      • Silicon Carbide 형성에 관한 연구

        The method of synthesis for silicon carbide by means of clay and industrial waste sawdust involves process of turning clay and sawdust by utilizing ferrous powder or ferric sulpate then baked within electric furnacd(700℃) produced coke. And then to the sample which fturned into coke NH_3, N_2 and H_2 gas were supplied and melted it (1500℃) and synthesized silicon carbide of β-SiC and by comparing the ferrous powder and ferric sulfate being employed at this time the rate of yield in the course of reaction was observed.

        Polymerization of siloxane can be implemented by application of acid alkali as catalysis however according to amterials various methods should be searched. The study revealed that for the polymerization of siloxane application of dimethylsuloxide has more effectiveness than that of acid, alkali. The experimentation has been undertaken by transformation of density of sulfoxide according to number of mole of siloxane and then experiment on the extent of polymerization caused by changes of temperature and time.

        An experiment was made on an equilibrium mechanism of siloxane with a basic-catalyst of tetramethylammoniumhydroxide. In the equilibrium mechanism of siloxane, experiments were made on composition of reaction materials, mass ratio effect, effect of catalyst and equilibrium conditions resultant from reaction. Siloxanes used for these experiments were octamethylcyclotetra siloxane(D_4), hexamethyldisiolxane(MM), hexamethylcyclotrisiloxane(D_3), octamethyltrisiloxane(MDM) and decamethyltetrasiloxane(MD2M) etc. The reactions of siloxanes were diminishing in the order of D_4>MD_2M>MDM>MM.

      • Imide 단위를 포함하는 Polyamide의 합성과 열적 성질

        Imide 단위를 포함하는 diamine과 dicarboxylic acid 단량체들, N-(4-aminophenyl)-4-aminophthalimide(1), N-(4-carboxyphenyl)-4-carboxyphthalimide(2), N,N'-oxydiphenylenebis(4-aminophthalimide)(3) 및 N,N'-oxydiphenylenebis(4-carboxyphthalimide)(4)를 합성하였다. 위의 단량체들은 서로 축합하여 imide 단위가 교대된 poly(imide-amide)s를 합성하였으며 imide 단위를 포함하는 diamine 단량체들은 terephthaloyl chloride, isphthaloyl chloride와 축합하여 또다른 poly(imideamide)s를 합성하였다. 이렇게 합성된 중합체들은 NMP/LiCl 용액에 매우 잘 용해하였으나 그밖에 극성 반양자성 용매인 DMF, DMSO 및 DMAc 등에는 낮은 용해도를 보여주었다. 고유 점성도는 0.15-0.51 dL/g 이었으며 NMP/LiCl 용액으로부터 단단하지만 취성이 있는 고체막이 형성되었다. 중합체들의 유리전이온도 및 융점은 관찰되지 않았으나 400℃ 부근에서 서서히 분해가 시작되었으며, 중합체들은 500℃에서 82-93%의 잔사량을 나타내어 우수한 열적성질을 보여주었다. Diamine and dicarboxylic monomers with imide linkage, N-(4-aminophenyl)-4-aminophthalimide(1), N-(4-carboxyphenyl)-4-carboxyphthalimide (2), N,N'-oxydiphenylenebis (4-aminophthalimide)(3) and N,N'-oxydiphenylenebis (4-carboxyphthalimide) (4) were prepared, and poly(amide-imide)s with ease processing characteristics were prepared from the monomers, 1-4 and terephthaloyl chloride or isophthaloyl chloride. Intrinsic viscosity of polymers was 0.15-0.51 dL/g and brittle hare films were obtained by casting the NMP/LiCl polymer solution on to glass plate. The poly (amide-imide)s are easily solubiel in NMP/LiCl and also in polar aprotic solvents such as DMF, DMSO, NMP and DMAc at 80℃. These polymers showed no glass transition temperature and melting temperature in their DSC thermograms. All the polymers decomposed at around 400℃ and 500℃ in nitrogen and had 88∼93% residual weight at 500℃.

      • 외상후 발작의 위험인자에 대한 조사

        Risk Factors for Posttraumatic Seizure The authors evaluate the risk factors for posttraumatic seizures. this prospective study was performed in a series of 470 head injured patient from January 1996 to Decomber 1998. The patients who were dead within 1 week of injury or children from 3 years old and under were excluded. There were 358 male and 112 female with a mean age of 35.2±22.8 years (range, 4-88 years). The results were as follows : 1). Of the 470 patients, pasttraumatic seizure occurred in 48 patients(10.2%): early seizure in 28(6%) and late seizure in 20 patients(4.2%). 2). The clinical risk factors for posttraumatic seizure were poor consciousness at admission, presence of brainstem herniation signs, poor GCS score, and posttraumatic amnesia more than 24 hours after trauma(p<0.001). 3). The radiological risk factors for posttraumatic seizure were subdural hematoma(p<0.001), intracerebral hematoma (p<0.02), mutiple intracranial CT lesions(p<0.001), or delayed lesions on follow-up CT scans(p<0.001). the incidence of seizure increased according to the severity of diffuse brain lesion(p<0.001), and the seizure rate in mass lesion was higher than that in diffuse lesion(p<0.001). 5). Hypoxia and coagulopathy had a statistically significant influence on posttraumatic seizure(p<0.05). Hypoxia had a infuence on occurrence of late seizure(p<0.05). 6). The incidence of posttraumatic seizure signiticantly increased in surgical group compared with coservative group(p<0.001) and significantly increased in patient who underwent decompressive craniectomy compared with those who underwent craniotomy(p<0.001) 7). Preventive administration of antiepileptic drugs decreased the incidence of early seizure, but did not affect on the reduction of late seizure. 8). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed the subdural hematoma, GCS score, delayed lesion, and intracerebral hematoma in order of importance for seizure risk. in conclusion, the risk factors affecting on the occurrence of seizure were clinical status at admission, CT lesions, and severity of diffuse brain inJury. Considering that hypoxia affected on the late seizure, it is necessary to detect and treat it immediately after trauma. In addition, the patients who underwent decompressive craniectomy should be carefully followed to evaluate the risk of late seizure. Even though preventive administration of antiepileptic drugs had a tendency to decrease the incidence of early seizure, it is unclear whether administration of antiepileptic drugs can reduce the incidence of posttraumatic seizures. Prospective study will be needed in the selected patients.

