instruction. The results also showed that implicit vocabulary instruction had a greater effect on students’long-term memory retention of vocabulary than explicit vocabulary instruction. It thus suggested that the implicit group’s long-term memory was more significantly maintained than that of the explicit group. Based on the findings of the study, several implications and applications were discussed.
