The chief symptoms of Sikgwol are confusion, aphasia and quadriparesis. Sikgwol is caused by overeating in instances of deficiency syndrome of the stomach. The symptoms of Sikgwol are similar to those caused by cerebral vascular injury. After medication with Gamiyukgunja-tang and acupunture therapy, the patient symptoms improved rapidly within the first week. Results support the clinical efficacy of Gamiyukgunja-tang for Sikgwol.
당귀수산가미방(當歸鬚散加味方)을 이용한 간장과 신장의 기능이상을 나타낸 중증(重症) 질박어혈통(跌撲瘀血痛) 환자(患者)에 대한 치험 1례

The following case study suggests strongly the efficacy of Danggwisusan and acupuncture therapy in the treatment of patients with severe contusion and tissue injury of the liver and kidney. The chief symptoms of this case were severe pain in the right side, purpura hemorrhagica, insomnia and third degree bums at the shoulder and face. Analysis of blood chemistry indicated high AST, high ALT, high BUN, high creatine, high creatine kinase and high LDH. Fallowing medication of the patient with Danggwisusan, the symptoms and indexes for tissue injury decreased rapidily within the first week. This results support a potential role for Danggwisusan in the treatment of severe contusion with tissue injury of the liver and kidney.

한국 청소년의 균형 잡힌 민주시민역량을 조성하기 위한 지원체계 개발을 위하여 청소년이 이용하는 도서관에 주목한 연구는 희소하다. 본 연구는 청소년 민주시민역량 수준에 도서관이용이 어떠한 영향을 미치고 있는지 경험적 검증을 시도하고 그 결과의 공공정책적 함의를 모색하였다. 본 연구는 2006년 한국청소년정책연구원이 표집한 중 고등학교 1~3학년 재학생 1,386명의 표본자료 분석을 통하여 도서관 이용자들과 비이용자들 간의 민주시민역량 수준의 차이 검정과 도서관이용 경험이 민주시민역량 수준에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 청소년의 도서관이용 경험은 인식적 민주시민역량에는 긍정적 효과를, 실천적 민주시민역량에는 부정적 효과를 미치고 있었다. 이를 토대로 한국 청소년의 균형적 민주시민역량 조성을 위한 지원체계의 설계와 관련하여 도서관정책 관련 제언을 하였다. The present study tests the effects of library use on adolescents' civic competencies for democratic citizenship in a Korean context. Utilizing data (N=1,386) from the National Youth Policy Institute (2006), the study performed multiple regression analyses to test the association of library use of adolescents with the levels of civic competencies for democratic citizenship. Teenagers' library use had a positive significant association with cognitive civic competencies while showing a negative significant association with behavioral dimension of civic competencies. Based on the findings, the author discusses policy implications for developing library service for youth.
An Intelligent Control of Mobile Robot Base on Voice Command

Robust voice recognition (RVR) is essential for a robot to communicate with people. One of the main problems with RVR for robots is that robots inevitably real environment noises. The noise is captured with strong power by the microphones, because the noise sources are closed to the microphones. The signal-to-noise ratio of input voice becomes quite low. However, it is possible to estimate the noise by using information on the robot’s own motions and postures, because a type of motion/gesture produces almost the same pattern of noise every time it is performed. In this paper, we describe an RVR system which can robustly recognize voice by adults and children in noisy environments. We evaluate the RVR system in a communication robot placed in a real noisy environment. Voice is captured using a wireless microphone. The final hypothesis is selected based on posterior probability. We then select the 떠sk in the motion task library In the motion control, we also integrate the obstacle avoidance control using ultrasonic sensors. Those are powerful for detecting obstacle with simple calculated algorithm.

The equipment of industrial robot in manufacturing and assembly lines has rapidly increased. In order to achieve high productivity and flexibility, it becomes very important to develop the visual feedback control system with Off-Line Programming System(OLPS). We can save much efforts and time in adjusting robots to newly defined workcells by using OLPS. A proposed visual calibration scheme is based on position-based visual feedback. The calibration program firstly generates predicted images of objects in an assumed end-effector position. The process to generate predicted images consists of projection to screen-coordinates, visible range test, and construction of simple silhouette figures. Then, camera images acquired are compared with predicted ones for updating position and orientation data. Computation of error is very simple because the scheme is based on perspective projection, which can be also expanded to experimental results Computation time can be extremely reduced because the proposed method does not require the precise calculation of tree-dimensional object data and image Jacobian.
12주간 수중재활운동 프로그램이 성장기 뇌성마비 아동의 신체구성, 체력 및 폐활량에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is that in order to verify the effects of 12 weeks aquatic rehabilitation exercise on children with cerebral palsy in terms of body composition & physical fitness and vital capacity. We try to as certain the change of effects by the periods of pre-exercise and 12 weeks after aquatic rehabilitation exercise program on selected twelve children with cerebral palsy. The testee children were selected twelve children from "S" Community Rehabilitation Center among severely-handicapped with cerebral palsy who have been primarily examined by rehabilitation specialist doctors in the range of 7 to 11 years of age and they have gone through aquatic rehabilitation exercise 12 weeks(60 minutes/day, 3 times/week). The exercises were performed at the severity of RPE 12-16(50~80% VO2 max). They were measured in terms of body composition factors, physical fitness factors and vital capacity between pre-exercise and 12 weeks after exercise, and the following was analysis results of differences (correspondence sample t-test). Variants of body composition, as compared between pre-exercise and 12 weeks after exercise, fat mass, was significantly increased(p<.05), but abdominal fat ratio showed a tendency to decrease. lean body mass, basal metabolic rate and body mass index showed tend upward.. Also, variants of physical fitness, there were statistically significant changes of muscle strength(p<.01) muscular endurance(p<.05), balance (p<.05), flexibility(p<.05) and agility(p<.05). And n vital capacity showed statistically significant change(p<.01). In conclusion, 12 weeks aquatic rehabilitation exercises performed under this study are known to show positive effects on body fat mass of body composition, physical fitness and vital capacity of children with cerebral palsy and therefore it has been verified that rehabilitative exercise program in water, not on land is effective in increasing the capability of physical activity of children with cerebral palsy.
