        지역사회 노인요양시설의 활성화를 위한 요양보호사의 직무만족에 미치는 업무환경영향요인 연구

        This paper examined mediating effect of empowerment of care worker in connection with influence of work environment to level of satisfaction with work for them with the introduction of a long-term care system. As a result of this study firstly it was found that work identity of work environment and work feedback had significant influence on relevant empowerment of care worker. Secondly it appeared that work environment of care worker has positive influence to remuneration satisfaction and work satisfaction. Thirdly, in terms of mediating effect by empowerment of care worker on satisfaction of remuneration and work satisfaction there was such effect. It appeared that relationship empowerment of care worker and personal empowerment has positive influence on satisfactory relationship with their colleagues. On the other hand it was found that all of subordinate factors of empowerment has positive influence to satisfaction of duties itself. Other than that in terms of influence of care worker's work environment to satisfaction of works and in terms of mediating effect of empowerment it was found that to work environment, satisfaction in remuneration and treatment work identity, work self autonomy and work feedback have positive influence. And result of analysis of mediating effect of empowerment related to relationship of work environment and satisfaction of remuneration level it was found that it satisfied partial mediating conditions related to work identity, work self-autonomy, work feedback and satisfaction with remuneration. Also in terms of relationship with satisfaction of work environment and relationship with colleagues role of mediation of relevant empowerment was partial in terms of relationship to work identity, work self autonomy, work feedback and satisfaction with colleagues. Result of analysis of mediating role of relevant empowerment in connection with work environment and satisfaction with work itself it was found that relevant empowerment satisfied conditions in connection with relationship of work identity, work self autonomy, work feedback and satisfaction with work itself. It was found mediating role of personal empowerment in relationship of work environment and satisfaction with remuneration treatment had partial mediation among work autonomy, work feedback and satisfaction with remuneration and treatment. Thus it was found there was need for consideration of care worker. Thus this study signifies importance of empowerment of care worker in connection with foregoing study which showed work environment plays positive role for job satisfaction of the care worker. 본 논문은 장기요양제도의 도입에 따라 요양보호사의 업무환경이 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 관하여 특히 요양보호사의 임파워먼트가 가지는 매개효과를 살펴보았다. 연구결과 첫째, 업무환경의 업무정체성, 업무피드백이 요양보호사의 관계 임파워먼트에 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 조사되었다. 둘째, 요양보호사의 업무환경이 직무만족의 보수대우 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 요양보호사의 업무환경의 하위요인인 업무피드백이 동료관계 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 요양보호사의 임파워먼트가 직무만족의 보수대우 만족에 미치는 매개효과는 임파워먼트가 직무만족의 보수대우 만족에 영향을 주고 있었고, 동료관계의 만족에 요양보호사의 관계 임파워먼트, 개인 임파워먼트가 동료와의 관계만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 임파워먼트의 하위요인 모두 직무자체 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그 밖에 요양보호사의 업무 환경이 직무 만족에 미치는 영향에 있어서 임파워먼트의 매개효과에 있어서는, 업무환경과 보수 및 대우 만족에 업무환경의 업무정체성, 업무자율성, 업무피드백이 요양보호사의 직무만족에 긍정적인 영향을 준다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 업무환경과 보수대우 만족과의 관계에서 관계 임파워먼트의 매개역할에 대한 분석 결과 업무정체성, 업무자율성, 업무피드백과 보수대우 만족 간의 관계에서 부분매개 조건을 충족하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 업무환경과 동료관계 만족의 관계에서 관계 임파워먼트의 매개의 역할은 임파워먼트가 업무정체성, 업무자율성, 업무피드백과 동료관계 만족 간의 관계에서 부분매개인 것으로 나타났다. 그 밖에 업무환경과 직무자체 만족과 관계에서 관계 임파워먼트의 매개역할을 분석한 결과 관계 임파워먼트는 업무정체성, 업무자율성, 업무피드백과 직무자체 만족 간의 관계에서 부분매개 조건을 충족하고 있는 것으로 나타났고, 업무환경과 보수대우 만족에서 개인 임파워먼트의 매개역할은 업무자율성, 업무피드백과 보수대우 만족 간의 부분매개인 것으로 분석되어 요양보호사의 이에 대한 고려가 필요함을 알 수 있었다. 이는 업무환경이 요양보호사의 직무만족에 긍정적인 역할을 한다는 연구에 이어서 요양보호사의 임파워먼트의 중요성을 함의하고 있다.

