Streaming electrification on insulating paper and pressboard under D.C. and A.C. electric field was investigated by using paper tubes and oil circulation apparatus. At first, flowing of static charges as measured with no electric field. As the temperature of oil increased, the measured current curve hows peak. As the velocity increased, it shows increasing exponential curve. Then, we applied A.C. and D.C. electric field on paper tube and the current from relaxation tank to earth was measured, which other factors such as temperature and velocity were varied like case of no electric field. The ions in oil carry the charges. So electric field makes asymmetry effect, and electrophoretic effect on ions in oil. We find that as the electric field intensity increased, the charges which were made by electric double layer were increased. The charge vs. velocity curve made peak point at a velocity.

In this paper, we have investigated the effects of the environmental factors on Low Molecular Weight (LMW) silicone fluid contents existing in high temperature vulcanized (HTV) silicone rubber sample, using dipping method and contact angle, current measurement. Artificial treatments such as immersion in water, elevated temperature, UV irradiation and dry band arcing under salt-fog condition are selected as the environmental factors. This results will be helpful to investigate the degradation with time and to expect a life time, because the LMW silicone content, which is important to recovery the hydrophobicity of silicone rubber surface, show different results by each environmental factors.

본 워크숍은 다양한 질적 연구 방법론 중에서 문화기술지의 이론과 실제에 초점을 두고자 하였다. 이를 위해서 본 워크숍은 두가지 주요 부분으로 나누어 진행된다. 첫 번째, 질적 연구의 모체(母體)라 할 수 있는 문화기술지는 질적 연구의 시작과 함께 진행되어온 연구 방법론으로서, 지금까지 100여년이 넘는 동안 끊임없는 성찰을 거치면서 다양한 변화 과정을 겪어왔다. 심지어 지금까지도 그 형태가 미완의 존재로 남아 있다고 하고 있다(Denzin and Lincoln, 2005). 따라서 본 워크숍에서는 우선 질적 연구의 역사적 흐름을 간략히 소개 하고자 한다. 두 번째로 본 워크숍에서는 문화기술지의 전통적인 형태를 기초로 하여 실제 사례를 통해 전체 진행 과정을 소개하고자 한다. 이를 위해 특정 도서를 선택 제시하고 있는 전체 과정을 소개하고 실제 연구 진행 과정에서는 어떠한 형태로 적용되는지 다양한 자료를 예시하고자 한다.

Tracking is one of the biggist problems to be overcome in polymeric materials for outdoor insulators. But It can be decreased with the addition of filler such as alumina trihydrate (ATH). In this paper, the tracking of surface and evaluation of insulating ability at silicone rubber is investigated, using the salt fog test. At initial state, the peak leakage current and numbers by dry band arcing is increasing with increasing the filler level, but at aged state decreasing at high concentration filler samples. This is because the roughness of the surface may contribute to the increase in peak leakage cur-rent and numbers. As increasing the filler level, the insulating ability of materials is higher and weight loss is decreased. The mechanism of insulating failure is occurred by the erosion than the tracking and the erosion caused weight loss of 2 g.

Power transformer have many unsymmetrical structure and electric field is enhanced in that area. Those unsymmetrical area are not covered oftenly by solid insulating material which is used as a framework specially in gas transformer. By that result there is a possibility to decrease the total insulation class of the transformer. So in this study the electrical characteristic of $FC+SF_6$ mixture gas which is used as coolants for large power gas insulated transformer and its effects on electrical characteristics of structural material are investigated. Also breakdown characteristic with the tension of taping and curvature of the coil are studied which could be used as a design factor of large power transformer.
