건칠계복정으로 치료한 임상적 진행성 폐암 환자 1례

Objective : This case report presents the effects of Gunchilgyebok-Jung to a patient who was clinically diagnosed with advanced lung cancer. Methods : The study involved a 74-year-old male patient clinically diagnosed with advanced (stage III) lung cancer by chest computed tomography (CT) and positron emission tomography. The patient had two masses (11.32 mm and $23.03mm{\times}35.34mm$) in the right upper lobe of the lung and in the mediastinum respectively. Gunchilgyebok-Jung commonly used for its anti-tumor and anti-inflammatory effect is composed of Rhus verniciflua stokes and Guizhifuling wan extracts. We prescribed Gunchilgyebok-Jung at a dosage of 1 g three times a day for 50 days. Results : After the administration of Gunchilgyebok-Jung, a decrease in tumor size to 10.69 mm and $22.71mm{\times}34.21mm$ on chest CT was observed. A numerical rating scale (NRS) showed an improvement in symptoms from points 7-8 to 3-4. Conclusion : This study suggests that Gunchilgyebok-Jung may have considerable anti-tumor and immunopotentiating activity in lung cancer without any adverse effects.

생태계서비스 기반 국립공원 생태복지 개념정립 및 정책방향 설정

생태복지는 인간의 복지와 건강한 생태계의 상호관계성에 대한 국제적 담론에서 시작되었다. 본 연구는 국립공원이 생태복지의 최대 실현가능 지역이라는 점에서 국립공원에 적합한 ‘국립공원 생태복지’ 개념을 정립하고 정책방향을 설정함으로써 향후 국립공원에서의 생태복지 실현을 도모하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 사전워크숍과 총 2회에 걸친 델파이 조사를 수행하였다. 본 연구를 통해 ‘국립공원 생태복지’는 국립공원에서 생태계의 지속가능성과 생물다양성을 유지하며, ‘국립공원 인간복지’와 ‘국립공원 생태계복지’의 조화를 지향하는 복지로 정의되었다. 2차 델파이 결과 모든 항목에서 평균 4.00 이상, 내용 타당도(CVR) 0.37 이상, 변이계수(CV)0.5 미만으로 타당한 내용으로 확인되었다. 국립공원 생태복지의 정책방향을 설정하기 위해 생태복지의 바탕이 되는 생태계서비스의 요소들 중 국립공원에 적합한 주요 요소를 도출한 결과 공급서비스에서 먹이·식량, 물, 유전자원 3항목, 조절서비스와 기반(서식지)서비스의 모든 항목, 문화서비스에서 미적정보, 휴양관광, 심신치유, 지식체계ㆍ교육적가치 4항목이 최종 도출되었다. 또한 본 연구에서는 국립공원 생태복지의 개념과 향후 국립공원 생태복지 정책이 어떻게 나아가야할지 방향성을 제시하였다. 그러나 이를 실현하기 위해서는 향후 이에 대한 구체적인 단위사업에 대한 실행계획이 수반되어야 하며 이를 위한 추가적인 연구가 필요할 것이다. The concept of Eco-welfare emerged in the process of discovering the relationship between a healthy ecosystem and human wellbeing. The objective of this study is to offer basic data for eco-welfare policy realization by conceptualizing the ‘National Park Eco-welfare’ since national parks are appropriate places for eco-welfare to be optimally implemented. A pre-workshop and two rounds of Delphi surveys were conducted to determine the concept of the ‘National Park Eco-welfare ’ and the main elements to be included in ecosystem service. Through this study, the concept of ‘National Park Eco-welfare’ was defined as efforts to conserve the biodiversity and sustainability of the ecosystem and create harmony between ‘National Park Ecosystem Welfare’ and ‘National Park Human Welfare’. To establish the direction of the National Park Eco-welfare policy, we identified the main elements of ecosystem services which are appropriate for the National Park. These are comprised of 3 elements (food, fresh water and genetic resources) from supply service, all elements from regulating service and supporting/habitat service and 4 elements (aesthetic information, recreation-based ecotourism, healing, and knowledge systems with educational values) from culture service. In this study, the concept of National Park Eco-welfare was established, and its policy objectives and scope were suggested. However, further studies are necessary to develop action plans areand thereby realize the policy.

