The conventional ultrasonic nozzle produces a mist by applying an ultrasonic vibration into a non-flowering liquid. In this paper, we first present a novel designed nozzle type sprayer that is able to apply an ultrasonic vibration directly to the moving liquid and generate a mist instantly. For the novel nozzle, a ring-type actuator of the novel nozzle was designed and built using the PZW-PMN-PZT ceramics. This paper will describe a variety of physical, mechanical, and electrical characteristics of the ultrasonic nozzle. The characteristics of the mist particles was also measured as the amount of the outflow liquid was varied.
162 비트 Optimal Normal Basis상의 ECC Coprocessor의 구현

본 논문에서는 162bits의 Key Size를 가지고서도 RSA 1024bits의 암호학적 강도를 지니는 스마트카드용으로 적합한 ECC Coprocessor의 구현하고자 한다. ECC의 하드웨어 구현시의 적합성을 위해 162bit Optimal Normal Basis를 선택하였으며, Multiplication은 23 클록 사이클에 수행이 되도록 구현하였으며, Inversion은 Multiplication을 11번 사용하는 알고리즘을 선택하였다. 이때 한번의 점간의 덧셈 연산을 마치는데 331(335) 클록 사이클이 소요되며 클록의 최소주기는 3ns 이다. 또한 Area는 37,111를 기록했다.

In a SoC environment, asynchronous design techniques offer solutions for problems of synchronous design techniques. Asynchronous FIFOs have the advantages of easier interconnection methods and higher throughput than synchronous ones. Low latency and high throughput are two important standards in asynchronous FIFOs. We present low latency asynchronous FIFO in the paper, which optimizes GasP[6]. Pre-layout of HSPICE simulations of a 8-stage FIFO on 1-bit datapath using Anam's 0.25μm technology indicates 17% lower latency than GasP.
컴퓨터활용교육 : 국가연구개발사업 연구보안수준 평가모델 개발에 관한 연구

정부는 최근 연구개발 패러다임 변화에 따라 미래 성장잠재력 확충 및 국가경쟁력 제고를 위하여 선진기술을 모방하는 추격형 R&D에서 탈피하여 선도형 R&D로의 변환을 추진하고 있다. 이에 따라 국가연구 개발사업을 통한 기초·원천 연구분야 및 국가 중요핵심 기술에 대한 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있어 이에 대한 보안의 중요성이 부각되어 다양한 보안진단 및 평가가 시행되고 있다. 그러나 기존 연구보안수준평가는 보안관리 관점에서 도메인으로 분류하고 그에 따른 평가지표를 제시하여 연구자의 자율적인 연구 보안평가 시 한계점을 노출하였다. 이에 본 논문에서 연구관리 프로세스 관점으로 도메인을 설정한 후 그에 따른 연구보안 평가지표를 설계하여 연구보안 수준의 자가진단에 효과적으로 활용할 수 있는 평가모델을 제시하였다. Government promotes that the strategy of national R&D converts from catch-up R&D type to leading R&D type for the future growth and national competitiveness according to the recent paradigm shift in the research and development. So the many national researches about foundation, source and core technology are actively being made. As a result of these researches, the security has become an important part of success factor in R&D. And so various security diagnosis and evaluation is being conducted about national R&D program. Existing the research security evaluation models are classified domains in terms of security management and created evaluation indicators according to the domains. However the models are inappropriate in case of researchers doing self-diagnosis of research security. This paper set up the domains in aspect of research management and then proposed the evaluation indicator of research security according to the domains. The evaluation indicator model that is suggested can be utilized in self-diagnosis of research security effectively.

This study was carried out to provide fundamental data for prospective forest-road project and forest-road network arrangement through appraising existing forest-road network with density, extension distance, maximum yarding distance and yarding area, position of forest-road line considered above foundation of two theories, one is "theory of optimal forest-road density" which has expense for yarding cost and construction forest-road minimized, the other is "theory of optimal forest-road arrangement" which has investment effect maximized. The results are as follows. 1. In density and extension distance of the forest-road by site, it was showed up that density of existing forest-road is lower than that of calculated forest-road by site, it was showed up that density of existing forest-road is lower than that of calculated forest-road. So, it is thought that some additional forest-roads have to be constructed. 2. In the arrangement of the forest-road network by site, it was showed up that the arrangement of calculated forest-road is higher than that of existing forest-road arrangement for the forestry and yarding function. So, it is though that the arrangement of forest-road network have to be considered to maximize the investment effect. 3. In "mean maximum distance for yarding" and "mean area which yarding can be done" by horizontal and inclined distance, the existing forest-road networks were different from those of calculated forest-road network. So, calculated forest-road network making investment effect maximize is more effective than existing forest-road network. Hence, in prospective forest-road project, it is needed that forest-road network having "area which yarding can be done" maximized through considering function for yarding have to be constructed.
