        국제교육과정(IBDP) 내 외국어로서 한국어 교육과정 특성 연구

        The proposal of this study is to analyze the aim and content of education through the lens of Korean Language Education as a Foreign Language in the course of International Baccalaureate Diploma Program(IBDP). Based on these results, we can further discuss the validity of Korean Education as a Foreign Language. The study examined the global direction and principle of IBDP which represents the high school course in the International Baccalaureate, particularly analyzing the aim and content of the foreign language acquisition part. Analysis results suggested that the set point of the start and end were too high. Contents of each part were different from the general foreign language acquisition. Concretely, the level of expression part was high and language usage that underline thinking power was much more supported than communication on the general situation. Consideration of these contents are important, although they lacked educational references which would actualize these guidelines in regards to teaching and learning. Further intensive discussion about the problems raised in this study is needed for further understanding.

        과도 안정도를 고려한 총 송전용량 평가

        본 논문은 기존의 총 송전용량 결정에 있어서 고려하기 어려웠던 과도 안정도 제약을 판별법을 적용하기 위해 2단계 계산 기법을 이용하여 보다 용이하게 적용하였다. 총 송전용량을 계산하기 위한 방법으로 첫 번째 단계에서는 RPF(Repeated Power Flow) 방법을 이용하여 전압과 열적한계를 판별하고, 두 번째 단계에서는 첫 번째 단계에서 결정된 총 송전용량이 시스템의 과도 안정도 조건의 위반여부를 판별하여 시스템의 총 송전용량을 결정하였다. This paper presents a method to assess total transfer capability(TTC) considering transient stability. TTC is limited not only by the violation of system voltage and thermal limits, but also restricted by transient stability limit, TTC calculation is divided into two processes. The frist step is to calculate TTC without considering the transient stability constraint by using repeated power flow(RPF) method. The second step is to perform transient stability analysis based on TTC calculation in the frist step.

        협대역 고출력 전자기파에 의한 CMOS IC의 전기적 특성 분석

        The changes in the electrical characteristics of CMOS ICs due to coupling with a narrow-band electromagnetic wave were analyzed in this study. A magnetron (3 kW, 2.45 GHz) was used as the narrow-band electromagnetic source. The DUT was a CMOS logic IC and the gate output was in the ON state. The malfunction of the ICs was confirmed by monitoring the variation of the gate output voltage. It was observed that malfunction (self-reset) and destruction of the ICs occurred as the electric field increased. To confirm the variation of electrical characteristics of the ICs due to the narrow-band electromagnetic wave, the pin-to-pin resistances (Vcc-GND, Vcc-Input1, Input1-GND) and input capacitance of the ICs were measured. The pin-to-pin resistances and input capacitance of the ICs before exposure to the narrow-band electromagnetic waves were $8.57M{\Omega}$ (Vcc-GND), $14.14M{\Omega}$ (Vcc-Input1), $18.24M{\Omega}$ (Input1-GND), and 5 pF (input capacitance). The ICs exposed to narrow-band electromagnetic waves showed mostly similar values, but some error values were observed, such as $2.5{\Omega}$, $50M{\Omega}$, or 71 pF. This is attributed to the breakdown of the pn junction when latch-up in CMOS occurred. In order to confirm surface damage of the ICs, the epoxy molding compound was removed and then studied with an optical microscope. In general, there was severe deterioration in the PCB trace. It is considered that the current density of the trace increased due to the electromagnetic wave, resulting in the deterioration of the trace. The results of this study can be applied as basic data for the analysis of the effect of narrow-band high-power electromagnetic waves on ICs.

        혼류임펠러를 갖는 관류형팬의 성능특성

        The performance of in-line duct fan depends on the design parameters of impeller and guide vane such as sweep back angle of impeller hub, guide vane angle etc. In this study four kinds of impellers having different sweep back angles, $0^{\circ}$, $17.5^{\circ}$, $35^{\circ}$, $52.5^{\circ}$ with 8 guide vanes, and different guide vane angles, $15^{\circ}$, $30^{\circ}$, $45^{\circ}$ were selected and their performance measured to investigate the effects of design parameters. The results show that both sweep back angle of impeller hub and the guide vane angle have large effect on the efficiency. Especially, it was found that the mixed flow impellers having sweep back angle between $17.5^{\circ}$ and $35^{\circ}$ gave good performances for in-line duct fan.

