필자는, 통상, 논문이라는 용어와 실제작업이 논리적, 및 경험적으로 오용되고 있음을 논한다. 석박사학위논문은 2가지 핵심요소로 평가 가능하다. 첫째, 주관공유성이다. 둘째, 논한다는 내용이다. 주관공유성은 방법론을 기초로하는 의사소통의 도구이다. 사회과학에서 논의되는 객관성이란 도구적 주관공유성을 의미한다. 주관공유적 접근하에서만 과학도간에 지식동화, 복제연구, 및 건설적 비판이 가능하다. 주관공유성을 넓이는 길은 타당화의 논리에 대한 이해가 필수적이다. 논한다는 말은 진에 대한 주장과 비교의 의미를 내포한다. 석박사학위논문은 논리적인 진과 겸하여 경험적인 진을 제공하는 과학적 활동의 산물이다. 논리적인 진은 논문에서, 통상, 2장의 가설구축에 해당한다. 경험적인 진은, 통상, 논문의 3,4장에 해당한다. 경험적인 진을 검증하기 위하여는 비교의 논리를 전제로 한다. 비교는 인과관계에서 연유한다. 의미 있는 변수과계를 나타내는 가장 효과적으로 나타내는 방법은 비교를 통하는 길이다. 비교가 없는 단순서술은 석박사학위논문으로서는 용처가 없다. 뤼서취 과정을 통하여 주관공유적 논문을 생산한다. 석박사학위논문은 정형화된 과학활동의 산물이다. 논문은 주관공유성에 입각하여 종속변수와 독립변수간의 관계를 주창한다. 궁극적으로는 이론구축으로 발전한다. 단순한 정책연구는 석박사학위논문에서 배격될 수 밖에 없다. 과학활동의 최종목표는 이론구축이며, 석박사학위논문은 이러한 활동의 산물이기 때문이다. 완전한 서술의 가능성을 전제로 논문에 접근하는 것은 비논리적이다. 더욱, 이론구축은 용이한 일이 아니다. 그러므로, 차선의 접근이 상관관계의 접근이며, 이는 비교를 필수요건으로 하고 있다.
Raney - Nickel 촉매상에서 Benzene 의 수소화 반응

Hydrogenation of benzene was carried out on the Raney-Nickel catalysts doped with various materials such as Cr, Cu, W, Ti, and Mo. The highest yield of cyclohexane could be obtained when the hydrogen-benzene molar ratio was 18 at 200℃. The yield of cyclohexane was 40% on a pure Raney-Nickel catalyst, however, it increased up to 70% by doping with 1.5 wt% titanium or 3 wt% molybdenium.

The growth limit of the financial markets and the deepening of the global IT industry has developed the Fintech service. Despite the increasing importance of Fintech services, studies have shown that the study of Fintech services has not been significantly enhanced. Thus, the purpose of this study is to propose the activation plan of Fintech services through study on factors affecting the use of Fintech services.
한약재의 절단, 수치, 전탕법에 관한 연구II : 숙지황

To improve the quality control of frequently used oriental medicinal plants, the storage, cutting, processing and decokting methods of Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch. var. purpurea Makino(熟地黃) were examined. The contents of 5-hydroxymethyl-2- furaldehyde(5-HMF) of Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch. var. purpurea Makino were analysed by HPLC at various conditions as the standard component. Raw materials were classified into 3 groups with their specific gravity(天 地 人黃) and determined the ding weights and the contents of water, the solid component of Ji-Hwang(地黃) was the most. Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch. var purpurea Makino was steamed and dried nine times and analysed the content of 5-HMF on every time. In the case of Ji-Hwang, the standard component of the ninth sample was produced the most. But which of the tenth samples of Chun-Hwang and Yin-Hwang(天黃 人黃) were the most. The best decokting conditions which were determined by the yield of 5-HMF were as follows : non cutting, soaking time was 0 minutes, decokting time was 75 minutes after boiling. The contents of sugar on each of samples were determined. The contents of standard component increased by steaming number and the contents of sugar decreased.

Scopoliae rhizoma is a perennial herb which has a similar effect with atropine on the cardiovascular system. It is also known to have a seditive and anticonvulsant activity on the central nerve system. In order to evaluate an acute toxicity of Scopoliae rhizoma, the present study was performed after administration the Scopoliae rhizoma prepared by both decoctional and frozen dried extract through three different routes (oral; 5,000 mg/kg, intraperitoneal; 2,000 mg/kg, subcutaneous; 5,000 mg/kg) to the female ICR mice. In the group treated intraperitoneally with a frozen dried extract, abnormal clinical signs such as decreased activity, crouch, potosis and abnormal walking were observed for 40 rain after administration. With regard to WBC, decreased number of lymphocyte and increased number of monocyte and granulocyte were also observed in the animals received intraperitoneally with Scopoliae rhizoma extract. Taken together, what toxicity of Scopoliae rhizoma was shown differently depending on its type for administration may be resulted in the differency of administered dose. The results provided here support a pharmacological and toxicological consideration for its clinical use in the regard of oriental medicine.
