        복합생균제의 첨가급여가 비육돈의 생산성과 육질특성에 미치는 영향

        본 시험은 비육돈에 대한 복합 생균제의 사료적 가치를 평가하기 위하여 시판 생균제를(0, 0.2, 0.5 및 1.0%) 삼원 교잡종($Landrace{\times}Yorkshire{\times}Duroc$, 평균체중 $55.3{\pm}1.5 kg$) 비육돈 48두를 공시하여 58일간 급여하여 증체량, 사료섭취량, 도체등급과 도체율, 육의 pH, 육색, 지방색 및 지방산 함량을 분석하였다. 일당 증체량은 0.2%구가 0.95 kg으로서 대조구(0.85 kg)에 비하여 증가(p<0.05)하였으며, 일당 사료섭취량은 대조구를 포함한 모든 처리구에서 2.79-2.84 kg로서 차이는 없었다. 사료요구율은 0.2%구가 2.96으로서 대조구(3.28)에 비하여 개선효과(p<0.05)가 뚜렷하였다. 도체중량과 도체율 및 등지방 두께는 대조구를 포함한 모든 처리구에서 차이는 없었으며 A등급 출현율은 0.2%구가 46.67%로서 타구에 비하여 향상되었다. 육의 수분, 조단백질 및 조회분 함량은 대조구를 포함한 모든 처리구에서 차이는 없었지만 조지방 함량은 0.2%구가 다른 처리구에 비하여 낮은 경향이었다. 육의 pH는 대조구를 포함한 모든 처리구에서 차이는 없었다. 생균제를 첨가함으로서 육색의 명도($L^*$)값은 낮았으며, 적색도($a^*$) 값은 높게 나타났다. 포화지방산 함량은 0.2%구와 0.5%구에서 낮았으며, 불포화지방산 함량은 생균제를 급여한 모든 처리구에서 높게 나타났다(p<0.05). This study was conducted to determine the effects of dietary supplementation with probiotics on the growth and meat quality of finishing pigs. A total of forty eight ($Landrace{\times}Yorkshire{\times}Duroc$) pigs ($55.3{\pm}1.5 kg$ average initial body weight) were randomly assigned to four groups and fed on a diet supplemented with 0, 0.2, 0.5 or 1% probiotics for 58 days. The pigs were slaughtered at approximately 105 kg live weight. Supplementation with 0.2% probiotics significantly (p<0.05) increased daily gain compared to the control. The daily gain of pigs in the 0.2% probiotic group was 0.95 kg whereas that of the control was 0.85 kg. The average feed intake was 2.79-2.84 kg and there were no significant differences in feed intake between the control and test groups. The feed conversion of the 0.2% probiotic group was 2.96 kg whereas the control showed a feed conversion of 3.28 kg. The results of this study imply that supplementation with 0.2% probiotics may improve the feed conversion of pigs. There were significant differences in carcass weight, carcass ratio, backfat thickness, and frequency percentage of A grade carcasses between the control and probiotic test groups. In addition, the moisture, crude protein and crude ash contents of the probiotic treated groups did not differ significantly from the control group, however the crude fat values of the 0.2% probiotic test group was significantly tower than the other groups. The muscle pH levels of all samples ranged from 5.63-5.67 which is the normal pH of pork. The supplementation of probiotics resulted in decreased lightness ($L^*$) values and increased redness ($a^*$) values. Furthermore, the saturated fatty acid contents of the 0.2% and 0.5% probiotic test groups decreased and the unsaturated fatty acid contents increased relative to the control.