정성일의 <오아시스> 비판에 투영된 관점의 가능성과 한계 - 정성일 영화비평에 대한 일고찰 -

본 연구는 영화비평가 정성일이 <오아시스>(이창동, 2002)에 대해서 쓴 비평문「판타지, 기만적인 환영술」을 비판적으로 분석한다. 그간 한국영화계에서 영화비평은 독립적인 분과로 논의되지 못했다. 산적하는 영화들 안에서 영화적 가치를 발굴해 정리하고 새로운 영화 언어를 대중 언어로 번역하는 것이 영화비평의 역할이라 했을 때 이는 문제가 있다. 영화비평에 대한 그간의 접근은 한국영화사의 맥락에서 특정 영화비평집단을 세대론적으로 조망하거나 특정 개인의 비평 세계를 전기적 관점에서 서술한 것에 머문 한계가 있다. 정성일은 1990년대 한국영화비평의 전성기를 주도했던 한국의 대표적인 영화비평가이다. 호불호가 갈리지만 그의 글은 대중들 사이에서 영화비평이라는 개념이 성립되는 과정에 주요한 이미지를 제공했다. 특히 본 연구가 다루는 정성일의<오아시스> 비판은 논쟁 참여를 전제해 작성된 덕분에 비평담론 자체가 중심에 서있고 무엇보다 정성일의 영화에 대한 태도가 여타의 글에 비해 명확하게 드러나는 특징이 있다. 더구나 그 논쟁은 영화의 윤리, 완성도, 자의식 등을 두고 벌어진 영화비평계 내부의 마지막 논쟁이라는 영화비평사적 의의도 있다. 나아가 영화 한편에 대한 긴 글이기 때문에 한국의 대표적 비평가가 영화를 비평하는 구체적 실천 양상이 현장감 있게 녹아 있기도 하다. 영화를 종교처럼 대한다는 비판이 존재하지만 정성일 영화비평의 경쟁력은 숏의 배치, 장르 문법, 카메라 시선과 같은 영화의 자의식을 정밀하게 분석하는 것에서 나온다. 영화란 무엇인가와 같은 근본적인 질문에 기반을 둔 이런 태도는 영화를 여타의 학문에 종속시킨 종래의 비평 태도와 차별되며 영화를 진지하게 바라보는 태도를 대중화시킨 의의가 있다. 하지만 그것만큼의 오류도 발견된다. <오아시스>를 비판할 때 투영되는 정성일의 관점의 가능성과 한계를 구체적으로 밝힘으로써 한국영화비평의 전성기를 주도했던 한 영화비평가의 개성적 세계관을 비판적으로 조망하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 독립적인 분과로 인식되기는커녕 죽음까지 운운되는 영화비평의 위기 시대에 한국의 대표적 영화비평가의 세계관이 상징적으로 녹아 있는 글을 정밀하게 분석하는 것은 그것 자체로 의미 있다. This study analyzes the critique “Fantasy, deceptive hallucination” which sung-il jung wrote about < Oasis >(Changdong Lee 2002). Film critique has not been recognized and discussed as an independent field in the Korean film industry so far. It can be problematic if the role of film criticism is to get the cinematic values arranged among the pile of films and to translate new cinematographic language into the public language. The approach to the film critique to this point has limitation that in the context of Korean film industry, it viewed certain group of film critics in the perspective of theory of generation and it described certain person`s world of criticism in a biographical way. sung-il Jung is one of the representative film critics in Korea who lead the golden age of Korean film criticism in the 1990s. His writings provided important image in the process of establishing the concept of film critique among the public, even though they are controversial. The Jung`s criticisms this study exclusively deals with are based on the premise of argumentative participation, so the discourse is central and fundamental, and it brings out the cinematic view of Jung precisely compared to the other writings and articles, which is the advantages of this study. Moreover, the argument has significance in the field of film criticism for being the last dispute inside the field of film critique over the morals, degree of completion, and the consciousness of identity. Above and beyond, because this paper is a long writing about a movie, it contains detailed and vivid practical aspect which the representative critic of Korea criticizes the movie. Although there are criticisms of discussing movies like a form of religion, sung-il Jung`s film critique is competitive for detailed and precise analyze of films` sense of identity such as plot of shots, code of genre, and the eyes of cameras. This attitude based on the fundamental questions such as what is film is considered significant for popularizing and promoting earnest attitude toward movies, and is differentiated with the traditional attitudes of criticism which are to subordinate films in the other fields of study. However, due to being so, some errors are discovered. The purpose of this study is to critically outlook a distinctive world view of a film critic who enjoyed the film critique`s prime by concretely describing its possibilities and limitations through revealing Jung`s point of view which is his prerequisite for watching movies. The work of precise analyzing of one of the Korean representative film critics` writings which contains symbolic world view is significant and meaningful by itself in the time of the film criticisms` crisis when the idea of the demise of film criticism is being mentioned, let alone its separation as the independent field.

