유리기저에 실크스크린 인쇄기법을 이용하여 투명전극형성용 유기점액인 ITO와 silver paste로써 투명전극 및 금속 전극을 형성하고 SiO 막을 입혀서 액정 매트릭스 표시기를 제작하였다. Rubbing technique로 액정분자를 유리기저에 평행으로 배열시키고, 액정의 동적산란현상을 이용하여 3:1 주소지정방식으로 한글, 알파벳, 숫자 등의 표시를 시도하였다. 제작된 6μm 두께의 표시기에 전압을 변화시키면서 그에 따른 응답파형을 관찰하였다. Liquid crystal matrix display is fabricated. ITO transparent electrode and silver paste metal electrode are coated on glad substrate using silk screen printing technique, and SiO is coated on the transparent electrode by evaporation. Liquid crystal molecules are aligled by rubbing technique and displays of Alphanumeric and Hangul are tried using the dynamic scattering effect and the 3: 1 selection method.

본 논문은 YTR servo계의 위상을 제어하는 위상제어용 집적회로의 설계및 제작에 대하여 기술한다. 6μm 설계법칙을 적용하여 설계하였으며 ?의 크기는 3.6×3.55mm²이다. SBC공정, analog-compatible I2L공정및 이중금속배선공정을 이용하여 집적회로를 제작하였다. 그 결과 D.C특성및 위상제어기능이 만족스러운 직접회로의 제작에 성공하였다. This paper describes the design and fabrication of an integrated circuit which controls the phase of VTR servo systems. The integrated circuit was designed using 6#m design rule and its chip size is 3.6$\times$3.55mm$^2$. On the other hand it was fabricated using SBC, analog-compatible 12 L and double layer metal fabrication process technology. As a result, we succeeded in fabrication of If which satisfied D. C. characteristics and phase control function.

This paper is a fundamental study on the influence on the properties of high peformance concrete by mineral admixture. According to the results, while the fluidity decreases with the increase of replacement ratio of silica fume, it increases with the increase of replacement ratio of the other mineral admixture. Air content shows decreasing tendency with the increase of replacement ratio of fly ash, and the compressive strength of FA-SF2 shows the highest score. And the drying shrinkage increases with the increase of replacement ratio of fly ash, but it does not show much difference with the increase of replacement ratio of blast furnace slag powder. The autogenous shrinkage increases with the increase of replacement ratio of blast furnace slag powder, silica fume, while it decrease with the increase of replacement ratio of fly ash or combination of fly ash and silica fume. Therefore, it is thought that the fluidity, the placeability and the strength will be improved and the crack caused by autogenous shrinkage will be reduced by use of fly ash and silica fume together when making the high performance concrete.