        생균제, 일라이트, 활성탄 및 목초액의 첨가가 육성-비육돈의 생산성과 지방산 조성에 미치는 영향

        본 시험은 육성-비육돈에 대한 생균제, 일라이트, 활성탄 및 목초액의 사료적 가치를 평가하기 위하여 시판 생균제 0.2%와, 일라이트, 활성탄 및 목초액을 각각 1.0%를 삼원교잡종($Landrace{\times}Yorkshire{\times}Duroc$, 평균체중 $32.3{\pm}1.3kg$)육성-비육돈에게 100일간 급여하여 증체량, 사료섭취량, 도체등급, pH, 및 지방산 함량을 분석하였다. 일당 증체량과 사료섭취량은 처리구에서 증가하는 경향이지만 유의한 차이는 없었다. 사료요구율은 도체율과 등지방 두께는 전처리구에서 유의한 차이는 없었으나, A 등급 출현율은 활성탄과 목초액을 1.0% 급여함으로서 대조구에 비하여 크게 증가하였다(p<0.05). 육의 pH는 대조구를 포함한 모든 처리구에서 정상범위인 5.53-5.77로 나타났다. 포화지방산인 stearic acid 함량은 대조구보다 생균제, 일라이트,활성탄 및 목초액을 급여함으로서 낮았으며(p<0.05), 불포화지방산인 oleic acid 함량은 목초액과 활성탄을 각각 1.0% 급여할 경우 높았다(p<0.05). We investigated the effects of dietary supplements of probiotics, illite, active carbon and hardwood vinegar on growth performance, carcass characteristics and fatty acid composition in finishing pigs. One hundred fifty pigs ($Landrace{\times}Yorkshire{\times}Duroc$; $32.3{\pm}1.3 kg$ average initial body weight) were used in a 100 day experiment. Pigs were randomly placed into five experimental feeding groups (control, 0.2% probiotics, 1.0% illite, 1.0% active carbon and 1.0% hardwood vinegar) and were slaughtered at approximately 110 kg live weight. There was a slight, but insignificant increase in average daily body weight gain and feed intake among all treatment groups. Feed conversion was reduced when probiotics were added (p<0.05). There were no significant differences in the carcass rate and back fat thickness among the all treatment groups including controls. However, the frequency rate of grade A increased in the groups fed 1.0% active carbon and hard- wood vinegar compared to controls. Stearic acid content was lower in the groups fed probiotics illite active carbon and hardwood vinegar (p<0.05). Oleic acid contents were higher only in the groups fed 1.0% active carbon and hardwood vinegar (p<0.05).

        Illite의 첨가가 비육돈의 생산성과 육질특성에 미치는 영향

        본 시험은 illite의 사료적 가치를 평가하기 위하여 illite를(0, 0.5, 1.0 및 2.0%) 삼원교잡종($Landrace{\times}Yorkshire{\times}Duroc$, 평균체중 $68.3{\pm}1.6 kg$) 비육돈 48두를 공시한 후 50일간 급여하여 증체량, 사료섭취량, 육등급과 도체율, 육의 pH, 육색, 지방색 및 지방산 함량을 분석하였다. 일당증체량과 사료섭취량 및 사료요구율은 illite를 첨가함으로서 증가하는 경향이지만 대조구를 포함한 모든 처리구에서 유의한 차이는 없었다. 도체중량과 도체율 및 등지방두께는 대조구를 포함한 모든 처리구에서 유의한 차이는 없었다. 그러나 A등급 출현율은 illite를 1.0% 첨가함으로서 대조구에 비하여 크게 증가하였다. 육의 수분, 조단백질 및 조회분 함량은 대조구를 포함한 모든 처리구에서 차이는 없었으나 조지방 함량은 illite를 1.0% 첨가할 경우 다른 처리구에 비하여 낮았다. 육의 pH는 대조구를 포함한 모든 처리구에서 5.55-5.68로 차이는 없었고 lllite의 첨가수준이 높을수록 육색의 명도($L^*$) 값은 낮았으며, 적색도($a^*$)와 황색도($b^*$) 값은 처리구간에 유의적인 차이는 없었다. 불포화지방산인 palmitoleic acid와 linoleic acid는 illite 1.0%구에서 유의적으로 높았으며(p<0.05), illite를 0.5-1.0% 급여함으로서 포화지방산 함량은 낮았고, 불포화지방산 함량은 높게 나타났다(p<0.05). We investigated the effects feeding illite on growth performance and meat quality characteristics in finishing pigs. Forty-eight pigs ($Landrace{\times}Yorkshire{\times}Duroc$; $68.3{\pm}1.6 kg$ average initial body weight) were used in a 50 day experiment. Pigs were randomly placed into one of four experimented diet groups (0, 0.2, 0.5 and 1% illite) and were slaughtered at approximately 110 kg live weight. Although there were no significantly differences in daily weight gain, feed intake and feed conversion between controls and groups fed illite, those values were increased as increasing of illite concentration in feed. Carcass weight, carcass ratio and backfat thickness were not affected by dietary illite supplementation. However, the percentage of A grade carcasses were significantly increased by dietary supplement of 1.0% illite. There were no significantly differences in moisture, crude protein and crude ash between controls and groups fed illite, but the crude fat of 1.0% illite supplemented groups was significantly lower than other groups (p<0.05). All muscles from control and treatment groups had normal pH 5.55-5.68. However, lightness ($L^*$) values of pork decreased as increasing illite supplement. Whereas red-ness ($a^*$) and yellowness ($b^*$) values were not significantly changed. In fatty acid composition, palmitoleic acid and linoleic acid were significantly higher in 1.0% illite dietary group, saturated fatty acid was decreased and unsaturated fatty acid was increased by 0.5-1.0% illite supplementation.

