배추출물과 구기자, 의이인, 택사, 황기 배합이 고지방식이로 유발된 비만 흰쥐의 체중, 지질대사 및 면역기능에 미치는 영향(I)

Objective: This study was conducted to observe the anti-hyperlipidemic and anti-inflammatory effects, as well as the metabolic benefits, of pear extract and herbal drug mixture (Lycii Fructus, Coicis Semen, Alimatis Rhizoma, and Astragali Radix) on rats fed with a high fat diet. Methods : The animals used were male rats and the control group was fed a high fat diet only. The experimental groups were divided into four. ExpⅠ group was fed a high fat diet with a mixture of pear extract and 3% Lycii Fructus; Exp Ⅱ group was fed a high fat diet with a mixture of pear extract and 3% Coicis Semen; Exp Ⅲ group was ed a high fat diet with a mixture of pear extract and 3% Alimatis Rhizoma; and Exp Ⅳ group was fed a high fat diet with a mixture of pear extract and 3% Astragali Radix for 4 weeks. Results: The body weight gain increased in all groups, but attenuated gradually in the experimental groups compared to the control group. The food intakes were significantly lower in ExpⅠ and Exp Ⅲ groups than the control group. The concentrations of serum total cholesterol (TC), HDL-cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, and triglyceride (TG) were significantly higher in Exp Ⅱ than in the control group, and lower in Exp Ⅲ group than in the control group. Also the concentration of serum free fatty acid was significantly lower in the Exp Ⅲ group than in the control group. In inflammatory activities, the Exp Ⅱ group was significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion: The results indicated that Exp Ⅲ group (administered a mixture of pear extract and Alimatis Rhizoma) most efficiently reduced fat accumulation and body weight, while the Exp Ⅱ group (administered the mixture of pear extract and Coicis Semen) had the highest elevated lipid metabolism and immune activity.

The transient characteristics of grounding systems are very important in the insulation design of electrical installations and depend on the shape and size of electrodes, soil resistivity and the magnitude and wave of the injection current. This paper establishes an algorithm to compute the surge impedance of two or more grounding systems using the Laplace Transformation technique and deals with the analysis of the transient characteristics on grounding systems.

Objectives : This study was conducted to measure the antioxidative and antimicrobial activities of water- and ethanol-extracts from Betula platyphylla var. japonica, Punica granatum and Rhus javanica against various species of anaerobic bacteria. Methods : In order to evaluate the antioxidative and antimicrobial activities of water- and ethanol-extracts, DPPH radical scavenging and superoxide dismutase (SOD)-like activities were measured in various species such as Staphylococcus epidermidis, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Candida albicans and Propionibacterium acnes that induce skin inflammation. Also the total amount of phenol in each water- and ethanol-extract was measured to identify its role in the antioxidative and antimicrobial activities of water- and ethanol-extracts from Betula platyphylla var. japonica, Punica granatum and Rhus javanica. The antibacterial activity of the extracts was measured by confirming the lowest concentrations in disk diffusion and minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) tests. Results : It was observed that RJE (Rhus javanica-EtOH extracts) show the highest content of total phenol. In addition, for RJE the total phenol content was higher from samples taken from domestic sources than from samples taken from foreign sources. DPPH radical scavenging activity was increased by treatment with PGE (Punica granatum-EtOH extracts), RJE and RJW (Rhus javanica-water extracts). It was observed that SOD-like activity was highest in the treatment with PGE. All of the extracts showed antimicrobial activity on S. epidermidis, S. aureus, P. acnes and E. coli, including those from Punica granatum, and it was noted that the activity was higher with RJE than with RJW. Conclusions : These results provide evidence that ethanol extracts of Punica granatum and Rhus javanica may have a beneficial role as antioxidants and antibiotics. Extracts from domestic samples of Betula platyphylla var japonica appeared to have a greater efficacy than extracts from foreign samples.
간경(肝經)의 형화혈(滎火穴)과 합수혈(合水穴)에 시술한 레이저침이 D-GalN 간손상 유발 흰쥐에 미치는 영향

