This is a study on the risk assessment of drinking water using mutagenicity testing. The tests have been carried with the raw water, treated water, and drinking water (tap water) in Kwangju and Mokpo areas. The Ames preincubation test was carried concentrating samples using by Sep-Pak PLUS cartriges in Salmonella typhimurium TA100 and TA98. The samples were tested with several chemical water quality analysis. The THMs have not been measured in raw water, but measured treated water and tap water at a value of 7.135-12.473 $\mu$g/l. It was observed that the number of revertants colonies increased in treated water and tap water on TA100 without S9 and showed weak mutagenicity on TA98 without S9. Indirect mutation was not seen in TA100 and TA98 with S9. The results indicated that formed substances of treatment process s of water that increased mutagenicity.

This paper describes a robust model-based roll state estimator for application to the detection of impending vehicle rollover. The roll state estimator is based on a 2-D bicycle model and a roll model to estimate the maneuver-induced vehicle roll motion. The measurement signals are lateral acceleration, yaw rate, steering angle, and vehicle speed. Vehicle mass is adapted to obtain robust performance of the estimator. Computer simulation is conducted to evaluate the proposed roll state estimator by using a validated vehicle simulator. It is shown that the roll state estimator shows robust performance without exact vehicle mass information.

데이터사서의 직무와 역량에 관한 연구 - 미국 구인광고 분석을 이용하여 -

본 연구는 데이터사서의 주요 직무와 핵심 역량을 알아보기 위하여 75개의 미국 데이터사서 구인광고의 내용 분석을 수행하였고, 미국과 캐나다 현직 데이터사서를 대상으로 설문을 진행하여 105명의 응답을 수집 후 통계 분석을 진행하였다. 내용 분석과 통계 분석을 종합한 결과, 데이터사서의 주요 직무는 collaboration, workshops, trainings, conferences, data service, research consultation, 그리고 research support 관련 직무로 파악되었다. 핵심 역량은 communication skill, teaching, diversity, inclusion, and equality, data management, 그리고 data tool 관련 역량으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 가장 최신의 데이터를 이용하여 데이터사서의 주요 직무 및 핵심 역량을 분석하고 현직자의 의견을 수렴했다는 점에서 의의를 가진다. 이는 향후 이어질 데이터사서의 직무만족도, 이용자만족도, 인식조사에 기초연구로 이용될 수 있을 것이다. To identify key job duties and core competencies of data librarians, this study conducted content analyses of 75 U.S. job advertisements of data librarians and statistical analyses of 105 responses from incumbent data librarians. As a result, the key job duties identified are jobs related to collaboration, workshops, trainings, conferences, data service, research consultation, and research support. Core competencies identified are communication skills, teaching, diversity, inclusion, and equality, data management, and data tool. This study is significant in that it analyzed the key duties and core competencies of the data librarians using the most up-to-date data and opinions collected from incumbent people. It can be a basis for future study such as on job satisfaction, user satisfaction, and perception surveys for data librarians.