        생균제, Illite, 활성탄 및 목초액의 첨가가 육성-비육돈의 육질 특성에 미치는 영향

        We investigated the effects of dietary supplements such as probiotics, illite, active carbon and hardwood vinegar on growth performance and meat quality characteristics in finishing pigs. One hundred fifty pigs ($Landrace{\times}Yorkshire{\times}Duroc$; $32.3{\pm}1.3 kg$ average initial body weight) were used for a 100 day experiment. Pigs were randomly placed into one of five experimented diet groups (control, 0.2% probiotics, 1.0% illite, 1.0% active carbon, and 1.0% hardwood vinegar) and were slaughtered at approximately 110 kg live weight. The addition of 1.0% active carbon and hardwood vinegar caused a decrease in free water while, WHC (water holding capacity) was higher compared with controls. Drip loss in hog flesh was decreased by feeding probiotics, illite, active carbon and hardwood vinegar. Cooking loss was decreased when hogs were fed hardwood vinegar. Lightness ($L^*$) and redness ($a^*$) were no difference between the all treatment groups, yellowness ($b^*$) was higher when feeding active carbon and hardwood vinegar by 1.0%. When hogs were fed hardwood vinegar, drip loss was decreased, and meat color was higher in sensory evaluation of fresh meat. In cooked hog meat, meat color and juiciness were higher in hogs fed hardwood vinegar. These results showed that supplementing hog diets with 1.0% hardwood vinegar may noticeably improve the meat quality of finishing hogs. 본 시험은 육성-비육돈에 대한 생균제, illite, 활성탄 및 목초액이 육질에 미치는 영향을 평가하기 위하여 생균제 0.2%와, illite, 활성탄 및 목초액을 각각 1.0%를 삼원교잡종($Landrace{\times}Yorkshire{\times}Duroc$, 평균체중 $32.3{\pm}1.3 kg$) 육성-비육돈에게 100일간 급여하여 전단가, 보수력, 육즙감량 및 가열감량, 육색, 신선육과 조리육의 관능평가 및 조직감을 분석하였다. 목초액과 활성탄을 각각 1.0% 급여할 경우 유리수분은 대조구에 비하여 낮았으나, 보수력은 높게 나타났다. 육즙감량은 생균제, illite, 활성탄 및 목초액을 급여함으로서 유의적으로 적었으며, 가열감량은 목초액을 1.0% 급여할 경우 적었다. 육색의 명도($L^*$)와 적색도($a^*$) 값은 모든 처리구에서 차이가 없었으나, 황색도($b^*$) 값은 활성탄과 목초액을 1.0%급여할 경우 높았다. 목초액을 1.0% 급여할 경우 신선육의 관능평가에서 육즙감량은 적었으며, 육색은 높았다. 또한 가열육의 경우에도 육색과 육즙 함량은 목초액을 1.0% 급여할 경우 높았다. 따라서, 육성-비육돈 사료에 목초액을 1.0% 첨가 급여할 경우 경쟁력 있는 브렌드 돈육의 생산이 가능하며, 농가소득 증대에 크게 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

