Displacement Development 過程 解析에 관한 硏究

In the displacement development, a species that is more adsorbable than all the preadsorbed species is used as the developer. Since the chromatogram of species are formed without interval, separation of solutes can be carried out with a relatively short column as compared to the conventional operation. Equilibrium theory of two solute chromatography is introduced to analyze the process. Conditions for a successful displacement development are discussed.

The recent housing supply of the Korean market has shown a characteristic different from that of the past. For the past several years, housing supply resolving around metropolitan ‧ medium-to-large-sized apartment housing has risen in proportion, and the supply of small-sized housing and non-apartment housing is increasing. This change of the housing supply structure is anticipated to have a great effect on the future housing market together with other factors such as the change of the population structure. This study attempted to elicit the influencers on the change of the housing supply structure with the recent records of housing supply and forecast the direction for change of the housing supply structure. Influencers on the change of the housing supply structure might include the corporate restructuring of construction companies due to the long-term insolvency of project financing, the reduction of their projects and the direction for change of the new plus housing policy. And it presented the revitalization of PFV and development-type REITs as the scheme for maintaining future optimal housing supply. 최근 한국 시장의 주택 공급은 과거와는 다른 특성이 나타나고 있다. 지난 몇 년간 수도권, 중대형, 아파트 중심 공급에서 지방의 비중이 높아지고 소형 주택과 비 아파트의 공급이 증가하고 있다. 이런 공급 구조의 변화는 인구구조 변화 등 다른 요인들과 함께 향후 주택 시장에 큰 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상된다. 본 연구에서는 최근 주택 공급실적과 함께 공급 구조의 변화에 영향을 미치는 요인을 도출하고 이를 통해 향후 주택 공급 구조의 변화 방향을 예측했다. 공급 구조의 변화에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 PF부실 장기화로 인한 건설사의 구조조정과 정비사업 축소, 보금자리주택 정책의 변화 방향을 제시했다. 또한 향후 적정 공급을 유지하기 위한 방안으로 PFV와 개발형 리츠 등의 활성화를 제시했다.
연속회분식 활성오니법에 의한 하수의 오염물질 제거에 관한 연구

A fundamental study on SBR process was carried out to remove nitrogen and phosphorus in waste water that are known to be hard to eliminate by the conventional activated sludge process. A SBR pilot plant was operated under various operating conditions over six months using waste water feed sampled from a wastewater treatment facility at K city in Kyungki-do. Removal efficiencies were evaluated with five water quality items(BOD, COD, SS, T-N, and T-P). Under the operating conditions employed in this study, the BOD and COD removal efficiencies for the pilot plant was 78.3% and 93.0%, respectively. The removal efficiencies for the rest of the items were 97.3% for SS, 56.3% for T-N, 52.8.% for T-P, respectively. The effluent water quality processed by SBR met the regulation of the Effluent Water Quality Standard on Korean Standard Methods. The adopted crown-turbine SBR process turned out to be similar to the PID, DNR, and B3 process in removal efficiencies. For the wastewater treatment capacity of 5,000 m3/day, the operating cost of the crown-turbine SBR unit was 15% less than that of the conventional activated sludge processing unit while the capital costs of both units were similar to each other.
통합데이터베이스를 활용한 방재정책에 대한 연구 - 주거복지를 위한 정책을 중심으로 -

현재 한국은 노후건축물에 내진시설이 없고 재해방지시설도 최근 발생되고 있는 기상변화를 반영하지 못하여 자연재해로 인한 피해를 적절하게 대응하는데 한계가 있다. 따라서 향후 발생할 수 있는 재해에 효율적으로 대응하기 위해서 재해발생가능성과 재해방지를 위한 기반시설 현황 등을 고려하여 취약지구를 선별할 필요가 있다. 이를 위해서 최근 정부에서는 관계 기관들의 참여하에 재해방지를 위한 DB 연계협의회를 구성하고 통합DB를 구축 중에 있다. 하지만 지방자치단체들이 DB구축에 필요한 기초 데이터를 적절히 제공하지 못해 사업이 지연되고 있으므로 이에 인력과 재정적 지원이 필요할 것으로 판단된다. Korea, old buildings do not currently have earth-resistant facilities, and disaster prevention facilities have some limitation in responding properly to damage arising from natural disaster as they do not reflect recently occurring climatic changes. Accordingly, it is necessary to select vulnerable districts by taking into consideration the possibility of disaster occurrence and the current situation of infrastructures for disaster prevention in order to responding efficiently to future unexpected disasters. For this purpose, national government has recently formed the DB linkage council for disaster prevention under the participation of related agencies and constructed integrated database. But local governments have not properly provided it with basic data necessary to construct database, resulting in the delay of the project. Therefore, it is thought that national government needs to provide them with manpower and financial support.