        We attempted to clarify the effect of bilateral olfactory bulbectomy on catalepsy induced by haloperidol in rats. The incidence of catalepsy induced by haloperidol remarkably increased after lesion of olfactory bulb, which was significantly inhibited by L-5-hydroxytryptophan, L-DOPA, and ginseng's total saponin but reserpine and α-methyl-p-tyrosine were ineffective. The dopamine content of brain was significantly decreased by olfactory bulbectomy, but this result was reversed by ginseng's total saponin.

      • Siloxane-Epoxy(s) Copolymer合成에 관한 硏究

        Oligosiloxane prepared which has moleculae weight 900∼1,000 was prepared from O.M.C.S. and epoxy(S) resine was prepared from pisphenol(S) and epichlorohydrin. The siloxane-epoxy(S) copolymer was synthesized through the copolymerization of oligosiloxane and epoxy(S) resine under alkaline acetone solution at 50∼55℃ for 5 hours. Thermal properties of epoxy(S) resine and siloxane-epoxy(S) copolymer was measured by thermogravimetric analysis, copolymer with 8.2% silicon content had the higher degradation temperature 300℃ than epoxy(S) reine which degradation at 250℃.

        도로교통시설물 관리 하자와 법적 책임에 관한 연구 : 판례를 중심으로 Focus on the Judicial Precedent

        우리나라의 경우 외국과 달리 도로교통시설물의 설치·관리의 하자에 대한 책임에 대하여 도로이용자는 물론 도로관리자 양측 모두 소극적인 실정이다. 그러나 국민의 권리의식 향상 등으로 이와 관련된 행정책임 관련 소송은 급격히 증가될 것으로 예상된다 이와 같은 배경에서 본 연구는 도로교통시설물의 설치·관리의 하자에 관한 국내·외 판례를 탐색적 방법으로 조사·분석하여 하자(瑕疵)의 판단기준을 제시함으로써 도로이용자나 도로관리청 양측의 예측가능성을 높이고 책임한계를 명확히 하고 도로의 하자로 인한 교통사고를 예방함을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구에서는 여러 가지 한계 때문에 개별적인 도로교통시설물의 하자 유형별 그 판단기준을 도출하는 대신 모든 도로교통시설물의 하자가 가지고 있는 공통적인 하자판단 요소에 대해 판례를 중심으로 분석하였다. 구체적으로는 하자의 유형을 교통안전시설물, 노면관리, 도로의 결손, 공사구간, 갓길의 관리 등으로 나누어 각각의 판례를 조사하고 이를 종합하여 최소한의 하자 판단기준을 제시하였다. In our country, both road user and road manager are passive with respect to a duty for a certain defect in an installation and management of a road traffic facility, differently from other foreign countries. However, it is expected that an administration duty related suit will be sharply increased based on an enhancement of a right awareness of people. Therefore, it is an object of this research to search and analyze a local and foreign judicial precedent concerning any defects in an installation and management of a road traffic facility based on a search method and to increase a prediction possibility for both road user and road managing organ by suggesting a judgment reference with respect to any defects and to clarify a duty limit, for thereby preventing a certain traffic accident due to a defect in road. In this research, a judicial precedent is intensively analyzed with respect to a common defect judgment element of a defect of a road traffic facility, instead of extracting a type based judgment reference of a separate road traffic facility due to various limits. In detail, the judicial precedents are searched in such a manner that the types of the defects are divided into a traffic safety facility, a road surface management, a defect in a road, a construction period, and a management of side road, and a minimum defect judgment reference is suggested by integrating the above matters.

      • 토끼에서 근육주사시 입자 크기에 따른 amoxicillin의 비교 약물동태학

        To investigate the pharmacokinetic difference between the two amoxicillin (AMX) particles in rabbits after intramuscular injection (i.m.), both of AMX-S (particle size: 10 ㎍) and AMX-L (particle size: 100 ㎍) were injected into New Zealand White rabbits (1.2±0.3 ㎏) at a dose rate of 10 ㎎/㎏ of body weight. In this study, serum AMX concentrations were detected by microbiological assay with E. coli BE 1186 which shows high antibiotic sensitivity. After i.m. administration, AMX-S and AMX-L were best fitted as 1-compartment model with the absorption and elimination phase. The biological half-life (T_1/2, _k10) of AMX-S is 4.06±1.09 h and that of AMX-L 4.76±0.69 h. The serum maximal concentration time (T_max) of AMX-S and AMX-L were 0.88±0.17 h and 0.77±0.11 h, respectively. Maximal AMX concentration (C_max) (AMX-S: 5.71±0.62 ㎍/㎖, AMX-L: 5.04±0.25 ㎍/㎖) in serum showed a significant difference (p<0.05). In terms of bioequivalance, however, there was no difference between the two AMX's after i.m. injection in the basis of C_max and AUC.