        에탄올을 활용한 무정형입자감자녹말(Amorphous Granular Potato Starch) 제조방법 최적화

        Recently, amorphous granular starch (AGS) or non-crystalline granular starch (NGS) is of great interest because it has specific physicochemical properties compared to native starches. Various approaches have been taken to prepare gelatinized starch while still maintaining its granular shape. The granular cold-water soluble starch (GCWS) can be prepared by alcoholic-alkaline treatment or by using liquid ammonia and ethanol. However, these starches exhibit significant deformation and shrinking, and chemical treatments may raise safety issues for their potential food applications. Therefore, in this study, the optimization of preparation method for amorphous granular potato starch (AGPS) was investigated using ethanol and heat treatments. Response surface methodology (RSM) and central composite design (CCD) were used to find the optimum conditions for AGPS preparation based on granule integrity and birefringence. Optimum conditions were 53.3% ethanol and 93.87℃ heat treatment for 15 min. Prepared AGPS maintained its granular structure and lost birefringence, crystallinity, and DSC amylopectin melting peak, suggesting that proper AGPS could be made using optimized conditions.

        오프라인 쇼핑환경에서의 소비자 의사결정과정에 관한 연구

        현대의 유통환경은 ICT의 발전으로 다각화된 형태로 변화하였음에도 여전히 오프라인 매장의 필요성은 중요하다. 온라인 쇼핑이 성장함에 따라 오프라인 쇼핑이 위축되었다고 보고 있으나, 소비자들 꾸준히 오프라인 매장에서 제품을 구매하고 있으며 오프라인 매장에서의 감각적 경험을 추구하고 있다. 선행연구에 의하면 오감을 통한 감각적 경험이 소비자의 주관적 가치에 영향을 주며, 오프라인 리테일의 감각적 요소가 소비자의 반응, 평가 및 행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 선행연구는 전체적인 구매결정 과정에서 감각적 경험의 처리 과정을 간과하여, 구매 결정 시의 감각적 경험의 역할을 파악하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 오프라인 쇼핑 경험이 있는 20~40대 여성 소비자 35명을 대상으로 표적집단면접법(Focus Group Interview, FGI)을 실시하였으며, 감각적 경험에 따른 의사결정 과정의 세부요인을 파악하였다. 연구결과, 본 연구에서는 연구참여자의 구매결정과정이 욕구인식, 탐색, 대안평가, 구매결정의 과정으로 나타나는 것과, 합리적 및 비합리적 구매결정 두차원으로 구분되는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 소비자의 감각적 경험을 통한 의사결정 과정 패러다임을 제시하였으며, 오프라인 매장의 감각적 자극이 소비자의 구매결정을 촉진한다는 결과를 시사하였으므로 이를 오프라인 매장 전략에 적용할 수 있을 것이다. Although the modern retail environment has changed into a diversified form with the development of ICT, the need for offline stores is still important. As the online market has grown, the offline market seems to be reduced. However, consumers still shop at brick-and- mortar stores and pursue sensory experiences. According to previous studies, sensory experience through the five senses influences consumers’ subjective value, and sensory factors of offline retail have a significant effect on consumers’ responses, evaluations, and behaviors. Existing literature, however, has neglected the sensory experience in the decision-making process; the study aims to identify the role of sensory experience in consumers’ decision-making process while shopping for fashion products. This study conducted a Focus Group Interview (FGI) with 35 female consumers in their 20s to 40s who have shopping experience in offline retail and identified the detailed sensory factors influencing the decision-making process. The study found that the research participants’ purchasing decision process appeared in the sequence of need recognition, exploration, alternative evaluation, and purchase decision, and also the process was divided into two dimensions: rational and irrational purchasing decision. This study presented a paradigm of the decision-making process through consumer’s sensory experience, and how it differs between rational and irrational purchasing decisions. This study also suggested a sensory stimulation from a retailer enhancing consumer’s purchasing decision which can be applied to the promotion of offline retail strategy.

