        알킬이미다졸린과 지방산 카르바미드를 이용한 내구성 유연제의 제조에 관한 연구

        Dodecanoic acid와 tetraethylenepentamine을 반응시켜서 1, 2-disubstituted imidazoline을 얻었고, 이것을 양이온화시켜 유화형 1, 2-disubstituted imidazolinium salt를 합성하였다. 또한 docosanoic acid와 hydroxyethylethylenediamine을 반응시켜 중간생성물인 2-docosamido-2`-docosanoyloxydiethylamine을 얻었고, 다시 우레아와 반응시켜서 지방산 카르바미드를 얻었다. 이것을 역시 양이온화시켜 유화형 지방산카르바미드염을 합성하였다. 합성된 각종 염들을 블렌딩시켜 유연제를 제조한 후, 아크릴 섬유에 유연처리를 하여 유연성, 평활성 및 대전방지성을 측정한 결과, 유연성과 평활성이 양호하였고 약간의 대전방지성도 보유하였다. 또한 강연도시험과 pH변화에 따른 촉감의 내세탁성 시험결과를 통하여 제조된 유연제가 내구성 유연제임을 입증하였으며, SEM으로 유연처리된 아크릴 섬유의 표면구조를 관찰하였다. Some emulsified 1, 2-disubstituted imidazolinium salts were synthesized by quaternization of 1, 2-disubstituted imidazoline which had been prepared by the reaction of dodecanoic acid with tetraethylenepentamine. 2-Docosamido-2`-docosanoyloxydiethylamine was prepared by the reaction of docosanoic acid with hydroxylethylethylenediamine. Then, some emulsified fatty carbamide salts were also synthesized by quaternization of fatty carbamide which had been prepared by the reaction of urea with the 2-docosamido-2`-docosanoyloxydiethylamine. Some softners were prepared by blending of these salts mentioned above. These softners were treated on acrylic fiber, then several properties were measured. As the results, softening and lubricating properties are good, and a little antistatic property was observed. The synthesized softners were also proved as a durable softner by means of the several experiments : bending resistance test and measurements of feeling change with washing according to the pH changes. The surface structure of acrylic fibers treated with the softner were characterized by SEM.

        용제형 저기포성 정련제의 제조에 관한 연구

        2-Ethylhexylaminoethyl sulfate, Na-dioctyl sulfosuccinate, Newpol PP-2000, MJU-100, 에틸렌글리콜 및 유기용제 등을 블렌딩하여 저기포성 정련제(SLFS)를 제조하였다. SLFS로서 여러가지 물성시험을 해 본 결과, SLFS-2는 정련효과, 침투력, 유화력, 내알칼리성 등이 양호하였으며, 수질오염에 대한 영향이 크지 않았다. 또한 SLFS-2는 Ross & Miles법에 의한 거품생성 직후의 기포력이 포고 8mm로 나타났고, Ross & Clark법에 의한 기포력이 30℃에서는 포고 300mm이하로, 80℃에서는 15㎜를 각각 나타내어 양호한 저기포성 정련제임이 입증되었다. Low foaming scouring agents(SLFS) were prepared by blending of 2-ethylhexylaminoethyl sulfate, Na-dioctyl sulfosuccinate, Newpol PP-2000, MJU-100, ethylene glycol and organic solvent. As the results of several tests, SLFS-2 showed good scouring effect, penetrating ability, emulsifiability and anti-alkaline property, and showed not much water pollution. The foaming power of SLFS-2 measured by Ross & Miles method was 8mm foam height immediately after foaming. And the foaming power of SLFS-2 measured by Ross & Clark method were less than 300㎜ foam height at 30℃, and 15mm at 80℃. As a result, SLFS-2 was proved as a good low foaming scouring agent.

        알루미늄용 저기포성 산성탈지제의 제조와 그의 탈지효과

        Low foaming acidic degreasing agent(LFADAs) were prepared by blending sorbitol, n-octanoic acid, MJU-100A, Tetronix T-701, Na-dioctyl sulfosuccinate, Demol C, and phosphoric acid. The physical properties of LFADAs tested with aluminum specimen showed the following results ; when 3wt% LFADA-6 was performed at 70℃, the degreasing rate was 95% which is comparitively good, and the percentage of etching was 0.275% which was found to be less than that of commercialized product. When 20wt% of LFADA-6 was added at 65℃, the percentage of derusting was 92% and the good defoaming effect proved by following low foaming power tests respectively : Ross and Miles, and Ross and Clark methods.

