        국제 물거래 대비 가상수 거래량 산정 : 한국 중심 국제교역량 분석

        South Korea's available water resources per capita is very small compared to global average as there is a high population on small land. Thus, it is imperative to secure water resources for the safe livelihood of the citizens. As an advanced, industrialized country, South Korean economic dependence on agricultural has greatly lowered. Unless South Korea utilizes foreign water resources, it is impossible to provide agricultural and livestock products the same as current levels. However, virtual water-related research in South Korea is still inadequate. When establishing the water resources plan, it does not consider the international trade of virtual water. This research aims to solve this issue by analyzing the international virtual water trends focusing on South Korea. Consequently, the export and import of virtual water trade was identified according to country and item for 248 countries and South Korea. According to the results, South Korea's agricultural and livestock virtual water has much higher imports than exports, which outputs with agricultural by-products being the main import. In 2018, South Korea imported 72.2 billion ㎥, which is 29 times the exported amount of 2.5 billion ㎥. The research results can be used as baseline data for establishing the national water resources plan in the future.

      • 풍수해 피해예측시스템 운용 지원방향 연구

        기후변화로 인한 풍수해의 발생빈도가 증가함에 따라, 풍수해 피해예측시스템을 구축하여 재난대응에 활용하고자 하는 방안이 활발하게 논의되고 있다. 본 연구는 풍수해 피해예측시스템의 구축과 활용ㆍ촉진을 위한 시스템 운용 지원방향을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 피해예측시스템 구축의 핵심요소를 도출하였으며, 기술개발의 법적 근거를 검토하고 시스템 운용을 지원하기 위한 법제도의 개선방향을 제시하였다. 도출한 피해예측기술 핵심요소는 재난분야 R&D 연구 및 투자 방향성을 제시하며, 방재정책 수립 시 기술개발 전략 우선순위 선정에 활용이 가능하다. 이를 바탕으로 피해예측기술을 개발하고 관련 법ㆍ제도를 개선함으로써 효과적인 피해예측시스템 운용을 지원할 수 있다. Recently, as the frequency of storm and flood damage due to climate change has increased, a prediction system for flood damage utilized as a disaster response has been actively discussed. Therefore, this study suggests a support strategy for an operating system that derives key elements of the damage prediction system, reviews the legal basis of the technology development, and suggests improvement in the legal system to support system utilization and operation. The key elements can present the direction for R&D research and investment, which can be used to prioritize the technology development strategy when establishing the disaster prevention policy. An effective damage prediction system operation can be supported by developing a damage prediction technology and improving related laws.

      • 풍수해 관련 법의 개정 동향 분석 연구

        최근 지구온난화로 인한 기후변화의 영향으로 풍수해 발생빈도가 증가하고 규모가 대형화되고 있다. 이에 따라 우리나라 풍수해 법제가 이러한 새로운 특성의 풍수해에 효과적으로 대처할 수 있는지, 그러한 방향으로 제ㆍ개정되고 있는지에 대한 종합적인 검토가 필요한 시점이다. 따라서 본 연구는 효과적인 풍수해 방재정책 수립을 위하여 관련 법제도를 검토하는 기초단계로서 풍수해 관련 법의 개정 동향을 분석한다. 개정 동향을 분석한 결과, 풍수해 관련 법은 시스템운영 효율화, 재난관리강화, 과학화ㆍ전산화의 흐름으로 개정되었다. 본 연구는 이러한 개정 패러다임에 따라 풍수해 관련 법이 개선되어야 하는 방향성 제시와 방재정책 수립을 위한 기초자료 제공을 그 목적으로 한다. The frequency of flood damage has increased in recent years and the scale has become larger due to the impact of climate change on global warming. Consequently, it is necessary to review whether the Flood Damage Law of Korea can effectively cope with these new characteristics and if they are appropriately enacted or revised. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the revised trends of the Flood Damage Laws at a fundamental stage to examine the legal system for establishing effective disaster prevention policies. As a result of the revised trend analysis, it was found that the law related to flood damage was revised with streamlined system operation efficiency, strengthened disaster management, and improved scientification and computerization. This suggests improvements for the revised paradigm in the future, which can be used as basic information to establish the disaster prevention policy.