        협대역 고출력 전자기파로 인한 CMOS IC에서의 오동작 특성 연구

        This study examined the malfunction mode of the HCMOS IC under narrow-band high-power electromagnetic wave. Magnetron is used to a narrow-band electromagnetic source. MFR (malfunction failure rate) was measured to investigate the HCMOS IC. In addition, we measured the resistance between specific pins of ICs, which are exposed and not exposed to the electromagnetic wave, respectively. As a test result of measurement, malfunction mode is shown in three steps. Flicker mode causing a flicker in LED connected to output pin of IC is dominant in more than 7.96 kV/m electric field. Self-reset mode causing a voltage drop to the input and output of IC during electromagnetic wave radiation is dominant in more than 9.1 kV/m electric field. Power-reset mode making a IC remained malfunction after electromagnetic radiation is dominant in more than 20.89 kV/m. As a measurement result of pin-to-pin resistance of IC, the differences between IC exposed to electromagnetic wave and normal IC were minor. However, the five in two hundred IC show a relatively low resistance. This is considered to be the result of the breakdown of pn junction when latch-up in CMOS occurred. Based on the results, the susceptibility of HCMOS IC can be applied to a basic database to IC protection and impact analysis of narrow-band high-power electromagnetic waves.

        독도의 국가경관이미지 특성에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 독도가 대한민국 국민에게 특별한 의미를 갖는 지역이기 때문에,『국가경관이미지』를 갖고 있을 것이라는 가설을 증명하기 진행되었다. 이를 위해 내국인 대학생 51명과 외국인 대학생 44명을 대상으로 어의척도 설문조사를 실시하고 통계분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 내국인 남녀간에는 큰 차이는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 그렇지만 [독도전체 경관사진]에 대해서는 “상당히 혹은 매우 귀중하고 인상적인 동시에 신비롭고 상징적이다”라는 이미지를 갖고 있었다. 이것은 여타 국립공원의 자연경관에 대한 반응들에서는 찾아 볼 수 없는 독도 특유의 이미지들이다. 한편, 내국인과 외국인의 응답 결과는 모든 변수에서 큰 차이를 보였다. 특히 [독도전체 경관사진]에 대해서 몇몇 경관형용사들 [인상적이다(1.41), 신비롭다(1,25), 상징적이다(1.00), 귀중하다(0.98), 친근하다(0.95), 아름답다(0.93), 흥미롭다(0.85)]은 내외국인 응답자들간 뚜렷한 차를 보였다. 바위 이름 자체에 국가경관이미지와 관련된 이름을 가진 바위들[한반도바위(0.57)]와 [독립문바위(0.51)]에 대해서도 내외국인 응답에 상당한 차이를 발견할 수 있었다. 요인분석 결과 도출된 세 가지 주요 요인가운데 첫 번째 요인은 국가경관이미지, 두 번째 요인은 독도의 자연성, 세 번째 요인은 독도의 공간감으로 나타났다. 본 조사 연구는 제한된 시간과 여건 속에서 한정적 조사연구가 수행되었지만 추후 좀 더 전 국민을 대상으로 한 확대 연구가 필요하다. 또한 CVM(조건부 가치측정법)에 의한 독도의 경제적 가치 재평가는 조속한 시일 내에 다시 수행될 필요성이 있다. This study is conducted to prove a hypothesis that Dokdo Island has “National Landscape Image,” being a region with special meaning for Korean people. University students(51 Koreans and 44 foreigners) were surveyed on landscape images of Dokdo Island, and the statistical analysis of the survey responses was performed subsequently. The findings showed no substantial difference between the opinions of Korean men and women: Especially the photo of whole Dokdo was highly rated by Korean respondents as “considerably or very valuable and impressive, but also mysterious and symbolic at the same time.” These are unique images of Dokdo Island, which are not found in responses to natural landscape of other national parks. Meanwhile, there were significant contrasts between the responses of Koreans and foreigners in every variables. Some landscape adjectives used as semantic differential scale demonstrate remarkable differences between Korean and foreign respondents, particularly on the photo of whole Dokdo: impressive(1.41), mysterious(1.25), symbolic (1.00), valuable(0.98), intimate(0.95), beautiful(0.93), interesting(0.85). There were substantial differences in responses between Korean and foreigners on two rock islands, which have names related with some national image: The Korean Peninsula Rock(0.57) and Independence Gate Rock(0.51). Finally, three primary factors drawn from the factor analysis were (1) national landscape image, (2) natural characteristics of Dokdo Island, and (3) spatiality of Dokdo Island.