      • 감육배관 파단강도 예측을 위한 실단면 한계하중법 적용에 대한 연구

        The net-section limit load approach is typically used in assessment of pipes with local wall thinning, based on which a maximum load carrying capacity is easily estimated from one equation that includes two terms associated with the effect of the defect geometry and the material's resistance (strength). To better understand applicability of the net-section limit load approach to pipes with local wall thinning, four different limit load expressions for pipes with local wall thinning under pure bending are considered, together with two different definitions of the material's resistance. Estimated failure moments are then compared with full-scale pipe test data. It is found that the use of an appropriate limit load solution reduces not only the degree of conservatism but also dependence of assessment results on wall thinning geometry, and thus gives the best results. Therefore finding such solutions for pipes with local wall thinning is an important issue. An implication to practical assessment of local wall thinning is briefly discussed.

        This paper presents a stress-modified fracture strain for API X65 steel used for gas pipeline, as a function of stress triaxiality. To determine the stress-modified fracture strain, tension test of bars with four different notch radii, made of API X65 steel, is firstly performed, from which true fracture strains are determined as a function of notch radius. Then detailed elastic-plastic, large strain finite element (FE) analyses are performed to estimate variations of stress triaxiality in the notched bars with load. Combining experimental with FE results provides the true fracture strain as a function of stress triaxiality, which is regarded as a criterion of ductile fracture. Application of the developed stress-modified fracture strain to failure prediction of defective gas pipes (due to corrosion, dent and gouge) is discussed.

      • Biomimetic PLGA/ECM 3D porous scaffolds for kidney tissue regeneration

        Chronic kidney disease is now recognized as a major health problem, but current therapies have many limitations. Consequently, biodegradable scaffolds to help repairing injured tissue are emerging as a promising approach in the field of kidney tissue engineering. Poly(lactic-coglycolic acid) (PLGA) is a useful biomedical material, but its insufficient biocompatibility impeded renal regeneration. In this work, we developed extracellular matrix (ECM) incorporated PLGA (PLGA/ECM) porous scaffolds as a cell supporting material. PLGA/ECM scaffolds were prepared and characterized through various analyses. Cell proliferation on the scaffolds increased with an increase in ECM concentrations. The PLGA/ECM scaffold was shown to be an effective matrix for the reconstitution of glomerulus in partially nephrectomized mice, compared with only PLGA control. These results suggest that the ECM incorporated PLGA 3D porous scaffolds could be one of the promising materials for kidney tissue regeneration.

      • 1 차 및 2 차 복합 하중을 받는 구조물의 탄소성 파괴역학 매개변 수 예측기법

        When structures are loaded by a combination of primary and secondary stresses, plasticity effects occur which cannot be evaluated by a simple linear addition of the effects resulting from the two independent stress systems. Thermal stress due to temperature gradient is classified as secondary stress. It is known that secondary stress is released as increase of plastic zone. In this paper, two and three dimensional elastic-plastic finite element analyses are performed for the cracked plates and pipes under combined thermal and mechanical loading. And V-factor is introduced to account for plasticity effect. The present results provide that V-factor is function of thermal factor and loading and is consistent regardless of geometry. We developed the prediction method of elastic-plastic fracture mechanics parameter under combined primary and secondary loading from the present results.

        This paper presents a simple method to estimate fully plastic crack tip stresses of unequally notched specimen based on the equilibrium condition of the least upper bounds for plane strain deformation fields. The method is applied to unequally notched specimens under bending and tension. For various notch angle the limit loads and crack tip stresses are estimated from the present method and compared with results from finite element limit analyses.

        This paper provides plastic limit loads of pipes with constant-depth, circumferential part-through surface cracks under combined pressure and bending. A key issue is to postulate discontinuous hoop stress distributions in the net-section. Validity of the proposed limit load solutions is checked against the results from three-dimensional (3-D) finite element (FE) limit analyses using elastic-perfectly plastic material behavior.

        Closed-form net-section limit moment solutions are given for circumferential through-wall and partthrough surface cracks at the interface between elbows and attached straight pipes under in-plane bending, via systematic, small strain FE limit analyses using elastic-perfectly plastic materials. Net-section limit moments for circumferential cracks at the interface between elbows and attached straight pipes are found to be close to those for cracks in the centre of elbows, implying that the location of the circumferential crack within an elbow does not affect net-section limit moment. Moreover, when a crack in welds between an elbow and attached straight pipe is assessed, the assumption that the crack locates in a straight pipe could significantly overestimate a net-section limit load (and thus maximum load-carrying capacity) of the cracked component, and thus could be non-conservative. For conservative assessment, a crack should be assumed to locate in the centre of an elbow, rather than in a straight pipe.