日本の大正期に於ける女性誌の誌名の研究

As a result of having considered the magazine name of the women's magazine of Taisho period, I was able to discover various characteristics. For example. There is overwhelmingly much use of the kanji word with 98 examples (68%) by the magazine name. Meanwhile, there is the use of the katakana word of foreign origin for letter notation such as "woman thyme", and I diversify lexically, and there being it is thought about with influence by the character of the Taisho democracy. In addition, as for the factor that accelerated the birth of the girl magazine, that interest for the home training rose that woman education was begun is raised on a national scale. The example only for an example has sum total 109 examples (75%), and there is variety of the magazine name. I understand that the magazine name which is the symbol of the women's magazine has been regarded as important by state of things. Many magazines were launched for Taisho period, and it was ceased to publish again. A new magazine name appeared in the degree, but thinks the magazine name to be have been reflection of the times of the Taisho democracy. The figure which finished a new Japanese image for women reflected it conspicuously in the world of the women's magazine.

핸드오버 성능향상을 위한 Mobile IP의 설계 및 구현

최근 휴대용 컴퓨터가 점점 소형화, 고성능화 되고 무선 액세스 기술이 향상됨에 따라 이동성에 대한 사용자의 요구가 점차 증가하고 있으며 이런 변화는 이동 컴퓨터들이 네트워크 접속점을 수시로 변경하더라도 사용자들은 연결의 끊김 없이 통신하기 위한 네트워크 하부 구조의 변화를 요구한다. 인터넷상에서 이동성 제공을 위하여 IETF는 Mobile IP라는 프로토콜을 제안하였으며, 주소고갈 문제를 해결하기 위해 IPv6의 차세대 인터넷 프로토콜을 채택하였다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 Mobile IP의 문제점을 제시하고 구성 요소의 기능을 IPv6기반에서 재 설계하여 이동 노드가 접속점을 변경하는 핸드오버가 발생할 경우, 성능향상을 위한 바인딩 캐쉬 서버의 도입과 지역 등록 방안을 제안하였다. 이를 리눅스환경에 설계 및 구현하고 시뮬레이션 하였으며, 잦은 핸드오버 발생시 제안한 방안이 우수한 성능을 보임을 확인하였다. This paper analyzes problems of existing Mobile IP and redesigns component functions, and proposes handover method using LRS and BCS for handover performance improvement. When mobile node moves another domain, the proposed BCS recognizes its mobility. So, BCS manages mobile node`s binding information and serves micro mobility. When handover occurs among domains, micro mobility enables using LRS. As BCS and LRS have buffering function, they can reduce packet loss by forwarding the buffered datagram. It`s designed component is implemented in LINUX environment. And then, handover performance was evaluated by simulation. The results of proposed handover method are better than existing method in both transmission delay time and packet loss.

Today the topic of countermeasure of crimes is the idea of restorative justice which has recognized crimes as a social problem and all concerned take part in procedure to solve social problems like this. Our system of criminal justice has been lost in the processes which punish criminal through formal criminal procedure. As a result in spite of effort for crime prevention with punishment, evil influences like a second offence has been generated. In view of current direction which has emphasized the idea of restorative justice and has gave salience to the meaning of victims, there is no room for doubt about induction of the idea of restorative justice in our criminal justice. In view of this point current criminal meditation is proper. In conclusion, establishment a law for criminal meditation is needed.
