과학기술위성 3호는 우리 은하계의 근적외선 관측, 우주 배경복사 관측 및 지구 지표면의 적외선 영상 획득을 임무로 하는 우주관측용 적외선카메라와 지구 지표면의 적외선 영상 획득을 임무로 하는 지구관측용 적외선카메라 그리고 한반도 지역의 다중 스펙트럼 영상을 획득함으로써 대기관측 및 환경감시의 임무를 가지는 소형분광영상카메라를 장착한 우주 및 지구과학 연구용 위성이다. 2007년 개발을 시작하여 시험인증모델(EQM, Engineering & Qualification Model) 개발과 열구조모델 (STM, Structure and Thermal Model)을 개발 완료하였고, 2012년 하반기에 발사를 앞두고 2010년 비행모델 유닛들이 납품되기 시작하여 위성체 시스템 레벨에서의 조립 및 시험을 진행하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 조립 및 기능시험 완료후 시스템 레벨에서의 진동 시험, 열진공 시험 및 무게특성 시험등 환경시험의 종류, 목적 그리고 검증 결과를 발표하고자 하며, 아울러 발사장에서 수행된 열구조모델에 대한 환경시험 결과를 발표하고자 한다.

한국산 잡견에서 Yohimbine이 Medetomidine 진정에 미치는 영향

This study was carried out to evaluate the effects of yohimbine on medetomidine sedation. Twenty dogs were sedated with medetomidine(0.04mg/kg, IM). Twen쇼 minutes after the injection, ten dogs were injected with saline(0.1mg/, IV)for the control group and the others were injected wi yohimbine(0.1mg/kg, IV)for the experimental group. Onset, recovery time, respiratory rate, body temperature, blood chemistry, electrocardiogram(ECG) finding were recorded. The results obtained were summarized as follows; 1. Onset of the sedation was fast and favorable. 2. Recovery time was shorted significantly by yohimbine treatment(p<0.01). 3. Respiratory rates were decreased significantly, but increased to normal level after the yohimblne treatment(p<0.01). 4. Heart rates were decreased significantly; but increased to normal level after the yohimbine treatment(p<0.01). 5. Body temperatures of dogs in the experimental group revealed higher level than those of control group(p<0.01). 6. Arrythmias were observed in both groups but relieved to normal after the yohimbine treatment. 7. Blood chemistry values were not changed significantly by medetomidine and yohimbine treatment. 8. These results showed that yohimbine is an excellent antagonist of medetomidine.

물고기 이름 유래담의 내포적 의미 고찰 -인물 관련 유래담을 대상으로-

세상 만물에는 그에 알맞은 이름이 존재한다. 물고기도 각기 이름이 있고, 그 이름은 나름대로 의미를 가지고 있다. 물고기 이름은 한자로 기록되어 전해져 왔다. 한자는 한국어 표기에 적합한 문자가 아니기에 어원을 밝히는 것은 상당히 어려운 일이다. 그런데 물고기 이름이 시작된 유래를 보여주는 설화가 있어 주목된다. 본 글에서는 특정 인물의 성씨나 이름에서 유래된 물고기들의 이름 유래담과 특정 인물과 관련된 사건으로 인해 본래의 이름 외에 또 다른 이름을 얻게 된 물고기 이름 유래담을 살펴보았다. 특정 인물의 성씨나 이름에서 유래된 유래담은 이름 없는 물고기에 이름을 붙여주는 과정을 설명하고 있다. 이 과정에는 물고기가 잘 잡히는 지역과 물고기와 관련된 특정 인물이 등장하게 되고, 이 인물의 이름에 근거하여 물고기의 이름이 유래된다. 특정 인물과 관련된 사건으로 인해 본래의 이름 외에 또 다른 이름을 얻게 된 유래담에서는 물고기와 관련된 인물과 그 인물이 처한 상황이 제시된다. 그러면서 물고기와 관련된 사건들이 나열되고, 기존 이름에 새로운 이름이 생겨나는 과정이 설명된다. 이러한 유래담에서 물고기와 관련된 특정 지역을 강조하고 있다는 점이 중요하다. 특정 지역이 강조되거나 특정 지역을 강조함으로써 그 지역의 특산품 혹은 토속품(음식)으로 인식되거나 인식시키고 있기 때문이다. 또한 본래의 이름 외에 다른 이름 즉, 이명(異名)이 붙여줌으로써 나름대로의 의미화를 시도하기도 한다. 여기에는 설화를 전승하는 특정 지역 전승집단들의 문화적 의미를 담고 있다. 즉 여러 지역에서 산출되는 물고기가 특정 지역의 특산품으로 인식되기 위한 일정한 의미화 과정을 거치게 되고, 이러한 것들이 또 다른 이름으로 이미지화 되는 것이다. However, since Hanja is not a suitable character for Korean writing, it is very difficult to identify the root of Korean. By the way there is a story that shows the origin of the fish name. In this Research, I looked at the name of the fish that came from the name of a certain person, and the name of the fish that got another name in addition to the original name due to events related to a specific person. The name of the fish, derived from the surname or name of a particular person, describes the process of naming an unnamed fish. In this process, certain characters related to the fish-friendly area and fish appear, and the name of the fish is derived from the name of this person. In addition to the original name due to an incident related to a specific person, another name is given in the literature. The person related to the fish and the situation in which the person is present are presented. It then lists the events related to the fish and explains the process by which the new name comes into existence. It is important to emphasize specific areas related to fish in these derivation tale. This is because a specific area is emphasized or emphasized on a specific area, thereby recognizing or recognizing it as a local specialty or a local product (food). It also attempts to signify by giving it a name other than its original name. It contains the cultural meaning of tradition groups. In other words, fish from various regions are subjected to a semantic process to be recognized as a special food in a certain area. These things are imaged with another name.