인간이라면 누구든지 인간으로서 태어나고 죽음을 맞이하는 시간까지, 탄생과 죽음에 대한 선택권을 갖지 못한다. 그러하기에 주어진 대로 삶을 받아들이며 그 생을 보내다가 누구도 예외 없이 극복할 수 없는 삶의 제한인 죽음이라는 한 순간을 맞게 된다. 그런데 인간의 잠재된 불안(두려움) 가운데 분명히 삶의 모습으로 나타나게 되면서도 일상의 삶 속에서 스스로 망각해 인식하려고 하는 것이 이 죽음이라는 부분일 것이다. 사후의 삶도 명확히 알 수 없기에 죽음을 앞둔 자 이상으로 이를 뚜렷이 캐내려는 자도 드물다. 단순히 이에 대한 앎의 추구가 현재로는 시급하지 않다는 식으로 또는 덮여 질 수밖에 없는 무의미의 것이라 인식되어지는 듯 하다. 그러나 길어야 100여 년을 살다 죽는 목숨을 가진 인간은 죽음 후에 되어질 자신들의 미래를 필히 궁금해하지 않을 수 없다. 필자 또한 그러한 한 존재로, 내 삶의 마지막 단계인 죽음 그리고 사후세계에 대한 궁금증은 필자에게도 반드시 풀어야 할 과제가 되어온 것이다. 그렇다면 이러한 궁극적인 문제를 풀기 위해, 이러한 문제를 다루고 있는 종교들의 내세관을 살펴보지 않을 수 없다. 물론 사후세계에 대한 질문은 처음부터 보이지 않는 것을 보려고 하는 헛된 욕심의 과정일 수도 있다. 그러나 필자는 과학에서도 답하지 못하는 죽은 이후의 세계와 그 삶을 종교들의 답을 통해 그 의미를 고찰해 보고자 한다. 물론 필자의 주제를 가장 정확히 다룰 수 있는 방법은 필자 자신이 생을 마감해 이후의 삶을 체험해 보는 것이겠지만, 본 논문에서는 이슬람과 통일교 내세관을 비교고찰을 통해 내세에 대한 어느 정도의 객관화되고 체계화된 사실들을 찾아 낼 수 있으리라 본다. 앞서 짚고 넘어 갈 것은 이러한 내세관들이 절대 진리라고 표현되는 것이 중점이 아니라는 것이며 각각의 죽음과 내세에 대한 관을 통해서 이승에서의 삶을 살아나가고 있는 우리가 이들을 인정했을 때, 그렇다면 우리는 무엇을 고려해야 할 것이며 어떠한 방식으로 살아나갈 것인지에 대한 물음을 다루려 하는 것이다. 우리는 안일하게도 천년, 만년 살 것처럼 우리의 삶들을 살아나가곤 한다. 하지만 어느 순간, 그것이 인간이라면 누구든지 극복할 수 없는 것이라는 깨닫게 되고 정작 우리가 향하는 마지막이 어디인지, 어떤 곳인지 물어볼게 된다. 본 논문은 이러한 궁금증으로부터 시작되었다. 할 수 있다. 그래서 본 연구에서는 이슬람교와 통일교에서 말하는 내세관에 대한 주장을 비교 고찰 해 봄으로써 궁극적 질문의 하나인 죽음의 이해와 인간 사후 세계에 대한 궁금증을 풀이 나갈 것이며, 나아가 사후 전 지상 삶의 바람직 한 모습을 강구해 보고자하며 마지막으로 내세를 전재로 한 우리의 삶에 자세를 성찰해 보고자 한다. Augmentation of CHF (critical heat flux) by ultrasonic was experimentally studied under subcooling pool boiling condition. Experiment was carried out on a downward-facing plate with and without the ultrasonic. The working fluid was distilled water. Experimental apparatus was composed of a bath, power supply, test section, ultrasonic generator, and DAQ system. Experiment was performed at the subcooling temperature of 5℃, 20℃, 40℃ with the plate at the inclined angles of 0°, 10°, 20°, 45°, 90°. From the experimental results, it was found that ultrasonic effect enhanced CHF in the downward-facing plate. As the degree of subcooling increased, the rate of CHF was enhanced. As the inclined angle increased, the rate of CHF decreased. The heat transfer mechanism of CHF augmentation was found to be closely connected with the dynamic behavior of bubble generation and departure.

EU의 기후 변화 대응과 한국의 무역전략 -EU의 자동차산업을 중심으로

Global warming caused by the rapid increase in carbon emissions has deepened the problem of climate change. The EU is a country that is actively responding to climate change around the world. The EU's efforts, including ongoing legislation and budget increases, the introduction of ETS, the European Green Deal, the European Climate Act, and the target of at least 55% reduction over 1990, make the EU a leader in the international community on environmental issues, especially climate change. The study aims to explore Europe's response to climate change and Korea's trade strategy, focusing on the EU's automobile industry. Based on EU's climate change countermeasures, the current status of the automobile industry was analyzed by dividing it into the EU and Korea. Finally, Korea's trade strategy was presented with a strategy to convert to electric vehicles, a strategy to introduce battery swapping systems in Korea, and a strategy to establish stable supply chains of core minerals. The purpose of this study is to help solve the problems facing the Korean automobile industry in response to climate change in Europe and to establish a sustainable development strategy.