        유세포분석기를 이용한 말초혈액에서의 소핵시험

        The micronucleus assay is the most widely utilized in vivo system for evaluating chemicals potential to induce chromosome breaks or to poison mitotic spindle apparatus. The bone marrow erythrocyte micronucleus assay is widely used for regulatory studies conducted to evaluate the potential for induction of chromosomal damage or chromosome loss due to exposure to drugs, food additives, pesticides, industrial chemicals, and other products. Peripheral blood reticulocytes(RET) have been accepted as an appropriate target for micronucleus (MN) assessment for both acute and cumulative damage. However, there is a problem when using rat peripheral blood reticulocytes, since the rat spleen selectively removes MN-RET from the circulation. The development of automated flow cytometric(FCM), anti-CD71-based methods for evaluating micronucleus frequencies in reticulocytes has great potential for improving the sensitivity, reproducibility, and throughput of the traditional in vivo rodent MN assay that uses microscopy-based methods. There were some validation studies of the FCM evaluation methods in many species. For instance it has been demonstrated that for mice, rats, dogs, monkey, and humans. Although spleen-dependent reduction in circulating MN-RET frequency resulting from genotoxic exposures attenuates the magnitude of MN-RET frequencies in peripheral blood relative to that in bone marrow, the analytical and statistical advantages of the FCM measurement in peripheral blood more than offset the higher frequencies observed for bone marrow smears analyzed. In addition to the analytical advantages of the FCM method, the ready accessibility of the small blood samples required for the FCM assay make possible the integration of the MN frequency assessment with routine toxicology studies. It is not necessary to conduct separate in vivo studies for the purpose of evaluating the potential for chromosomal damage in rodent bone marrow but that more reliable information can be obtained by FCM analysis of peripheral blood samples obtained from rodent studies during the course of routine toxicological evaluations.

        QFD를 활용한 지능형컨테이너의 시스템요구사항 도출

        최근 거의 모든 산업에 걸쳐 보안과 서비스에 대한 이슈가 대두되고 있다. 이는 항만물류산업에서도 큰 영향을 미쳐 기존 항만 생산성 향상에만 초점을 두어 업무를 추진하던 방식에서 탈피하여 점차 항만 안전과 대고객 서비스 향상을 중심으로 업무 전환을 꾀하고 있다. 그 중 대표적인 방법이 기존의 컨테이너에 특정한 장치를 추가 장착하여 지능화시킨 GE(General Electronic)의 CSD(Container Security Device)와 Savi Networks의 eSeal 등을 들 수 있다. 하지만 이 장비들은 국제표준과 기술적인 구현 부분에만 치중하여 개발함으로써 화주, 선사 및 하역업체 등 실사용자들의 불편함을 야기하고 있으며, 이는 사용자 요구사항을 체계적으로 충분히 고려하지 못한 결과로 판단된다. 본 연구에서는 기 개발된 보안 장치가 갖는 문제점들을 해결하고, 사용자 요구사항이 충실히 반영되었을 뿐만 아니라 현실세계를 고려한 보안 시스템을 개발하기 위해 시스템 요구사항을 도출하는 과정에서 QFD(Quality Function Deployment, 품질 기능전개) 방법론을 적용하였으며 그 결과 시스템 품질특성(CTQ: Critical To Quality)이 5가지의 세부 과제별로 총 21건이 도출되었다. Recently security is being an important issue in almost every field of industry. This situation has affected port logistics industry deeply. Ports are now leaving operational methods that only focus on productivity, and shifting to new ones which focus on safety and custom services on the basis of it. Thus a lot of companies and institutions have offered various solutions as this issue becomes more and more intense. Among them, most typical solutions involve installing special devices to ordinary containers to improve its security, such as CSD (Container Security Device) of GE (General Electric) and eSeal of Savi Networks. On the other hand, these devices focus only on international standards or technical implementation, and this causes inconvenience to actual users like cargo owners, sea carriers, or stevedoring companies. This is considered to be due to lack of sufficient consideration on user demands. This research uses QFD (Quality Function Deployment) method for deducting system requirements in order to solve the problems of previous security devices and to develop a security system that can not only reflect the demands of the users but also considers real-world conditions. According to the QFD results, a total of 21 system CTO"s were deducted under 5 categories.