Objectives : This study was performed to investigate the effect of invasive laser acupuncture treatment at Liver Brook (LR2) acupoint and Liver Sea (LR8) acupoint on liver damage induced by D-galactosamine (D-GalN) in rats Methods : Liver damage was induced by D-GalN. The experimental rats were divided into two groups (control group, Low Level Laser Treatment (LLLT) group). Control groups were classified into small groups. Intact group had no liver damage and no treatment. D-GalN group was induced liver damage induced by D-GalN and not treated. LLLT group were induced liver damage induced by D-GalN and then treated at the LR2 or LR8 acupoint with 532, 658, 904 nm invasive laser acupuncture. The treatment was carried out three days at a time for 15days at both acupoints. To examine mechanism of the effect of invasive laser acupuncture, we measured the contents of ASP, ALT, ALP, TBIL in serum, CBC in blood and SOD in liver tissue. Results : The change of body weight increased in all groups. That change was AST and ALP, the AST activity decreased significantly compared with the control groups and decreased by 532 nm and 904 nm both LLLT groups. But ALP increased at LR8 acupoint by 658 nm. TBIL level significantly decreased in all LLLT groups. The SOD of LLLT groups increased in the liver tissue of rats compared to the control groups. SOD activity indicated that LLLT can help cellular defense mechanism by preventing scavenging hydrogen peroxide. In the change of WBC, it was increased in D-GalN Control group compared to intact group and LLLT groups. Conclusions : These results suggested that invasive laser acupuncture treatment at LR2 or LR8 acupoint reduced activation of hepatic enzyme and damage of liver tissue. Thus, the effect of invasive laser acupuncture was nearly identical to the way of the traditional acupuncture for the treatment of hepatocytotoxicity.
공동성소비가치가 사회적기업 여행상품 구매의도에 미치는 영향: 사회적기업 여행상품 속성의 조절효과를 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 여행상품 속성이 사회적기업의 여행상품에 대한 소비가치와 구매의도의 관계에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 실증적 연구를 위해 2015년 3월부터 4월까지 부산에서 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 분석을 위해 406개의 표본을 사용하였다. 분석 결과, 감성적 가치, 인식적 가치와 같은 소비가치는 사회적기업의 여행상품 구매의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 사회적 속성은 사회적기업의 여행상품에 대한 소비가치와 구매의도 사이의 관계에 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결과의 이론적, 실제적 함의를 향후 연구 방향과 함께 제시하였다. The aim of study was to examine the effect of attributes of travel products on the relationship between consumption value and purchase intention for travel products of social enterprise. For empirical study, the survey was conducted during the period from March to April 2015 in Busan and 406 samples were used for the analysis. According to the analysis, consumption value such as emotional value and epistemic value affected on purchase intention for travel products of social enterprise. The social attribute had a moderating effect on relationship between consumption value and purchase intention for travel products of social enterprise. Theoretical and practical implications of the results were addressed with the directions for future study.

익수영진고가미방의 지황박, 복령피 배합과 발효에 따른 제제가 면역활성에 미치는 영향

Objectives : This study was carried out to enhance the activity of Iksuyoungjingo, which has the tonify Qi, nourish Yin effect of oriental medicine, and to study the effect of the prescriptions on the immunological activities. Methods : Immunosuppression was induced by methotrexate (MTX) 2 mg / kg, the experimental group was divided into IYGgami-I, IYGgami-I-F, IYGgami-II and IYGgami-II-F groups. Each prescription was administered with drinking water for 20 days, and body weight was measured every 5 days during this period. Leukocyte, $TNF-{\alpha}$, IL-2, IL-6, IgE, spleen weight and body weight were measured Results : In the changes of $TNF-{\alpha}$, IL-2 and IL-6 as pro-inflammatory elements, all of the experimental groups showed a significant increase compared to the control group. In the IgE changes, the IYGgami-I-F, IYGgami-II and IYGgami-II-F groups showed a significant decrease compared to the control group. In the changes of spleen weight, the IYGgami-II-F group showed a significant increase compared to the control group. In the changes of WBC and lymphocytes, the IYGgami-I-F group showed a significant increase compared to the control group. Conclusions : From the above results, it can be observed that the efficacy against immunity is exerted in all of the preparations, and it was confirmed that the efficacy was maintained constant even when utilizing the Rehmannia glutinosa Residue and Poria cocos Bark, and that a more beneficial effect can be exerted in the effectiveness when the fermentation is carried out.
CAD/CAI 통합에 기초한 박형 단면을 가지는 항공기 터빈블레이드의 정밀측정기술 개발

In this paper, a precision inspection technique using CAD/CAI integration is proposed for the parts having very thin and sharp 3 dimensional curve features. The technique begings with feature reconstruction of turbine blades which have 3 dimensional combined feometry, such as splines, and thin circles. The alifnment procedures consistsb of two phases-rough and fine phases : rough phase alignment is based on the conventional 6 point5s probing on the clear cut surfacef, and fine phase alignment is based on the intial measurement on the 3 dimensional curved parts using an lterative measurement feed-back least sequares technique for alignment. Forf the analysis of profile tolerance of parts, the actual measured points are obtained by finding the closet points on the CAD geometry by the developed subdivision technique and the Tschebycheff norm is applied based on iterative fashion, giving accurate profile tolerance value. The developed inspection technique is applied to practical procedures of blade manufacturing and demonstrated high performance.