        제도적 측면에서 살펴본 도시농업의 현황과 과제

        This study presents the methods to improve the urban farming in Korea by analysing the current circumstances of urban farming in Korea. Specifically, the legal system in association with urban farming, current status of the act on the urban farming, the present situation of the Korean urban farming, and the comprehensive plans for urban farming have been analysed in order to grasp the present situations and seek for solutions. Based on these, the research provides effective supporting methods for sustainable urban farming in Korea. As a result, the essentials to improved urban farming can be summarized with two factors; securing more space for urban farming and improving the supporting system for the urban farmers. Enthusiastic attitudes of local governments, security of budget, and cooperation with the citizens are vital to expand the urban farming in addition to the institutional and systematic urban farming improving methods mentioned above.

        읽기 후 “세부 내용 파악하기” 활동에 대한 반응 양상 연구 -한국인 대학생과 외국인 대학생을 중심으로-

        A Study on the Aspects of Using Post-reading Activity Called ‘Identifying Specific Information’: Focusing on domestic undergraduate students and international undergraduate students. Bilingual Research 55, 83-109. The paper aimed to figure out the aspects of learners` reaction to the post-reading activity named as identifying specific information and it intended to find out educational implications which can be used in the real classroom. First of all, the study looked through the true value of teaching and learning post-reading activity called identifying specific information, which was considered as an undesirable activity in Korean language education. Secondly, the study examined different reaction patterns recognized between domestic undergraduate students and international undergraduate students in terms of identifying specific information. According to the result, domestic students usually recast and used different types of sentence to verify their understanding of reading passage. On the other hands, international students tended to retain sentence of original reading passage. As a result, the identifying specific information activity should be used after reading because it shows that learners are able to apply various strategies to recast new sentences. In addition, it is a similar activity with ‘paraphrasing’ in terms of producing new sentences. Therefore, various teaching methods related to the activity should be developed and it should be considered as a desirable activity which promotes learners` understanding and expression ability.(Korea University)

