        농어촌 선교

        남상도(Sang Do Nam) 장로회신학대학교 세계선교연구원 2008 선교와 신학 Vol.22 No.-

        농촌 교회는 젊은 인구의 감소에 따른 고령화, 일할 수 있는 자원의 감소, 교인 수의 급감으로 인한 경제적인 압박, 선교와 교회 교육과 사회 봉사의 약화 등 점차 그 힘을 잃고 쇠퇴의 길을 걷고 있다. 이제 한국 농촌 교회의 현실은 농촌 교회의 선교라는 측면에서 새로운 접근을 요구하고 있다. 기존의 선교 방식이 아닌 새로운 대안적 선교 내지는 방향성을 요구하고 있는 것이다. 한국 농촌의 현실은 신자유주의 경제 세계화란 틀 속에서 이해되어야 하고, 한국 농촌 교회의 문제 역시 이 큰 틀을 염두에 두고 해결책을 찾아야 한다. 신자유주의 경제 세계화는 필연적으로 모든 생명의 물리적인 요소와 존엄성을 훼손시키면서 진행될 수밖에 없다. 이윤의 극대화를 추구하는 자본주의적 논리 앞에 생명의 존립 자체가 위협받게 된 것이다. 경제 성장이라는 미명 하에 인간 생존의 필연적 요소가 훼손되고 있다. 이러한 인식을 바탕으로 한국 농촌의 현실과 농촌 교회의 현실을 타개해 나가는 해결책을 찾아야 한다면, 결국 세계적인 흐름에 맞서 대안적인 공간을 확보하고, 그러한 공간을 넓혀 가는 일에 관심을 갖고 실천하는 일이 될 것이다. 세계적인 흐름에 맞서 대안적인 공간을 확보한다는 것은 세계 교회와 우리 교단 총회가 주창해 온 생명 살리기 운동의 영역을 확대히는 것을 의미한다. 1990년 전ㆍ후반을 기점으로 농촌 목회에 비전을 가지고 실천적인 투신을 하면서 농촌의 현실에 대한 적극적인 대처를 고민하던 목회자들을 중심으로 생명 살림의 목회가 구체화되었다. 이들의 노력은 정의, 생명, 공동체라는 기치 아래 도농 직거래 운동을 비롯한 생명 농사 운동, 건강한 지역공동체 운동, 정의로운 유통 운동, 몸ㆍ마음 바르게 살리기 운동, 확대 가족 공동체 운동, 세계 농민 연대 운동을 지향하면서 일정한 성과를 내 오고 있다. 한마음 공동체와 백운교회의 생명 살리기 운동 역시 이러한 노력과 그 궤를 같이한다. 한마음 공동체에서는 식의주를 생태적이고 조화로운 방법으로 전환시켜 가고자 애쓰고 있다. 농촌 교회의 생명 살리기 운동, 생명 살림의 선교는 생명 농업을 실천하는 일과 지속 가능한 세상을 만들어 가는 일, 공정하고 바른 유통과 교역을 만들어 가는 일, 마을 공동체를 형성하는 일, 농민을 생명 살림의 주체로 세우는 일 등 다양한 방면에서 다양한 방법으로 시도되고 실천되어야 할 것이다. Rural churches are gradually losing its strength and influence due to the aging of its average population following an exodus of younger population, economic pressures due to sudden decline of church membership, and the resulting decrease in the church’s sphere of mission, education, and social services. Such reality of rural churches of Korea demands a new approach to ministering in rural villages from a missional perspective. The reality of Korean agricultural communities must be understood in terms of neo-liberalism and economic globalization, and the answers to the issues of rural churches of Korea must also be derived from this context. Neo-liberalism and economic globalization necessarily damage the dignity of all life physically and spiritually if it is to progress. Against the drive of capitalistic rationale to maximize profit, the existence of life itself is under threat. In the name of economic prosperity, the vital elements needed for human survival are depleting. In such context, finding a breakthrough solution for Korean agricultural villages and rural churches means countering this global trend and securing, enlarging, and sustaining a space of counter-measure. To secure a space against the global trend means to expand the realms of life-sustaining movement that the world’s churches and our denomination’s General Assembly have been promoting. Around the year 1990, visionary pastors engaged in ministry felt the need to actively counter the decline of agricultural villages, and gave shape to ministry of life-sustaining movement. Under the banner of justice, life, and community, they have been reaping steady fruit of numerous movements promoting labor exchange, sustainable farming, formation of healthy rural community, fair trade, wholistic life, community as extended family, and global solidarity of agricultural workers. Hanmaeum Community and Baegun Church Life-Sustaining Project also align themselves to such efforts. Hanmaem Community seeks to convert human habitation into more ecologically sustainable and harmonious ways. Churches in agricultural communities must try and put to practice the life-sustaining movements and life-saving mission in various ways through efforts to practice organic farming, development of sustainable habitation, promotion of fair and just trade, formation of village communities, and raising up farmers as front-line leaders in effort to save and sustain life.