소형선박용 팽창식 구명뗏목(Inflatable life raft) 개발

일반논문 : 전통 소금 생산 전시 시설의 운용 -"하의 소금전시관"을 대상으로-

인간이 자연에 적응해가면서 만들어낸 다양한 지역 문화는 그 모습을 달리하면서 독특한 문화자원으로 자리메김하고 있다. 하의도에는 전통 소금 생산 방법인 화염 제조법을 전승·보존하면서 직접 체험할 수 있도록 화염 제조 건물과 염판 등을 옛 모습 그대로 복원한 공간을 운영하고 있다. 하의 소금전시관은 하의도의 독특한 지역 문화인 화염을 콘텐츠로 삼고 있다는 점, 고(故) 김대중 대통령 생가 옆에 위치하고 있어 관람객의 접근성이 용의하다는 점, 천일염을 생산하는 염전과 인접해 있다는 점 등의 장점을 가지고 있다. 반면에 육지에서의 접근성이 떨어지며, 소금전시관을 전문적으로 운영할 인력이 없고, 전시형태도 단순한 보여주기식에 그치고 있는 문제점도 안고 있다. 이러한 점을 고려하여 인간과 인간, 인간과 시간, 인간과 공간이라는 측면을 통해 소금전시관 운용 방안을 제시해 보았다. 인간과 인간과의 관계 측면에서는 지역문화를 만들어낸 사람들이 전시에 참여할 필요가 있다는 점과 지역 공동체 문화를 공유하려는 사람들을 위한 체험 프로그램 운영의 필요성을 들었다. 다음으로 인간과 시간과의 관계를 고려하여 전통 소금을 생산 했던 주민들의 생애사를 전시에 활용하고, 이를 스토리텔링으로 만들어야 한다는 점, 그리고 지금의 소금 생산 방법인 천일염에 대해서도 주목해 보아야 한다는 점을 들었다. 인간과 공간의 관계 측면에서는 연계 관광을 염두해 두고 하의도에 남아 있는 역사적인 유적지와, 민속자원, 그리고 천연자원들을 아우르는 관광 프로그램개발을 제시하였다. 결국 지역의 문화를 다른 사람들에게 보여주기 위한 전시물을 운용하기 위해서는 단순히 건물과 전시물을 통한 지식 전달 외에도 문화자원에 대한 직·간접 체험을 통해 문화를 공유하는 기회를 제공하여야 한다. 이러한 기회 제공에는 지역문화를 만들었던 문화공체의 주체인 사람과 시간, 그리고 공간이라는 복합적인 문화현상을 이해하고 이를 전시에 활용하여야 할 것이다 Diverse local culture that people have accumulated while getting used to nature is becoming a unique cultural resources with diverse features. Haui island runs a marine culture experience park that exhibits an old factory building and salt making panels where traditional salt making method is transmitted and preserved, and where people can experience the manufacturing process. Haui salt exhibition center has many attractive factors: salt production is its content, which is Haui island`s specialized cultural tradition; the center is located near to the birth place of the late President Kim Dae Jung that makes it easier to access; and it has sun-dried salt field as well. On the other hand, it is less accessible from the mainland, has no specialized staff to run the exhibition center, and thus is easy to be a mere display. With these things in mind, this study attempts to suggest a deployment plan with the concepts of "people to people", "people to time", and "people to space". As to "people to people" relations, it is essential for the local people to take part in the exhibition as they are the one who made the culture, and recommended to plan an experience program to share a local community culture. And considering the relation between "people to time", it is good to make use of a biographical history in the exhibition that can be revised as a story telling, and sun-dried salt also needs attention. From the perspective of "people to space", a development of liaison tour program linking it with other historic monuments, cultural assets and natural assets in Haui island is suggested. After all, in running a exhibition center, it should go beyond a simple transmission of knowledge through a building or exhibition items, providing people with a chance to share culture through direct and indirect experiences. The exhibition must understand and reflect the fact that this local culture has an output of complex cultural phenomenon in which people, time and space are the subjects of the cultural community.