        아크릴 공중합체와 지방산 카르바미드의 블렌딩에 의한 내구유연발수제의 제조에 관한 연구 - Ⅲ . 나일론 직물에의 발수가공 -

        내구유연발수제를 제조할 목적으로 전보에서 각각 합성한 poly(OMA-co-DAMA)[PODC], poly(DMA-co-DAMA)[PDDC], poly(EMA-co-DAMA)[PEDC] 각각의 양이온화물과 지방산 카르바미드의 양이온화물을, 왁스류 및 유화제들과 블렌드시켜 발수제 PODCW, PDDCW, PEDCW를 각각 제조하였다. 발수제 PODCW, PDOCW, PEDCW 각각을 나일론 태피터에 단독 및 수지병용으로 처리하여 내세탁성, 방추도, 인열강도 및 접촉각 등을 측정해 본 결과, 물성의 향상을 가져왔다. 그러나 발수도는 PODCW의 경우 90^- 정도로 사용가능하였으나, PDDCW화 PEDCW의 발수도는 저하되었다. 또한 발수제와 나일론 섬유와의 반응메카니즘을 추정하고 내세탁성 결과치를 검토한 결과 제조된 발수제가 내구성 발수제임을 입증하였으며, SEM으로 발수처리된 나일론 태피터의 표면구조를 관찰하였다. Durable softening water-repellenting agent such as PODCW, PDDCW and PEDCW were prepared by blending cationized compounds such as poly(OMA-co-DAMA)[PODC], poly(DMA-co-DAMA)[PDDC] and poly (EMA-co-DAMA)[PEDC], and cationized compound of fatty carbamide, of which synthetic methods were reported in the previous paper, wakes, and emulsifiers. The results of washability, crease recovery, tearing strength and contact angle of the nylon taffeta treated with PODCW, PDDCW and PEDCW with and without textile finishing resin, showed a remarkable improvement of the physical properties. Rating of water repellency of nylon taffeta treated with PODCW was 90^-, but those treated with PDDCW and PEDCW were not high enough to use in industry. From the results of the searching of reaction mechanism of nylon fiber with water-repellenting agent and washability of the fiber treated with water-repellenting agents, the prepared water-repellenting agent proved to be durable. Surface structures of nylon taffeta treated with water-repellenting agent were examined by SEM.

        Myristyl 지방족기를 함유하는 제4급 암모늄염에 의한 PET 섬유의 감량가공 효과

        MDABM and MDAEW, as a accelerating weight loss agents, were prepared by adding water to myristyldimethylbenzylammonium bromide(MDAB) and myristyldmethylethylammonium ethyl sulfate(MDAE) synthesized. As a result of weight loss finishing of the MDABW and MDAEW with NaOH on PET fiber, the ratio of weight loss of MDABW was very larger than that of MDAEW. This result showed that quaternary ammonium bromide had higher weight loss effect than quaternary ammonium sulfate, and the ratio of weight loss was greatly varied with the kind of quaternary ammonium salts used. In these conditions, proper treatment concentration, treatment time, and treatment bath ration were about 8g/l, 60~90min, and 40:1~50:1, respectively.

        내구유연발수제를 제조할 목적으로 전보에서 합성한 poly(OMA-co-DAMA)[PODC], poly(DMA-co-DAMA)[PDDC], poly(EMA-co-DAMA)[PEDC] 각각의 양이온화물, 본 실험에서 합성한 지방산 카르바미드의 양이온화물(ODTCC), 왁스류 및 유화제들을 블렌드시켜 발수제 PODCW, PDDCW, PEDCW를 각각 제조하였다. 발수제 PODCW, PDDCW, PEDCW 각각을 면직물에 단독 및 수지병용으로 처리하여 내세탁성, 인열강도, 방추도 및 접촉각 등을 측정해본 결과, 물성의 향상을 가져왔다. 그러나 발수도는 PODCW의 경우 80 정도로 사용 가능하였으나, PDDCW와 PEDCW의 발수도는 현저히 저하되었다. 제조된 발수제의 적정 열경화온도는 140℃, 적정 사용농도는 3wt%이었고, 사용된 발수제용 촉매 중 아세트산나트륨이 가장 좋았으며, 촉매의 사용농도는 0.6wt%가 적당하였다. 또한 발수제와 셀룰로오스 섬유화의 반응메카니즘을 규명하고 내세탁성 결과치를 검토한 결과, 제조된 발수제가 내구성 발수제임을 입증하였으며, SEM으로 발수처리된 면직물의 표면구조를 관찰하였다. Each of the three cationized compounds synthesized previously, poly(OMA-co-DAMA)[PODC], poly(DMA-co-DAMA) [PDDC] and poly(EMA-co-DAMA) [PEDC] was blended with waxes, emulsifiers and cationized fatty carbamide(ODTCC) synthesized in this study for the preparation of some durable softening water-repellenting agents, PODCW, PDDCW and PEDCW. The results of washability, tearing strength, crease recovery and contact angle of the cotton fabrics treated with PODCW, PDDCW and PEDCW with and without textile finishing resin, showed remarkable improvement of the physical properties. Rating of water repellency of cotton fabric treated with PODCW was 80, but those treated with PDDCW and PEDCW were not high enough to use in industry. Proper curing temperature of the synthesized water-repelleting agents was 140℃; proper using concentration was 3wt% ; sodium acetate was the best catalyst for water-repellenting agents among the used, and proper concentration was 0.6wt%. From the results of reaction mechanism of cellulosic fiber with water-repellenting agent and washability of the fibers treated with water-repellenting agents the prepared water-repellenting agent proved to be durable. Surface structures of cotton fabrics treated with water-repellenting agent were investigated by SEM.