In addition to the analytical advantages of the FCM method, the ready accessibility of the small blood samples required for the FCM assay make possible the integration of the MN frequency assessment with routine toxicology studies. It is not necessary to conduct separate in vivo studies for the purpose of evaluating the potential for chromosomal damage in rodent bone marrow but that more reliable information can be obtained by FCM analysis of peripheral blood samples obtained from rodent studies during the course of routine toxicological evaluations.

      • 소비자불매운동의 현실적 활성화 필요성

        소비자의 권익 향상을 위하여 「소비자기본법」 개정을 통한 국내 소비자단체의 소비자 불매운동 활성화가 필요하다. 소비자불매권은 소비자의 권익 증진을 도모하기 위한 권리라는 점에서 소비자의 자기결정권 측면만으로는 설명되기 부족하며, 소비자의 사회적 기본권의 관점에서 파악되어야 한다. 소비자불매운동은 소비자불매권의 현실적 행사 형태로서, 소비자불매권의 사회적 기본권으로서의 지위를 고려하여 국가에 의해 적극적으로 보장될 필요가 있다. 또한 소비자불매운동은 개별 소비자가 아닌 소비자단체에 의해 주도 될 때 파급력과 지속력을 가지기 때문에 소비자단체의 소비자불매운동에 대한 국가의 적극적 보장이 요청된다. 그럼에도 국내 법원은 그러한 점에도 불구하고 민·형사상으로 소비자불매운동 합법성 범위를 축소 판단하는 경향을 보였다. 또한 「소비자기본법」 에서도 소비자불매운동에 대한 보장이 미비하고 소비자불매운동의 주체인 소비자단체의 활동에 제약이 될 수 있는 규정들이 존재한다. 이에 본고는 사회적 기본권으로서의 소비자불매운 동권을 소비자의 기본권으로 명문화하고, 소비자불매운동의 주체인 소비자단체의 자유로운 결성 및 소비자불매운동을 보장하며, 소비자불매운동의 결과로 인해 개별 소비자 또는 소비자단체가 민·형사상 책임을 부담하지 않도록 하는 면책조항을 두는 개정안을 제시 하였다. In order to protect consumers’ rights and interests, consumer boycott campaigns leading by consumer organizations shall be legally guaranteed by revision of ‘Framework Act On Consumer’. It is needed to highlight Consumers’ right to boycott as a social right, not only as a consumers’ right of self determination. When consumers’ right to boycott is regarded as a social right, consumer boycott campaigns, as a collective action of consumer organizations, are required to be legally guaranteed. However, the judiciary has been reluctant to consider consumer boycott campaigns legitimate. Moreover, the current Act hardly guarantees consumer boycott campaigns and there are articles which can restrict consumer organizations leading them. This study suggests revision of the Act in a way of vitalizing consumer organizations and their boycott campaigns and inserting exemption articles in order not to hold civil or criminal liability when it comes to consumer boycott campaigns.