        국가 역량을 고려한 효율성 기반 한국형 항공모함 규모 최적화 연구

        ROK Navy intends to secure the Korean-type aircraft carrier in order to effectively prepare for various future security threats. In general, the Korean national competency is considered to be at the level of having an aircraft carrier, but it is unclear what scale aircraft carrier would be appropriate. In this study, the efficiency was evaluated through the relative comparison between national competency(national power, economic power) and the scale of aircraft carriers, and the optimal scale of the Korean-type aircraft carrier that could be acquired was presented. A DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis) model was applied to aircraft carriers(19 aircraft carriers in 11 countries) currently in operation and scheduled to be possessed in the world. As input variables, CINC(Composite Index of National Capability) and GDP(Gross Domestic Product), which are the most widely used as indicators of national and economic power, and as output variables, the full-load displacement, length, and width of aircraft carriers were selected. ARIMA(short-term within 5 years) and simple regression(long-term over 5 years) were used to estimate the future national competency of each country at the time of aircraft carriers acquisition. The relative efficiency score of the Korean-type aircraft carrier currently being evaluated is 1.062, and it was evaluated as small-scale aircraft carrier compared to the national competency. Based on Korean national competency, the optimal scale of the Korean-type aircraft carrier calculated by aggregating benchmark groups, is 58,308.1 tons of full-load displacement, 279.4m in length, and 68.3m in width.

        사회-통합적 관점에서의 발달장애아동 신체활동 증진을 위한 교양교육 연구

        This study is from a social-integrated perspective to promote physical activities of children with developmental disabilities. Based on prior research in korea and abroad, the purpose of this study is to find effective ways to promote physical activities through the types of participation in physical activities of children with developmental disabilities and the contents of programs. In addition, from a social-integrated perspective, the direction of development of health training necessary to promote physical activities of children with developmental disabilities and efficiency in terms of effective physical activity programs and apply to the field stage. According to the research, the main contents of physical activity programs covered in the preceding research in Korea were functional training, followed by coordination training, game, ball sports and aqua sports. Compared with abroad research, most of the experimental designs on functional improvement, or physical improvement, were covered by the promotion of physical activity from a societal and integrated perspective and the organic physical activity program content from home and school, which was difference from previous studies abroad. It was meant to enhance physical activity of children with developmental disabilities by communicating with the general public and playing games as a body, rather than the concept of improving health of developmental disabilities. Such communication is a social-integrated concept that is believed to help children grow up in society and interact and communicate with people and live their life.

        평행좌표계(Parallel Coordinates)를 활용한 배드민턴 단식 경기 시각화 연구

        본 연구는 평행좌표계(Parallel Coordinates)를 활용하여 배드민턴 단식 경기의 전체 랠리와 최종 5구에 대한 데이터를 시각화하고 분석 방안을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 경기도 C대학의 L선수가 우승한 ``2014년 전국 가을철 배드민턴 선수권 대회``의 결승전, 4강전, 8강전 총 3경기 영상을 사용하였고, Dartfish(Ver 8.0)의 Tagging 기능을 활용하여 셔틀콕 타구 방향과 최종 결정구의 판정, 사용 기술에 대한 데이터를 수집하였다. 수집된 데이터는 Excel 2013 프로그램을 이용하여 데이터 분류 및 정제를 하였으며, 데이터 시각화 도구로 D3js.org에서 무료 오픈 소스(Open Source)로 제공되는 Parallel Coordinates를 활용하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 배드민턴 단식 경기의 전체 랠리를 시각화하였고, 둘째, 최종 5구에 대한 데이터 시각화 분석 방안으로 경기 흐름 분석, 선수·기술별 공격 성공 코스 분석, 선수·기술별 공격 실패 코스 분석, 선수·기술별 복수 조건 선택 분석을 제시할 수 있었다. 향후 평행좌표계를 통한 시각화뿐만 아니라 수치화된 분석 정보도 함께 제공할 수 있는 방향으로 후속 연구가 진행된다면 다양한 종목으로 적용이 가능할 것이며 실제 스포츠 현장에서도 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. This study aims to visualize the data regarding the entire rally and the final 5 strokes in a badminton single match and to present its analysis method using the parallel coordinate system. For this study, were used the videos of three games of the final, semifinal, quarterfinal in the ``2014 National Fall Badminton Championship`` where the L Player of Gyeonggi C university won championship. Herein, the data was collected utilizing a tagging technique of Dartfish (Ver 8.0), in terms of shuttlecock ball direction, judgment of final kill stroke, and used technique. The data collected were classified and condensed using Excel 2013 program, and the parallel coordinates, which is provided with free open source through D3js.org, was utilized as a data visualization tool. As the results; first, the entire rally of single matches in badminton was visualized; second, as an analysis method of data visualization in relation to final 5 strokes, game pattern analysis, attack success course analysis by players and techniques, attack failure course analysis by players and techniques, and a plurality of selected condition analysis by players and techniques could be presented. In future, when processing subsequent studies that can provide us together with numerically analyzed data as well as visualization through a parallel coordinate system, it is expected that this study could be applicable to a variety of events and utilized in the actual sports games.