        산국으로부터 분리한 Sesquiterpene Lactones의 흰쥐 복수암에 대한 효과

        산국의 꽃으로부터 2종의 sesquiterpene lactones을 분리정제하였으며, 각각 Compound Ⅰ과 Ⅱ로 명명하였으며, 이 두 물질을 Sarcoma180에 감염된 ICR mouse에 대하여 항암효과실험을 수행한 결과 Compound Ⅰ과 Ⅱ의 투여농도가 10㎎/㎏일 때 수명연장효과가 각각 143%, 134%로 나타났다. 또한 Compound Ⅰ과 Ⅱ를 1㎎/㎏ 씩을 섞어서 투여하였을 때에 158%의 수명연장효과가 나타났다. For the investigation of antitumor agents, two kinds of sesquiterpene lactones were isolated and purified from Chrysanthemum boreale M. and designated as Compound Ⅰ and Ⅱ. And then in vivo antitumor test of the sesquiterpene lactones was carried out against ICR mice. In vivo test against Sarcoma180 implanted ICR mice, life prolongation effects of Compound Ⅰ and Ⅱ were showed as 143% and 134% at the dose of 10㎎/㎏, respectively. Besides, at the tested group mixed Compound Ⅰ and Ⅱ each 1㎎/㎏ was showed rather high life prolongation effect as 158%.

        애구(艾灸)의 연소(燃燒) 구간별(區間別) 열량비(熱量比)에 대(對)한 연구(硏究)

        In order to evaluate calorie rate of moxa-combustion(direct moxibustion=DM, indirect moxibustion with stainless steel tube=IMS, indirect moxibustion with ginger slice=IMG), calorie rate(%) in the preheating period, heating period, retaining period, and cooling period was calculated respectively to the total combustion calories in all the periods. The result are as follow: 1. Indirect moxibustion with stainless steel tube had the highest rate with the statistical significance than other groups during the preheating period, represented statistical differences between IMS group and IMG group, and also between DM group and IMS group. 2. Indirect moxibustion with ginger slice group showed the highest rate with the statistical significance and followed by DM group and IMG group during the heating period, represented statistical difference among DM, IMS, and IMG group. 3. Direct moxibustion group had the highest rate with the statistical significance than other group during the retaining period, represented statistical difference between DM group and IMG group, and also between DM group and IMS group. 4. Indirect moxibustion with stainless steel tube had the highest rate with the statistical significance than other groups during the cooling period, represented statistical differences between IMS group and IMG group, and also between IMS group and DM group.

        고빈도전침자극(高頻度電鍼刺戟)의 자극시간(刺戟時間)에 따른 중추신경계(中樞神經系) 신경세포(神經細胞)의 활성변화(活性變化)에 미치는 영향(影響)

        The present study was designed to investigate the effect of different stimulation-duration of high frequency electroacupuncturet(EA) treatment on the neuronal activities in the spinal cord and brainstem using Fos immunohistochemical technique. Three different stimulus-duration was used in this experiment : 30minutes, 1 hour and 2 hours. The summerized results were summerized as follow : 1. The number of Fos expression was significantly increased in the spinal cord dorsal horn depending upon the increase of stimulus-duration (P<0.05). Otherwise, there was no significant difference between 30 minutes EA treated group and anesthetic control. 2. High frequency EA biphasic stimulation significantly enhanced the Fos expression in the DR, middle and rostral portion of PAG LD, and caudal PAG LV after 1 hour and 2 hours treatment. The number of Fos immunoreactive neuron in the brainstem was increased accorcting to the length of stimulus-duration. Those results indicate that at least 1 hour EA treatment was necessary to increase the neuronal activities in the spinal cord and brainstem. Those basic data from this study can be applied to establish the effective treatment of EA for pain control in the clinical field.

        Purpose ; This Investigation was aimed to find out the Causes, Symptoms, Treatment, and Acupuncture of Epiphora(Watery Eye) in Oriental Medicine Methods ; 49 books were surveyed from <Neiching> to recent published books those referred to Epiphora. Results ; In Oriental Medicine, Epiphora is divided into two types; Cool Watery eye and Hot Watery eye. Both cool and hot type can be redivided into the mild and serious cases. The mild Watery eye means tears on the cheek with the wind; The serious Watery eye means tears on the cheek unrelated the wind from time to time. Conclusions ; The cause of Epiphora can be concluded with the shortage of functional division of Liver and Kidney(肝腎虛), and the chaos and fever of Liver meridian(肝經風熱). In Acupuncture agenst Epiphora, the acupuncture point at Bladder, Gallbladder and Liver meridian occupied the high level of the most often-used acupuncture point list; The acupuncture point at the portion of head and neck, upper extremities, lower extremities, and back, especially around orbit, were mainly used against Epiphora. Recently, beyond conventional acupuncture, Auricular- Acupuncture(耳鍼療法), Herb- Acupuncture(藥鍼療法), Bleeding-Acupuncture(潟血療法), Manipulation(手技療法) used against Epiphora.

