After several earthquakes happened and bought about serious damage to some underground subway structures. A safe underground subway structure to perform well during an earthquake is always a great concern by many engineers and researchers. They believed that the underground subway structures shall have some strengthen measures during an earthquake. This research is focused with strengthening the underground subway structures in order to withstand future earthquakes without excessive damage.

The ultrastructure of the inoculated Anaplasma marginale in the splenectomized Korean Native Cattle was observed to delineate the morphologic characteristics with transmission electron microscope and scanning electron microscope. The anaplasma bodies(marginal bodies) within parasited erythrocytes varied from 0.7um to 1.2um in diameter, were surrounded with a single limiting membrane in which contained several initial bodies(subunits), and also had irregular limiting membrane with several circumferential extensions. The initial bodies in the anaplasma bodies varied from 0.2um to 0.5um in diameter, divided by a binary fission to 2 subunits. They were surrounded with a double membrane. The number of circumferential extensions of initial bodies were observed to be increased when it contained several initial bodies.

Supersymmetry is broken spontaneously at finite temperature due to opposite statistics between bosons and fermions. Using real-time formalism, the massless pole in the fermionic Green`s function is seen to be related to the existence of Goldstone fermion mode. If the Lorentz covariance is lost the zero energy mode is realized as thermal superpair mode instead of Goldstone fermion mode. This implies the degeneracy of fermionic and bosonic masses at finite temperature.
韓牛에 있어서 anaplama marginale의 抗原性에 관한 硏究

A splenectomized 5 month old Korean calf was inoculated with cryopreserved Anaplasma marginale infected blood. At peak parasitemia(40.1%) blood was collected, infected erythrocytes washed, lysed and A. marginale initial bodies isolated by differential centrifugation. Antigenic profile of isolated A. marginale organism was analized by SDS-PAGE and Western blotting technique. Coomassian blue stained SDS-PAGE gels revealed at least ten specific protein bands of approximately 28Kd-30Kd, 38Kd, 42Kd, 58Kd, 66Kd, 72Kd and 198Kd molecular weight. Only few protein bands recognized with polypeptides in the noninfected bovine erythrocyte antigen used as control. A. marginale protein recognized by specific anti-A. marginale antibodies demonstrated 8 polypeptide at 18KD, 28-31Kd, 38Kd, 55-58Kd, 97Kd, and 198Kd molecular weight range. Negative reactivities were observed with normal bovine serum with either A. marginale or erythrocytic antigens, respectively. Predominant protein were found at 18Kd, 38Kd and 97Kd molecular weight. On going studies will analyze the relative importance of those antigens.