        집합투자기구의 공시제도 고찰

        집합투자기구는 1969년 8월에 「증권투자신탁업법」이 시행되면서 국내에 처음으로 도입되었다. 그 후 집합투자기구는 1998년 9월 「증권투자회사법」, 2004년 1월 「간접투자자산운용업법」, 그리고 2009년 2월 「자본시장과 금융투자업에 관한 법률」이 시행되면서 지금의 모습을 갖추게 되었다. 이에 따라 집합투자기구의 공시제도 역시 많은 발전이 있었다. 집합투자기구의 공시는 발행시장공시와 유통시장공시로 구분할 수 있는데, 본 논문에서는 유통시장공시 부분만 살펴보고자 한다. 우선 결론부터 언급하자면 현행 자본시장법상 집합투자기구에 대한 공시제도는 투자자를 보호한다는 명목으로 지나치게 많은 정보를 너무 다양한 공시방법을 통해 제공하도록 규정하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 공시제도가 그에 수반되는 비용에 비하여 효용성이 더 큰지는 의문이다. 직접투자의 반대개념으로 집합투자기구를 통한 투자를 간접투자라고 부르는 것은 시간이나 전문지식이 없는 투자자가 일정 수준의 보수를 지급하는 대신 전문자산운용기관에 자산운용을 위탁하기 위함이다. 그러나 수시공시만 보더라도 직접투자에 해당하는 상장법인에 대한 수시공시와 비교해 볼 때 집합투자기구의 공시항목은 매우 제한적으로 나열하고 있지만, 공시는 지나치게 다양한 방법으로 제공하도록 규정되어 있다. 그렇지만 투자자들이 집합투자기구의 공시에 대해 만족하는 것은 아니라고 보는 것이 일반적인 시장의 평가다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 다음과 같이 집합투자기구의 공시제도를 개선할 것을 제안한다. 첫째, 자산운용보고서는 영업보고서와 통합하되, 자산운용보고서 내용은 핵심내용 위주로 간소화하였으면 한다. 둘째, 자산보관·관리보고서의 경우 투자자에게 제공하는 대신 금융위원회에 제출토록 하고 필요시 결산기의 자산운용보고서에 첨부하여 투자자에게 교부하도록 한다. 셋째, 수시공시의 경우 공시항목은 증권·부동산·특별자산집합투자기구로 구분하여 규정하고 공시방법은 금융투자협회 공시 혹은 집합투자업자의 홈페이지 공시 수준으로 변경하였으면 한다. 마지막으로 결산서류 및 회계감사보고서는 각각 제출하도록 규정할 것이 아니라, 결산서류에 외부감사를 받은 집합투자기구를 포함하여 제출하도록 개정할 경우 중복 적용을 배제할 수 있다. 금융시장에서 집합투자업의 중요성이 커지고 있는 만큼 위에서 제안한 공시제도의 변경을 통해 집합투자기구의 유통시장 공시제도도 개선되고 이에 대한 투자자들의 만족도도 더 높아졌으면 한다. A Collective Investment Scheme (CIS) was initially introduced in Korea when the Securities Investment Trust Business Act enacted in August 1969. Afterwards, the CIS has further developed through the enactment of the Securities Investment Company Act in September 1998, and Indirect Investment Asset Management Business Act in January 2004, then the current Financial Investment Service and Capital Market Act(FSCMA) was introduced in February 2009. Post introduction of FSCMA, the disclosure management system on the CIS also made a significant development. Whilst the CIS disclosure requirements are composed of disclosure on primary markets and secondary market, this article mainly covers disclosure issue on secondary market for the CIS. At first, CIS disclosure system under the FSCMA requires excessive information to be disclosed in various disclosure methods in order to protect financial consumers. However, there is a concern whether the current CIS disclosure framework is better off in relations to such regulatory cost. Vice versa of direct investment, CIS investment is classified as indirect investment as investors would not likely to have either professional knowledge or time on investment. Thus, they entrust their investment to professional investment institutions with bearing management fees. In terms of ad hoc disclosure compared with general listed companies as a direct investment tool, while items required for disclosed information on CIS are very limited and disclosure methods are required to provide as diverse ways, market investors do not consider that they have an opportunity to get sufficient information. Accordingly, this article would like to propose as follows; First, asset management report needs to be combined with business report and contents in the asset management report would be better to be reduced with more concise and key information. Second, with respect to custodian report, it is better off submitting to Financial Service Commission rather than delivering to investors and if necessary, the report can be delivered to investors, attached with asset management report. Third, in case of ad hoc disclosure, disclosure items need to be classified as securities, real estate and special asset and disclosure methods need to be changed to upload at web-site on Korea Financial Investment Associate or post on asset manager"s home page. Finally, in relation to financial statements and external audit report, external audit report would be better off to be consolidated into financial statements. Since the asset management industry in the financial market is growing and becoming more important, the above proposed disclosure framework can be contributed to improve CIS disclosure framework on secondary market and it is desirable that investor"s satisfaction should be further increased.

        This study conducts the analysis targeting the Quinta monroy, planned by Alejandro aravena, in order to solve the problem of urbanization in Chile. For this, first, the Incremental housing which is his architectural concept is verified, and then the consideration of Monterrey, Villa verde, and Lo barnechea is performed. With the use of space syntax program such as Depth map and J–graph, the space structure is analyzed in the unit and layout planning, and then the conclusions are drawn.