        남자 중학생의 심폐지구력 평가를 위한 심박수 활용 PACER VO<sub>2max</sub> 추정

        This study was to develop the equation to estimate maximal oxygen uptake(VO<sub>2max</sub>) of 20m multistage PACER with heart rate in middle school boys and validate the equation. Result: The first, Corelation between GXT VO<sub>2max</sub> and PACER VO<sub>2max</sub> was significant, which meant that multistage PACER might be valid method for VO<sub>2max</sub> with the comparision of GXT VO<sub>2max</sub>. The second, equation for estimating VO<sub>2max</sub> with heart rate, repetition in PACER was like this: VO<sub>2max</sub>(mlg/kg/min)=27.371+[0.093×repetition]+[0.104×HR(beat/min)]: error range 2.99 ml/kg/min. The third, the correlation(r=.856) between estimated VO<sub>2max</sub> and measured VO<sub>2max</sub> in PACER was significant statistically(p<.01). The fourth, in the result of cross validity by using independent sample 30 students, estimated VO<sub>2max</sub> from equation and measured VO<sub>2max</sub> of PACER had significant correlation (r=.840)(p<.01). The fifth, % error between estimated VO<sub>2max</sub> and measured VO<sub>2max</sub> was 9.54% and the mean difference was.25(±2.95) ml/kg/min. Conclusion: The results of this study suggested that equation for estimating of VO<sub>2max</sub> with heart rate in multistage 20m PACER provide the closest VO<sub>2max</sub> in middle school boys.

        부비동염(副鼻洞炎)의 근래(近來) 다양한 침구요법(鍼灸療法)에 대한 문헌적(文獻的) 고찰(考察)

        Purpose: This study was carried out to investigate the research of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for sinusitis. Methods: I mainly investigated 14 different kinds of recent edition of Chinese books and journals as references. Results: In the view of oriental medicine, sinusitis is regarded as Piyon(鼻淵). The loci used in the otopuncture therapies were Naepi(內鼻), Pye(肺), Aeck(額), Shinsangsun(腎上腺), Naebunpi(內分泌), and Weipi(外鼻) according to their frequencies. The drugs used in the drug-injection therapies were Corticoids, Lidocaine, Vitamin B, and herbal drugs. In addition, there were couple therapies mentioned in the references such as the electro-acupuncture therapies, the point penetration therapies, the point through-sinus acupuncture therapies, the point application therapies, the moxibustion therapies, the three-edged needle therapies, the ultra-sono acupuncture therapies, the cupping therapies, and the laser acupuncture therapies. Conclusions: There were various newly developed acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for sinusitis. Among them, the otopuncture therapies, the drug-injection therapies and the electro-acupuncture therapies were more frequently used than others.

        최근, 예상치 못하고 지능적인 보다 고도화된 사이버 의료 위협 공격이 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 하지만 다양한 패턴의 사이버 의료 위협 공격 대응에 있어, 물리적인 차단과 의료기기 교체와 같은 규칙 기반 보안방법론은 인력 부족, 고가의 비용 부담 등의 한계를 지닌다. 이를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 최근 의료계에서도 인공지능 기술에 주목하고 있다. 인공지능 기술은 기존의 규칙 기반의 보안 프로그램과는 달리 과거의 이상행태를 스스로 학습하여 보안 위협 감지 및 예측을 가능케 하는 기술이다. 본 연구에서는 의료기관 통합의료정보시스템 내 의료정보 데이터를 수집 및 학습하여 AI 기반 네트워킹 행동 적응형 정보 플랫폼 개발 연구 방법론에 대한 소개를 포함한다. 이를 통해 규칙 기반의 보안 프로그램의 기술적 제반사항 소개와 제약 사항 대비 의료정보분야에서의 인공지능 기술을 활성화하기 위한 전략에 대해 논의한다. Recently, unexpected and more advanced cyber medical treat attacks are on the rise. However, in responding to various patterns of cyber medical threat attack, rule-based security methodologies such as physical blocking and replacement of medical devices have the limitations such as lack of the man-power and high cost. As a way to solve the problems, the medical community is also paying attention to artificial intelligence technology that enables security threat detection and prediction by self-learning the past abnormal behaviors. In this study, there has collecting and learning the medical information data from integrated Medical-Information-Systems of the medical center and introduce the research methodology which is to develop the AI-based Net-Working Behavior Adaptive Information data. By doing this study, we will introduce all technological matters of rule-based security programs and discuss strategies to activate artificial intelligence technology in the medical information business with the various restrictions.
